70 mm Eye Relief를 갖는 릴레이 렌즈 방식 스코프 개발 (Development on a Relay Lens Type Scope with 70 mm Eye Relief)

  • 목적: 70 mm eye relief를 갖는 릴레이 렌즈 방식 스코프 개발. 방법: Sigma 2000 광학 설계 프로그램을 사용하여 릴레이 렌즈를 갖는 대물부와 접안부를 각각 설계하고 통합하여 70 mm eye relief를 갖는 릴레이 렌즈 방식의 스코프를 개발하였다. 결과: 릴레이 렌즈를 갖는 대물부와 접안부를 각각 설계하고 통합하는 방법으로 설계 제작되어진 70 mm eye relief를 갖는 릴레이 렌즈 방식의 스코프는 배율이 4.0배, 첫 번째 렌즈에서 마지막 렌즈까지의 거리가 약 105 mm, 경통구경 18 mm, 유효구경 13 mm를 갖는다. 또한 분해선폭은 30% MTF 값 기준으로 275 cycles/rad인 특성을 보여준다. 결론: 275 cycles/rad 에서 MTF 30% 이상인 성능을 가지며, 첫 번째 렌즈에서 마지막 렌즈까지의 거리 약 105 mm, eye relief 70 mm를 갖는 4.0의 배율을 갖는 릴레이방식의 스코프를 설계 제작하였다.

  • The chief advantage of polymer arrester. from design of pressure relief, anti-contamination, electrical failure was reduced by outdoor polymer housing. In the first for development of pressure relief design for polymer arrester, fault current and surge were studied through experiments of electrical. Designed the FRP inner tube and unit modules for pressure relief housing. Tested the performance of unit modules for pressure relief of polymer arrester, and the result was successful. The pressure relief of polymer arrester depend on design pattern of diamond shape and ellipse. Study on the pressure relief of FRP inner tube for outdoor polymer arrester. Designed and manufactured FRP inner tube of polymer arrester. Tested the fault current of polymer arrester per 10 kA, 10 cycle.

  • This study reports on the pressure relief design and braided composite of surge arrester. Surge arresters with porcelain housing must not have explosive breakage of the housing to minimize damage to other equipment when subjected to internal high short circuit current. As a solution, this study describes pressure relief design performance of arresters with braided composite module. In general, braided composite has Potential for improved impact and delamination resistance. Manufacturing processes of the braided composite could also be automated and could potentially lead to lower costs. Therefore, in consideration of characteristics of pressure relief for polymer arrester, the fabric pattern of braided composite was decided. And Polymer arrester module was manufactured with braid. The mechanisms of pressure occurrence and relief were investigated basically by analyzing arc energy and the correlation between thermal shock and indoor pressure in pressure relief test.

  • The purpose of this study is localization of safety relief valves for Nuclear Service through technical development with overall design, fabrication, inspection, capacity certification test and functional qualification test of safety relief valves in accordance with ASME Section III and KEPIC Code. Safety relief valve is the important equipment used to protect the pressure vessel, the steam generator and the other pressure facility from overpressure by discharging the operating medium when the pressure of system is reaching the design pressure of the system. But we're depending on technology of the other country up to the present time. Because we don‘ have our own technologies, we have been spent the great time and money on installing and repairing safety relief valve at nuclear power plant. Therefore we have to achieve the development of safety relief valves for Nuclear Service with our own technologies.

  • Surface relief holograms are fabricated by means of irradiation of laser interference patterns. The diffraction efficiency and the surface relief depth depend on the writing energy and the polarization of the writing laser beam. This structure is very stable at temperatures under glass transition temperature $T_g$ and can be erased by heating above $T_g$. We proposed a new technique to control the surface relief structure. The electric charge was deposited on the surface relief grating in a corona-depositing poling setup in an oven. The first-order diffraction efficiency measured before and after corona discharge increased from about 0.24 % to about 28 %. This diffraction efficiency increase is mainly caused by the increase of the relief depth caused by the electric charge. The relief depth is increased from 20 nm to 350 nm by corona charging. .

  • The purpose of this study is to present a methodology to estimate the capacity of the pressure relief valve which prevents overpressure of the pressure vessel in a cold state. In this methodology, the transient behavior of the flow rate through the pressure relief valve and the pressure inside the pressure vessel are considered. The result of this study shows the followings; The more the relief valve capacity is considered in excess, the more the initial relief flow rate and the initial pressure inside the pressure vessel are high and low respectively. When the relief valve capacity is determined properly, the pressure inside the pressure vessel maintains almost the same value, so the ASME code requirement will be met.

병원 전 단계 응급의료 서비스 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 119 구급대원과 응급실 간호사의 응급처치 지식 및 기술 숙련도 비교 (How to Improve the Emergency Medical Service System: Levels of Knowledge and Techniques in Prehospital Care for 119 Relief Squad Members and Emergency Room Nurses)

  • During the past decade or so in Korea, 119 relief squad members were supposed to respord first urgent or emergency cases. The primary purpose of this study was to assess what levels of knowledge and techniques in prehospital care the 119 relief squad members showed. Data regarding the knowledge and technique levels were collected from both the 119 relief squad members (n=63) and the emergency room nurses(n=46). The Results indicated that the 119 relief squad when compared to emergency nurses, showed higher scores for knowledge and techniques in some areas of prehospital care but not in other areas, However, no differences in knowledge and technique were found when the ANOVAs were calculated with two covariates : duration of their career in emergency medical services and frequency of their exposure to lectures on emergency medical technology. In addition, many respondents in the 119 relief squad group rated themselves poorly in knowledge and techniques of prehospital care, The findings imply that qualitatively better curricula should be given to the 119 relief squad members before they are allowed to play an important role in the emergency medical service system. These findings are also discussed in the context of improving the emergency medical service system.

  • In this study, a novel systematic design procedure by Genetic Algorithm of a two stage relief valve is proposed. First of all, a mathematical model describing the dynamics of a balanced piston type relief valve has been derived. Governing equations such as dynamic equations for the main spool and the pilot spool and flow equations for each orifice are established. The mathematical model is verified by comparing the results of simulation with that of experiments. Furthermore, influences of the parameters on the dynamic characteristics of a relief valve have been investigated by simulation of the proposed model. Major design parameters on the valve response are determined, which affect the system response significantly. And then, using the determined parameters, the optimization of the two stage relief valve by Genetic Algorithm, which is a random search algorithm can find the global optimum without converging local optimum, is performed. The optimal design process of a two stage relief valve is presented to determine the major design parameters. Fitness function reflects the changing pressure according to parameters. It is shown that the genetic algorithms satisfactorily optimized the major design parameters of the two stage relief valve.
