Conceived to acquire personal information for an electronic medical record, the clinical interview contains probing questions. The number and type of inquiries are assumed to fulfill medical protocols, and therefore are deemed essential for treatment - but the rate can and should be controlled. High rates of inquiry merely intimidate the patient and affect replies. The purpose of this paper is to mathematically formulate permissible rates of clinical interviews held during telehomecare virtual visits and designed to avoid patient anxiety. Mental stress is derived as a function of the weight of importance assigned by the patient, virtual visit duration, and the rate of questioning in the direction of greater sensitivity. Two operations are of interest: Collecting and recording information by the provider, and maintaining synchrony of questions and answers by the patient. The Lorentz transformation yields the patient’s view of the operational rates. Conservation of information momentum is postulated and applied before and after replies are recorded. It is shown that the weight of importance designated by the patient to collecting and recording personal information is driven by a singularity that depends on the rate of questioning. The findings should serve as a guideline in interviewer training programs.

This study to investigate Mobile service quality factors influencing on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention for the research purpose. This study collected data by a survey method for an empirical. A total of 340 replies were used for data analysis. While 340 replies were collected from Chinese users of Mobile e-commerce. Our results support previous researches to results of SPSS analysis all of the 7 hypotheses, 4 hypotheses are adopted and 3 are deleted. After an empirical analysis of this study, the academic implications are as follows. As there have not been many academic studies related to mobile commerce quality, this study can be a meaningful framework when quality factors associated with mobile commerce are being analyzed. This paper as the mobile commerce industry is very sensitive to environmental changes, academic research that can be used to cope with these changes is continuously required. Further studies should be carried out to overcome limitations that have not been analyzed by this study.

'Enhanced Cooperation', which was the mandate of Tunis Agenda in 2005, was the product of political compromise after failing to reach a consensus on global internet governance mechanism. In 2012, UN General Assembly decided to establish CSTD 'Working Group on Enhanced Cooperation (WGEC)' to find out what could and should be done to implement the Tunis Agenda. After a first meeting, WGEC sent out a questionnaire to collect extensive opinions from internet communities. Replies to the questionnaire showed a broad spectrum of perspectives on the problem of existing internet governance arrangement and how to improve it. This article analysed different perspectives, based on replies, especially regarding the concept and implementation of the Tunis Agenda, public policy issue and possible mechanisms, and the role of stakeholders including government. The recommendation of WGEC will be submitted to UN GA passing through CSTD and ECOSOC, in 2014, which is expected to have great impact on the future of internet governance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the types and characteristics of collective expression of aggression by sport situation factors in international sport games. For that, each 5 articles on male and female Korean team matches in 2018 Asian games with most replies and their each 100 most recommended replies were collected and analyzed. As the conclusions, first, there were more frequent aggression in critical articles on Korean's losing, and the public sympathy on sport situation effected on collective expression of aggression. Second, the types of collective expression showed almost same frequency as hurling abuses, ability disparagement, and personal attack, and the targets were the main person of the background situation. This study could be valued with the new research perspectives with sport situation factors on the relations among sport and aggression.

This study analyzed the comments and the replies on internet news related to the presidential election in order to verify whether online discussions are properly conducted. According to Habermas' public sphere theory, discussions is an effort among participants to reach a social consensus through the deliberations that are based on open communications. We propose that if such discussions properly take place through the act of writing in the Internet space, the comments and the replies will show a certain difference in terms of the structure and the content. To validate, this study analyzed more than 40,000 comments collected from Daum News portal site in Korea. The topic of the related news was the presidential election, because it is a topic of which people are highly interested in and that comments are actively running. The result of the t-test and topic modeling result show that all the hypotheses were supported thus we conclude that online discussions properly took places. This study also showed that online comments are not chaotic remarks that relieve people's stresses, but rather an outcome of the deliberation processes moving towards a social consensus.

This study analyzes the legal reasoning of Seoul Central District Court, which imposed legal liability on portals for posting defamatory user replies to news articles, written and provided by the news media, onto their 'News Windows'. Saddling portals with the burden of verifying the facts associated in news articles and imposing the legal obligation as a publisher entail a grave risk of impairment of free flow of information and freedom of expression. Of course, it would ultimately result in tightening up private censorship of information which the Constitution does not allow, and funker keep portals from posting even news articles in which expressed views and opinions are lawful. When judging whether portals should assume liability fur libelous user replies to news articles, it is necessary to distinguish the territory under the direct authority of portals from cafes and bulletin boards managed by third parties. In addition, imposing legal liability above the level of common carrier should be limited to the cases; when portals arbitrarily change the contents of news articles or when the articles portals changed contain libelous contents. Even if those conditions are met, the altered contents should obviously constitute libel. Only in the presence of proof that portals knew the illegality of news articles and did not take proper steps including deleting those replies, should portals not be considered as an accomplice. Nor should portals take responsibility for users' defamatory replies for those reasons.

About one hundred twenty thousand ($\pm$twenty thousands) people are wounded and about two thousand persons are dead from industrial accidents in Korea ［1］, Therefore, Korea is notoriously called as a haven of disaster. This study investigated the safety situation of industries and attitude of safety managers to reduce the occurrence of accidents. The period of investigation was during March through August, 1977. Two hundreds of safety managers were replied, but replies of 183 were used because some of them were inappropriately answered for the questions. Their replies were analyzed by SAS program. As a result, only three persons out of 183 managers were women, 83% of them are married, 25.1% were graduated from university, 15.2% were graduated from two-year college. Full time safety managers were only 8% of them. Safety managers who have experienced injured before their current position were 26.3%. This confirms that company allocated injured persons to a safety department. Korea also needed an educational agency like NIOSH and a punishment agency like OSHA in USA［5］. These agencies can solve a fundamental problem of safety management for small-and-medium size industries. Furthermore, a new safety management bureau for controlling these two agencies will be necessary to reduce accidents in near future.

This study investigates the effects of fashion consumers' individualism collectivism propensity, social capital and Instagram usage propensity on evaluations for fashion influencer's attributes on Instagram. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 20 to 30 year old male and female Instagram users. A total of 483 replies were submitted and 467 of the replies were used in the final analysis. The quantitative data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using reliability analysis using SPSS 18.0 while AMOS 18.0 was used to test the model fit and a structural equation modeling between the variables. The results indicated that vertical collectivism and vertical individualism were found to be related to relationship seeking propensity; only vertical individualism was found to be related to information seeking propensity. Furthermore, relationship seeking propensity and information seeking propensity were both related to the fashion influencer's attributes of professionalism, intimacy and attractiveness.

EPCglobal proposed a Q-algorithm, which is used for selecting a slot-count in the next query round. However, it is impossible to allocate an optimized slot-count because the original Q-algorithm did not define an optimized weight C value. In this paper, we propose an adaptive Q-algorithm, in which we differentiate the weight values with respect to collision and empty slots. The weight values are defined with the identification time as well as the collision probability.

The purpose of this study is to provide practical information which can prevent the adolescents from sexual derailment by identifying types of sexual attitudes and their perception of sexual abuse incidents. The results are as followings; 1. The sexual attitudes were grouped into three types: passive type, active chaser, and conservative introvert. Most adolescents belonged to passive type and least to trend of chaser. The results showed that Korean adolescents tended to be passive to the matter of sex. They also had different perceptions to sexual attitude and sexual abuse incidents in relation to their sexual attitude type, sex and grade. Thus, sex education with different contents and approaches in relation to their sexual attitude type, gender and age seems to be effective. 2. Majority of the adolescents thought sexual abuses could take place at anytime and anywhere. Belief that the offender would be a male and the victim would be a female was most common. Most respondents thought the offender would be responsible for sexual abuse, and that the offender would be a male. Most were the replies that one would report the offender and go to counselling center for help. Although these replies are very desirable, there are doubts that if they would be able to behave that way in the actual situation. That is because it is hard to get help from counselling center due to the system and the lack of counselors. Therefore, it is essential to improve the system to make it possible to give practical help to adolescents.
