  • 강우에 의한 토양유실은 환경에 침각한 영향을 미치고 있음에도 불구하고, 인식의 부족으로 실제 유역에서 발생되고 있는 유실량을 측정한 자료가 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 수정토양유실모형을 지리정보체계와 통합하여 홍천강유역에 적용해 봄으로써 발생 가능한 유실량을 정량적으로 예측하였으며, 홍천강 유역에서 측정한 유사량 자료와 비교 분석을 통하여 그 상관성을 알아보았다. 수정토양유실모형에 필요한 각각의 인자들은 격자분석을 통하여 수행하였으며. 지형인자는 추출과정을 프로그램화하여 효율성을 높였다.

  • In the latticed domes which is a set of space frame, buckling is derived if the external force reaches a limitation by the lightness of the material and the minimization of the member section area. these are concerned with a geometric shape, network pattern, the number of layer, and so on. Most of all, the number of layer of the lattice dome is a important factor from the viewpoint of initial and structure design.   • This study was performed to investigate changes of chlorophyll and carotene contents by cooking methods and parts of pumpkin(zucchini, green pumpkin, and sweet pumpkin). The hightest chlorophyll content of 3-parts(peel, cortex, and seed), all of pumpkin was peel part for chlorophyll contents by cooking methods of all kinds of pumpkin. It was the highest when cooked by non-batter frying. Carotene was relativity stable with cooking. But in case of sweet pumpkin, steaming cooking method was reduced carotene contents. β-carotene of zucchini, green pumpkin, and sweet pumpkin was higher than standard contents.

A Study of Optical Follow-up Pipeline for Gravitational-Wave transients using QUEST data

  • The direct detection of gravitational wave has a very important meaning as a basis for verification of the theory of relativity. Several laser interferometer detectors have attempted to detect GW directly (e.g. LIGO, VIRGO), but positional accuracy of GW detector is too wide (about 10~100sq deg) to find which objects emit GW. One of the main sources of GW is gamma-ray burst which can be detected even in electromagnetic wave. Then to verify Gamma-ray burst object as a GW source, we proceed EM follow-up observation with wide field of view. A first program initiating EM follow-ups to possible transients GW events has been developed and exercised by LIGO and VIRGO community in association with several partners. Using QUEST optical data, we tested the method of cross-convolution recommended by EM follow-up community. We will describe the results of that test.

  • The practical applications of piezoelectric ceramics are applied not only under low electric field environment. Therefore, an examination for characteristics of PZT ceramics under the high electric field condition can contribute to reducing the susceptibility of multifarious applications and to facilitating production of control circuits. These contributions can lead to the expansion of industrial applications. In this research, we fabricated disk-type PZT ceramic samples using conventional methods, measured the resonance characteristics of these samples under from low to high voltage conditions and calculated the PZT constants.

혼화재를 조합 사용한 초지연 콘크리트의 응결시간 추정 (Estimation of the Setting Time of the Super Retarding Concrete Combining Mineral Admixtures)

  • This study provides the setting time prediction method of super retarding concrete incorporating mineral admixtures at the same time including fly ash(FA), blast furnace slag(BS) based on maturity method. The setting time was retarded, as super retarding agent contents increase and curing temperature decreases. In addition, apparent activation energy by Arrhenius function was ranged from $24{\sim}35KJ/mol$ with slightly difference along with mixture proportion. This value is smaller than existing value $30{\sim}50KJ/mol$. It is Indicated that equivalent age using setting time can be a proper method to predict setting time and it also exhibited comparable relativity between prediction value and measurement value. Therefore, this study provided setting time prediction value with super retarding agent contents and mineral admixture combination. Setting time prediction equation provided herein is possibly valid for estimating precise setting time of the super retarding concrete at the job site.

  • Recently, researchers have been debating whether Korean children exhibit a verb bias or not. Since verbs are perceptually and structurally more salient in Korean language, it has been questioned whether these differences in the Korean make a difference in the pattern of noun and verb acquisition of Korean children. Although language structures may vary between Korean and English, universal cognitive constraints play an important role in early vocabulary acquisition. Several recent studies have examined the noun and verb acquisition of Korean children. However, their conclusions regarding the noun versus verb bias have still been inconclusive. In this paper, previous studies investigating Korean children's noun versus verb bias are examined. Methodological issues are mentioned and results were reinterpreted as favoring the noun bias for one-year-old Korean children.

  • 본 논문에서는 청소년의 집중과 관련된 EEG신호를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하여 글자 시각자극 과제로 제시했을 때 유발되는 EEG신호를 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 시각자극 과제는 글 속에서 틀린 조사들을 찾는 것이다. 본 실험에서는 선행연구결과에 따라 EEG신호 중에서도 특히 SMR파와 중간 베타파를 분석하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 실험결과로서 피험자의 집중력과 상관성이 높은 채널의 위치와 중간 베타파 대역을 제시하였다.
