Purpose - The aim of this article is to outline the concept of work engagement and the importance of job resources including supervisor support and coworker support pertaining to work engagement. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The article discusses the concept of work engagement and what empirical evidences suggest about its relationship with job resources including supervisor and coworker support. Result - Critical review of the literature has indicated towards strengths and pitfalls of social support resources including supervisor and coworker at work, particularly with regards to work engagement thus, requiring further empirical attention. Accordingly, the article has also indicated towards the critical significance of meaningful work for fostering employee well-being at work. Conclusions - The article has highlighted noteworthy empirical gaps in the body of knowledge concerning to job resources including supervisor support and coworker support and their relationship with work engagement. The article has also underlined the lack of research and potential of 'meaningful work' towards enhancing work engagement as well as, acting as a moderator between supervisor support, coworker support and work engagement relationship.

This article explored the customers protection regulations in electronic payment system by Article 4A of the UCC and EFTA of 1978 and by Electronic Financial Transaction Act of Korea. Both Korea and America have various regulations to protect concerned parties(customers). For examples, the errors of payment order, money-back guarantee, and unauthorized payment order etc. First, this Article focuses on the allocation of risk of loss caused by ambiguous term in payment orders that do not express the subjective intention of the senders. Second, most rights and obligations created by Article 4A of America can be varied with the agreement of affected parties. But there are some exceptions. The exceptions include the money-back guarantee. So Receiving bank have to pay to originator the ordered money included interest. However, Korea also has money-back guarantee but bank do not pay interest to sender. Lastly, Electronic Funds Transfer Act of 1978 and Regulation E has US$ 50 regulation in order to protect customers on the unauthorized payment order. Article 4A imposes duty to detect unauthorized payment orders to originator in relation to the establishment of commercially reasonable security procedure, while Korean law imposes the duty to notify the bank in order to decrease the loss resulted from unauthorized payment order.

In light of increasing international trade in recent years, international arbitration has been more widely used by international parties to resolve their conflicts. Thus, the need for reliable and effective enforcement of foreign arbitral awards has amplified. To facilitate the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, the New York Convention lists grounds for the refusal of recognition and enforcement in Article V. This paper examines prominent U.S. case law on Article V(1)(b), which is put in place to ensure that arbitration proceedings are conducted properly in accordance with due process requirements: proper notice to parties and an opportunity to a fundamentally fair hearing. This examination of case law conveys that U.S. courts refuse to enforce foreign arbitral awards pursuant to Article V(1)(b) only when due process rights of the party against whom the award is to be enforced are clearly violated by the arbitral tribunal. This paper also reveals that U.S. courts mainly defer to arbitral tribunals' discretion, especially as to evidentiary matters. Therefore, it is predicted that U.S. courts will likely continue to narrowly construe the grounds in Article V to facilitate reliable and effective enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in the U.S.

This paper intends to analyse some legal issues on "Zeroing" which is based on the article 2.4.2 under the WTO Anti-dumping Agreement. "Zeroing" stands for a specific methodology in calculating a general dumping margin for a product in question under which negative individual dumping margins are treated as zero (thus "zeroed") before aggregating all individual dumping margins. The article 2.4.2 of the Anti-dumping Agreement regulates three types of calculating methodology on dumping margin as first symmetrical method(average-to-average: A-A), second symmetrical method(individual-to-individual: I-I) and asymmetrical method(average-to-individual: A-I). However, this article does not have any provisions about the "Zeroing" practice. In their anti-dumping practices, the EC and the United-States calculated dumping margin based on the "Zeroing", but this methodology has been disputed in the Dispute Settlement Body(DSB) of the WTO. This paper analysed their legal problems with some WTO cases in particular concerning EC-Bed Linen, U.S.-Softwood Lumber Zeroing, U.S.-Zeroing(EC) and U.S.-Sunset Review(Japan) cases. On the basis of theses analysis, we can therefore ask some questions as follows; To begin with, although the article 2.4.2 of the WTO Anti-dumping Agreement does not clearly refer to the "Zeroing", how do some developing countries, as the U.S.A and the E.U. calculate dumping margin as the "Zeroing"? Secondly, what is the relationship between the symmetrical method and asymmetrical method to the dumping margin? And if we adopt the zeroing method, what is the different rate to anti-dumping margin? Thirdly, although the Panel decided that the zeroing methodology of dumping margin used by th U.S.A in administrative review between the U.S.A and the E.U, why does the Appellate Body made the decision that the american methodology is incompatible with the WTO Anti-dumping Agreement? Lastly, what will be affected the upper decision taken by the Appellate Body to the DDA negotiation of anti-dumping matters? Even though the WTO Appellate made a decision that the zeroing method is incompatible with the principles of the WTO law, this methodology contains a lot of problems. Some members of the WTO as the U.S.A and the E.U did not officially declare this methodology to abandon, and the debate concerned is arguing. Therefore this paper tried to present the adequate solution in order to promote the zeroing methodology in the international anti-dumping system and practices.

본 연구는 초 중등학교 정규교과에서 로봇활용교육의 효과를 고찰하기 위한 것으로 2001년부터 2013년까지 국내학술지를 대상으로 체계적 문헌고찰 연구방법을 수행하였다. 문헌고찰을 위한 데이터베이스는 KISS, DBpia, E-article의 세 종류를 활용하였으며 '로봇 & 교육'과 '로봇활용교육'의 두 옵션으로 검색을 실시하였다. 최초 검색된 논문은 481편이었으나 프로토콜에 따라 모니터링하고 추출을 진행한 결과 최종 50편이 선정되었다. 로봇활용교육의 연구 주제는 창의성, 문제해결능력이 가장 많았으며 연구방법으로는 이질집단사전사후설계와 t검증이 높은 빈도를 차지하였다. 교육적 효과측면에서 교과흥미도, 학습몰입도, 학습태도, 학습동기, 창의성, 문제해결능력 향상이 확인되었다. 하지만 일부 연구에서는 유의미 하지 않은 연구결과도 보고되었다. 문헌분석 결과를 기초로 로봇활용교육에 고려되어져야 할 점을 제시하였다.

언플러그드 활동의 교육적 효과 및 향후 방향에 대하여 고찰하기 위해 2007년부터 2016년까지 국내 학술지 및 학위논문을 대상으로 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 체계적 문헌고찰을 위한 데이터베이스는 RISS, KISS, E-article의 세 종류를 활용하였으며 '언플러그드', '놀이중심' 등의 옵션으로 검색을 실시하였다. 체계적 문헌고찰 연구방법에서 선정한 프로토콜에 따라 모니터링하고 추출한 결과 최종 선정된 논문은 37편이었으며 연구현황, 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 연구 주제어, 학습 유형, 교육 방법, 연구 효과의 측면에서 분석을 실시하였다. 언플러그드 활동은 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많으며 교육적 효과로는 학업성취도 및 문제해결력, 논리적 사고력이 가장 많이 나타났다. 정의적 영역에서는 흥미, 호기심, 동기 부여 측면이 가장 많았다. 문헌분석 결과를 기초로 언플러그드 활동이 지닌 특성 및 시사점을 논의하였다.

systems thinking is a methodology to explain structural mechanisms for resolving problems in highly complex and dynamic society. This article applies systems thinking to understand recent social and political changes in South Korea. This article identifies the weakers' virtuous circle that played central role in reinforcing soical climate to support the weakers and the oppressed group. Also this article adopts the concept of tipping points and triggers to explain how the political and social changes are produced and widely accepted in a few days. In conclusion we propose that systems thinking is promising in understand social and political changes.

Government tries to revise the article 25 in Korea Maritime Transport Act which describes subject of coastal carriage for exported-imported container cargoes. The subject of coastal carriage will be replaced coastal carrier by ocean liner carrier according to the revised article 25. By adopting the revised article, coastal shipping industry will be deteriorated in terms of returns on investment, sales and etc. Even though the revision is inevitable to harmonize the flow of exported-imported container cargo movement, coastal shipping industry should be developed and restructured to get competitive power and to set up an efficient international logistics system. To enhance competitive power of coastal shipping companies successfully, government must realize the importance of coastal shipping, and aid the industry through various methods such as arrangement of law and regulation, indirected financial assistance, decrease of tax rate, etc.
