As a substitute of ITO material, carbon nanotube (CNT) is widely studied for transparent conductive film (TCF). Current sheet resistance of CNT-TCF is about 100 ${\Omega}$/sq at 80% transmittance. But CNT-TCF performance in manufacturable level is about 500 ${\Omega}$/sq at 83% based on the Topnanosys Co's result. Therefore, critical issue in CNT-TCF research is to reduce the sheet resistance with manufacturing reliability. In this report, recent developments using CNT-TCF are introduced. Touch panel, transparent LED signboard, transparent speaker and transparent heater are representative examples. Also I describe the future issues and prospect of CNT-TCF for the flexible display.

The main objectives of this studies are to present the most desirable rice processing complex model system in a given our situations by comparision and analyzing the major factors and, also recommend the future prospect of the rice processing complex in Korea. There are 3 different rice processing complex models in Korea. Those are concrete bin, flat type steel bin and square bin. These systems have a lot of differences and have their own characteristics such as capital requirement, efficiency, storage capacity and quality controls. The major problems of the existing rice processing centers in Korea are high fixed cost and the unbalnced systems. Following is summary to solve this problems: 1. Development of the large scale harvester and high speed continuous dryer. 2. Quality inspective system of bulk grain and large scale temporary storage facilities. 3. Large size readjustment of arable land. 4. Select the convenient location of rice processing center and formulation of well equipment facilities.

Artificial reef in Thailand was trend to deploy and development artificial reef program to enhancing fisheries product and also use artificial reef for solve coastal problem. Artificial reef in Thailand was present in type of shallow water artificial reef by use concrete dice as dominant structure. To development artificial reef program for more benefit such as deep water artificial reef program that might provide more fisheries product for commercial fisheries and apply for use in many purposes especially for manage coastal environment in Thailand can be suggestion by cases of study. But all of that have to use more knowledge and concerning from government and organization that was responds in artificial reef program to decide the future of artificial reef program in Thailand.

General aspect of marine ranching programme in Korea was introduced. It contains the status of Korean fisheries industry, background and the scope of ranching project being conducted by KORDI since 1996. Long term plan for the marine ranching programme as a national project is also introduced including socio-economic analysis of project as well as economic impact of investment.

Multi-color organic electroluminescent (EL) displays have already been commercialized, and the simple extensions of present technologies on organic EL can not be a target for basic research anymore. Future prospect of research on organic electroluminescent devices are described from the view point of possible future break-through. Three aspects, perspective for further increase of device efficiencies, possibility of simplified device structures and possible use of thick organic layers, are discussed.

본 고에서는 EU 통신시장에서 적용되고 있는 규제의 기본 원칙과 유럽위원회가 작년 12월에 발표한 "전기통신규제의 도입상황에 관한 제6차 보고서“의 개요를 소개하고, EU의 통신시장 현황 및 규제 동향을 통하여 EU 통신시장이 안고 있는 향후 과제를 고찰해보고자 한다.
