국무회의록은 국정 전반의 의사결정 내용을 종합적으로 보여주는 최고위 기록이며, 특히 이승만 시기의 국무회의록은 사안의 중요성과 상대적인 충실성에 있어서 다른 시기에 비해 남다른 가치를 지닌다. 본 연구는 공공기록으로서 국무회의록을 대상으로 연구자는 물론 일반 독자들도 쉽게 역사적 사실에 접근하고 이를 구조적으로 이해할 수 있는 역사컨텐츠 개발을 위한 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째. 이승만 시기 국무회의록의 내용을 재구성하고 회의 안건들을 위한 DB 설계방법을 제안하였다. 둘째, 안건들을 분석하여 이를 주제사안 분류체계와 연계하고, 각 주제사안별로 부처기록을 연계할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 셋째, 이를 토대로 각 주제사안 별로 역사적 사실을 해석하여 이를 컨텐츠로 개발하는 절차를 제안하였다. 이러한 컨텐츠 방법론은 앞으로 공공기록의 활용범위를 확장하고, 아울러 정치, 경제, 사회 각 영역에 걸친 당대의 정책 사안들을 실증적으로 연구하고 해석할 수 있는 기록정보컨텐츠 개발에 일조할 수 있을 것이다.

In shipbuilding area, data sharing is one of the crucial issues. Recently, for collaborative design, ship structural CAD systems adopt the database as its primary storage. Database is useful to deal with the large amount of design information among the heterogeneous design department and design stage. To make the database-based CAD system object-oriented database(OODB) and object-relational database(ORDB) can be used. It is important to select proper database because the CAD system performance mainly depends on access performance of database. In this research, using prototype CAD system from other research, access performance of OODB and ORDB form CAD system was evaluated. STEP application protocol was used as the database schema and experiment was made in query by property and query by region. The results give some idea of how to choose the database for CAD systems.

XML은 웹 상에서 데이터를 표현하고 교환하기 위안 표준으로 등장하고 있다 최근에 웹 상에서 다루어지는 데이터의 양이 급격하게 증가함에 따라 데이터의 형태는 구조적인 릴레이션 데이터에서 반 구조적인 데이터에 이르기까지 다양하다. 앞으로 웹에서 반 구조적 데이터를 대표할 XML 문서특이 많아지면 .1 데이터들간의 의미적 구조적 관계를 설정하는 스키마즐- 추출하여 그에 따라 데이터를 구조화 시켜 정보로써의 가치를 만들 수 있는 새로운 저장 기법들이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 DTD를 이용하여 통일한 DTD를 사용하는 XML 문서들의 공통구조론 추출하여 관계 데이터베이스 시스템에 XML 문서를 저장하기 위한 릴레이션 스키마 추출 기법을 제안한다.

다중 데이터베이스 시스템은 분산되어 있고 이질적이며 자치적인 데이터베이스 시스템들의 연합이다. 다중 데이터베이스의 환경에서는 공간적으로 데이터들이 분산되어 있고, 자료의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 데이터 모델에 의해 데이터베이스가 구축되어 있으며, 독자적으로 각각의 데이터베이스 시스템에 의해 관리되고 있다. 이러한 환경하에서는 정보를 효율적이고 종합적으로 관리하고 공유할 필요가 있으며, 이에 따라 사용자 관점의 논리적인 통합이 이루어 질 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 논리적인 통합을 위해 분산된 그리고 자치적이며 이질의 데이터베이스를 통합하기 위한 통합 데이터 모델이 요구되며, 이러한 통합 데이터 모델에 의해 완전하고 일치된 정보 모델이 제공될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 객체-관계형 데이터 모델을 토대로 하여 분산·이질·자치적인 데이터베이스들을 효율적이고 종합적으로 통합하기 위한 효과적인 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

Entity Attribute Value (EAV) is the widely used solution to represent high dimensional and sparse data, but EAV is not search efficient for knowledge extraction. In this paper, we have proposed a search efficient data model: Optimized Entity Attribute Value (OEAV) for physical representation of high dimensional and sparse data as an alternative of widely used EAV. We have implemented both EAV and OEAV models in a data warehousing en-vironment and performed different relational and warehouse queries on both the models. The experimental results show that OEAV is dramatically search efficient and occupy less storage space compared to EAV.

Currently, EMS(Energy Management System) database is implemented by relational concept but, It is hard to describe the characteristic of power system data which require real time management and composite type. This paper present the way how to design conceptual schema for EMS database using object-oriented concept which is free to describe composite data type and support inheritance concept.

The purpose of this study is to develop a central database and a database management system to store and manage information systematically from each module of an integrated structural design system. In order to efficiently express structural design process related to the data which is very complex, we used an object-oriented modeling methodology to propose the possibility to apply a database schema for application programs in an integrated system for reinforced concrete structural design. Based on this model, we developed an interface between each module and central database. After modeled by using object modeling technique, the database was mapped by the relational database table. Then the central database and the interface were programed by using Visual C/syo ++/, a windows environmental development tool.

XML은 웹 상에서 데이터를 표현하고 교환하기 위한 표준으로 등장하고 있다. 최근에 웹 상에서 다루어지는 데이터의 양이 급격하게 증가함에 따라 XML 문서들간의 의미적 구조적 관계를 설정하는 스키마를 추출하여 그에 따라 데이터를 구조화시켜 정보로써의 가치를 만들 수 있는 새로운 저장 기법들이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 DTD를 이용하여 동일한 DTD를 사용하는 XML 문서들의 공통구조를 추출하여 관계 데이터베이스 시스템에 XML 문서를 저장하기 위한 릴레이션 스키마 추출 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 기법은 성능비교에서 기존의 방법에 비하여 생성되는 릴레이션의 수가 적고 릴레이션 생성 시 발생하는 널 값의 출현을 감소시킬 수 있다.

XML이 인터넷상에서 비즈니스 데이터 교환과 저장의 표준으로 자리 잡아감에 파라 많은 데이터베이스 연구자들이 XML과 관계형 보델 간의 스키마 변환 방법에 관한 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 지금까지 두 모델간의 변환 방법이 국내외에서 발표되고 있으나 이들 연구들에 대한 비교 및 고찰에 대한 체계적인 연구가 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 XML과 관계형 모델간의 스키마 변환 방법에 관한 국내외 연구들을 분류 정리하여 비교 고찰함으로서 향후 XML 스키마와 관계형 데이터베이스간의 데이터교환 및 저장에 관한 연구의 사전(事前) 연구가 되도록 하였다.

Effective database is the key to manage automatic distribution system. Currently, automatic distribution system database has been studied with a relational concept. But, it is hard to describe the characteristic of automatic distribution system data which require real time management and composite type. This paper present the way how to design conceptual schema for EMS database using object-oriented concept which is free to decribe composite data type and support inheritance concept.
