버섯 생산량에 의한 배지 소요량 추정 (Estimate of Substrate Requirement by Mushroom Production Amounts)

  • Required total substrates amounts for mushroom production are 212,186M/T in Korea. 80% of these total substrates amounts, 169,748 M/T is used for main substrates. Also 20%of these total substrates amounts, 42,438 M/T is used for additives. Main substrates 169,748 M/T is composed of sawdust, waste cotton, cotton seed hull, straw and com cob etc.. Additives 42,438 M/T is composed of rice bran, wheat bran and beet pulp etc. In the mushroom management, the cost of substrates purchase is composed for the most of management. Substrates amount is limited to supply, and the demand of mushroom substrates is on the increase continuously. So there is nothing but the cost of substrates are raising. Therefore the most important thing must develop the cheap substrates for the mushroom production.

약주에 대한 소비자의 소비실태 및 요구도 분석 (Analysis of Consumer Consumption Status and Demand of Rice-wine)

  • 본 연구는 약주에 대한 소비자의 소비실태 및 요구도를 알아보기 위하여 소비자 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 154부를 회수하여(회수율 77%) 분석에 이용하였다. 남성과 여성이 각각 67명(43.5%), 87명(56.5%)의 비율이었고, 20대가 74명(48.1%)으로 평균 연령은 31.4세로 나타났다. 월 평균 소득은 100만원대가 47명(30.5%)으로 가장 많았고, 주류비를 포함한 월 평균 외식비는 40만원 미만이 97명(63.0%)으로 가장 많은 비율을 나타내었다. 약주 섭취 빈도는 월 1~2회(60명, 39.0%)이고, 주로 민속주점(81명, 52.6%)과 한식당(36명, 23.4%)에서 섭취하고, 맛(79명, 51.3%)과 주변의 추천(18명, 11.7%) 등의 이유로 섭취하는 것으로 나타났다. 약주의 만족도는 3.46으로 보통 이상의 만족도를 보였으나, 불만족 이유로 숙취(55명, 35.7%), 맛(26명, 16.9%), 가격(16명, 10.4%)이라 하여 소비자 불만족 요인 개선을 통한 만족도 증대가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 약주에 대한 소비자의 제품 컨셉 요구도 분석 결과, 쌀류(89명, 57.8%)로 만든 과일 향(78명, 48.7%)과 과일 맛(90명, 58.4%)이 나는 약주를 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 향후 약주의 소비촉진 방법으로 약주 브랜드 개발 및 관리(92명, 59.7%)가 가장 중요하다고 응답하였다. 약주 1병(300 mL)에 대한 가격민감성 측정 결과 무관심가격(IDP)은 약 2,900원으로 약 32% 수준이며, 최저가격점(OPP)은 2,950원으로 나타나 소비자가 수용하는 약주 1병의 가격대는 1,950원~4,800원인 것으로 형성되었다. 약주 제품 속성에 대한 IPA 결과, 집중적인 관리가 필요한 영역에 국산원료 사용여부, 구매 용이성, 정보 제공, 외관 속성이 위치하여 이에 따른 유통채널 확대, 홍보 등의 전략이 필요할 것이다. 또한 소비자는 약주와 어울리는 음식을 즐기고, 기분전환을 위해, 친목 도모를 위해 약주를 구매하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 소비자의 요구도에 알맞은 약주 컨셉 개발과 더불어 소비 실태 및 구매 동기를 파악하여 소비자의 만족도와 소비 증대를 위한 전략 수립이 필요할 것이다.

『미암일기(眉巖日記)』분석을 통한 16세기 사대부가(士大夫家) 음식문화 연구 - 정묘년(丁卯年)(1567년(年)) 10월(月)~무진년(戊辰年)(1568년(年)) 9월(月) - (A Study on the 16th Century Food Culture of Chosun Dynasty Nobility in "Miam's Diary")

  • The aim of this study was to establish the identity of Korean traditional food based on the recorded food preferences during the period of the Chosun Dynasty. Our primary source in this regard was the invaluable, historical document called the "Miam's diary." This important document reveals details of such food preferences from October 1567 to September 1568. By analyzing the income-expenditure trends of virtually every household, this diary was used to describe a vivid traditional food preference of the people during that period. A detailed analysis of the diary reveals the summary of families' characteristics in the 16th century. First, it records the fact that expenditure on food was mainly based on stipend and gifts received. The type of food preferred by the people was diverse in nature; for it included rice, bean, chicken, pheasant, and seafood. However, there were dried or pickled forms too so as to prevent them from undergoing decay. Second, it throws light on the fact that people expended food mainly as a salary for servants. People utilized the income from selling such food items to purchase goods and land. They also used the same either to donate for a funeral or wedding purpose. Third, it records the fact that day-to-day purchase of groceries was mostly based on gift(s) for someone close to them such as a neighbor, colleague, relative, or student. Further, such gifts included small groceries, food items, and clothes. Fourth, based on the data available in the diary, it seemed likely that the gentry families laid emphasis on the customary formalities of a family dating back to as early as the late 16th century. Finally, the document also records the fact that noblemen of the Chosun Dynasty had a notion that they had to extend warmth and affection by presenting generous gifts to their guests at home. Noblemen during that period were very particular in welcoming their guests as they believed that this approach alone would testify their status as noblemen.

지자체 농업기계 임대사업의 효율화 방안 (Efficiency Plan for Agricultural Machinery Rental System of Local Government)

  • Purpose: This study was performed in order to improve problems and to seek the efficient operating plan by surveying and analyzing the actual status of operating the agricultural machinery rental business supported by the government. Method: The data was collected through two times of survey targeting lease business operators and the leasing business reports published for the past 3 years ('08~'10) 120 cities and counties. Results: As a result of surveying 120 cities and counties nationwide of operating the agricultural machinery rental business, 96% of agricultural machinery rental businesses were indicated to be operated in the form of short-term rent for about 1~3 days centering on small-sized agricultural machinery and attachment for upland crop. As for the unit number of possessing rental agricultural machinery and the purchase cost, it was indicated to be greatly reduced the agricultural machinery for rice farming and to be expanded into upland crop whose mechanization is insufficient. The annual rental days ('10) are 9.5 days/unit, thereby being a little insufficient. Rental fee for 1 day is 0.2~0.8% of the initial purchase cost of agricultural machine, thereby being greatly lower compared to 2.0% (annually 10-day rent) of the proper rents, resulting in being demanded improvement. Conclusions: To be continuously driven the rental business of agricultural machinery with having the ability to propagate, it is judged to be likely to necessarily collect optimum rental fee in consideration of rental days as well as increasing the use days per unit by buying the agricultural machinery, which is secured the rental demand, and by possessing the reasonable unit number.

편의점을 통한 결식아동급식사업 : 서울시의 현황 및 판매 식사류의 영양적 질 (Government-Funded Meal Support Program for Low-Income Children through Convenience Stores : Current Status and Nutritional Quality of Available Meal Items in Seoul)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate the current status of the Korean government-funded meal support program for low-income children through convenience stores and to evaluate the nutritional quality of the meal items available under the program. The POS data of three convenient stores where children had used their electronic meal cards most often in Seoul during January 2010 and the kinds and amounts of ingredients of the meal items available to the children were obtained from the headquarter of the convenient stores. A total of 5,081 transactions by 693 children included in the POS data was analyzed. In addition, nutritional contents of meal items, which were meal boxes (11 kinds), kimbab (13 kinds), rice balls (27 kinds), inari sushi (1 kind), and sandwiches (26 kinds), were analyzed with Can Pro 3.0. The results showed that children had purchased flavored-milk products most often. Children tended to purchase meal items together with drinks (60.9% of transactions), but some purchased drinks (27.6%) or meal items only (11.5%). Except for meal boxes, none of the meal items satisfied 1/3 of Estimated Energy Requirements of the 9-11 year-old boys per day. The average energy contents of different kinds of meal boxes, kimbabs, rice balls, and sandwiches were 619, 357, 200, and 380 kcal, respectively, and the energy content of a package of Inari sushi was 457 kcal. Vitamin C amount was found to be deficient in all the meal items, compared to 1/3 of Recommended Intake of the 9-11 year-old boys per day. The results of this study could be useful to develop nutritionally appropriate meal items for the convenient stores participating in the government-funded meal support program for children from lowincome families.

급식환경 개선이 환자식 만족도에 미치는 영향 -사례 연구 중심으로 - (The Effects of the Improvement of the Food Service Environment on Patients′ Satisfaction with the Hospital Food Service - Focused on Case Studies -)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess how the changes in the food services environment on patients satisfaction with the hospital food service. Statistical data analyses were completed using the SPSS 11.0 program. The results can be summarized as follows: The flow line and environment of the food services in the hospital were improved through remodeling, which included the replacement of all cooking utensils, ventilation facilities and material storages, the purchase of a combi steamer, and the change of meal carts and trays. After the remodeling, the hospital food service was improved so that it provided spoons at each meal, diversified the menu utilizing the combi steamer, served event meals three times a week as well as water boiled with burned rice in the morning twice a week. In addition, various types of tableware were used in the table settings to produce attractive visual effects. Among the 10 items included on the patient satisfaction questionnaire, ″satisfaction with offered menus″ (p < 0.01) showed significantly higher scores before the remodeling. ″cooking/seasoning of food″, ″amount of meals″ and ″taste of meals″ were not statistically significant, but showed increased satisfaction after the remodeling. However ″temperature of food″, ″cleanliness of clothes and features″ and ″satisfaction with meal times″ were not statistically significant, but showed decreased satisfaction after the remodeling. 엽채류 재배농가의 농업정보 이용에 관한 연구 (Study on the Use of Agricultural Information in Leaf Vegetable Farmers)

  • This study was performed to investigate the status of using agricultural information and develope desirable strategy to offer agricultural information for leaf vegetables farmers. 187 farmers are surveyed to collect data. Many farmers get agricultural information through various channel. They satisfied with agricultural information contents, rightness of time but dissatisfied with the easiness of gain, fitness of information relatively. And the mean score of farmer's information needs on agricultural information were higher than that of theoretical mean. relatively high items were new seed information, technology of cultivation, pesticide purchase and prevention, laborer finding, consumer information, the trend of leaf vegetables price, marketing place, government's agricultural policy and laws etc. To make farmers get information easily, we recommend to gather information at one place and provide them on internet portal site composed with information related for paddy rice farmers. To make desirable information service system, farmers should bring up their internet searching ability, and agricultural extension officers in count/city have to make effort to provide useful information more often by various communication methods such as visiting farmers, using internet or e-mail service, pamphlet, and so on.

스피루리나 첨가 쌀엿강정의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Riceyeotgangjung with Added Spirulina Powder)

  • Riceyeotgangjung (RYG) with added spirulina was prepared with citron juice for masking of odor. Oil temperature for puffing was found to be $220^{\circ}C$ for frying dry rice based upon the results of expansion rate and color. RYGs with added spirulina (1, 2, and 3%) were prepared under the above conditions, and their physicochemical and sensory properties were examined under storage at $60^{\circ}C$ for 15 days. Moisture content of RYG decreased proportionally with the spirulina content and storage time. The hardness levels of the freshly made RYGs with spirulina were higher than that of control. During storage, the hardness of the control gradually increased, but those of the RYGs with spirulina gradually decreased, although no significant differences existed between the spirulina containing RYGs. Lightness and redness values in the Hunter color system decreased according to the spirulina content and storage time. Yellowness value also increased with the spirulina content and storage time. Phycocyanin and total phenolic content increased with spirulina content, but decreased with the storage period. Sensory evaluation results showed that RYG with 2% added spirulina received the highest scores for color, taste, overall acceptability, and intention of purchase. As a result, the optimal addition amount of spirulina to RYG is recommended to be 2%.

일부 경주지역 농민의 농약사용실태 및 농약의 위험성에 대한 인식 조사 (A Survey on the Pesticide Use and Perceptions about the Hazards of Pesticiedes among the Farmers in Kyoungju Area, Korea)

  • This study was done for the purpose of investigating the status of the use and perceptions of pesticides among the farmers who spray them in person. And it was also done to provide the basic statistics for the Agricultural Health Policy and study. Over the part of agricultural area in Kyungju and Ulsan City, Korea, from July to September 1999, 1032 questionnaires were distributed and 561 of them were collected and 447 were analysed. Major results of this study are as follows. The proportion of those who have special location for pesticides storage was only 5.3%, and that of those who lock hte storage location was only 13.6%. As to the treatment of bottles after use, most common response was 'burn in home'(47.7%). Most farmers purchase pesticides through 'pesticide store' or 'Agricultural Cooperatives'. The knowledge and Usage of pesticides depends in large part on experiences. The farmers who cultivate orchard spray pesticides more frequently than those cultivate paddy rice mainly. Most common pesticides in use are oganophosphates and carbamates. And also the pesticides that contains so-called 'Environmental Hormone' are used. The perception about the hazards of pesticides is rather superficial and insufficient. 'Herbicide(Gramoxon·Paraco)'(38%) is accepted as the most hazardous by farmers.

광학위성영상의 해상도에 따른 논지역의 정규식생지수 비교 (Comparison of NDVI in Rice Paddy according to the Resolution of Optical Satellite Images)

  • 정규식생지수는 농업분야에 가장 많이 사용된 원격탐사 자료로, 현재 대부분의 광학위성에서 제공되고 있다. 특히 고해상도 광학위성영상이 제공되면서 농업 활용 분야에 따른 최적의 광학위성영상의 선택이 매우 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 국내 논지역의 정규식생지수 모니터링 시 가장 최적의 광학위성영상을 정의하고 이를 위해 필요한 해상도 관련 요구조건을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전 세계적으로 많이 사용되는 MOD13, Landsat-8, Sentinel-2A/B, PlanetScope 위성의 정규식생지수영상을 대상으로 국내 당진 논지역의 공간분포 및 2019년부터 2022년까지 시계열 패턴을 비교, 분석하였다. 각 자료는 3-250 m의 공간해상도와 다양한 주기해상도로 제공되며, 정규식생지수를 산출할 때 사용되는 분광밴드의 영역도 약간의 차이가 있다. 분석 결과 Landsat-8은 가장 낮은 정규식생지수 값을 나타내며 공간적으로 변이도 매우 낮았다. 이에 비해 MOD13 정규식생지수 영상은 PlanetScope 자료와 비슷한 공간분포 및 시계열 패턴을 나타났으나 낮은 공간해상도로 인해 논 주변지역의 영향을 받았다. Sentinel-2A/B는 넓은 근적외선밴드 영역으로 인해 상대적으로 약간 낮은 정규식생지수 값을 나타내었으며, 특히 생육 초기시기에 그 특징이 두드러졌다. PlanetScope의 정규식생지수가 상세한 공간적 변이 및 안정적인 시계열 패턴을 제공하나 높은 구매가격을 고려하면 공간적으로 균일한 논지역보다는 밭지역에서 그 활용성이 높을 것으로 사료된다. 이에 따라 국내 논지역에 대해서는 250 m급 MOD13 정규식생지수나 10 m급 Sentinel-2A/B가 가장 효율적일 것으로 사료되나 작물의 개체에 대한 상세 물리량 추정을 위해서는 고해상도 위성영상이 활용될 수 있다.
