This study aims to investigate the aspects of revision in the external and internal structure of curriculum and documentation in Korea and Japan and to propose the direction and task to enhance the current framework of the national curriculum. Japan has been selected for comparison in that it explicitly prepared social changes such as the dramatic evolution of artificial intelligence and population aging in its new curriculum. Therefore, various aspects of revision were analyzed the 2009 & 2015 revised mathematics curriculum of Korea and the 2008 & 2017 mathematics curriculum of Japan respectively in the elementary, middle, and high school grade bands. Then, the differences between the two countries were identified through comparison. First, the structure of the mathematics curriculum in Japan was connected with the general guidelines more tightly than Korea, and the external structure of the mathematics curriculum stayed consistently after the revision. Second, contrary to Korea, which pursued the appropriateness and reduction of mathematical content, Japanese mathematics curriculum has been pursuing detailed contents both quantitatively and qualitatively. Lastly, Japan emphasized statistical problem-solving ability. Based on this, we suggested considering of consistency in the structure curriculum documentation, detailing contents of the curriculum, and strengthening of statistical education.

The structures of flavonoids, 2(S)-5,7-dihydroxy-8,2'-dimethoxyflavanone (1), wogonin (2), 2(S)-5,7, 2'-trihydroxy-8-methoxyflavanone (3), and 2(S)-5,2',5'-trihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflavanone (4), isolated from Scutellaria indica were revised on the basis of 2D NMR spectroscopy, including to gCOSY, gHSQC, and gHMBC. Compounds 1-4 were tested in vitro protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) inhibitory activity. Compounds 2 and 4 exhibited weak PTP1B inhibitory activity with $IC_{50}$ values of 208 and $337{\mu}M$, respectively.

Green frame is column-beam structure composed of precast concrete members. Based on Revision of Structural Concrete Design Code, the bottom rebar of beam shall be extend at least 150mm into the support member. However, if the bottom rebar extend to satisfy Revision of Structural Concrete Design Code, the installation fo beam is impossible due to interference between the columns and beams. Thus, the aim of this study is estimation of production length of precast concrete beam by using splice length of bottom rebar. In this study to solve this problem, lap splice were used on the join. This study was calculated length of the reinforcement by the diameter. According to the length of the rebar, the production length of beam concrete was calculated. The results of this study will satisfy the Revision of Structural Concrete Design Code about column-beam connection when green frame will be applied.

The purpose of this paper is to make research on the contents and discussions of the draft of revised UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules that have been discussed and considered by the Working Group. At its thirty-ninth session (New York, 19 June-7 July 2006), the Commission agreed that, in respect of future work of the Working Group, priority be given to a revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (1976). At its forty-fifth session (Vienna, 11-15 September 2006), the Working Group undertook to identify areas where a revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules might be useful. At that session, it was considered that the focus of the revision should be on updating the Rules to meet changes that had taken place over the last thirty years in arbitral practice. The largely amended provisions of the draft of revised UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules are as follows : Notice of arbitration and response to the notice of arbitration (Article 3), Designating and appointing authorities (Article 4 bis), November of arbitrators (Article 5), Appointment of arbitrations (Article 6), Appointment of arbitrators in multi-party arbitration (Article 7 bis), Challenge of arbitrators (Article 9), Replacement of an arbitrator (Article 13), Pleas as to the jurisdiction of the arbitral tribunal (Article 21), Interim measures (Article 26), Form and effect of the award (Article 32), and Liability of arbitrators (Proposed additional provisions). There are some differences between the draft of revised UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and the KCAB Arbitration Rules. In order to jnternationalize the Korea's commercial arbitration system, it is desirable that the main articles of the draft of revised UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules should be admitted to the KCAB Arbitration Rules. In conclusion, the Commission was generally of the view of any revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules should not alter the structure of the text, its spirit, its drafting style, and should respect the flexibility of the text rather than make it more complex. The Working Group agreed that harmonizing the provisions of the UNCITRAL Model Law should not be automatic but rather considered only where appropriate.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyse the revised contents of the history class in the Korean Decimal Classification(KDC), 5th edition, and then identify problems and propose the revised contents for the KDC, 6the edition. Major analysed areas are divided into four. First, geographic area table is discussed. It includes extension of the geographic area table, emphasis of hierarchical structure in the geographical area, revision of North Korean geographical names, extension of subgeographical structure of major nations in the world, and revision of nations in the central and west Asia. Second, Korean time period is extended. Third, the notes of entries of the Chinese and Japanese history areas are shorten. Fourth, the geographical and personal names are changed their native pronunciation, specially Chinese and Japanese. For the revision of the KDC, 6th edition, four areas are discussed: first, Korean geographic areas would be categorized by broaden area, second, the areas are arranged from the capital of the nation to others, third, foreign geographical names would be used their native names, and last, time period would be categorized by years.

For the last few years, the wholesale market system in Japan has been experiencing a lot of changes in the related sectors. The greatest changes in the environments surrounding the wholesale market were enlargement of the producers' cooperatives, increase of fisheries products marketed in the outside of the wholesale market system, and management aggravation of the related businessmen, These changes resulted in the revision of the wholesale Market Law in 1999 to cope with the social needs successfully. Recently, fisheries wholesale markets in Japan have a few problems like declining of earning power, weakening of management constitution, etc. Consequently, Japanese government presents policy for enforcing the competition power through reform laws related with fisheries wholesale markets. Also the fisheries wholesale markets have been trying variety and active countermeasures like undertaking, merger, coalition, etc. to overcome the crisis.

최근의 데이터 베이스 응용분야에 있어서 시간에 따른 정보의 변화를 유지관리할 필요성이 대두되고 대용량의 기억장치 가격의 급속한 감소와 함께 이의 이용 기술이 향상되면서 시간주기에 따라 실세계의 상태에 대한 변경과정을 표현하는 시간 즉, 데이터의 변경이력을 지원하는 데이터베이스(Terporal Database)에 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 이러한 요구를 만족시키기 위한 여러 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 일반적으로 시간 지원 데이터베이스 모델은 지원되는 시간의 형태에 따라 Static, Static Rollback, Historical, Temporal, Revision 데이터베이스 모델로 나뉘어진다. 본 논문에서는 시간 및 변경이력을 지원하기 위한 데이터베이스 모델과 이를 위한 데이터베이스 시스템의 주요 설계 Issue들에 관하여 조사분석한 다음, Static Rollback 데이터베이스 모델을 기본으로 하는 "$SR^2DBS$: 시간 지원 데이터베이스 시스팀"의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술하였다. $SR^2DBS$은 기존의 관계형 데이터 베이스 시스팀"의 모델을 시간 애트리뷰트를 추가시킴으로서 데이터 베이스의 변경이력관리를 가능케 한 Direct Manipulation Database Processing System으로 데이터베이스의 현상태 뿐만 아니라 시간에 따른 변경이력에 대해서 Screenoriented Relation Browsing & Editing 기능을 제공하며, 다음과 같은 특징을 갖는다. - Screen oriented Processing - Directi-Manipulation of Objects - Object & Revision History of Interest Visibility - Rapid Reversible Actions - Transaction Time & Revision Number Supporting - Roll-back Query Supporting - Han-gul Data Supporting - Two level Storage Structure(Current Version & History Versions)

KS K 0051(2009) was established in 1990 and revised in 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2009. Recently the structure of apparel production and distribution are changing like as small quantity batch production, increase of importing abroad apparel and increase of on-line shopping mall. Based on Social and economic conditions, examine the potential for use of KS K 0051(2009) standard sizing system for female adult's garments are needed. Through which, it was intended to suggestion for the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments which can facilitate communication among consumer, producer and sellers. The improvement point was discussed through review of the current KS K 0051 (2009) and abroad standard sizing system for female adult's garments, ISO 3637(1977), ISO 4416(1981), BS EN 13402-2(2002), BS EN 13402-3(2004), JIS L 4005(2001) and GB/T 1335.2(2008). Also, the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments was suggested using data of 6th Size Korea. As a result of this study, in the revision, formal wear, casual wear, training wear and under wear were separated to simplify the classification and the classification of body type were excluded. Also, it is possible that size designation was simplified through optional notation and letter code based on bust girth could be marked together in casual wear.

Reinforced concrete is the most widely used construction method for constructing structures. There is a lot of process for constructing Reinforced concrete structures such as installing rebars, molds and support, mixing and placing concrete, and curing. So the reinforced concrete work accounts for a large part of the total construction cost for constructing structure. For this reason a reasonable standard for estimating the cost of reinforced concrete construction has to be established and it will be possible to secure appropriate costs for construction work. In this study, we analyze the revision factors of the standard for estimating the cost of reinforced concrete construction and present them to secure reasonable construction costs.

In order to apply the drywall system to the interior wall of the post & beam structure, the existing detail drawings and construction specifications must be revised. LH selected drywall systems suitable for post & beam apartment housings and revised their standard detail drawings and construction specifications. This paper describes the major revision of the plasterboard partition wall in the LH construction specifications and standard detail drawings. The main policy of the revision work was to prevent defects by ensuring the construction quality and to eliminate adverse effects on the subsequent processes.
