Trichoderma koningii의 Protoplast Reversion에 대하여 (Protoplast Reversion of Trichoderma koningii)

  • Protoplasts from Trichoderma koningii were fractioned at varing digestion periods. There were distinct differences between the fractionated protoplasts in CMCase activity and protein content ; namely, protein contents and CMCase activities in the early-protoplasts were higher than the late-produced protoplasts. Reversion frequencies of the early-produced protoplasts. Reversion frequencies of the early-produced protoplasts (0-1hr.) and the late-produced protoplasts (1-2.5 hr.)were 1.25% and 0.56%, respectively. From these results it was assumed that the early-produced protoplasts were more active in physiological metabolism. Meanwhile, in osmotically stabilized liquid medium two distinct reversion patterns of these protoplasts were found. In the first, normal germ tube was developed from the opposite side of the protoplast after the production of an aberrent tube. In the second, reversion occurred through germination of protoplast, but this patterns was uncommon. It is suggested that the the physiological and morphological heterogeneities in protoplast reversion are related to the heterogeneous origins of protoplasts from highly differentiated mycelium.

잔류 인함량이 옥배유의 변색및 저장안정성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Residual Phosphorus Content on color Reversion and Storage Stability of Corn Germ Oil)

  • To examine the effects of residual phosphorus content on color reversion and storage stability of corn germ oil, the changes of Lovibond total color and stability of oxidation were determined according to the different storage periods at room and incubating temperature, respectively. The residual phosphorus content and storage temperature had the synergistic effect on color reversion during short time storage. The extent of color change was the greatest when oils were stored for 1.0∼1.5 years at room temperature and thereafter gradually tended to reverse color reversion. It is supposed that the double bonds of carotenoids in oils were oxidized and then turned to the volatiles such as epoxide, ionone, and etc. In contrast, the residual phosphorus content increased oxidation stability of oils. The residual phosphorus content was closely correlated with the color reversion and storage stability, respectively.

느타리섯과 사철느타리버섯의 원형질체(原形質體) 재생(再生) 및 환원(還元)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on Protoplast Regeneration and Reversion of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus florida)

  • 식용으로 재배면적이 증가하고 있는 느타리버섯과 사철느타리버섯의 유전연구와 균주개 발을 위하여 원형질체의 재생 및 환원에 관한 실험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 느타리버섯의 원형질체 재생에 알맞는 삼투압 조절제는 0.6 M KCl과 0.6 M Sucrose였으며, 균사의 생장을 촉진하는 amino acid와 vitamin을 혼합한 배지에서 원형질체 환원율이 약 5배로 증가하였다. 2. 삼투압 조절제가 첨가된 배지에서 재생후 2일부터 원형질체가 재생하여 $5{\sim}10$일에 균총을 육안으로 확인하였으며, 환원율이 $0.24{\sim}3.19%$로 사철느타리버섯과 wild type이 느타리버섯과 영양요구성 균주보다 환원율이 다소 높았다.

  • Neohaplonts were obtained to improve mushroom strain from dikaryon strains of Flammulina Velutips, Ganoderma lucidum, Lyophyllum ulmarium, Pleurotus cornucopiae and Pleurotus spodoleucus by protoplast reversion. The noehaplont frequency from reversion colonies of protoplasts was 4.47-47.7%. Four more types of morphological characteristics were detected from neohaplonts of protoplast reversion in L. ulmarium, P. cornucopiae and P. spodoleucus, but one or two types were neohaplonts in F.velutipes and G. lucidum. Growth rate of neohaplonts was slow compared with dikaryon strains.

경도인지장애 노인의 인지기능 회귀와 관련요인: 종단적 코호트 연구 (Reversion to Normal Cognition and Its Correlates among the Community-dwelling Elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment: the Longitudinal Cohort Study)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify the rate of reversion from mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to normal cognition (NC) among the community-dwelling elderly and to determine if there were differences in cognitive function, leisure activities, and exercises between the group with MCI-maintained and the group with reversion to NC. Methods: This study utilized a longitudinal descriptive comparative design. A total of 346 subjects over age 65 was recruited from public health center at baseline. Finally 152 elderly were enrolled at 1 year follow-up. Data were collected through MoCA-K, K-MMSE, KDSQ-C5 and questionnaires on leisure activities and exercises. Data were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 using descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, and t-test. Results: The rate of reversion from MCI to NC among the subjects was 44.1%. At baseline, the group with MCI-maintained had lower cognitive function than the group with reversion to NC. At 1 year follow-up, the group with reversion to NC had higher subjective cognitive function than the group with MCI-maintained. Regarding leisure activities, there were differences between the groups at baseline and 1 year follow-up. Conclusion: It is suggested that age, education year, subjective cognitive function, and leisure activities should be considered at planning a nursing intervention for MCI.

  • The present study is aimed at developing the TRIP(transformation induced plasticity) aided high strength low carbon steel using reversion process. An excellent combination of elongation over 40% and tensile strength abut 100kgf/$\textrm{mm}^2$ achieved in processing of 0.15C-0.5 Si-6Mn steel by slow heating to intercritial temperature region and accelerated cooling into room temperature. This good combination is caused by TRIP phenomena of retained austenite in steels during deformation. The stability of retained austenite is very important for the good ductility and it depends on the diffusion of carbon and manganeses during heat treatment. The accelerated cooling after holding at annealing temperature retards the formation of pearlite and provides the carbon enrichment in retained austenite in steel, resulting in the increase in elongation of the cold-rolled TRIP steel. On the other hand, heat treating the steel at 600$^{\circ}C$ for 5 hour before cold rolling increases elongation but reduces the amount of retained austenite after reversion processing. It is accounted that the heat treating is effective for the increase in the stability of retained austenite.

The Effects of Self-Referencing and Counteractive Construal on Consumption Goal Reversion

  • Purpose - This study aims to explore the factors that can trigger the escalation of an initially pursued long-term utilitarian goal that is set aside to pursue a competing hedonic goal. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The experimental study covered three groups : Group 1 (ego-depletion, self-referencing), Group 2 (ego-depletion, neutral), and Group 3 (no ego-depletion, neutral). The participants of the study comprised 150 undergraduates who were divided into three groups of 50 students for each. One-way ANOVA and regression analyses were used to verify the hypotheses. Results - Ego-depleted consumers are less likely to resist immediate temptation than those who are not in an ego-depletion state. Self-referencing has a positive impact on long-term goal reversion when consumers in an ego-depletion state experience immediate temptations. Counteractive construal plays a mediating role between self-referencing and long-term goal reversion. Conclusions - We found that consumers tend to yield to momentary temptations when they are in an ego-depletion state. Self-referencing and counteractive construal can eliminate the ego-depletion effect and then facilitates escalation of the set-aside long-term goal.

첨가제가 감마선 조사될 녹차 추출물의 색상 환원에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Additive on Color Reversion of Irradiated Green Tea Extract)

  • 녹차 추출물의 불용색소를 감마선으로 제거한 후 저장기간 동안의 색상의 환원을 최소화하기 위하여 BHA와 아스콜빈산을 이용하여 실험을 실시하였다. 명도(Hunter color L-value)의 경우 대조구에서는 비조사구보다 조사구가 유의적으로 높아 밝은 색을 보였으며, BHA 첨가구(200 ppm)는 대조구와 유의적으로 차이가 없었다. 아스콜빈산 첨가구(200 ppm)는 대조구와 BHA 첨가구보다 명도가 저장기간 동안 유의적으로 높아 가장 밝은 색을 나타내었다. 저장기간에 따라 대조구, BHA처리구, 아스콜빈산 처리구 등 모두 20 kGy가 10 kGy보다 유의적으로 더 낮은 명도 값을 보여 감마선 조사 선량이 20 kGy또는 그 이상의 고선량일 경우 색의 환원이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 적색도(a값)는 감마선 조사선량에 의해 유의적으로 감소하였으며 처리구 중 아스콜빈산 처리구가 가장 낮은 적색도를 나타내어 명도에 이어 적색도도 아스콜빈산 처리가 가장 효과적이었다. 황색도(b값) 또한 유사한 결과를 보여 결론적으로 감마선 조사를 이용하여 녹차 추출물의 색도를 개선시킨 후 아스콜빈산과 같은 항산화제를 이용할 경우 저장 또는 운반 중 색의 환원을 최소화시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Buprofezin이 Ganoderma및 Coriolus 속균(屬菌)의 원형질체(原形質體) 나출(裸出) 및 재생(再生)에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effect of Buprofezin Concentration on the Formation and Reversion of Protoplast of Ganoderma spp. and Coriolus versicolor)

  • Chitin합성 저해제인 buprofezin이 Coriolous versicolor, Ganoderma lucidum, 및 G. applanatum 균사의 생장과 원형질체 나출 및 재생에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 buprofezin은 C. versicolor, G. lucidum 및 G. applanatum의 균사생장을 심히 저해하였고 첨가농도가 높을수록 균사생장 억제가 심하였다. Buprofezin처리에 의하여 기균사 및 oidia 형성량은 증가하였으나 균사의 형태에는 변화가 없었다. G. applanatum은 buprofezin 처리에 의하여 원형질체 나출량과 재생율이 현저히 증가하였으나, G. lucidum은 원형질체의 나출량과 재생율이 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 C. versicolor의 경우에는 원형질체 나출량이 증가하였으나, 재생율은 무처리와 차이를 보이지 않았다.

감마선조사에 의한 당귀와 알로에의 위생화 및 안전성 평가 (Hygienic Quality and Safety of Gamma Irradiated Angelicae Gigantis Radix and Aloe)

  • Gamma irradiation was applied to Angelicae gigantis radix and Aloe to improve their hygienic quality. The effective dose of irradiation was 7 kGy in Angelicae gigantis radlx and 5 kGy in Aloe for the sterilization of all contaminated microorganisms tested. After 8 months of storage at room temperature, no growth of microorganisms was observed in the irradiated products. The safety of these products were evaluated by Salmonella typhimurium reversion assay and in vivo micronucleus assay using mouse bone marrow cells. They were negative in the bacterial reversion assay with S. typhimurium TA 98, TA100, TA1535 and TA1537. In the in vivo mouse micronucleus assay, they did not show any clastogenic effect at all doses tested. These results indicate that the gamma irradiation of Angelicae gigantis radix at 12 kGy and of Aloe at 10 kGy have no genotoxic effects under these experimental conditions.
