기존의 장미혁명과 오렌지혁명에서도 나타났듯이, 레몬혁명에서 발생한 미국 및 서방세력의 지역패권 장악 의도는 시민혁명의 선거과정에 직접적으로 개입하거나, 혹은 선거활동을 하는 NGO 단체들을 재정적, 도덕적, 이념적 차원에서 직간접적으로 지원하여 자국에게 유리한 정권을 창출하고자 하는 형태로 나타났다. 비록 NGO 단체들에 의해 지원받은 시민단체들이 순수한 차원에서 시민운동을 조직하였다고도 볼 수 있으나, NGO 단체 역시 정부의 지원을 받아 운영되는 경우가 대부분이기 때문에 정치색이 배제된 순수한 민간단체라고 보기는 어렵다. 따라서 특정한 목적을 가지고 접근하였을 때, 시민단체가 가지는 본연의 목적을 유지하기가 힘들어진다. 장미혁명이나 오렌지혁명, 레몬혁명에서 활동하였던 시민단체들은 모두 서방의 지원을 받는 NGO 단체들이었다. 색깔혁명에서 미국을 비롯한 서방세력과 러시아의 헤게모니 쟁탈전이 직접적으로 발생했다기보다는 색깔혁명을 통해 주변 강대국들의 패권경쟁이 가시화되었다고 보는 것이 더욱 타당할 것이다. 미국이 주도하는 세계질서가 강화되어 포스트 소비에트 공간에서 러시아의 국가이익이 침해받거나, 과거 앞마당이었던 이 지역에서 러시아의 입지가 약화될 경우, 지역패권을 둘러싼 미국 및 서방세력과 러시아의 갈등은 지속될 것이며, 러시아는 서방세계를 견제할 수 있는 SCO, CSTO, EurAsEC과 같은 역내 다자간 협력기구를 통해 중국, 인도 등 주변의 강대국들과 전략적 협력을 추진할 것이다.

We study surfaces of revolution in the three dimensional Euclidean space $\mathbb{R}^3$ with two distinct axes of revolution. As a result, we prove that if a connected surface in the three dimensional Euclidean space $\mathbb{R}^3$ admits two distinct axes of revolution, then it is either a sphere or a plane.

The world is now going through the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Major global economies, including the United States, Germany, Japan and China, are fostering industries related to the fourth industrial revolution with policies and investments. South Korea is also setting up its fourth industrial revolution committee under the president, expanding policies and investment to foster industries related to the fourth industrial revolution, and increasing investment in research and development. Accordingly, government and private investment in industries and technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution is made extensively around the world, and many related industries and technologies are being developed. In this paper, we will look into the status and problems of Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration projects that can quickly and easily introduce technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution in the private sector where many developments are taking place, and present the direction of development.

The period of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is our near future and the ongoing changes in this age. We need to strive to adapt to this changes and also try to create new values. This study focuses on workers' perceptions and attitudes (self-efficacy, expectancy, and acceptance of change) toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution. These positive attitudes toward the upcoming future and the Fourth Industrial Revolution will influence on both the future and the current attitude, behavior and performance of employees. People have certain attitudes to the future, and these attitudes have an impact on current behavior. This paper tries to examine the positive attitudes toward the Fourth Industrial Revolution era and the influence of positive attitudes toward this new age on the current job satisfaction. Through this process, this paper explains what kinds of attitudes the workers should have in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, and also sheds light on significance and purpose of this paper to explain how these specific attitudes toward the future influence the present performance such as job satisfaction.

In this article, we introduce the notion of pointwise 1-type Gauss map of the first and second kinds and study surfaces of revolution with such Gauss map. Our main results state that surfaces of revolution with pointwise 1-type Gauss map of the first kind coincide with surfaces of revolution with constant mean curvature; and the right cones are the only rational surfaces of revolution with pointwise 1-type Gauss map of the second kind.

Recently the attention to the 4th industrial revolution has been increasing. In the 4th industrial revolution era, the boundaries of physical space, digital space, and biological space are becoming blurred since the active convergence between various fields There are a lot of issues on the 4th industrial revolution such as artificial intelligence, internet of thing, big data, and cyber physical system. Accordingly, this study aims to analyse the main issues of the 4th industrial revolution. Data mining such as topic modelling method is used for the analysis. This study is expected to be helpful for the researcher and policy maker of the 4th industrial revolution.

In this paper, we investigate the surfaces of revolution with light-like axis satisfying some equation in terms of a position vector field and the Laplacian with respect to the non-degenerate third fundamental form in Minkowski 3-space. As a result, we give some special example of the surfaces of revolution with light-like axis.

Little information is available about the characteristics in revolution gait of hemiplegic elderly, which is frequently represented in daily life. It is also hard to elucidate purely the characteristics due to hemiplegia because of no consideration of aging factors. The aim of study is to identify the alteration characteristics of lower extremity joint angles in both straight and revolution gaits together due to hemiplegia through comparing healthy with hemiplegic elderly. Following Institutional Review Board approval, twelve healthy and hemiplegic elderly were participated and the center of body mass (COM) and lower extremity joint angles were measured during straight and revolution gaits using a computer-aided video motion capture system. The results showed that the gait characteristics were generally altered in both straight and revolution gaits due to hemiplegia (p < 0.05). The gait characteristics were then different between the straight and revolution gaits each other. This study may be valuable by identifying for the first time the alterations of the lower extremity joint angles in both straight and revolution gaits due to pure hemiplegia through comparing healthy elderly with hemiplegic elderly.

This study aims to describe various teaching cases about 'earth revolution' in terms of PCK; knowledge of curriculum, knowledge of teaching strategies and knowledge of assessment. Based on these various cases we suggested PCK progressions about 'earth revolution'. For these, we recorded 'solar system and star' classes of nine elementary school teachers' in Kangwon, Gyeonggi, Gwangju, and Seoul. We adopted Lee & Lee (2016)'s topic-specific PCK framework to analyze the classes. As results, we suggested topic-specific PCK progression about 'earth revolution'. The results showed the upper anchor of the earth revolution class were exploring the reason of the change of constellation, finding the tendency of constellation change. These teachings were carried by the teachers' adaptive strategies. The upper anchor of the assessment was monitoring students' understanding during the whole class. The PCK progression about 'earth revolution' could help the teachers plan the earth revolution class, and reflect their own teachings.

Objectives: This study investigated the perception and educational needs of the health care professionals in wake of the fourth industrial revolution. Methods: This study was conducted among 115 students from the Department of Dental Hygiene and 122 dental hygienists from Gwangju and Jeonnam, from June 25 to September 20, 2020. The questionnaire consisted of one question on the perception of the concept of the fourth industrial revolution and two questions on the influence of the fourth industrial revolution. It contained a total of eight questions on the desired education hours and education expenditure. Results: The degree of perception of the concept and influence of the fourth industrial revolution was 3.20 for both dental hygiene students and dental hygienists; the average of the two groups was the same. Regarding the educational experience, 'no experience' was the most marked response among both dental hygiene students and dental hygienists and no statistically significant difference was observed (p>0.05). Conclusions: As demanded by the changing times, it is necessary to identify the differences in educational demands of the two groups, develop educational programs according to the fourth industrial revolution, as demanded by the changing times, and apply educational programs that fit the educational needs of each group.
