수정체유화장치의 초음파 출력속도 및 자동막힘감지 기능 향상의 술 후 임상결과 비교 (Clinical Effects of an Improved Pump Reaction Rate and Automatic Occlusion Sensing System in Phacoemulsification)

  • 목적: 최근 펌프조절장치와 발판의 반응속도가 빨라지고 자동막힘감지(automatic occlusion sensing) 기능이 향상되어 수술 중 흡입력과 절단력을 향상시킨 수정체유화장치가 소개된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 수정체유화술 시행 중 여러 매개변수를 비교하여 기기의 반응속도 향상과 자동막힘감지 기능이 수정체유화술의 임상결과에 미치는 영향을 비교하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 단일 술자에게 수정체유화술을 시행받은 68명의 백내장 환자, 총 80안이 본 연구에 포함되었다. 기존의 기기(WhiteStar $Signature^{(R)}$ system)를 사용하여 초음파유화술을 시행한 40안을 대조군으로 하였으며, 반응속도 향상 및 자동막힘감지 기능 효과를 분석하기 위해서 향상된 기기(WhiteStar $Signature^{(R)}$ PRO system)를 사용하여 초음파유화술을 시행한 40안을 실험군으로 정하였다. 두 군 모두에서 수술 중 parameter of effective phaco time with a specific coefficient for the transversal movement expressed in seconds (EFX), 총 초음파 사용시간(ultrasound time), 유효 초음파 사용시간(effective phaco time, EPT), 평균 초음파 출력(average phaco power, AVG) 및 평형염액 사용량을 확인하였고 수술 전후 중심각막두께(central corneal thickness)를 확인하여 수술 전후의 상관관계를 독립표본검정을 통하여 분석하였다. 결과: 두 군의 비교에서 수정체혼탁도와 상관없이 Signature $PRO^{(R)}$ system에서 수술 중 적은 EFX (p<0.001), 짧은 유효 초음파 사용시간(EPT, p<0.001), 작은 평균 초음파 출력(AVG, p<0.001)을 사용함을 확인하였다. 수술 후 중심각막두께는 양 군에서 차이가 없었다. 결론: 수정체유화술을 시행함에 있어 기기의 반응속도 향상 및 자동막힘감지 기능은 수술 중 수정체 핵의 흡입력과 절단력을 높이면서도 전방을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있도록 하여 유의하게 짧은 시간 동안 적은 초음파 출력을 사용하면서 효율적인 수술이 가능하게 함을 확인하였다.

블록 이동용 러그의 안전사용하중 결정에 관한 구조 평가법 (Structural Evaluation Method to Determination Safe Working Load of Block Handling Lugs)

  • 한 척의 선박을 건조하기 위해서는 다양한 크기의 블록(block)들을 이동 및 탑재해야 한다. 이러한 과정에서 블록의 체결 방법 및 각 조선소 설비 특성에 맞는 다양한 기능에 부합하는 러그를 사용하고 있다. 블록 구조의 중량 및 형태에 따라서 러그의 크기와 형상이 다양하며, 샤클(shackle)이 체결되는 홀 주변에 부족한 강성을 보완하기 위하여 덧판(doubling pad)을 용접하여 구조를 보강한다. 리프팅(lifting) 조건별 러그의 설계를 하는 방법은 보 이론(beam theory)에 의한 수계산 방법과 유한요소해석 모델링을 이용한 구조해석을 수행하고 있다. 해석적 방법의 경우, 요소의 종류와 모델링 방법에 따라서 결과 차이가 발생하여 표준화된 평가법의 정립이 필요한 상황이다. 이러한 모호한 방법론 적용 시 블록의 이동 및 반전(turn-over) 과정 중에서 심각한 안전 문제를 유발할 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 러그의 실제 탑재공정에 따른 구조 응답을 평가할 수 있는 모델링 조건, 평가법을 확정하고자 다양한 변수의 영향을 수치 구조해석을 통하여 비교 및 분석하였다. 러그 홀(hole) 주변 덧판부와 용접 비드(bead)를 표현한 모델링 기법이 가장 실제적인 거동 결과를 주고 있다. 실제 러그와 동일한 조건(용접부 비드만 주재료와 연결)의 모델링에 등가하중을 적용한 결과는 MPC 하중 적용 결과보다 낮은 최종강도를 나타낸다. 더불어 해석 시간 단축을 위해서 2차원 쉘(shell) 요소를 적용한 경우, 덧판 두께를 85% 수준으로 감소시켜서 안전사용하중을 예측할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 논문에서 검토한 다양한 변수의 영향들 결과는 러그 설계 및 안전사용하중 예측에 근거 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구는 방선균 목 노카르디아 종 CS682 균주의 발효물 CS682와 이를 바탕으로 한 제품 DSC682$^{(R)}$를 산란계에게 급여 시 산란 생산성, 난품질, 혈액 성상, 소장 내 미생물, 면역성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 실험은 Hy-Line Brown$^{(R)}$ 갈색 산란계로 실시하였는데, 실험 1은 86주령, 실험 2는 26주령의 실험계를 2단 4열 2수 케이지에 수용하여 실시하였다. 실험 1은 대조구, 항생제구(avilamycin 6 ppm), CS 682-0.1(CS682 0.1%), CS682-1.0(CS682 1.0% 첨가) 등 4 처리였으며, 5반복, 반복당 24수(12케이지), 총 480수로 실시하였고, 실험2는대조구, 항생제구(avilamycin 6 ppm), DCS682-0.05(DCS682$^{(R)}$ 0.05%), DSC682-0.1(DCS682$^{(R)}$ 0.1%), 그리고 DCS682-0.2(DCS682$^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가) 등 5처리였으며 5반복, 반복당 40수(20케이지), 총 1,000수로 실시하였다. 실험 1에서는 산란율, 난중, 연 파란율, 사료 섭취량, 사료 전환율 등 산란 생산성에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 난품질에서 난각 강도는 항생제구와 CSC682 처리구들이 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높았으며, 난황색은 CSC682-1.0 처리구가 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높았다. 실험 2에서는 산란 생산성에서 사료 섭취량이 DCS682-0.05구가 대조구와 비교하여 유의적(p<0.05)으로 낮았다. 난각색에서 Hunter Lab color L(Lightness) 즉 밝기가 항생제구와 DCS682 처리구들이 유의적(p<0.05)으로 낮았다. 난황색은 DCS682-0.1~0.2구들이 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높았으며, Haugh unit은 항생제구와 DCS682-0.1구가 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높았다. 실험 1과 2에서 혈장 면역글로부린(IgG, IgA) 및 난황 면역그로부린(IgY)의 함량은 처리구간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 실험1에서 erythrocytes 중 평균 적혈구 용적(MCV)은 대조구가 유의적(p<0.05)으로 높았으며, 평균 적혈구 혈색소량(MCH)은 항생제구가 유의적으로 높았다. 실험 2에서는 leukocytes 중 단핵구(MO)에서 대조구와 DCS682-0.05구가 유의적으로(p<0.05 또는 0.01) 높았다. 실험 1에서 C. perfringens수는 항생제구에서 대조구와 비교하여 유의적으로(p<0.05) 감소하였다. S. typhimurium수는 유의적으로(p<0.05) 차이가 있었는데 항생제구가 가장 낮았고 다음으로 CS682 처리구들이었으며 대조구에서 가장 높았다. Universal bacteria, Lactobacillus 그리고 E. coli의 수는 처리간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 실험 2에서는 Lactobacillus 수가 DCS682-0.05와 DCS682-0.1구들에서 유의적으로(p<0.05) 높았고 다음으로 대조구와 DCS682-0.2 첨가구였으며 항생제구가 가장 낮았다. C. perfringens 수는 항생제구에서 대조구와 비교하여 유의적(p<0.05)으로 감소하였다. S. Typhimurium은 처리간에 유의적인(p<0.05) 차이가 있었는데 항생제구가 가장 낮았고 다음으로 DCS682-0.2이었으며, DCS682-0.05와 0.1구들은 대조구보다는 낮았으나 유의한(p<0.05) 차이는 없었다. 결론적으로 CS682 0.1% 또는 DCS682 0.1~0.2% 첨가는 난각 강도, 난황색, 난각색, Haugh unit를 개선시키고, 소장 내유해 미생물을 억제하는 긍정적인 효과를 보였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made.   • 신차와 중고차가 함께 경쟁하는 시장에서 신차의 경쟁만을 모형화한다면 가격이나 기타 프로모션 탄력성의 추정이 왜곡될 수 있다. 그러나 자동차 시장을 연구대상으로 한 선행연구의 대부분이 신차 시장의 경쟁에만 관심을 기울였던 바, 합리적인 가격결정이나 프로모션 기획에 도움을 주기에 미흡한 점이 있었다. 본 연구는 신차의 가격결정 및 프로모션 기획이 향후 중고차 시장을 통해 리바운드되어 신차 매출에 다시 영향을 미친다는 점을 반영하여 모형을 설정하였다. 즉, 서로 다른 신차간의 (혹은 서로 다른 중고차간의) 교차탄력성보다, 동일 모델의 신차와 중고차간의 교차탄력성이 높다는 가정하에 모형을 설정하였다. 방법론적으로는 네스티드 로짓(Nested Logit) 모형을 설정하여 소비자의 자동차 선택은 단계적으로 이루어진다고 가정하였다. 즉, 1단계에서 자동차 모델을 선택하고, 모델이 정해지면 2단계에서 신차와 중고차 중 선택하는 구조를 가정하였다 실증분석은 미국 전역에서 2009년 1월부터 2009년 6월까지 판매된 모든 컴팩트 카 모델 중에서 시장점유율 상위 9개 모델의 신차와 중고차를 대상으로 하였다. 실증분석을 통하여 비교 대상 모형보다 제안된 모형이 모형 적합도 측면에서 우월하고 예측타당성도 높다는 것을 보여주었다. 제안된 모형으로 부터 추정된 모수를 사용하여 몇 가지 시나리오를 상정하여 시뮬레이션을 실시한 결과, 신차(중고차)가 점유율을 높이고자 리베이트를 실시할 경우 중고차(신차)는 현재의 시장점유율을 유지하기 위해 대응 가격할인을 실시하게 되는데 할인 폭은 반대의 경우에 비해 높다는(낮다는)점을 확인하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션 결과가 시사하는 바는 신차와 중고차가 함께 경쟁하는 시장에서 IIA(Independence of Irrelevant Alternatives)모형을 적용할 경우 동일모델의 신차와 중고차간의 교차 탄력성을 과소평가하게 되어 현상유지를 위한 가격할인을 실시할 경우 적정한 수준이하로 하게 된다는 것이다.

스마트 전시 환경에서 프로모션 적용 사례 및 분석 (Case Analysis of the Promotion Methodologies in the Smart Exhibition Environment)

  • 세계가 급변하고 시시각각 발전하는 기술 속에서 전시 산업은 국가와 기업의 중요한 홍보 수단으로 부각되고 있다. 특히, 전시회에 참여하는 참여업체는 상품 또는 서비스를 전시하고 메시지를 전달하기 위해 마련된 개별 전시공간을 통해 기업들과 소비자들에게 단기간에 신제품과 신기술에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있으며 국내외 시장의 욕구와 추세변화 및 경쟁업체들에 대한 정보를 파악할 수 있다. 참여업체들은 이러한 참가 목적의 달성을 위해 다양한 프로모션을 계획하고 실행하며 프로모션 정보를 참관객에게 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 스마트 전시 환경의 구축은 이전보다 다양한 프로모션 기법의 적용 및 실행을 가능하게 하였다. 하지만, 이러한 스마트 전시 환경의 발전에도 불구하고 현재 실행되고 있는 프로모션은 참관객의 욕구나 목표에 대한 이해가 부족한 상태에서 무차별적인 매스마케팅 형태로 진행되어 그 본래의 목적을 상실하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 참여업체의 차별화된 프로모션의 계획과 실행을 위해 기존에 널리 사용되는 마케팅 기법인 STP 전략의 프로세스를 도입하여 스마트 전시 환경에서 프로모션에 적합한 참관객을 자동적으로 선정하여 프로모션 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 스마트 전시회의 특성을 고려한다. 먼저, 전시회는 전시업체가 관람객과 상호작용하기 위해 모인 일시적이고 시간에 민감한 시장이다. 따라서, 불충분한 기존 참관객의 정보를 이용하는 것이 아닌 신규 참관객 분석의 관점에서 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 두 번째로, 스마트 전시 환경에서는 참관객의 정보를 실시간으로 획득할 수 있다는 장점이 있는 반면에 데이터의 분석 및 서비스의 제공이 실시간으로 이루어져야 한다. 마지막으로, 참관객이 스마트 전시 환경에서 만들어 내는 데이터를 활용하는 기법이 필요하다. 스마트 전시 환경에서는 유용한 데이터를 실시간으로 획득할 수 있어 참관객이 전시회 내에서 하는 활동을 분석하는 행위적 세분화에 근거한 접근방식이 필요하다. 이러한 특성을 고려하여 본 연구에서는 제안한 시스템을 실제 전시회에 파일럿 시스템 형태로 적용하여 참관객을 실시간으로 분류 및 분석하고 각 메시지에 대한 성과를 측정하는 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 전시 참관객의 행동 패턴을 4가지로 분류하여 각 군집별 특성을 프로모션 메시지의 성과로 측정하여 그에 적합한 프로모션 전략을 도출하였다. 이러한 프로모션 전략은 실제 전시 참여업체의 프로모션 기획 및 실행에 중요한 전략적 도구로 사용되어 프로모션 성과를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 토양(土壤)의 가리공급력(加里供給力)에 따른 시비량(施肥量) 추정(推定)에 활용(活用)하기 위(為)하여 수도(水稻)의 출수기(出穗期) 및 시험전(試実前) 토양(土壤)의 Q/I관계(関係)에서 Potential Buffering Capacity($PBC^K$)와 ${\delta}K$ = 0 일 때의 가리활동도비(加里活動度比) $[K^+/{\sqrt{Ca^{{+}{+}}+Mg^{{+}{+}}}:m/{\ell}]:AR^K_o$, 및 상대가리(相対加里) 활성도비(活性度比) Kas/Kai를 구(求)하고 이들 요인(要因)의 상호관계(相互関係)와 이들 요인과 수도(水稻)의 가리흡수량(加里吸收量) 및 정조수량(正租收量)과의 관계(関係)를 비교(比較) 검토(検討)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 항온처리기간중(恒溫処理其間中)(67일간(日間)) 비치환성가리(非置換性加里)가 치환성가리(置換性加里)로 변화(変化)되는 양(量)이 거의 없었으므로 시험전(試験前) 토양(土壤)의 가리공급력(加里供給力)은 주(主)로 치환성가리(置換性加里)의 함량(含量)에 의(依)하여 지배(支配)된다고 판단(判断)되였다. 2. 시험전(試験前) 토양(土壤)의 Q/I 관계(関係)에서 조사(調査)된 $PBC^K$는 식양토(埴壤土) 0.027, 양토(壤土) 0.014 사양토(砂壤土) 0.009 (${\frac{me/100g}{m/{\ell}}}$)이며 $AR^K_o$는 식양토(埴壤土) $9.1{\times}10^{-3}$ 양토(壤土) $7.6{\times}10^{-3}$ 사양토(砂壤土) $15.4{\times}10^{-3}(m/{\ell})$으로 토성(土性)에 따라 차이(差異)가 있었다. 3. 출수기(出穗期) 토양(土壤)에서 조사(調査)된 가리성분(加里成分)의 완충능(緩衝能), $PBC^K$를 시험전(試験前) 토양(土壤)의 그것과 비교(比較)할때, 토성(土性)과 시비수준(施肥水準)에 관계없이 비교적(比較的) 안정적(安定的)였음으로 가리(加里)의 공급력(供給力)이나 경토(耕土)의 개량가부(改良加否)에 활용(活用)될 수 있을 것으로 판단(判断)되었다. 4. 출수기(出穗期) 토양(土壤)의 $AR^K_o$는 그 값이 가리시용량(加里施用量)에 관계(関係)없이 가리(加里) 무시용시(無施用時) $AR^K_o$값과 일치(一致)하는 경우(境遇)에 가리증시(加里增施)에 따른 벼 증수(增收)가 현저(顕著)하였다. 5. 출수기(出穗期) 토양(土壤)의 Q/I 관계(関係)에서 조사(調査)된 $PBC^K$$AR^K_o$는 단독적(単独的)으로 사용(使用)보다 복합적(複合的)으로 사용(使用)할 때 가리흡수량(加里吸收量) 및 정조수량(正租收量) 공(共)히 상관(相関)이 높았다. 6. 시험전(試験前) 토양(土壤)의 Kas/Kai 추정치(推定値)와 출수기(出穗期) 토양(土壤)의 $AR^K_o$과는 높은 상관(相関)을 보여 서로 유사(類似)한 토양(土壤) 화학적(化学的) 요인(要因)으로 판단(判断)되며 가리시비량(加里施肥量) 추정(推定)에 활용(活用)될 수 있는 가능성(可能性)을 보였다.

토양검정(土壤檢定)에 의한 참깨와 땅콩의 삼요소(三要素) 시비량(施肥量) 조정(調整) (Revised Rates of NPK Fertilizers Based on Soil Testing for Sesame and Peanut)

  • 1970~1993년(年)에 수행(逐行)된 토양비옥도(土壤肥沃度) 실태조사(實態調査) 결과(結果)와 포장시험성적(圃場試驗成續)을 이용(利用)하여 참깨 및 땅콩의 2개(個) 유지작물(油脂作物) 주산단지(主産團地) 토양(土壤)의 화학적(化學的) 특성(特性)과 3요소(要素) 비료(肥料)의 수량반응(收量反應)을 검토(檢討)하였으며, 아울러 토양(土壤)의 화학성분(化學成分) 검정치(檢定値)와 시비량(施肥量)과의 상호관계(相互關係)를 조사(調査)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 주산단지(主産團地)의 토양(土壤) 화학성분함량(化學成分含量)을 보면 토양(土壤)의 유기물(有機物) 및 유효인산(有效燐酸)과 치환성(置換性)의 가리(加里), 석회(石灰), 고토(苦土) 등(等) 염기함량(鹽基含量)은 참깨 재배단지(栽培團地)에서는 많았으나, 땅콩 재배단지(栽培團地)에서는 오히려 적었다. 2. 3요소구(要素區) 수량(收量) 100에 대한 각(各) 요소결제구(要素缺除區) 수량지수(收量指數)는 2종(種)의 유지작물간(油脂作物間)에 다소차이(多少差異)가 있어서 질소결제구(室素缺除區) 81~84, 인산결제구(燐酸缺除區) 84~93, 가리결여구(加里缺除區) 81~92로 시비효과(施把效果)는 땅콩에서 높고 참깨에서 낮았다. 3. 포장시험(圃場試驗) 결과(結果)로 부터 얻어진 재배전(栽培前) 토양유기물(土壤有機物)과 질소시비량(窒素施肥量), 토양(土壤) 유효인산(有效燐酸)과 인산시비량(燐酸施肥量), 토양치환성가리(土壤置換性加里)와 가리시비량(加里施肥量)과의 관계(關係)에서 부(負)의 직선(直線)내지 곡선회귀관계(曲線回歸關係)인 시비추천식(施肥推薦式)을 계산(算出)할 수 있어서 토양필지별(土壤筆地別) 화학성분(化學成分) 검정치(檢定値)에 의한 적정량(適正量)의 시비추천(施肥推薦)이 가능하였다. 4. 1985~'93년(年)의 토양화학성분(土壤化學成分) 함량(含量)을 작물별(作物別) 시비추천식(施肥推薦式)에 대입(代入)하여 계산(計算)된 조정시비량(調整施肥量)은 현행(現行) 시비기준량(施肥基準量)에 비해 질소(窒素)는 참깨에서 5.1kg/10a 절감(節減)이 가능(可能)하나 땅콩은 오히려 2.8kg/10a 증가(增加) 되었으며, 인산(燐酸)은 참깨 0.9, 땅콩 2.9kg/10a 절감(節減), 가리(加里)는 참깨5.8, 땅콩 1.7kg/10a의 절감(節減)이 가능하였다.

조피볼락 Sebastes schlegeli의 단백질 요구량 (Protein Requirements of the Korean Rockfish Sebastes schlegeli)

  • 조피볼락의 단백질 요구량을 구명하기 위해 북양어분을 단백질원으로 하여 에너지 함량이 동일하고 단백질 함량이 각각 20, 28, 36, 44, 52 및$62\%$ 되도록 6종의 실험사료를 제조하여 당년생 치어 (평균 체중 8g)와 일년어 (평균 체중 220 g)를 대상으로 사육 실험을 실시하였다. 성장지표인 어체 100g당 일간 증중량, 일간 단백질 축적량 및 일간 에너지 축적량과 사료효율은 어느 것이나 당년생 치어와 일년어 모두 단백질 $44\%$ 사료까지는 직선적으로 증가하였으나, 그 이후에는 사료의 단백질 함량 증가에도 불구하고 증가량이 적거나 오히려 감소하였다. 사료의 단백질 함량에 따른 일간 증중량의 변화로부터 이차 회귀곡선식을 도출하여 조피볼락의 생물학적 최대성장에 필요한 사료중의 단백질 함량을 추정한 결과 당년생 치어는 $56.7\%$, 일년 어는$50.6\%$로 나타났다. 반면, broken line model을 이용하여 구한 단백질 요구량 추정치는 당년생 치어, 일년어 모두 $40\%$였다. 그리고 단백질 및 에너지 축적효율을 최대로 하는 사료의 단백질 함량은 당년생 치어에서는 $36\~44\%$, 일년어에서는 $44\%$ 이하로 나타나 영양소 축적효율 면에서의 조피볼락의 단백질 요구량도 당년생 치어, 일년어 모두 $40\%$에 접근하였다. 따라서, 조피볼락의 적정성장을 유지하고 영양소 축적효율 및 경제적 효율성을 높이는데 필요한 사료중의 단백질 함량은 $40\%$가 적정할 것으로 판단된다. 한편, 일간 단백질 섭취량을 지표로 하여 어체 100g 당 일간 단백질 요구량을 추정한 결과, 이차 회귀곡선식으로부터 구한 단백질 요구량은 당년생 치어 1.34g, 일년어 0.43g이었고, broken line model을 이용하여 구한 단백질 요구량은 당년생 치어 0.99g, 일년어 0.35g이었다.
