남녀직장인의 인적자원개발이 직무만족과 임금수준에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Human Resource Development on Employed Workers' Job Satisfaction and Wage)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of human resource development on the job satisfaction and wage among employed workers. A sample of 3,578 employed workers was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data. For data analysis, t-test and multiple regression were used. The major findings were as follows: First, the employed workers who had experiences of human resource development had more certificates of job-related qualification, more employed in government-invested organization or foreign company regularly than the counterpart. Second, the employed workers' wage was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, as well as whether they had experiences of human resource development. Third, the factors that influence employed workers' job satisfaction were gender, age, educational attainment, job regularity, having certificate of job-related qualification or not, and having experiences of human resource development or not. From the findings, it can be concluded that the employed workers' wage and job satisfaction were improved by the human resource development.

  • The national goal of wind energy dissemination has to be determined rationally based on technically available wind resource potential. For an accurate and scientific estimation of wind resource potential, a wind map is requisite. This paper introduces the national wind map of Korea established by numerical wind simulation. Therefore, quantification of national wind resource potential is now possible and is anticipating to be used as a core index for policy and strategy building of wind energy dissemination and technology development.

  • Many domestic organizations are pushing ahead with small hydropower business to develop a renewable energy. In addition each organization gradually spreads small hydropower business with searching the best site for it. And KOWACO(Korea Waters Resources Corporation) answers a purpose of the government policy to spread the wide use of a renewable energy. This study explains the researching programs for the best development sites for small hydropower generation with using water pipes managed and controled by KOWACO.

국가공공기관 정보자원관리를 위한 기본구조 모델에 관한 사례 연구 (A Study on the Model of Information Resource Management Architecture for Government and Public Organizations)

  • Information technology(IT) has become the fourth major resource available to executives to shape and operate government and public organizations. Government and public organizations have managed the other three major resources for years : people, money, and machine. But today IT accounts for more than 10 % of the budget spent in the Korean government and public organizations. From an information resource management point of view, therefore, data and information, hardware and software, telecommunications networks, information systems personnel and other factors are valuable resources that should be managed for the benefit of the entire organization. This paper studied on the model of information resource management(IRM) architecture for government and public organizations and suggested a new generic model for IRM. The model is consisted of four basic architectures and each architecture includes several factors that should be managed for the benefit of the entire government and public organizations.

  • 본 연구는 지식원천 이론과 제도적 이론관점에서 조직의 지식 수용과정과 창출활동을 분석 설명하고자 하였다. 연구목적으로는 첫째, 지식경영과 지식경영활동에 적용되어지고 있는 다수의 이론들의 본질을 선행연구를 중심으로 살펴하고, 둘째, 지식경영에 적용된 이론들의 차이점과 공통점을 분석하여, 효과적인 지식경영을 위한 제언을 제공하는 것이다. 연구결과, 지식경영활동의 자원과 제도를 중심으로 본 지식 수용이론과 조직의 지식창조활동과 관련된 이론들을 중심으로 지식경영 활동의 본질을 확인한 결과, 지식수용 활동은 구성원 개인들이 보유하고 있는 업무관련 지식이나 노하우를 체계적으로 발굴하여 조직 내부의 보편적 차원의 지식으로 공유하고 적극 활용하여 조직 전체의 경쟁력 향상 도모가, 지식창출 활동은 조직 내 개인, 집단, 조직 등 모든 차원에서 지식 창출을 위한 학습, 다차원적 지식이전과 공유를 위한 창조적 문화 활성화과정의 중요성을 이론으로 살펴보았다. 또한, 지식 창출 이론의 비교 분석의 결과, 우리는 보편적으로 받아들여지고 있는 조직의 지식 창출이론에 대하여 몇몇 인자에 기초하여 조직의 지식을 관리하는 데 제안 할 수 있는 가설과 방법을 논의 하였다.

프로젝트 조직의 동적역량과 건설기업 경쟁우위와의 상관관계 분석 (Analyzing the Relationship between Dynamic Capability of Project-Based Organization and the Competitive Advantage in the E&C Companies)

  • 2000년대 이후 많은 한국의 건설 및 엔지니어링 기업들은 급속하게 변화하는 동적환경에서 경쟁 심화, 높은 리스크, 경기 침체, 실적 부진, 이윤 감소 등의 어려움에 직면해 있다. 이러한 도전을 극복하기 위해서는 패러다임 변화에 적극적으로 대응할 수 있는 특별한 역량의 확보가 요구된다. 그 중 하나가 프로젝트 포트폴리오 기반에서 기업 내 조직자원을 적극적이고 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 프로젝트관리 역량이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업 내 프로젝트 조직자원의 동적역량이 기업의 경쟁우위와 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 조사하는 데 있다. 국내 건설 및 엔지니어링 기업의 프로젝트 조직에서 근무하는 직원을 대상으로 설문 자료를 분석하고 구조방정식 모형과 경로분석 등의 통계분석을 통해서 이를 실증하였다. VRIN 조직자원과 조직 동적역량간의 영향을 분석한 결과, VRIN 특성의 프로젝트 조직자원을 보유하고 있다면 프로젝트 조직의 동적역량에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 프로젝트 조직의 동적역량도 기업의 경영성과를 개선하고 경쟁우위를 창출하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직자원은 기업의 경쟁우위와 성과에 직접적인 영향을 끼치며 조직 동적역량이 VRIN 속성의 조직자원과 경쟁우위 사이에서 매개효과의 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구가 학문적으로는 자원기반관점과 동적역량관점을 통합하는 입장에서 프로젝트 조직자원이 기업의 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향을 실증하고 프로젝트관리의 학문적 영역을 확장하는데 기여하였다. 실무적으로는, 건설 및 엔지니어링 산업에서 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위하여 기업들이 전략적으로 어떻게 프로젝트 조직자원을 활용해야 하는지에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다.

프로젝트 조직자원이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Project-Based Organizational Resources on the Business Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of project-based organizational resources on the business performance in the resource-based view (RBV) and dynamic capability one and analyze their relationship through an integrated model. The RBV argues that firms get competitive advantages when they have VRIN characterized resources but dynamic capability view argues that RBV has its limitation under volatility so it enables them to obtain competitive advantages in ever changing environments. This study analyzes data collected from 270 survey questionnaires on the project management related staff at the project-based organization among major companies in Korea. The result demonstrates that two project organizational resources on strategic and executional management with VRIN characteristics are found to bring positive effects on the organizational dynamic capabilities and also the dynamic capabilities such as integration & reconfiguration, organizational learning are verified to bring meaningful positive effects on the business performance. On the other hand, unlike previous studies, ambidexterity has quite a weak effect on the business performance. Therefore, we expect that the resources of the project-based organization with VRIN lead to strengthen the firm's business performance through organizational dynamic capabilities and produce high performance through the integrated model of RBV and dynamic capability one. The study has academic meanings that widely confirm the effects and characteristics of main elements of VRIN project organizational resources on the business performance of competitive advantage through the dynamic capabilities of the organization by the regression on the precedent studies regarding the project management resources and their relationship with the VRIO characteristics. The practical implication is that it is preferentially necessary for the organization to obtain VRIN resources and organizational dynamic capabilities, especially organizational learning to have sustainable competitive advantages.

시군관리 저수지의 물관리 정보화를 위한 시스템 분석 (System Analysis for Water Management Information Strategy of Agricultural Reservoir managed by City and County)

  • Water management information system used by KRC(Korea Rural Community Corporation) operates widely including RIMS, RAWRIS and etc. Other systems are operated by each government department, for example, K-water(Korea Water Resources Corporation)'s WAMIS. Even though small scale reservoirs managed by city/country is just about 12% of total water resource, the reservoirs are important for controlling and securing water resource as the reservoirs, including about 14,700 reservoirs nationwide, are located at main subwater shed. So, it is necessary for KRC to execute integrated informatization. In this research, system analysis was performed to comprise the integrated water management information system including the reservoirs controlled by city and country at first. And then, improvement plan for informatization of the reservoirs controlled by city and country was proposed. This study proposed the improvement plan for informatization of the reservoirs managed by the city and country, which was systematically proposed through systemic analysis including from reservoir site to the integrated water management information system. The objects includes 1. Reservoir (basin, facilities, water depth-area curve, benefiter area), 2. Field supervision organization for the reservoir 3. Local government administrative organization, 4. Center organization 5. Network for information transfer, 6. integrated water management information system. As the reservoirs controlled by city and country are important considering managing water and facilities, operated by local government with minimum budget due to budget problem, securing sufficient budget is necessary to form an specialized organization controlling facilities and the water management system in terms of drought and flood control.

디지털도서관 정보관리자를 위한 전자정보자원관리시스템 구축 연구 (A Study on Implementation of the Integrated Electronic Resource Management System for Digital Librarian)

  • 정보매체와 정보환경의 변화에 따라 전통적인 도서관은 디지털도서관으로 진화발전하고 있다. 따라서 디지털 환경에서 급증하는 다양한 전자정보자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 종합적인 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서의 전자정보자원으로는 전자저널, 웹 데이터베이스. 전자책, 오픈엑세스 자원 등을 대상으로 하였다. DLF의 ERMI를 분석하여 국내 디지털도서관 정보관리자를 위한 ERMS를 구축하는 것이 연구목적이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전자정보자원의 다양한 생성주기, 구독모델, 수록범위, 정보제공자를 조사하여 ERMS를 설계하고 구현하였다.

농촌지역사회 리더의 역할지위별 리더십역량 중요성취도분석 (IPA of Leadership Competency in the Rural Leader's Role)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze leadership competency in the rural leader roles. The data were derived from 317 leaders in 97 rural communities by questionnaire. SPSSWIN/ver10 was adopted t-test and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) methods employed. The major findings of this study were as follows; Rural leaders should concentrate on developing coaching/feed back, program management skills, and presentation skills. Administrative head of village should pay attention to benchmarking, brand development and conflict resolution rather than resident management, service knowledge, and making relationships. Leaders of village development council should concentrate on brand development, benchmarking, and educating residents. Head of women's organizations should concentrate on developing assessments, educating residents, and resolving conflict skills, whereas members of Samaeul organization should try to concentrate on program management, coaching/feed back and presentation skills. Rural leaders showed different leadership competency by the IPA. Therefore, this study suggested that leadership education for rural leaders should consider leadership competency.
