To resolve the dispute of e-commerce, government has been released several laws for protecting legal transaction, information exposure, and internet security, etc. However, internet related technology is changing rapidly and dispute issues are coming out at many different models. Upon that environments, law and rules could not be followed to meet the technology change. That issues are made for this study. In this study, outlook of e-commerce, status of domestic and overseas of internet business, e-commerce and security issues were analyzed, and empirically comparative analysis was driven out and variety dispute cases were studied. Upon that study the resolution methods were suggested and arbitration settlement was proposed prior to legal sue. This study results are how to minimize the disputes and the method of dispute settlement. Therefore, a role of arbitration proposed and emphasized. To protect the dispute in advance, it's suggested to revise rules timely following on technical changes, and emphasized that the dispute has to lead to arbitration settlement not for consuming unnecessary time and finance for enterprises and consumers.
Tau proteins, which stabilize the structure and regulate the dynamics of microtubules, also play important roles in axonal transport and signal transduction. Tau proteins are missorted, aggregated, and found as tau inclusions under many pathological conditions associated with neurodegenerative disorders, which are collectively known as tauopathies. In the adult human brain, tau protein can be expressed in six isoforms due to alternative splicing. The aberrant splicing of tau pre-mRNA has been consistently identified in a variety of tauopathies but is not restricted to these types of disorders as it is also present in patients with non-tau proteinopathies and RNAopathies. Tau mis-splicing results in isoform-specific impairments in normal physiological function and enhanced recruitment of excessive tau isoforms into the pathological process. A variety of factors are involved in the complex set of mechanisms underlying tau mis-splicing, but variation in the cis-element, methylation of the MAPT gene, genetic polymorphisms, the quantity and activity of spliceosomal proteins, and the patency of other RNA-binding proteins, are related to aberrant splicing. Currently, there is a lack of appropriate therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting the tau mis-splicing process in patients with neurodegenerative disorders. Thus, a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between tau mis-splicing and neurodegenerative disorders will aid in the development of efficient therapeutic strategies for patients with a tauopathy or other, related neurodegenerative disorders.

US Retailers consider two major holiday shopping days as their most profitable-the Friday after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and the Monday after Thanksgiving, CyberMonday. Online shopping discount events have boosted up the shopping markets resulting in pumping up National economy. For such reasons, Korea also has launched online shopping discount event, which is called 'Cyber hot days'. The primary purpose of this paper is to understand consumer behavior on Cyber hot days and suggest how retailers can harness those consumer behaviors and how government agency can support both retailers and consumers to boost up shopping markets. The results of empirical test shows that economic value, emotional value, and product variety were found to be significantly related to consumers' attitude on Cyber hot days, but convenience value, social value, and product uniqueness were not. Consumers' attitude was also found to be significantly related to the repurchase intention. It implicates that price, enjoyment, and product variety are important aspects to Korean consumers when they purchase during online shopping discount event.

Compared with the research on consumer engagement in brand community, the research on consumer engagement in brand public has been relatively less. This research aimed at exploring how brand public characteristics such as information variety, various communications and no limitation in expressing self affect the brand public engagement. 274 questionnaires answered by Chinese consumers are used to conduct analysis. Principal component analysis is used to test the reliability and validity of each construct, and structural equation model is used to test hypotheses. The study finds the positive effects of information variety on information benefits, those of various communications on social benefits, and also positive roles of no limitation in expressing self to brand-related self-expression motivation. And each of the information benefits, social benefits and brand-related self-expression motivation is proved to positively affect brand public engagement. The study implies that marketers should give attention to characteristics of brand public, and provide the ways by which members of brand public engage the brand. Additionally, marketers should pay more attention to both direct and indirect engagement activities of consumers toward brand public in social media to better understand their target consumers.
Background: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of workers' perceived workload, accident experiences, supervisors' safety leadership, and an organization's safety climate on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Methods: Six hundred and twenty employees in a variety of manufacturing organizations were asked to complete to a questionnaire. Among them, a total of 376 employees provided valid data for analysis. To test the hypothesis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. Statistical analyses were conducted using IBM SPSS program, version 23. Results: The results indicated that workload and accident experiences have a positive influence and safety leadership and safety climate have a negative influence on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Workload, safety leadership, and the safety climate influence perceived risk more than accident experience, especially for the emotional risk perception. Conclusion: These results indicated that multilevel factors (organization, group, and individual) play a critical role in predicting individual risk perceptions. Based on these results, therefore, to reduce risk perception related with unsafe behaviors and accidents, organizations need to conduct a variety of safety programs that enhance their safety climate beyond simple safety-related education and training. Simultaneously, it needs to seek ways to promote supervisors' safety leadership behaviors (e.g., site visits, feedback, safety communication, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to adjust work speed and amount and allocate task considering employees' skill and ability to reduce the workload for reducing risk perception.
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of individual emotional characteristics (empathetic concern and emotional contagion) on emotional labor (frequency of emotional display, intensity and variety of emotional display, surface acting, and deep acting) of school dietitians. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey of 309 school dietitians and then analyzed statistically by SPSS 18.0 package program. The results of this study were as follows: empathetic concern (3.93) occurred more often than emotional contagion (3.22) in school dietitians. The older (p < 0.001) and more experienced (p < 0.01) they were, the higher empathetic concern they had. It showed that married dieticians (p < 0.001), nutrition teachers (p < 0.01), and dieticians who were working in elementary schools (p < 0.01) had a higher rate of empathetic concern than single dieticians, non-nutrition teachers, and dieticians who were working in middle and high schools, respectively. Their level of emotional labor was the highest in deep acting (3.32), followed by surface acting (3.28), frequency (3.12), intensity and variety (3.09). According to multiple regression analysis, emotional contagion proved to be strongly significant and positively related to frequency of emotional display (${\beta}=0.257$, p < 0.001). Both empathetic concern (${\beta}=0.117$, p < 0.05) and emotional contagion (${\beta}=0.162$, p < 0.01) were positively related to intensity and variety of emotional display, and empathetic concern (${\beta}=0.173$, p < 0.01) had also an effect on deep acting. These results suggested that the emotional labor of school dietitians should be managed on the organizational viewpoint, not a personal matter.
This research is a follow-up study of the analysis of satisfaction and preference rates in bathroom design relevant to age variable. This project examines the satisfaction and preference rates relevant to the variety a family type. Mid-sized apartments most favored by the mid-class families were selected as the objects of the research so that they represent the present conditions in Korean bathroom designs most comprehensively. In order to maintain consistency in research objects, this article limited them to the top five brand-name apartments in the metropolitan area based on the brand popularity and construction capability. The method of the research was surveys; we were able to retrieve and analyze 427 copies through internet. The data were processed by SPSS PC+ windows version 15.0 program and were analyzed using the means, crosstabs statistics, One-way ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1) The most significant factor that determines the variety a family type is the existence of senior citizens in the household. 2) The preference of families with young children is mostly determined by elements related to the safety of the children. 3) The satisfaction and preference rates are closely related to family types of each household. We sincerely hope that this article will provide guidelines for customized bathroom designs based on the ages, life cycles, and socioeconomic status of the residents so that the desings will answer to the needs of each household.
Objectives: This study was conducted to examine the satisfaction of school cafeterias among the surveyed group at two middle schools located in Seoul. Methods: 574 out of 600 middle school students in Seoul (95.7%) completed the study. Results: Satisfaction rate of school meals was significantly higher among girls (73.2%) compared to boys (45.1%). The reasons for satisfaction factors of school meals were with the taste of school meals (55.1%), menu (19.3%), nutrition (14.2%), and food hygiene safety (7.0%). Students who had a double-income family, well-educated mother and higher happiness in their life reported a higher satisfaction with school meals. Both boys and girls who consumed milk frequently showed significantly higher satisfaction with school meals. Factors that were related to satisfaction of school meals were food temperature, the amount of food (especially among boys). Variety in the menu and food distribution speed were less related to the satisfaction of meals. In the case of girls, waiting time, food distribution speed were more important to them while the kindness of school staff was a less important factor. Improvements that were needed to increase the satisfaction for the school lunch meals, from the most important to least important were as follows: variety of meals (36.6%), food distribution speed waiting time (24.6%), taste of food (15.7%), amount of food (7.7%), hygienic management (5.1%), food quality (4.7%), kindness (3.0%), temperature of the food (2.8%). Students preferred to broadcast on campus and cooking practice for the dietary education. Conclusions: To improve school meal satisfaction, it is necessary for food distribution facilities to make improvements with regard to variety of meals and reduced waiting time.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate nutrient intake and anthropometric parameters related to obesity in Korean female adolescents according to dietary diversity score. We analyzed data from the combined 2007-2009 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). The subjects were 770 female adolescents. Nutrient intakes, Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) ) and Dietary Variety Score (DVS) were derived by using the data from the 24-recall method. The DDS was defined as the number of six food groups (cereals, meats, fruits, vegetables, dairy, fats and oils) consumed. The DVS was defined as the number of food items consumed. The average age of the subjects of the study was 15.02 years and the average height, weight, and BMI were 159.50 cm, 52.58 kg, 20.62 kg/$m^2$, respectively. The energy and nutrients intakes, percent of the recommended intake for nutrients in DDS = 5~6 group were significantly higher than those of the other groups. Calcium and vitamin C INQ in DDS = 5~6 group were significantly higher than those of the other groups. The average DVS of the subjects was 29.33. The most frequent style of food pattern was CMDFVO (cereals, meats, dairy, fruits, vegetables, fats and oils) = 111011. In conclusion, in healthy Korean female adolescents, food diversity intake variety did beneficially affect the intakes of calcium and vitamin C. Further studies are needed to confirm these findings.
This study was carried out to find out respiration characteristics of new variety of oyster mushroom to the temperature response. In new species of oyster mushroom, the account of respiration was on the increase when the growth temperature with the passage of growth stage was on the rise. The $CO_2$ concentration was accelerated as increasing the growth temperature, whereas the $O_2$ concentration was decreased. The account of respiration of new variety was in the descending order, Hukbaek>Jinmi>Chungpung>Suhan2>Chunchu2. Also, the ventilation exponent at $15^{\circ}C$ was Suhan2 2 ~12%, Chungpung 9~24%, Jinmi 15~37%, Hukbaek 17~39% in proportion to Chunchu2. The experiments related to respiration characteristics of new variety of oyster mushroom were worthy of recommending to new variety cultivator.
