This research includes the prototype development of the master plan title. "National Research and Development Program Integrated Management System". The system collects the information of projects, supports the survey analysis evaluation, and pre budget coordination of national research and development programs, and provide the information service for people about the situation of the national research and development. The results of the research may be used as the base technologies in information service(information retrieval directory service) to manage all programs of national research and development in their life cycle and to allocate resources efficiently to the national research and development in the increasing tendency. tendency.

해양사고를 줄이고 해사안전 및 바다국민 행복을 도모하기 위해 해양수산부는 2021년 1월말부터 국민을 대상으로 지능형 해상교통정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 서비스를 통해 다양한 정보가 생성 및 수집되고 있으며, 수집된 정보를 기반으로 데이터과학에 접목시켜 서비스 알고리즘을 개발하고 검증하여 보다 안전하고 효율적인 지능형 해상교통정보서비스 구현을 위한 연구개발이 진행 중에 있다. 향상된 서비스를 개발 및 구현하기 위해서는 수집·저장된 데이터를 연계하고 여러 시스템에서 데이터를 원활하게 접근하여 사용하고 저장할 수 있는 데이터파이프라인 체계가 필요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 데이터과학 기반 서비스 알고리즘 개발 환경과 지능형 해상교통서비스 테스트베드 등 다양한 시스템에서 활용 가능한 데이터파이프라인을 설계하였다.

The IEEE 802.16 wireless metropolitan area network (WMAN) standard is designed to correct expensive communication costs in CDMA-based mobile communication systems and limited coverage problems in wireless LAN systems. Thus, the IEEE 802.16e standard can provide mobile high-speed packet access between mobile stations and the Internet service provider through the base station with cheap communication fees. To efficiently accommodate voice over IP (VoIP) services in IEEE 802.16 systems, an uplink quality of service packet-scheduling scheme is proposed, and its performance is evaluated with an NS-2 network simulator in this paper. Numerical results show that this proposed scheme can increase the system capacity by 100% more than in the unsolicited rand service (UGS) scheme and 30% more than the extended real-time polling service (ertPS) scheme, respectively.

In the information system service sectors, it is crucial to measure the quality of service. Especially factors determining the quality of service should be identified. For that purpose, in this study, the factors of two research models-SERVQUAL and TAM-are compared, analyzed and tested with data of public procurement system service. The result shows that the factors identified include reliability and assurance of SERVQUAL and perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use of TAM. Also, it is observed that the two models sufficiently explain the variance of satisfaction. This study may help improve the quality of information system service.

본 논문에서는 데스크탑에서 실행되는 이동형 개인맞춤 SW 플랫폼 YouFree의 개인용 위젯들을 사용자가 용도로 모아 배포하고 공유하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템에서는 사용자가 외부로부터 위젯 모음들을 다운받아 자신의 작업환경을 구축하거나, 사용자가 생성한 위젯 모음을 다른 사용자가 이용할 수 있도록 공유하는 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 개별적으로 위젯들을 설치하는 것보다 위젯 모음 공유 기능을 통해 더 빠르게 사용자는 자신의 작업환경을 구축할 수 있다.

The era of convergence is being applied to all areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The convergence of broadcasting service and communication service almost occurs on smart devices including smartphone. The smart hybrid Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a typical example of the convergence of broadcasting and wireless communication service. The hybrid mobile broadcasting service can support seamless video, 3D, high quality, and additional data services based on network connection between the broadcasting and wireless network. The gateway and terminal (including apps on the smartphone) take the role of the main components on the hybrid service. This paper presents the service concept, main components structure, the implementation of gateway and terminals, and field test to the urban areas for the mobile hybrid system.

첨단 정보통신 기술이 발전과 더불어 관광객이 이용하는 모바일서비스 패턴은 매우 다양하게 변화되고 있으며, 향후 그 패턴이 모바일시장에서의 변화를 예측 가능하게 한다. 제주 지역은 연간 500만명이 방문하는 국내 최대의 관광지이다. 본 연구에서는 제주 최대의 산업인 관광산업과 연계한 모바일 서비스 시장에 대한 현장 분석을 통하여 위치기반과 연계한 다양한 모바일 융합기술이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다.

Korean researchers' scientific outputs are increasing rapidly with the growth of both Korea's economy and industry size. This is the time to analyze the scientific output (STEM area) of Korea over the last 40 years. For this analysis, this study used the SCIE database of Web of Science (WoS), which is a representative global Citation Index Service. The objects of analysis are every Korean document published in the SCIE journal, and the research scopes are (1) analysis of citation and subject categories and (2) analysis of co-authorship. Through this study, characteristics such as cited trend and research trend by subject, and the status of collaboration between Korea and other countries including the 50 states of the USA were revealed.

본 연구에서는 기존 연구된 원가계산방법과 모델을 검토하고, 설문조사를 통한 실태분석과 사례연구를 바탕으로 온라인 데이터베이스 서비스의 원가계산과 가격결정 을 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 데이터베이스화된 정보를 유통시키기 위해서는 데이터베 이스의 합리적인 가격의 책정이 이루어져야 한다. 최적의 가격결정을 위해서는 합리 적인 원가계산이 선행되어야 한다. 첫째, 합리적인 원가계산을 위해서 원가요소와 원 가요소배분에 대한 기준을 설정하였다. 둘째, 원가요소와 배분기준을 적용한 가격결 정 모델을 개발하였다. 셋째, 개발한 가격결정 모델을 대상으로 국내 온라인 데이터 베이스 업체에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 끝으로 미국과 일본의 온라인 데이터베이스 업체들에 설문조사를 실시하여 각사에서 특별히 고려하는 요소를 수출하였다. 일률적 으로 모든 데이터베이스 업체가 같은 가격결정 모델을 사용할 수는 없다. 가격결정은 데이터베이스 서비스를 제공하는 업체 자체의 현상황을 고려해서 자사의 특징과 실정 에 맞는 중요요소들을 개발하여 이루어져야 한다. 결론적으로 최적의 가격결정을 위 해서는 데이터베이스 업체의 미래상과 목표에 부합하는 지속적인 노력이 요구된다. 결국 최적의 가격결정은 데이터베이스 산업의 육성에 초석이 될 것이다.

Prior research has emphasized the significant effect of service orientation on organizational performance. However, little research on service orientation has been conducted in the financial field, including the investment management service industry in which high quality service for clients is required. In this paper, we propose a research model that centers on the concept of service orientation as a type of dynamic capability affecting firm performance. The research variables include job competency, risk management capability, operational capability, service orientation, and service performance. We assume that service orientation partially mediates the effects of risk management capability and operational capability on service performance. To test the model, we collected data from 391 fund managers in 86 teams (37 investment management companies) and analyzed it with partial least squares (PLS) method. Each of the 391 fund managers was asked to answer team level measures, which is effective for team level analysis. We find that job competency positively affects both risk management capability and operational capability, which in turn affect service orientation. Risk management capability and operational capability are assumed to directly affect service performance. However, risk management capability does not influence perceived service performance, whereas operational capability does affect it. This result indicates that risk management capability does not directly affect service performance. However, via service orientation, considering that risk management inconveniences customers and is geared to enhance service orientation, service performance is positively affected. Operational capability does not influence service orientation, whereas it affects perceived service performance. This result reveals that operational capability directly affects firm performance. As expected, service orientation significantly affects the service performance perception of fund managers. This study contributes to the literature by introducing service orientation to the financial industry and measures and tests team-level service performance. Our findings also provide insights to practitioners because to enhance team performance, managers must focus on service orientation in addition to operational capability.
