The three key characteristics of Balenciaga designed by Nicolas Ghesquiere are Retrospecitvness, Eclecticism, Deconstruciton. First, Balenciaga looks retrospective sense through reinterpreting tradition. Nicolas created a new sense of expression by mixing his proper instinct with Balenciaga's original properties, historical components of the past western dress, and various design elements of assistants who used to work in Balenciaga. Second, Balenciaga expresses uncertain meaning by compromising between contrast and synthesis among the past and the future, the males and the females, simple and ornament, or different styles. Third, Nicolas's experimental and outsider-oriented view of Deconstruction through reorienting of thought is considered a try for a new formative concept as a designer who is not limited by general rules.

  • This study proves that the quoted legal text functions as the index which represents the contents of the text because of the characteristics of legal information, the automatic indexing in the secondary legal full-text databases can be possible without the assitance of the experts. In case of the establishment, amendment or repealing of law, change of words of index can be possible through revising the legal text quoted in the secondary legal full-text databases. Even when we dont input the full-text about retrospective documents, automatic indexing is also possible, and the establihment and the practice of expert knowledge and integrated databases are possible in case of the retrospective documents. This study indicates that it is necessary to have characteristic information the information experts recognize - that is to say, experimental and inherent knowledge only human being can have - built-in into the system rather than to approach the information system by the linguistic, statistic or structuralistic way, and it can be more essential and intelligent information system.

Canine urolithiasis occurred from one year till 12 years, but the most prevalent age was 3 years. Urinary calculi occurred more often in males (63%) than females. The most prevalent anatomic locations of calculi were urinary bladder (8 of 22 cases) and urethra (13 of 22 cases) in males and urinary bladder (10 of 18 cases) in females. The major mineral component of calculi was struvite (72%). In male dogs, out of 15 cases, 10 cases were struvite and 5 cases were calcium oxalate uroliths. And, in female dogs, 8 of 10 cases were struvite. In some cases, mineral composition and urine pH was not matched. In conclusion, in the dogs with predisposing factors for urolithiasis, regular examination or proper diet should be added to prevent the disease. And the mineral composition of calculi should not be predicted solely by the pH or crystal component of urine.
