의료서비스시설 입지전략이 고객만족에 미치는 영향 : 입지시장성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of Medical service facilities Location strategy on the Customer's Satisfaction : Focused on Mediation Effect of the Location's Marketability)

  • 본 연구는 사회 경제적 여건의 변화에 따라 급변하는 의료환경 속에서 중소병의원의 개원 및 운영과 관련하여 고객입장에서 입지환경의 중요성에 주목하고 입지 및 교통, 입주건물의 매력도와 고객만족도 간의 관련성을 분석한 실증연구이다. 내원환자 350여명에 대해 2017년 7월부터 8월까지 약 40일간 설문조사를 수행하고 회수된 343부중 결측치 8부를 제외한 335부에 대해 SPSS와 AMOS 통계패키지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건물매력도가 고객만족도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 교통인프라가 고객만족도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 기각되었다. 셋째, 건물매력도가 입지시장성에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 넷째, 교통인프라가 입지시장성에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 다섯째, 입지시장성이 고객만족도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 여섯째, 건물매력도와 고객만족도 간의 관계를 입지시장성이 매개할 것이라는 가설은 부분매개역할이 있음이 확인되어 채택되었다. 일곱째, 교통인프라와 고객만족도 간의 관계를 입지시장성이 매개할 것이라는 가설은 완전매개역할이 있음이 확인되어 채택되었다. 본 연구는 서울지역의 중소병의원만을 대상으로 하고 있어서 지방 중소병의원의 입지 및 교통인프라, 건물매력도에 대한 환자들의 인식까지 아우르지 못하고 있다. 또한 병의원의 매출, 순이익 등 재무적 경영성과에 대한 객관적 자료 대신 고객만족도라는 환자들의 인식만을 분석대상으로 하고 있다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 의료서비스 시설의 입지선정을 위한 기초를 제공하는데 응용할 수 있을 것이다.

서비스의 준거가격광고가 소비자 지각에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Reference Price Advertisements of Service on Consumers' Perception)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업이 준거가격 광고의 단서에 대한 이론을 적용하여 소비자들에게 어떻게 효과적으로 커뮤니케이션 해야 할 것인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 여러 서비스산업 중 여행상품을 대상으로 정보유형을 조절변수로 하여, 가격단서(외적 준거가격)와 지식수준의 독립변수가 소비자지각의 종속변수에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 살펴보았으며, 이러한 변수들의 관계를 이용하여 외적 준거가격의 제시여부와 지식수준의 높고 낮음, 긍정적 정보와 부정적 정보제공을 통한 8개 집단간의 요인실험설계(factorial design)를 실시하였다. 연구결과 서비스의 준거가격 광고에서 가격단서(외적준거가격)를 제시받은 소비자들이 미제시한 소비자들보다 가격-품질지각이 높아지고, 서비스에 대한 지각가치를 높게 지각한다는 사실이 발견되었다. 또한, 긍정적인 정보보다는 부정적인 정보에 노출되었을 때, 지식수준이 낮은 소비자는 지식수준이 높은 소비자보다 가격-품질지각이 높게 나타나는 것을 확인활 수 있었다.

편도선절제술 아동의 수술 전 절차 정보제공이 수술 후 통증에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Informational Intervention on Postoperative Pain following Tonsillectomy in Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of informational intervention on postoperative pain following tonsillectomy in children. This study was performed on 30 children, aged 5-15 years, undergoing tonsillectomy and their parents by providing informational intervention with colored figure; operation procedure and information. Pain assessment was done by Pain Questionnaire. The results from this study were as follows : 1. Children in experimental group with mean 16.07 had lower pain scores than control group with mean 14.87 at 4th hours after operation(p<0.05). It showed 'significant difference' and first hypothesis was adopted. 2. Children in experimental group with mean 20.60 had lower pain scores than control group with mean 17.27 at 8th hours after operation(p<0.05). It showed 'significant difference' and second hypothesis was adopted. 3. Children in experimental group with mean 28.80 had lower pain scores than control group with mean 25.70 at 24th hours after operation(p<0.05). It showed 'significant difference' and third hypothesis was adopted. 4. When we analyzed the time difference and difference between two groups simultaneously by repeated measure ANOVA, the significant difference was not found. And so 'the experiential group with operation-related information will show the lower pain sense than the control group just as the time flows after operation', fourth hypothesis was rejected. Generally, it was found that providing information about operation to children and their parents reduced effectively postoperative pain in children, but in clinical settings there are minimum preoperative information-providing because of insufficient time and inconvenience although nursing staffs and patients know its needs. Conclusionally providing preoperative information should help children and their parents cope with Pre, Peri and Post operative events effectively.

우연적 의미 활성화가 가설 생성에 미치는 영향: 가설 유형에 따른 차이 (The Effect of Incidental Semantic Activation on Hypothesis Generation: Exclusive vs Compatible Hypotheses)

  • 우연적 의미 활성화가 가설의 생성과 평가에 주는 영향에 대한 연구는 많다. 그러나 진단추론 상황에서 우연적 의미 활성화의 영향을 다루었던 연구는 거의 없으며, 특히 가설 유형에 따른 차이를 알아보는 연구를 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구는 진단 추론에서 우연적 의미 활성화가 가설의 유형에 따라 어떤 차이를 보이는 지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 첫 번째 실험에서 우연적 의미 활성화는, 배타가설의 경우 최종 가설 생성 패턴에 영향을 미쳤지만, 가설의 생성 수에는 영향을 미치지 않음을 발견하였다. 반면 양립 가능한 가설의 경우, 활성화는 생성된 가설의 수에 영향을 미쳤지만, 최종 가설 생성 패턴에는 영향을 미치지 못했다. 이러한 결과는 인지적 노력을 가중시켰을 때조차 반복검증 되었다. 실험 2에서 우연적 의미 활성화와 더불어 추론에 필요한 단서의 개수를 조작하였다. 각 가설을 지지하는 단서들이 동시에 제시되면 우연적 의미 활성화의 영향은 사라졌고, 단서들의 개수가 증가함에 따라 배타가설의 추론 확신은 증가하였다. 본 연구는 진단 추론 시 관련된 단서를 최대한 활용할 필요성과, 가설생성/가설 평가에 관한 연구에서 가설 유형에 따른 차이를 고려해야 함을 시사한다.

The Application of the Goal-Gradient Hypothesis and theTemporal Construal Theory to Customer Loyalty Programs- Goal Gradient Hypothesis and Temporal Construal Theory

  • The goal-gradient hypothesis states that the tendency to approach a goal increases with the increasing proximity of the goal (Hull 1932). It was initially supported with an evidence of animal experiments and since then, several papers have investigated the goal-gradient hypothesis in humans. Although there are some evidences related to the goal-gradient hypothesis in human behaviors, none of previous studies can properly explain its underlying mechanism, and what's more, they were not able to suggest useful managerial applications in human behaviors. From these perspectives, this work points out that there are some theoretical weaknesses to apply the goal-gradient hypothesis into the complicated human decision-making behaviors and proposes an alternative theoretical mechanismthat underlies the goal-gradient hypothesis in human. Finally, it offers insights into managerial implications of the goal-gradient hypothesis in the marketing field. This study focuses on the changes in motivations for achieving goals, in terms of how approaches to goals vary according to temporal distance from those goals. Specifically, the temporal construal theory (Liberman and Trope 1998) is considered as the underlying mechanism of the goal-gradient in that the temporal construal theory argues how the temporal distance from a goal makes people change their associated values regarding to that goal. According to the temporal construal theory, the value of distant future outcomes (near future outcomes) is construed on the basis of abstract and central features (concrete and peripheral features), and it argues that distant future situations are construed on a higher level than near future situations. This means that the value associated with the high-level construal is enhanced over delay, whereas the value associated with the low-level construal is discounted over delay. Our propositions suggest that the goal-gradient behavior in human can be motivated by the different aspects or characteristics of the goal as time changes based on the temporal construal theory. Thus, the following propositions are proposed. P 1-1: If the goal is far away, consumers put more value on the central features that are more associated with the desirability of the goal. P 1-2: If the goal is far away, consumers put more effort into accomplishing the goal that has more central features, regardless of its peripheral features. P 2-1: If a goal is near, consumers put more value on the peripheral features that are more associated with the feasibility of the goal. P 2-2: If a goal is near, consumers put more effort into accomplishing the goal that has more peripheral features, regardless of its central features. We hope to provide sufficient managerial implications for the companies as our research aims to show how consumers react differently as they progress toward the goal. Proposed propositions may provide guidance for companies developing a loyalty program, enabling them to understand what kinds of benefits or services they should provide or emphasize to consumers in loyalty programs on the basis of the time-dependent changes in outcome values (such as gifts, reward coupons). The effects of temporal distance from a goal should inform companies' marketing activities and help themto determine where emphasis should be placed in designing the benefits of their loyalty program.

초등과학영재의 가설설정 능력과 메타인지와의 관계 분석 (Analysis on Hypothesis-generating Ability of Elementary School Gifted Students in Science and Its Correlation with Meta-cognition)

  • 본 연구는 초등과학영재의 가설설정 능력과 가설설정에서 나타나는 특성을 탐색하고 메타인지와의 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 2013학년도 광역시 소재 대학교 부설 과학영재교육원 초등과학반 19명으로 선정하였으며, 가설설정 서술형 검사지, 메타인지 검사지, 과학수업방법 선호도 조사지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 가설설정 검사지의 서술형 응답자료는 가설의 내용이 과학지식에 기반하고 논리적으로 설정한 과학적 가설인지 또는 비과학적 가설인지로 분류하였으며, 비과학적 가설의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 초등과학영재들이 제시한 가설에서 과학적 가설은 47%(38개 가운데 18개)로 나타나 낮은 수준이었다. 특히 비과학적 가설은 53%로 인과관계가 분명하게 드러나지 않거나, 검증 불가능한 가설을 제시하는 특성이 가장 빈번하게 나타났다. 또한 가설설정 능력 및 가설의 특성은 탐구문제와 변인을 추출하는 과정을 제시하는지 여부에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 탐구문제와 변인추출과정이 제시된 경우에 더 높은 가설설정 능력을 보여주었다. 메타인지는 선행연구의 연구대상인 과학영재보다 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, 계획, 점검, 조절 가운데 점검 전략을 가장 빈번하게 사용하였다. 탐구문제를 스스로 제시하고 변인을 스스로 추출해야 하는 비구조화된 상황에서는, 가설설정 능력과 메타인지의 하위요소 조절 사이에 유의미한(p<.05) 상관이 있었으며, 메타인지의 계획과 조절 사이에도 높은 상관을 보였다. 메타인지의 조절 수준이 높은 학생들과 낮은 학생들의 가설설정 능력과 선호하는 과학수업방법에서도 차이나 나타났으며, 메타인지의 조절 수준이 낮은 학생의 경우는 가설을 스스로 설정하고 변인을 스스로 추출하는데 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다.

가정간호기반 완화케어프로그램의 효과 (Effects of a Palliative Care Program based on Home Care Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study was done to develop and test a palliative care program based on home care nursing. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was employed. Changes in the variables were evaluated to test effects of the developed program. Participants were patients with terminal cancer and their families receiving home care nursing from six hospitals (experimental group: 24 and control group: 22). Data collection was conducted from February to October, 2006. Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test and repeated measures ANOVA were used to analyse the data. Results: Hypothesis 1, the experimental group receiving this program will experience less pain (severe, average, weak pain) than the control group, was supported. Hypothesis 2, the experimental group will have less symptom experience than the control group, was supported. Hypothesis 3, the experimental group will have higher QOL than the control group, was supported and the last hypothesis 4, family burden in the experimental group will be less than the control group, was supported. Conclusion: The home care nursing based palliative program developed in this study was found to be an effective program to reduce patient pain and symptom experience, to improve patient QOL and to decrease family burden.

무역정보기술(貿易情報技術)의 수용단계별(受容段階別) 혁신저항(革新抵抗)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 무역(貿易) e-Marketplace를 중심(中心)으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Factors Affecting the Innovation Resistance to Information Technology of Trade According to Adoption Stage - Focused on the e-Marketplace -)

  • Innovation resistance toward technology products such as e-Marketplace is an important concept in business to business marketing. But most of researches and literatures have not been focused on innovation resistance. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to confirm key factors that effects on the innovation resistance. Additionally this study will be revealed the factors affecting the innovation resistance to information technology of trade according to adopting stage. Based on the past literatures, the innovation resistance of users can be viewed as dependent on two sets of factors came from the study of Innovation Resistance Model(Ram, 1987):perceived innovation(e-Marketplace) characteristics and user(trading company) characteristics. Perceived innovation characteristics consists of relative advantage, compatibility, perceived risk, complexity, inhibitory effect on the adoption of profitable innovation. The user characteristics consist of innovativeness, beliefs and attitude toward existing trade method. And user adoption stage came from the study of Innovation Diffusion(Roger, 1995). To make it simple, this study divides group1(knowledge/persuasion/decision) and group2(implementation/confirmation). In the result of the empirical study, the hypothesis 1, hypothesis 2, hypothesis 4 were supported partially and hypothesis 3 was completely supported.

Social Support Analysis on Economic Activity Intention for Korean Chinese in Korea

  • Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effects of the social support on the economic activities from the Korean Chinese residing in Korea. Particularly, this paper focuses on the consequence of the economic activity intention according to the three kinds of social support. Research design, data, and methodology - For the statistics process of data collected by this survey, SPSS 19 statistics package program was used through data-coding and data-cleaning processes to analyze the data in this study. Results - This hypothesis was selected partially. As a result of investigating hypotheses in detail, Hypothesis 1-2 was significant as shown in the significance level 0.1, and when the emotional support was regarded important, the will of economic activities was also higher. Hypothesis 1-2 was found to be meaningful with the significance level of 0.05, and when the social support was regarded important, the will of economic activities was also higher. Lastly, Hypothesis 1-3 was found to not be statistically significant. Conclusions - The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for vitalization of the Korean Chinese' economic activities and governmental support for it, and to be a guideline in preparing successful strategies for expansion of the Korean Chinese' economic activities in the future by applying these results.

A Study on the Impact of Management's Strategic Leadership and Management Strategy on Organizational Performance: Focusing on Small and Medium Venture Companies

  • We study empirically analyzes the relationship between the leadership styles and management strategies of executives perceived by members of small and medium venture companies through organizational performance through SPSS 24.0. The empirical results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that the strategic leadership of the one-level management team had a significant influence on the management strategy showed that strategic leadership (strategic direction, strategic control, maintaining effective organizational culture, ethical management, human resource development, competency development) The relationship between positive cost, strategy of differentiation, and strategy of concentration was positive. Second, the hypothesis 2 management strategy (cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, centralization strategy) was statistically significant for both organizational performance (financial performance and non-financial performance). Therefore, management strategy implemented by management acts as a factor to improve organizational performance. Therefore, the execution ability of management strategy should be strengthened. Third, hypothesis 3 (Strategic Direction, Strategic Control, Maintaining Effective Organizational Culture, Ethical Management, Human Resource Development, Competency Development) could be identified as an important role factor for financial and non-financial performance. The organizational performance of SMEs has been a key factor in the strategic leadership and management strategy implemented by management. Therefore, the establishment and implementation of various practical measures to upgrade this were continuously required.
