  • In this Paper, we try to find service quality factors form performance arts. We survey Customers Performance and make a Questionnaire based on Customer by interview and internet Homepage. We find Potential customer satisfying factor by using Kano Analysis and Timko's CS coefficient. We also discuss how to use this result, we hope our result to apply customer satisfying many fields not only Performance arts.

OHIP의 구성개념 타당성 검증 및 삶의 질과의 관련성 (Relationship between Quality of Life and validated for constituent concepts validity using OHIP)

  • This study was conducted among 831 industrial workers in Gumi City in Gyung-Sang-Buk Do for the purpose of acquiring knowledge to improve quality of life though industrial workers' oral health promotion. Oral examination and questionnaire surveying were used to evaluate workers' oral health state and subjective health state and analyze their effect on quality of life. At the same time, the scales used in measuring the subjects' health state and quality of life-OHIP and WHOQOL-BREF-were validated for their constituent concepts and their relations were analyzed through structural modeling. The analysis results can be summarized as follows; The constituent concepts of OHIP and QOL factor structural models were validated since they were all in the range of appropriateness, as shown in the result of analysis using Indices of Fit-GFI, CFL, TLI and RMSEA. The result of analysis of constituent concepts to identitify the relations between OHIP and QOL confirmed that OHIP influences QOL.

해운기업의 안전품질경영체제 도입 성과 실증연구 (Empirical Study on the Induction Effect of Safety Quality Management System for the Shipping Company)

  • This document analyses the empirical study result of the safety quality management system(SQMS) induction. This analysis is composed as the following. First of all, we take a brief look at (he present Korean situations after the SQMS induction. Next, we analyse the effect of the SQMS induction, then we indicate the conclusion, suggestion, limits and future course of this study. We divided the effect of induction in 21 factors. The result was 3.5 out of 5 perfect Points, which shows the high preference. Higher points were scored with international companies than domestic ones, the companies accepted before 1998 than the ones after 1998, and large enterprises than smaller ones.

수정된 IPA를 활용한 호텔 키오스크 품질 속성에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Quality Attributes of Hotel Kiosks Using Revised IPA Analysis)

  • This study focuses on hotel kiosks that have begun to be introduced in earnest in mid-priced hotels, and the quality attributes of hotel kiosks, which are expected to be introduced throughout the hotel industry in the future, and validates them using a revised IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis). An online survey was conducted targeting hotel users who had used hotel kiosk devices, and difference analysis and IPA analysis were conducted on 239 people, excluding 61 who responded insincerely. As a result of the verification, there was no significant difference in hotel kiosk quality attributes by age, but there was no significant difference by age. It was found that there was a significant difference. As a result of analyzing the difference between importance and satisfaction, it was found that there was a partially significant difference. These results suggest standards for quality attributes in hotel kiosks and provide academic implications for future research and practical implications for hotel management practitioners.

On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

정부 품질보증활동 데이터 활용을 위한 Zero-Inflated 포아송 분포 적용 (Application of Zero-Inflated Poisson Distribution to Utilize Government Quality Assurance Activity Data)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose more accurate mathematical model which can represent result of government quality assurance activity, especially corrective action and flaw. Methods: The collected data during government quality assurance activity was represented through histogram. To find out which distributions (Poisson distribution, Zero-Inflated Poisson distribution) could represent the histogram better, this study applied Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The result of this study is as follows; Histogram of corrective action during past 3 years and Zero-Inflated Poisson distribution had strong relationship that their correlation coefficients was over 0.94. Flaw data could not re-parameterize to Zero-Inflated Poisson distribution because its frequency of flaw occurrence was too small. However, histogram of flaw data during past 3 years and Poisson distribution showed strong relationship that their correlation coefficients was 0.99. Conclusion: Zero-Inflated Poisson distribution represented better than Poisson distribution to demonstrate corrective action histogram. However, in the case of flaw data histogram, Poisson distribution was more accurate than Zero-Inflated Poisson distribution.

입원환자의 수면 방해 요인이 수면의 질에 미치는 영향 (Factors Influencing Quality of Sleep of Disturbance Factors Sleep by Inpatients)

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting quality of sleep and sleep disturbance among inpatient. Methods. A descriptive correlational study was conducted Participants were 200 inpatient in a hospital located in B city. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Result. Hospitalized patient's score of sleeping quality was 38.26 on an overall scale of 60, indicating it to be higher than 'Medium (30 points). Almost hospitalized patient in this study suffer from sleep disturbances. As results of univariate analyses, Educational level, Departments, Why hospitalized, Insomnia / depression, Chronic Disease, Scale of pain, physical symptoms, environmental factors, emotional factors, and sleep promoting behavior, disturbed sleep among hospitalized. However, the result of stepwise multiple regression analysis identified that physical symptoms, environmental factors, emotional factors, sleep promoting behavior, and Why hospitalized disturbed sleep and were significant score of sleeping quality for hospitalized and these sleep disturbance factors accounted 46.8% of variance of sleeping quality among hospitalized. Conclusion. These findings suggest that hospitalized patients with poor sleep quality should have their health carefully screened for physical symptoms, environmental factors, emotional factors, sleep promoting behavior, and why hospitalized. In addition, we recommend the development of a nursing program for improving sleep quality.

Determining Attribute Importance Weights Using Priority for Improvement Model

  • Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) holds the assumption that the degree of physical fulfilment of quality attributes and the satisfaction of that attribute is linear. Therefore, IPA can be applied to the traditional one-dimensional attributes, not to other quality elements such as attractive or must-be attributes. To overcome this problem, several articles introduced methods that integrate IPA into the concept of two-dimensional quality. However, these articles are rather conceptual focusing on the differentiation of quality attributes depend on quality elements in IPA. To provide empirical evidence of the dependent relationship between attribute importance and satisfaction in IPA, this study introduces a weighted importance approach and provides validation method using Bacon's priority model, a regression model. For this, the current research investigates 23 quality attributes of TV set for the results of Kano's model, which are adopted from Kim et al., and conducted a survey of 118 university students for the results of the importance/satisfaction and improvement priority. The result of the proposed approach shows better result than those using the conventional way, based on R-square of the regression model.

The Mediating Effect of Brand Awareness on the Relationship between Online Shopping Mall Quality Factors and Consumer Satisfaction

  • Purpose: The development of e-commerce in the marketplace is becoming a big trend, but there is a handful of research about the unique characteristics of e-commerce. Online distribution has several differences from offline, such as consumer approach, payment, and product assortment. In addition to the relationship between quality factors and e-commerce satisfaction, this study research how brand awareness affects consumer satisfaction and which quality factor affects brand awareness. Research design, data, and methodology: This study conducted a survey on 457 customers using top online shopping malls. As for the analysis method, multiple regression analysis to verify the mediating effect. Results: All quality factors and brand awareness affect consumer satisfaction. Among the quality factors, only price, payment, and delivery had an effect among the four factors. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of brand awareness in the relationship between online shopping mall quality factors and consumer satisfaction, price, payment, and delivery showed mediating effects. Conclusion: Online shopping mall satisfaction affects the satisfaction of brand awareness consumers perceive aside from consumers' direct experience. The result showed that price, payment, and delivery were significant in the relationship of quality factor and brand awareness of an online shopping malls.
