대학주변 원룸형 다가구주택에 있어서 거주자 평가에 의한 소음실태분석 (The Analysis on the Present Condition of Noise of the Residents Subjective Responses in One-Room Type Multi-Family Housing around Campus)

  • The purpose of this study is to make clear the present condition and the reason of noise in one-room ape multi-family housing around the campus by residents' subjective responses. The respondents are 104 residents living in one-room ape multi-family housing around the campus. The results are as follows. 1) The residents show relatively non-positive responses at evening and night on the present condition of noise in outdoor and indoor of building or indoor of house unit. 2) The types of outdoor noise of building are checked frequently are 'talking loudness' and 'traffic noise'. 'Walking and talking sounds in stairs and corridors' among the types of indoor noise of building shows highest percentage. They answer 'living equipment noise' and 'water hammer' as major types of indoor noise of house unit.

강의실 빛 환경에 대한 재실자의 주관적 평가 (The Subjective Evaluation on the Light Environment of Residents at Classrooms)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of the light environment of classroom. To attain this purpose, this study estimated the physical factor and evaluation of the subjective response of classroon located in south and north in the summer and the winter. The results are as followed. 1. The evaluation of the illumination, uniformity factor, daylight factor as physical factor of light environment is good as classroom, but the classroom in south is better that that in north, the light environment in summer is better than winter. 2. The subjective response to light environment of classroom is positive on both seasons at all calssroom. Comparing summer with winter, I found that the difference of subjective response between both classrooms on summer is attentive. 3. The realtion between subjective response and physical factor of light environment in classroom is attentive on the light sense, content sense, uniformity.

교통소음의 노출시간에 따른 주관반응 평가시 음원 및 전달 특성의 효과 분석 (Effect of the Properties of Sound Source and Transmission for the Evaluation of Subjective Response by the Exposure Time of Transportation Noise)

  • Evaluation on the environmental noise is carried out by surveying subjective response of residents with physical measurement of noise during long period in field. Particularly field survey is used to make regulations from the analysis on how many people are annoyed for specific noise level, and laboratory test used to analyze the relationship between physical parameters of noise and subjective responses. In the laboratory controlling the variables is easy but the results could be biased because the condition in room would be different with field. Most of all noise exposure time is considered to be different with real situation, and this study aimed to evaluate the subjective response by exposure time of transportation noise, by applying three kinds of variable how much they give effects on the annoyance as the exposure time is operating condition, windows type and sound level. As a result there was somewhat difference between operating type and annoyance, which is caused by the sound characteristics operated in different condition. However the window type didn't give much effect to the annoyance as much as sound type. This means that the subjective response could give similar result by exposure time even for different window types. Most of all, the main factor affecting subjective response is considered to be the sound level and the exposure time.

  • As the number of the apartments is increasing, many environmental problems are also occurred. There are lots of studies on that problems. Especially, a lot of studies about environmental noises are going along continuously. And they found out advanced results. In this study, we investigated the residents' subjective responses about environmental noises by survey, and verified the trend of the environmental noise conditions in apartment house. The results of this study will be useful to provide guideline to make policy of environmental noise and criteria.

아파트 단위주거 내부생활소음의 특성과 실태 (Actual State and Characteristics of Indoor Noise Including Residents' Living in Apartment Units)

  • The present study is a preliminary research improving the dwelling quality of apartment house as a kind of multi-family housing. The purpose of the study is to find out the actual state on characteristics of indoor noise including residents' living in apartment units. The method was field survey consisted of field measurements on equivalent noise level, observation on noise type, and interview on residents' responses. Field survey were carried out in 20 occupied apartment units from January to March 2007. The results are as follows. 1) Averages of indoor noise levels including residents' living noise were measured as $43.9{\sim}62.2\;dB(A)_{Leq5min}$, the average of each house except one was higher than the permissible level, 45 dB(A). 2) The noise types observed were mostly residents' living noise and classified into 'water hammer', 'living equipment noise', 'noise by family', 'hood noise', 'kitchen noise' in own unit, 'walking and talking noise in stairs and corridors', 'noise by neighborhood house', 'noise by the upper story' in building, and outdoor noise. 3) The residents showed slightly non-positive responses at 'noise by the upper story', 'noise by neighborhood house', 'water hammer', and 'noise by family'. Therefore, it is required to plan for preventing deterioration of the dwelling quality by residents' living noise in own unit as well as by neighborhood houses.

국내 거주 중국인의 주관적 구강 건강 상태와 OHIP-14의 관련성 (Associations between Subjective Oral Health Status and OHIP-14 among Chinese Residents in South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 거주 중국인의 주관적 구강 건강 상태와 구강 건강 관련 삶의 질(OHIP-14)의 관련성을 파악하고자 부산시내에 거주하고 있는 중국인을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시한 후 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 주관적 구강건강 상태인 저작 불편 경험, 치통 경험, 구강 내 온도 민감 반응 경험, 잇몸 출혈 및 질환 경험, 구강 건조증 경험, 구취 경험에 따른 OHIP-14는 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 주요 변인 간의 관계는 모두 정적 상관을 가지고 있어 유의미한 결과를 보였고, 주관적 구강 건강 상태가 OHIP-14에 미치는 영향 요인 중 저작(p<0.001)과 구취(p<0.05)에서 유의한 수준으로 나타났다. 따라서 국내에 거주하고 있는 외국인을 위한 실질적인 구강 보건 의료정책과 한국어 지원이 가능한 의료지원체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

사무실 근무자의 온열환경에 대한 적응수준 진단 (Diagnosis of Office Occupant's Adaptation Level for Thermal Environment)

  • The actual clothing conditions were surveyed to diagnose clothing condition of Korean female in the view point of the adaptation to the thermal environment according to seasonal changes. Then, clothing microclimate, physiological responses, and subjective sensation were investigated through wearing trials on human body in climatic chamber based on the results from the survey. Factors to evaluate validity of clothing condition were clothing weight, clothing microclimate, physiological response of human body, and subjective sensation. The results were as follows: 1. Clothing weight per body surface area of the season was $856g/m^{2}$, $439g/m^{2}$ in summer, $630g/m^{2}$ in fall, and $1184g/m^{2}$ in winter. Cold - resistance of Korean female in office was superior to Japanese, inferior to residents of rural areas of Korea, and similar to male in office. However, in heat - resistance, female in office was inferior to residents of rural areas of Korea. 2. In spring, fall, winter, clothing microclimate temperature was a little higher than that in summer. Therefore, it was not a desirable wearing condition even though the clothing microclimate was comfortable zone. 3. Mean skin temperature of female in office was including within the range of Winslow's comfortable zone, but the range of comfortable zone in mean skin temperature of female was more narrow than Winslow's. Thus, it has problem for female to adaptation to thermal environment.

도심에서 발생하는 철도진동이 인근주민에게 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Railway Vibration on the Residents in Urban Area)

  • 철도는 급격한 산업발전과정에서 주요 교통수단으로 등장하여 국가발전과 국민편의에 지대한 공헌을 해왔다. 그러나 이러한 발전과 편리함에도 불구하고 심각한 소음 진동공해를 유발시켜 철도변 인근주민들의 불만족 지적률이 날로 증가하는 실정이다. 또한 철도진동은 철도소음에 비해 상대적으로 인식정도가 낮아 직접적인 피해를 유발시키지 않을 것으로 생각하고 있으나, 외국의 조사결과에 의하면 철도진동은 철도주변 거주자들의 육체적 정신적 건강에 심각한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 철도진동은 철도소음과 더불어 정온한 주거환경을 해치는 중요한 변수로 등장하고 있으며, 효율적인 철도진동 대책수립을 위해서는 우리 실정에 적합한 자료의 확보가 선행되어야 하지만, 아직까지 국내에서는 이에 대한 인식의 부족과 자료의 결핍 등으로 인해 많온 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 전북지역의 주요도 시인 전주, 익산, 군산을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 철도진동의 영향에 따른 피해정도와 주관적 반응을 평가해 봄으로써 향후 효율적인 철도방진 대책을 수립하는데 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

노인복지시설의 하절기 실내 온열환경과 노인의 주관적 반응평가에 관한 연구 -대구광역시 소재 노인복지시설을 중심으로 (A Study on the Estimate of Thermal Environment and the Subjective Responses of the Aged during Summer in the Welfare Facilities -Focused on the Welfare Facilities for the Aged in Taegu-)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the present condition of indoor thermal environment and to investigate the environmental needs of the elderly through the measurement of outdoor and indoor physical thermal environment elements and the questionary survey of the response to thermal environment in two welfare facilities for the aged in Taegu during summer in 2001. The 38 residents among the total of 134 residents were asked to record their feelings. The result of this study was as follows. The indoor thermal environment in the facilities subjected leer this study was seemed to be comfortable comparatively. But the values of mean indoor temperature measured were about 1.6-1.8$^{\circ}C$ higher than that of a existing domestic research suggested as thermal comfort zones for the elderly during summer, and most residents fe1t somewhat hot in inner space. And the value of indoor relative humidity in one facility was out from the range of comfort humidity(40-70%). Also there were differences by the geographical location between the two.
