건축물 수선교체주기 산정현황과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on estimation status and improvement plan of the repair and replacement cycle of a building)

  • 연구의 수행결과 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 문제점으로는 국내의 경우 수선주기와 교체주기에 대한 명확한 구분기준이 없으며 건축공법과 재료성능의 발달 및 건물의 경과연수에 따른 변화대응력을 감안한 수선교체주기를 적용하지 못하고 있다. 즉 25~35년 사이에 리모델링 수준의 대규모 개수가 이루어 질 경우를 고려한 경제적인 수선교체주기의 산정이 필요하다. 수선교체주기의 산정에 있어 외국의 경우, 건물의 용도나 성능수준에 따라 이를 규정하고 있으나 국내의 경우에는 그렇지 못한 현실이다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 개별건물의 특성을 반영하고, 새로운 건축재료나 공법에 대해 수선교체주기 산정기준을 마련하여야 하며 더불어 수선교체 대상항목의 분류 방식이 건축물 초기공사항목의 기준을 적용할 수 있도록 재편성하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 수선교체 이력데이터의 관리를 통해 기존의 확정적 수선교체주기설정에서 벗어나 건축물의 상태에 기반하여 수선교체주기를 재설정할 할 수 있는 업무기준이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

서비스 수준 측정 및 교체점 평가에 의한 소프트웨어 교체시기 예측 기법 (Software Replacement Time Prediction Technique Using the Service Level Measurement and Replacement Point Assessment)

  • 소프트웨어는 업무의 변화 및 사용자의 요구사항에 따라서 변경이 수반되므로, 내부 복잡도가 증가하고 비용이 발생한다. 이러한 과정이 반복되면 어느 시점에서는 유지보다는 교체가 더욱 효율적이다. 본 연구에서는 업무단위의 소프트웨어 그룹별로 사용자에게 제공하는 서비스 불만 지수와 교체점 평가 지수에 따라 교체시기를 예측하였다. 첫째, 퍼지추론을 이용하여 서비스 수준의 사용자 불만족도를 평가하기 위한 방법과 지표를 개발하였고 둘째, 소프트웨어의 품질, 비용, 신기술을 반영한 교체점 평가 방법을 수립하였으며 셋째, 사용자 서비스 측정값과 교체점 평가 값과의 간격에 따라 교체시기를 예측하는 기법을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 예측기법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 3개 조직의 업무솔루션을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 서비스 불만 지수는 약 16% 하락하였으며 교체점 평가 지수는 약 9% 상승하였다.

  • Recently, in FMS composing of various automatic equipments, the machines with lower operating costs, and with higher operating costs and replacement costs resulting from deterioration have been appearing successively as a result of rapidly advances in technology. "Control Limit Policy" [1] by using Markov decision policy, a kind of optimal economic replacement decision, well reflects and represents this environment. In this paper, it is reviewed that the decision method of the forecasted replacement alternatives in planning horizon under technological advances is derived. The proposed method is applied to a numerical example and some characteristics are examined by sensitivity. It is clarified that the method is relatively insensitive to changes of parameters at the present decision. decision.

  • Whale helical gears is used to transmit motion between parallel shafts, the shaft bearings are subjected to both radial and thrust loads. The reliability and life analysis are based on the two-parameter Weibull disribution lives of the component gears and bearings. Two methods of estimating the time between gear system overhauls and the number of replacement components needed were presented. The first method assumes replacement of all components during an overhaul of a failed gear system. the second method assumes replacement of failed comonents only. Renewal theory was presented to estimate the number of comonent replacements in a gear system for both methods.

  • In this paper, the optimal maintenance scheduling for turbine with considering maintenance replacement rate was proposed in order to reduce the maintenance cost during the whole period of operation, meanwhile keeping current reliability of turbine. The proposed method is only based on a few limited available data with various factors relating to maintenance replacement and repair of turbine. The proposed method will be adopted by Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. from April in 2002 to determine the maintenance schedule of thermal power plants.

  • Enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) is a well-established means of treating lysosomal storage disease (LSD). However, classical IV infusion based ERT method produces less than ideal results, especially, CNS defects and quality of life in patients. To improve these main problems of parental IV formulation for LSDs, we investigate modified ERT method and evaluated the efficacy in animal model.

  • A ground treatment work for Hongkong container terminal yard is reported as a case study of site formation work with full dredging and replacement method. Ground treatment work adopting surcharge and deep compaction (vibroflotation) were applied to improve the sand creep potential. The sand creep parameter of 0 25% was assumed in design stage and improved up to 0.05% and 0.02% after surcharge and deep compaction respectively

  • For maintaining railroad, accumulated passing tonnage is a determinant factor of appropriate rail replacement time. Recently, Seoul Metro's rail maintaining system and technology is being improved from previous years, which increasing a standard of rail replacement. Thus, this brings importance of estimating and managing for accumulated passing tonnage. In case of light weighted train such as subway, current method of calculating accumulated passing tonnage has defaults of misrepresenting accumulated passing tonnage data. Because current method is based on the weight of passengers and train., and operation data. In addition, currently there is no mechanical and electronic system that could represent and support the accurate data between heavy and non-heavy traffic area, and accumulated passing tonnage is calculated inaccurately by estimating average value each line. The current method of calculating accumulated passing tonnage misleads to unpredictable data that represent inappropriate rail replacement period, which leads to under or over analyzed replacement period. If accumulated passing tonnage is over estimated, rail replacement leads to waste of budget. Hence, it is necessary to construct reliable actual measurement system to manage rail's life safely and efficiently, and in this study the accumulated passing tonnage measurement device is installed with using rail pad of optical fiber sensors and its effect is analyzed.

잔여 유효 수명 예측 모형과 최소 수리 블록 교체 모형에 기반한 비용 최적 예방 정비 방법 (Cost-optimal Preventive Maintenance based on Remaining Useful Life Prediction and Minimum-repair Block Replacement Models)

  • Predicting remaining useful life (RUL) becomes significant to implement prognostics and health management of industrial systems. The relevant studies have contributed to creating RUL prediction models and validating their acceptable performance; however, they are confined to drive reasonable preventive maintenance strategies derived from and connected with such predictive models. This paper proposes a data-driven preventive maintenance method that predicts RUL of industrial systems and determines the optimal replacement time intervals to lead to cost minimization in preventive maintenance. The proposed method comprises: (1) generating RUL prediction models through learning historical process data by using machine learning techniques including random forest and extreme gradient boosting, and (2) applying the system failure time derived from the RUL prediction models to the Weibull distribution-based minimum-repair block replacement model for finding the cost-optimal block replacement time. The paper includes a case study to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method using an open dataset, wherein sensor data are generated and recorded from turbofan engine systems.

  • In currently electronic systems, the speed of information integration has increased due to the development of electronic technology. However, due to the increase in the number of parts and groups, the product structure has become complicated. In this paper, a study was conducted to evaluate quantitatively the replacement of a small equipment. First, the level of the replacement was determined through the algorithm for the replacement level of parts. Next, we defined the ease of detail replacment, and the factors for each detail replacement. In order to calculate the weighting of the detail ease, we performed the analysis of the replacement process of subcomponents of communication exchanger and defined the evaluation criteria. Finally, the completion of the evaluation check sheet and the evaluation score table.
