Purpose - The aim of this study is to investigate the benefit-sharing activities. They affect contract renewal intention between franchisers and franchisees that are linked through a contract with the intention of building their relationship from the level based on dynamic trust. This study will show a new approach on qualitative growth and consolidation of competitive power and may well be able to suggest practical ways to strengthen directions in the field of franchise industries. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, based on literature review, we separated logistical-supporting activities and non-logistical-supporting activities from benefit-sharing activities. We modeled how benefit-sharing activities influence contract renewal intention of franchisees by dynamic trust. In particular, considering the possibility of trading concepts and characteristics of trust between providers opportunistic behaviors was defined as variables, depending on the situation and dynamic characters reveal their relationship trust concept. That is, dynamic trust having the possibility of changing depending on opportunistic risks and interdependencies by Lewis & Weigert(1985, 2012) was classified into transitional-based trust, calculated based trust, relational-based trust and balance-based on trust. The total of 104 samples from domestic franchisees being with franchisees were collected by using a structural composed questionnaire. Results - The results are as following. Benefit-sharing activities in logistical supporting activities appeared to affect the multidimensional concept of transitional trust, calculated based on trust, relationship-based trust and balance based on trust dynamic trust with all-defined impact. Non-logistical supporting activities appeared to affect significantly the positive (+) to the dynamic trust concept except transitional trust. Lewis & Weigert(1985; 2012) have proposed a dynamic confidence calculated from relations within-based trust relationship based on trust appears to affect the significant positive (+) to the balance-based confidence transactions confidence mechanism of the system side in the verified relationship. Finally, a relationship based on trust and confidence in the balance based on the Influence of dynamic renewed confidence showed significantly affect the positive(+). In particular, the balance based trust showed the acts as a mediating factors between relational trust and confidence and renew calculated. Conclusion - From the above these results, the significance from this study is as following. First, the proposed activity is to share and validate the approach by identifying the potential in the relationship from the contract with building dynamic trust, and one of the ways from the franchise headquarters and affiliated merchants mutual growth through win-win cooperation in sharing activities. Next, the dynamic segmentation confidence to suggest the possibility can be broken down over the validity and reliability test for each concept. In addition, by identifying the relationship between the dynamic level of confidence granular multi-dimensional concept, to determine the level of trust with a dynamic relationship between risk and interdependencies can be possible in franchise industries. In order to maintain and develop their mutual relationship, franchise industries should propose confidence-building steps to promote their quality improvement.
This research investigates whether product types moderate the relationship between e-tailer characteristics and shopping attitudes in the context of online category killer stores. To identify the antecedents of consumer attitudes for category killer stores, the product types are characterized by the two dimensions of hedonic and utilitarian. A total of 268 responses were collected from consumers who experienced online category killer stores. The results show that the quality of information contained in a website, customer review, relational benefits, and the expertise of the e-tailer are important determinants for shopping attitudes of consumers. Regarding the moderating effects of product types, hedonic value significantly moderates the relationships between shopping attitudes and relational benefits/e-tailer expertise. However, utilitarian value does not significantly moderate the relationships between shopping attitudes and any of the e-tailer characteristics. Theoretical contributions of this study are the findings of moderating effects of hedonic value on the relationships between e-tailer characteristics and shopping attitudes. In addition, this study practically implies how companies can utilize these characteristics strategically for marketing and the selection of products.

With the growing importance of the financial industry, financial service companies need to better understand the behavior of consumers and develop effective marketing strategies accordingly. This study examines the key determinants in the satisfaction of financial services customers. According to the study, "satisfaction with branches," "product profitability," "corporate stability," "convenience" and "relational benefits" have an impact on the satisfaction levels. In particular, "branch satisfaction" was a vital factor for bank-centered customers, while "product diversity" was a key for securities-centered customers. This study will hopefully benefit not only financial companies, but also regulators and authorities in the finance industry.
The exhibition and convention industries, which are recognized as industrial hub linked with many relational industries. It is important to prevent a excessive competition for convention centers among districts and to gain some benefit fairly. Each convention center needs a lot of convention to held in it's district. In order to obtain many conventions to held in Korea for many convention center, convention bureau has to manage the processes to attract convention with many collaborators using the convention hub-network system. We should, therefore, pay attention to construction of the convention Hub-Network system to activate the convention industries in the district. We lay out the critical design for three functions of the convention Hub-Network system using UML. Finally we show the demonstrative web pages that explain critical three functions.

We also want to review the impact of service contact employees' human services on consumers' experience of positive and negative emotions while performing participation behavior. This study targeted beauty salon services. Beauty salon services are one of the most important industries for human services because of the relatively long time interaction and the high degree of consumer participation that has a great influence on service outcomes. For an empirical analysis survey was conducted on 446 general consumers. SPSS and AMOS analysis was performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, relational benefits were not significant for consumer participation behavior, and functional benefits and hedonic benefits were significant. Consumer participation behavior was found to have a significant effect on positive emotions, but not on negative emotions. It has been shown that the service provider's human service has a significant effect on both positive and negative emotions. Finally, both positive and negative emotions were found to have a significant effect on service quality. Since beauty services are an industry with high social visibility, it has been shown that relational benefits does not significantly affect consumer participation. Negative emotions perceived by consumers did not significantly affect service quality. It may mean that some negative emotions are insignificant. Further studies will need to classify the negative emotion dimension more closely. It is necessary to review the feelings arising from service employees. Our government finally understood the true meaning of this wisdom and is attempting to revive the rural area by establishing local produce exhibition hall. This is to allow different regions to promote their specialties and provide diverse experience to the public. However, the reality is that unstructured marketing and PR is not achieving much. Customers' cultural urge and interest in experience and participation are getting stronger. With the facilitation of Promotion Center for local special products, local special products and relevant local communities will be promoted, and the distribution business will grow further. This research was performed to establish basic research materials for planning information center in order to invigorate regional products. This study brought about the following results: first, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire emotional elements by associating the elements with local special products; secondly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire cognitive elements by harmonizing local communities' unique identities with their own other special products; thirdly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire behavioral elements by enjoying various experiences and events; fourthly, the Promotion Center for local special products can acquire relational elements by integrating other new spaces.
