중고의류와 중고명품 구매 관련 언론 보도 빅데이터 분석: 텍스트마이닝을 활용한 사회적 인식과 현황 파악 (Big Data Analysis of News on Purchasing Second-hand Clothing and Second-hand Luxury Goods: Identification of Social Perception and Current Situation Using Text Mining)

  • This study was conducted to obtain useful information on the development of the future second-hand fashion market by obtaining information on the current situation through unstructured text data distributed as news articles related to 'purchase of second-hand clothing' and 'purchase of second-hand luxury goods'. Text-based unstructured data was collected on a daily basis from Naver news from January 1st to December 31st, 2022, using 'purchase of second-hand clothing' and 'purchase of second-hand luxury goods' as collection keywords. This was analyzed using text mining, and the results are as follows. First, looking at the frequency, the collection data related to the purchase of second-hand luxury goods almost quadrupled compared to the data related to the purchase of second-hand clothing, indicating that the purchase of second-hand luxury goods is receiving more social attention. Second, there were common words between the data obtained by the two collection keywords, but they had different words. Regarding second-hand clothing, words related to donations, sharing, and compensation sales were mainly mentioned, indicating that the purchase of second-hand clothing tends to be recognized as an eco-friendly transaction. In second-hand luxury goods, resale and genuine controversy related to the transaction of second-hand luxury goods, second-hand trading platforms, and luxury brands were frequently mentioned. Third, as a result of clustering, data related to the purchase of second-hand clothing were divided into five groups, and data related to the purchase of second-hand luxury goods were divided into six groups.

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about environmental severity and new social, economic, and cultural changes. Conscious fashion, which is oriented to sustainable and valuable consumption, has become a trend to consume products produced using eco-friendly and ethical processes, from the selection of the product materials to the manufacturing process. The purpose of this study is to identify the concepts and characteristics of conscious fashion and zero waste, and to explore design trends of zero wastein the new normal era of conscious fashion through the analysis of various cases. The research method is a literature review on conscious fashion based on relevant professional and academic books and articles, designer collections, and campaigns from 2010 to the present, when conscious fashion as eco-friendliness and sustainable fashion became a trend. The concept and characteristics of conscious fashion were examined them in terms of environmental, ethical, social, and cultural aspects and the concept and characteristics of zero waste through previous studies and case analysis. Through this, the trends of zero-waste design in conscious fashion were categorized into: first, an eco-friendly design orientation that utilizes reuse and reduce methods of clothing and fabric; second, a variable design orientation that practices zero waste designs by using diversity of patterns through deconstruction, disassembly, and various cutting methods. Third, long-term circulation of design through the recycling of resources by second-hand trade, the utilization of stock clothing, resale, and availability of eco-friendly materials through the development of new technologies. As an active practice for the sustainable fashion industry expands, it is expected that continuous research will be conducted as a future core value to realize the possibility of long-term circular zero-waste design through social responsibility and conscious recycling, reuse, and reproduction.

수입소비재(輸入消費財) 유통구조(流通構造)의 효율화(效率化) 방안(方案) (An Analysis of the Imported Consumer Goods Distribution Sector of Korea: From a Vertical Structure Viewpoint)

  • 80년대에 들어서 본격화된 개방정책(開放政策)의 결과 대부분의 소비재(消費財)가 수입가능품목(輸入可能品目)이 되었고 이에 따라 소비재(消費財)의 수입(輸入)은 급격한 증가추세를 보이고 있으며 이 추세는 당분간 지속될 것으로 전망된다. 본고(本稿)에서는 우리나라의 수입소비재(輸入消費財) 유통구조(流通構造)의 현황(現況)을 분석하고 가격상승 및 후생감소를 야기시키는 문제점을 파악하며 이의 개선방안(改善方案)을 모색해 보았다. 본고(本稿)에서는 기존의 연구와는 달리 수입소비재(輸入消費財) 유통구조(流通構造)를 국제시장(國際市場)-수입단계(輸入段階)-국내(國內) 도(都) 소매단계(小賣段階)의 수직적 구조로 파악하고 이 수직적 구조를 구성하는 각 수평단계의 산업조직 및 수평단계를 연결하는 수직적 관계를 중심으로 하여 가격결정과정과 문제점을 분석하였다. 수입소비재(輸入消費財) 유통구조(流通構造)의 수평단계는 상품(商品) 및 지역(地域)에 의해 차별화된 독점적 경쟁 시장으로 볼 수 있으며, 수평단계간에는 대리점계약(代理店契約)과 재판매가격유지(再販賣價格維持)의 수직적(垂直的) 통제(統制)(vertical restraints)가 흔히 사용되고 있다. 수입소비재(輸入消費財) 유통구조(流通構造)의 주요 문제점으로는 독과점적(獨寡占的) 수입(輸入)에 따른 수입상의 독과점력, 국내 메이커에 의한 동종상품 수입에 의한 경쟁제한, 유통업자간의 담합 및 이의 유지를 위한 재판매가격유지(再販賣價格維持)의 성행, 불확실성(不確實性)과 정보불균형(情報不均衡)을 지적할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 시정하여 수입소비재(輸入消費財) 및 경쟁국산상품(競爭國産商品)의 가격하락(價格下落)과 국산상품(國産商品)의 품질개선(品質改善)을 유도하기 위하여는 독과점적 수입계약과 국내메이커에 의한 동종상품의 수입에 대한 공정거래규제(公正去來規制)를 도입하여야 하며, 수입가격표시제의 확대실시 및 탄력적 운영을 통한 합리적(合理的) 정보제공(情報提供)이 필요하다고 판단된다. 수입소비재(輸入消費財)의 유통구조는 또한 국내(國內) 도(都) 소매업(小賣業)의 일반적인 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 규모의 영세성, 무자료거래의 성행, 근대적 대형유통업체(大型流通業體)의 부족의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 기본적으로 상가(商街)와 물류시설(物流施設)의 공급부족과 현행 부가가치세제(附加價値稅制)에 그 원인이 있다. 따라서 수입소비재 유통구조의 생산성을 향상시키고 경쟁을 촉진하기 위해서는 상업용 및 물류시설용 부동산의 공급확대유도(供給擴大誘導)와 부가가치세제(附加價値稅制)의 합리적 운영이 필요하다고 사료된다.

아파트 가격에 영향을 미치는 도로교통소음 제한인자에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Road Traffic Noise Restriction Factors that Affect the Price of Apartment Complexes)

  • In this research, we measured the number of lanes, distance, disposition of apartment that are affecting the road traffic noise to evaluate the current condition of G city's road traffic noise. We decide on a basis regarding an apartment price formation factor, and the apartment current price and the results that compared. To have a point scale, we set the maximum road traffic noise at a 8 lane road for 5 points, give 4 points for a 6 lane road, which has a $2.1{\sim}2.5\;dB(A)$ difference compared to a 8 lane road, give 3 points for a 4 lane road, which has a $5.2{\sim}5.5\;dB(A)$ difference compared to a 8 lane road, and set 2 points for a 2 lane road and lower. If we set the standard floor plan as horizontal and a living room facing the roadside, the horizontal and living room facing the opposite side of the road is 1 point because it differs by 14.1 dB(A), and the vertical is 3 points since the difference is 5.3 dB(A). If we make grades by the distance, making standard the fifth floor with little soundproof effect from apartment to road, we observe a measurement below 2.9 dB(A) at a distance of less than 10 m and 5 dB(A), decreased at a distance of 20 m. Therefore, 4 points were given for less than 10m, 3 points for $10{\sim}20\;m$, 2 points for more than 20 m as we can apply the effect of a decay distance of line sound source and the decrease in noise effects of more than 6 dB(A), 1 point for more than 40m, and 0 points for more that 80 m since it is negligible. 28 apartments got 0 points because there is no effect of road traffic noise from other apartments, and 50 apartments where only the road at one side effect them got $5{\sim}10$ points. 4 apartments (17-2, 6-3, 10-4, 3-3) received over 20 points. 15 cases showed a difference between developer price and resale price, and 11 cases (73%) among them showed the same trend (price increases with a low road traffic noise restriction factor point) with the point of road traffic noise restriction factor. 4 cases demonstrated the opposite trend, showing price increases with a high restriction factor point. Among the 4 cases, case numbers 2,6 and 9 appear to be more affected by the location factor (business district) than the road traffic noise restriction factor, and case number 1 appears to be affected by the building factor (openness and direction).

  • A party who relies on a breach of contract must take such measures as are reasonable in the circumstances to mitigate the loss, including loss of profit, resulting from the breach. Appropriate measures are those aimed at lessing the loss as far as reasonably possible. Such measures will typically be a resale of the goods by the seller or a cover purchase by the buyer. The measures the injured party is expected to take in order to mitigate the loss must be reasonable in the circumstances. Article 77 will be applied to the difference between the amount by which the loss should have been mitigated under Article 77. A reduction of damages is the only remedy available to the party in breach in cases covered by Article 77. If the buyer has received the goods and intends to exercise any right under the contract or this Convention to reject them, he must take such steps to preserve them as are reasonable in the circumstances. If goods dispatched to the buyer have been placed at his disposal at their destination and he exercises the right to reject them, he must take possession of them on behalf of the seller. Article 86(1) requires that the buyer manifest his intention at the moment of receipt of the goods. Article 86(2) envisages that the goods have been dispatched to the buyer and that they have been placed at his disposal at their destination. Article 87 allows him to deposit them in the warehouse of a third person. It is not necessary that the warehouse by public, or that it be a general warehouse for storage. A party who is bound to preserve the goods in accordance with articles 86 may sell them by any appropriate means taking possession of the goods or in taking them back or in paying the price or the cost of preservation. If the goods are subject to rapid deterioration or their preservation world involve unreasonable expense, a party who is bound to preserve the goods must take reasonable measures to sell them. A difference exists between paragraph Article 88 (1) which grants the right to sell, and paragraph (2 )which imposes the duty to take reasonable measures to sell the goods. According to Article 88(2), the party who wishes to sell must give notice to the other party of such intention, to the extent possible.

지역 및 주택 시장 특성이 인구 증가에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis on the Effect of Regional Characteristics and Housing Market Characteristics on Population Growth)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 최근 감소하고 있는 우리나라 인구 증감 현상에 대해 지역 및 주택 시장 특성을 통해 인구 증감 요인을 파악하는 데 있다. 전국 85개시의 최근 5년간 지역별 인구 증가율 평균을 종속 변수로 하고 최근 5년 간 지역 및 주택 시장 특성 요인 변수들의 평균을 독립변수로 하는 다중회귀를 분석 방법으로 활용하였다. 분석결과, 최근 5년 간 지역별 인구 증가율에 유의미한 영향을 미친 지역 및 주택 시장 변수는 출산율, 고용률, 생산 가능 인구 증가율, 아파트 비율, 분양권 전매 비율, 아파트 거래 회전 증가율, 천인당 사업체 수 등이었으며 최근 5년 간 지역별 인구가 증가한 지역으로는 서울과 광역시를 제외한 수도권 일부와 비수도권 지방 중 공공 기관 이전(혁신도시), 택지개발 등이 있는 지역들이었다. 따라서 분석 결과를 종합할 때 지역의 인구를 증가시키기 위해서는 안정된 일자리와 그와 연계된 적절한 주택 공급이 전제 되어야 함을 의미한다. 본 연구의 이러한 연구 결과는 인구감소를 겪고 있는 지방 중소도시 등 수도권 이외 지역 등을 위한 정부 차원에서 지역 균형발전을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

코스메슈티컬 화장품과 메디컬 화장품의 인식도 및 구매 행동에 따른 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Recognition and Purchasing Behavior of Cosmeceutical Cosmetics and Medical Cosmetics)

  • 본 연구는 코스메슈티컬 화장품과 메디컬 화장품으로 분류하여 각 구매 행동 차이 및 만족도를 비교 분석 하고자 하였다. 20대~50대까지의 성인 남 녀를 대상으로, 총 861부의 설문지를 배부하였으며, 코스메슈티컬 화장품과 메디컬 화장품을 구매한 경험이 있는 응답자 총 446부의 설문지를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과, 코스메슈티컬 화장품과 메디컬 화장품에 대한 용어 인지도는 매우 낮은 편이었으며, 각 구매 행동에 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 코스메슈티컬 화장품은 구매 선호도 요인 중 품질, 가격, 용기 디자인, 서비스가 만족도에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며(p<0.05, p<0.01, p<0.001), 특히 품질에 대한 만족도가 가장 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 메디컬 화장품은 구매 선호도 요인 중 브랜드 이미지, 가격, 용기 디자인이 만족도에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며(p<0.01, p<0.001), 브랜드 이미지에 대해 가장 큰 만족도를 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 코스메슈티컬 화장품과 메디컬 화장품의 특징을 세분화 하여, 각 구매 행동과 선호도에 따른 차별화된 제품 개발에 힘써야 할 것으로 사료되어 진다.

시·도별 사회재난 중점유형 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Selection of Types of Social Disasters by Region)

  • 연구목적: 최근 대형 사회재난이 잇따라 발생하면서 자연재난 뿐만 아니라 사회재난을 예방하고 피해를 저감하기 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 연구 중 대부분이 일부 사회재난만을 다루고 있기 때문에 본 논문에서는 지자체에서 중점적으로 다루어야 할 사회재난 유형을 선정하여 효과적인 대책 마련을 위한 기초자료를 만들고자 하였다. 연구방법: 행정안전부에서 고시하고 있는 43종 재난 중 중복 또는 발생 이력이 없는 재난 등을 제외한 후 중점유형을 선정하기 위해 11종의 재난유형을 선정하여 데이터를 수집하였으며 위험지도로 지역별 위험유형을 도출하였다. 위험지도를 도출하기 위해서 각 세부지표를 리스케일링하여 0 ~ 1로 정규화를 하였으며 엔트로피 기법을 통해 가중치를 결정하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과 행정안전부에서 고시하고 있는 중점재난과 약 41%가 일치하였으며 나머지 중점 유형은 원자력사고, 공동구 사고 등 정보를 취득할 수 없거나 최근 20년 동안 발생하지 않은 재난이었다. 결론: 따라서 본 연구를 통해 사회재난의 효과적인 예방 및 복구계획을 수립하기 위해 지자체별 사회재난 중점재난을 제시하고자 하였다.

생산비용 절감을 위한 익힌숙잠(홍잠, 弘蠶) 신 가공기술: 초고속 균질화와 분무건조 활용법 (New Processing Technology For Steamed-mature Silkworms (HongJam) to Reduce Production Costs: Employing a High-Speed Homogenization and Spray Drying Protocol)

  • 홍잠은 숙잠(熟蠶)을 수증기로 익혀서 인간이 섭취할 수 있도록 제조한 다양한 건강 증진 효과가 있는 천연 건강 식품이다. 현재 표준 제조방법은 수증기로 찐 홍잠을 보관과 판매의 편의를 위하여 급속 냉동하여 동결 건조를 진행하는 것이다. 그런데, 홍잠을 동결 건조하는 과정은 많은 시간과 비용을 필요로 하여 홍잠 제품 가격의 인상 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 홍잠을 수증기로 찐 후 바로 균질 액으로 제조하여 분무 건조하면 분말 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있음을 발견하였다. 그리고 홍잠 균질 액에 식용 단백질 분해 효소를 첨가하여 분해시킨 후, 단 1회의 분무 건조로 제품을 제조할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 특히 홍잠 균질 액이나 효소 분해 홍잠 균질 액은 바로 액상이나 젤리 형태로 일반 또는 환자용 특수 의료 용도 식품에 활용이 가능함을 보여주었다. 본 연구에서는 생산비용이 감소된 홍잠의 가공 방법을 제안하며 이는 제품 생성의 단가를 낮추어 제품의 대중화와 양잠 농가의 연관산업 육성을 불러올 것으로 기대된다.

상업우주사업(商業宇宙事業) 참가기업(參加企業)의 책임(責任)과 우주보험(宇宙保險) (The Liability of Participants in Commercial Space Ventures and Space Insurance)

  • Generally there is no law and liability system which applies particulary to commercial space ventures. There are several international treaties and national statutes which deal with space ventures, but their impact on the liability of commercial space ventures has not been significant. Every state law in the United States will impose both tort and contract liability on those responsible for injuries or losses caused by defective products or by services performed negligently. As with the providers of other products and services, those who participate in commercial space ventures have exposure to liability in both tort and contract which is limited to the extent of the resulting damage The manufacturer of a small and cheap component which caused a satellite to fail to reach orbit or to operate nominally has the same exposure to liability as the provider of launch vehicle or the manufacturer of satellite into which the component was incorporaded. Considering the enormity of losses which may result from launch failure or satellite failure, those participated in commercial space ventures will do their best to limit their exposure to liability by contract to the extent permitted by law. In most states of the United States, contracts which limit or disclaim the liability are enforceable with respect to claims for losses or damage to property if they are drafted in compliance with the requirements of the applicable law. In California an attempt to disclaim the liability for one's own negligence will be enforceable only if the contract states explicitly that the parties intend to have the disclaimer apply to negligence claims. Most state laws of the United States will refuse to enforce contracts which attempt to disclaim the liability for gross negligence on public policy grounds. However, the public policy which favoured disclaiming the liability as to gross negligence for providers of launch services was pronounced by the United States Congress in the 1988 Amendments to the 1984 Commercial Space Launch Act. To extend the disclaimer of liability to remote purchasers, the contract of resale should state expressly that the disclaimer applies for the benefit of all contractors and subcontractors who participated in producing the product. This situation may occur when the purchaser of a satellite which has failed to reach orbit has not contracted directly with the provider of launch services. Contracts for launch services usually contain cross-waiver of liability clauses by which each participant in the launch agrees to be responsible for it's own loss and to waive any claims which it may have against other participants. The crosswaiver of liability clause may apply to the participants in the launch who are parties to the launch services agreement, but not apply to their subcontractors. The role of insurance in responding to many risks has been critical in assisting commercial space ventures grow. Today traditional property and liability insurance, such as pre-launch, launch and in-orbit insurance and third party liability insurance, have become mandatory parts of most space projects. The manufacture and pre-launch insurance covers direct physical loss or damage to the satellite, its apogee kick moter and including its related launch equipment from commencement of loading operations at the manufacture's plant until lift off. The launch and early orbit insurance covers the satellite for physical loss or damage from attachment of risk through to commissioning and for some period of initial operation between 180 days and 12 months after launch. The in-orbit insurance covers physical loss of or damage to the satellite occuring during or caused by an event during the policy period. The third party liability insurance covers the satellite owner' s liability exposure at the launch site and liability arising out of the launch and operation in orbit. In conclusion, the liability in commercial space ventures extends to any organization which participates in providing products and services used in the venture. Accordingly, it is essential for any organization participating in commercial space ventures to contractually disclaim its liability to the extent permitted by law. To achieve the effective disclaimers, it is necessary to determine the applicable law and to understand the requirements of the law which will govern the terms of the contract. A great deal of funds have been used in R&D for commercial space ventures to increase reliability, safety and success. However, the historical reliability of launches and success for commercial space ventures have proved to be slightly lower than we would have wished for. Space insurance has played an important role in reducing the high risks present in commercial space ventures.
