생명공학 분야 연구자의 연구데이터 공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 학술적 평판의 조절효과를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study of Biotechnology Scientists' Research Data Sharing Intention: The Moderating Effects of Academic Reputation)

  • 본 연구는 연구자들의 데이터 공유 행위에 대한 이해에 목적을 두고 국내 생명공학분야 연구자와 연구학생을 대상으로 데이터 공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보았다. 이메일로 수집된 411개의 유효 응답은 PLS-SEM을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 데이터 공유 규범과 학술적 상호주의는 데이터 공유 의도에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공동체 신뢰는 학술적 상호주의가 공동체 신뢰와 데이터 공유 의도의 매개변인일 때, 데이터 공유 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학술적 평판은 데이터 공유 규범과 학술적 상호주의, 그리고 데이터 공유 규범과 데이터 공유 의도 간의 관계에서, 학술적 상호주의와 데이터공유 의도의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 국내 생명공학 연구자들의 데이터 공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 Ostrom의 집단행동이론을 적용하여 살펴보았다는 점과 변인들의 영향 관계 안에서 학술적 평판의 조절효과를 발견하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과는 연구자들의 데이터 공유 행위를 촉진시킬 수 있는 방안으로 학술적인 보상 시스템의 개발의 필요성을 시사한다.

  • 최근 스마트 폰 출현과 함께 인터넷 검색, 트위터, 페이스북 등의 SNS(Social Network Service) 가 폭발적으로 성장하고 지속적인 IT 발달로 인해 새롭게 창출, 유통되는 정보 즉, 빅 데이터가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 기업 간의 경쟁이 날로 심화되어 가고 있는 가운데 효율적인 경영을 위해서는 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 니즈를 파악하기 위해 그 어느 때 보다도 고객피드백이 필요한 시대이다. 이를 위해 다양한 고객의 목소리가 담겨 있는 소셜 빅 데이터는 꼭 필요한 자원이기 때문에 모바일 스마트 혁명의 핵심 자원인 빅 데이터를 어떻게 분석, 활용 할 것인지 많은 기업들의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소셜 빅 데이터의 데이터 수집과 분석은 버즈(Buzz) 모니터링이라는 시스템을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터를 분석하는 버즈모니터링에 대해 고찰해 보고 실제 버즈모니터링을 통해 얻은 고객평판 사례를 제시하여 그 결과를 분석하고 시사점을 고찰해 본다. 의료기관 평판 사례분석 결과 각 병원과 평가항목에 따라 호감도가 다르므로 해당병원에서 구체적인 고객의 반응을 실시간으로 파악하여 개선점을 찾을 수 있다.

온라인 증권거래 고객의 충성도 (Loyalty of On-line Stock Trading Customers)

  • Securities companies which faced with severe competition should not only attract new customers but also retain their on-line customers. This study examines the factors affecting loyalty of on-line stock trading customers. The research model based on the previous studies was established and the research hypotheses were generated. The test results based on the data gathered from 87 users of on-line stock trading services show that user satisfaction, learning cost, transaction fees, and reputation influence customer loyalty. User satisfaction, learning cost and reputation are positively related to customer loyalty, whereas transaction fee is negatively related to customer loyalty. The results also support that information quality and system quality are positively related to user satisfaction. The hypothesis that transaction fee is related to user satisfaction is not supported. There is no significant information to say that security risk is related to user satisfaction. It is considered that the study results may help managers to increase customer retention.

  • P2P 커뮤니티는 자발적으로 생성 및 소멸될 수 있는데 이는 Peer의 자유로운 참여로 조성되는 네트워크라는 구조적인 특징에 기반 한다. P2P에는 사용자들이 원하는 자원들을 공유할 수도 있지만, Fake 콘텐츠들과 같은 공유를 원하지 않는 자원들도 많다. 이러한 Fake 콘텐츠들을 제거하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 P2P 환경에서의 집단 지성(Collective Intelligence)을 이용하는 방법을 제안하며, 평판 시스템의 장점에 대해 시뮬레이션을 수행한다.

  • 최근 SNS나 소셜미디어등 온라인을 통해 고객들의 서비스에 대한 정성적인 평가 및 요구사항이 실시간으로 표현되고 있으므로 병원, 은행,회사 등 각 기업에서는 서비스에 대한 부정적인 여론이 확산되기 전에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 정형화된 설문을 통한 고객 니즈 분석으로는 다양한 온라인 플렛품 상의 소비자 경험, 의견 및 감성을 분석하기가 어렵다. 따라서, 다양한 온라인 플렛폼의 등장 소비자 Life-Style의 변화 등으로 기업이 시장과 고객들의 행동패턴을 파악 및 예측하여 분석, 관리하고 대응할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 마케팅, 홍보, 기획 등 B2C 서비스 기업 활동에 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 고객 평판분석 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 특히, 제안한 시스템의 효율성 검증을 위해 실제 테스트베드 프로토타입을 개발한다.

  • Super-critical type steam power plant, which operates with steam pressure above the super-critical point, has a good reputation recently and is adopted as a new standard of the Korean Electric Power Corporation. The reason for the good reputation lies in it's superior power efficiency. However, the field data of the new power plant for the verification of it's performance are still insufficient, and more empirical data are needed to acquire technologies on the effective operation of it. In this study, the authors analyzed the field test data on power efficiencies got in a super-critical type steam power plant, and evaluated the excellency of the new plant by comparing the efficiency data with the one got in a conventional sub-critical type steam power plant.

위치기반 앱 서비스를 통한 인지된 가치와 평판 형성을 위한 소비자 지식 구조 (The Customer Knowledge Structure for Building Perceived Value and Reputation of Location-based App Service)

  • Recently, the popularity of smartphones has led to a dramatic increase in the frequency of use of App(Application) services. LBS (Location-Based Service) App service adopts various methods such as push marketing and useful information by region through providing location-based service based on the location of the consumer. In particular, an enterprise or an App management company can provide necessary information to the consumer through the necessary information among the customer related knowledge information obtained by utilizing the location information of the consumer in real time. Nevertheless, since LBS is a service that can be performed only when the company obtains consent to provide location information voluntarily by the consumer, there is a case of privacy infringement due to consumers' use of personal information. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of privacy related variables and the knowledge structure for consumer value formation based on the theory of privacy calculation. We also compared the characteristics of Korea with those of China in privacy issue. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that factors such as information utilization ability and information control ability were influential as a key factor of privacy calculation. In addition, perceived value influences the reputation of the LBS App service.

A Scalable and Robust Approach to Collaboration Enforcement in Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks

  • Mobile ad-hoc networks (MANETs) have attracted great research interest in recent years. Among many issues, lack of motivation for participating nodes to collaborate forms a major obstacle to the adoption of MANETs. Many contemporary collaboration enforcement techniques employ reputation mechanisms for nodes to avoid and penalize malicious participants. Reputation information is propagated among participants and updated based on complicated trust relationships to thwart false accusation of benign nodes. The aforementioned strategy suffers from low scalability and is likely to be exploited by adversaries. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to address these problems. With the proposed technique, no reputation information is propagated in the network and malicious nodes cannot cause false penalty to benign hosts. Nodes classify their one-hop neighbors through direct observation and misbehaving nodes are penalized within their localities. Data packets are dynamically rerouted to circumvent selfish nodes. As a result, overall network performance is greatly enhanced. This approach significantly simplifies the collaboration enforcement process, incurs low overhead, and is robust against various malicious behaviors. Simulation results based on different system configurations indicate that the proposed technique can significantly improve network performance with very low communication cost.

The Effects of the Attractiveness of an Internet Shopping Mall and Flow on Affective Commitment

  • With the many advantages of the internet, online shopping has become one of the fastest growing types of retail businesses. However, internet-based firms are much more firmly required to retain existing customers rather than secure new ones, and to make them revisit the site by strengthening trust and loyalty, thereby improving profits and outrivaling competitors. Commitment is an essential part of successful long-term relationships between buyers and sellers. Although commitments by both parties in an exchange can provide the foundation for the development of relational social norms, disproportionate commitments can lead to opportunism by the less committed partner. Moreover, flow, which is characterized by intense concentration and enjoyment, was found to be significantly linked with exploratory use behavior, which in turn was linked to the extent of computer use. The level of flow was, itself, determined by the individual's sense of being in control, and the level of challenge perceived in maneuvering a website. Website attractiveness goes hand in hand with the attractiveness of an internet shopping mall, and it can be conceptualized as the persuasive effectiveness of a message by the use of familiarity, favor, similarity, etc. It occurs when information receivers try to achieve self-satisfaction when they actually or emotionally identify themselves with an information source. This study investigates the relationship between the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall and the loyalty of online consumers, and it examines how perceived website attractiveness and flow play mediating roles between the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall and the affective commitment in the context of a clothes internet shopping mall. For these purposes, a structural model comprising several variables was developed. That model was tested with an analysis of moment structure (AMOS) using data from respondents who had purchased clothing through the internet during the past three months. In this model, the perceived system characteristics of an internet shopping mall, such as familiarity, reputation, uniqueness, positive emotions, self-efficacy, and interactivity, were proposed to affect the website's attractiveness and flow, and lead to a higher affective commitment over time. Thus, the perceived website attractiveness and flow were proposed as core mediating variables between perceived system characteristics and affective commitment. The results of a reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha, and a confirmatory factor analysis warranted using unidimensionality for the measures for each construct. In addition, the nomological validity of the measures was warranted from the results of a correlation analysis. The results of empirical analyses indicated that systematic attributes resulting in website attractiveness and user's characteristics, thereby triggering customers' flow, play a crucial role in inducing customers' affective commitment, and a user's characteristics are twice as important as systematic attributes in this study. Moreover, familiarity, reputation, and uniqueness all have a significant effect on website attractiveness, and the research showed that uniqueness took the first place, and that familiarity and reputation followed in order of magnitude. The fact that reputation was not the most important factor that affects the attractiveness of an internet shopping mall, with uniqueness or familiarity having a greater impact, suggests much deeper implications. Finally, positive emotion, self-efficacy, and interactivity all have a significant effect on customers' flow. In particular, the fact that positive emotion, compared to self-efficacy or interactivity, has much more impact on flow is very suggestive.

SEM에서 위계모형을 이용한 다중공선성 문제 극복방안 연구 : 소셜커머스의 재구매의도 영향요인을 중심으로 (Exploring a Way to Overcome Multicollinearity Problems by Using Hierarchical Construct Model in Structural Equation Model)

  • This study tried to find out how to overcome multicollinearity problems in the structural equation model by creating a hierarchical construct model about the repurchase intention of social commerce. This study selected, as independent variables, price, quality, service, and social influence, based on literature review about social commerce, and then, as detailed variables of independent variables, selected system quality, information quality, transaction safety, order fulfillment and after-sales service, communication, subjective norms, and reputation. As results of empirical analysis about hierarchical construct model, all the independent variables were accepted having a significant impact on repurchase intention of social commerce. Next, this study analyzed the competition model that eight independent variables of price, system quality, information quality, transaction safety, order fulfillment and after-sales service, communication, subjective norm, and reputation directly influence the repurchase intention of social commerce. As results of empirical analysis, system quality, information quality, transaction safety, communication appeared to be insignificant. This study showed that hierarchical construct model is useful to overcome the multicollinearity problem in structural equational model and to increase explanatory power.
