대구지역 임신부의 규칙적인 운동이 영양섭취 및 임신결과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Regular Exorcise on Nutrients Intake and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women in Daegu Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of regular maternal exercise on maternal nutrients intake and pregnancy outcome. The number of subjects were 567 pregnant women at local general hospital in Daegu. General characteristics data and 24- hour food recalls were collected by trained interviewer. Structured interview and medical record review were carried out at first prenatal and delivery visit(included age, delivery history, height, pre-pregnancy weight, and pregnancy outcome etc). Regular exercise performance was surveyed at third trimester and 31.4% of subjects exercised regularly Overall weight gains during pregnancy were 13.9 $\pm$ 3.8kg and 14.7 $\pm$ 4.7kg in the exercise and sedentary group, respectively. The type of exercise was mainly strolling and light aerobic exercise. Usually firstpara subjects exercised more regularly than multipara subjects. There is no significant difference between regular exercise and severity of morning sickness. Weight gain during pregnancy was not relate to regular exercise. Though there is not statistically significant, the nutrients intakes were higher in regular exercise group than in sedentary group. We concluded regular exercise during pregnancy neither influenced pregnancy weight gain, severity of morning sickness nor baby birth weight but it could affect the nutritional and health statues of mother.

REGULARITY AND SEMIPOTENCY OF HOM

  • Let M, N be modules over a ring R and $[M,N]=Hom_R(M,N)$. The concern is study of: (1) Some fundamental properties of [M, N] when [M, N] is regular or semipotent. (2) The substructures of [M, N] such as radical, the singular and co-singular ideals, the total and others has raised new questions for research in this area. New results obtained include necessary and sufficient conditions for [M, N] to be regular or semipotent. New substructures of [M, N] are studied and its relationship with the Tot of [M, N]. In this paper we show that, the endomorphism ring of a module M is regular if and only if the module M is semi-injective (projective) and the kernel (image) of every endomorphism is a direct summand.

일부지역 노인정 노인들의 식습관 실태에 관한 연구 (A study on eating habits of the elderly to senior citizens' centers in section area)

  • Objectives : This study carried out the agreement of old people who visited senior citizens' centers in section area from January 5to 15, 2010. This study aimed to arrange basic data for the development in oral health and for the elderly oral health program, by surveying on regular level and food habit in the eating habits of the elderly. Methods : The regular level of dietary life, meal volume, meal time, kinds of meal preference, the appearance of snack intake, and kinds in snack preference were analyzed by using the statistical processing SPSS WIN 18 targeting totally 140 subjects, by preparing 1:1 questionnaire through direct interview. Results : The regular level of dietary life in the elderly was surveyed to be regular in 76.4% of the whole and to be irregular in 23.6%. As for the daily meal volume of the elderly, it was indicated to be 36.4% for 'eating proper volume' and to be 51.4% for 'eating a little.' As for the meal time of the elderly, it was indicated to be 52.1% for under 10 minutes and to be 25% for having a meal for 16~20 minutes. In the results of having surveyed on kinds of meal preference in the elderly, it was indicated to be 57.7% for having a meal 'centering on vegetables.' In the survey on snack intake of the elderly, it was indicated to be 62.1% for 'enjoying eating snack.' As for snack kinds of being preferred, 69.3% of the elderly were indicated to be the highest in 'fruits.' Conclusions : The elderly meals on a regular basis as needed by vegetarian diet, however showed thar eating a very short time. I consider it is necessary that study on connection between old people meal time, eating habits and oral physical condition.

상습침수 농경지의 토지평가를 위한 고도별 침수 잠재성 분석 - 경상남도 창녕군 이방면을 대상으로 - (Analysis of the Inundation Potential by Elevation for the Land Evaluation in the Potentially Inundated Farms - A Case Study in Ibang-myeon, Changnyeong-gun, Kyungsangnamdo -)

  • A large scale of riverside rearrangement has been recently done in the major rivers in Korea. So inundation possibility in agricultural area closed by these rivers has been higher than the possibility a few years ago. However, land use in this area has not been adjusted to a change of this situation near the rivers. Therefore, when typhoon or heavy rain is happened on this area, it can cause a large damage in agricultural area. This study analyzed inundation potentiality in agricultural area at Ibang-myeon, Changnyeong-gun, Kyeongnam-province, Korea by using the logistic regression model and the piecewise regression model. The first thing we did was to transfer the inundation area per elevation to the accumulated inundation area per elevation. This accumulated inundation area per elevation as an distribution function could be described by the logistic regression model(LRM), and piecewise regression model(PRM) could make it much more accurate to analyze the inundation area per elevation. As a result, the regression models derived from LRM and PRM showed $R^2$ over 0.950. The models derived from LRM and PRM in Ibang-myeon noted that frequently inundated area(FIA) was shown up to 12.12m in elevation, and potentially inundated area(PIA) was shown up to 14.60m in elevation. In FIA, regular agricultural activity would be impossible. And It would be not easy to continue the regular agricultural activity in PIA. So, this land should be rearranged to be used for a buffer zone for ecosystem protection, landscape conservation and things like that in riverside.

고용 형태가 위탁급식 업체 조리종사자의 급식 안전사고 인식에 미치는 영향 (Research on Actual Workplace Safety Accidents and Recognition of Workplace Safety by Employment Types of Contracted Foodservice Management Company)

  • The purpose of this study was to reduce safety accidents among food employees in contracted foodservice management companies, and to help provide high-quality foodservice and assistance. For this, a survey on the different opinions of workplace safety and education by employment type and employee perceptions of environment and safety at foodservice operations was carried out. The analysis showed that among the workers many women were irregular employees. For average age, between 40 and 49 was the most frequent, and for work duration, under one year was highest. Both regular employees and irregular employees deemed "enough staff" as the most major factor for good foodservice. The regular employees and irregular employees thought "high indoor temperatures and poor ventilation in the kitchen area" and "bad work cooperation between employees" as the main problems of foodservice operations, respectively. For satisfaction with the efficiency of foodservice production system, irregular employees had higher satisfaction than regular employees. Both regular employees and irregular employees thought "the number of foodservice employees" as the foremost improvement for safety-accident prevention and work-stress improvements. Regular employees, more than irregular employees, thought improvements in foodservice production systems would have a large affect on safety-accident prevention and work-stress improvements of food workers. Both regular employees and irregular employees thought "foodservice employees' safety consciousness" was an important part of safety-accident prevention. Likewise, they responded that "lectures by the person in charge of safety education" was a good methods of safety education, and "once a month" was the best period for safety education. For the difference in perceptions of environment and safety in foodservice systems, regular employees had a higher perception of safety than irregular employees.

중년여성의 규칙적인 자궁경부암 검진 이행관련 요인 (A Study on Regular Cervical Cancer Screening Behavior among Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: To identify the status of regular cervical cancer screening practices among middle-aged women, the associations between regular practice and research factors, and the predictive model and factors effecting such behavior was studied. Method: Two hundred women, aged 40 to 60, were selected by convenience in one urban area of Seoul. They were asked about their regular attendance for screening, knowledge of cancer and screening, health belief, health self-determination index and certain personal factors. Result: Approximately 54.5% of the women had periodic screening tests every 6 months to 2 years. Their knowledge of cervical cancer and health belief were at the medium level of each scale, but their health self-determination scores (HSDI) were low. Some influencing factors, and their cancer odds ratio were identified through univariate regression analysis. These variables were included in a predictive model, and this model proved to have enough fit and classification power (83.5%). In this model, the financial state, self-belief and self-determination scores were found to be significant. Conclusion: Middle-age women's intrinsic motivation for healthy behavior was found to be low in those who felt to be in a poor financial state, had higher perceived barriers, lower perceived benefits and a lower prevalence of undergoing regular screening test.

  • Online cybercrime has various causes. The criminal guilty language, Criminal lingo is active in the shaded area with the bilateral aspect of the word on cyber. It has been continuously producing massive risk factors in cyberspace. Criminals are shared and disseminated online. It has been linked with fake news and aids to suicide that has recently become an issue. Thus the criminal lingo has become a real danger factor on cyber interface. Recently, Criminal lingo is shared and distributed as cyber hazard information. It is transformed that damaging to the youth and ordinary people through the internet and social networks. In order to take action, it is necessary to construct an expert system based on AI to implement a smart management architecture with block-chain technology. In this paper, we study technically a new smart management architecture which uses artificial intelligence based decision algorithm and block-chain tracking technology to prevent the spread of criminal lingo factors in the evolving cyber world. In addition, through the off-line regular patrol program of police units, we proposed the conversion of online regular patrol program for "cyber harem area".

분무열분해공정에 의한 메조기공 알루미나 제조에 있어 Al 전구체 영향 (Effect of Al Precursor Type on Mesoporous Alumina Particles Prepared by Spray Pyrolysis)

  • Mesoporous alumina particles were prepared by spray pyrolysis using cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide (CTAB) as a structure directing agent and the effect of Al precursor types on the texture properties was studied using $N_2$ adsorption isotherms, small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The surface area and the microstructure of alumina particles were significantly influenced by the Al precursor type. The largest BET surface area was obtained when Al chloride was used, whereas alumina particles prepared from Al acetate had the largest pore volume. According to small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) analysis, the alumina powders prepared using nitrate and acetate precursors had a clear single SAXS peak around $2{\theta}=1.0{\sim}1.5^{\circ}$, indicating that regular mesopores with sponge-like structure were produced. On the basis of TEM, SAXS, and $N_2$ isotherm results, the chloride precursor was most profitable to obtain the largest surface area ($265\;m^2/g$), whereas, the nitrate precursor is useful for the preparation of non-hollow mesoporous alumina with regular pore size, maintaining high surface area (${\sim}233\;m^2/g$).

Comparison of Sloshing Pressures in 2D and 3D Tanks

  • This paper introduces the experimental results of sloshing model tests carried out at Seoul National University. Two 1/50-scale tanks, i.e., 2D and 3D models with the same shape, were manufactured for the comparative study. Particular interest was taken in the differences in impact pressures between the 2D and 3D models. Regular motion tests were conducted for different filling depths. For each filling depth, 500 cycles of regular excitation were imposed at each frequency. To observe the characteristics and severity of sloshing from the acquired pressure data, statistical analyses were performed, not only for the peak pressure, but also for the area-concept indices, which represented the amount of impulse.

전북지역 산업체급식소 조리종사자의 고용형태에 따른 안전사고 실태 및 안전사고 예방관리에 대한 중요도와 수행도 분석 (Comparative analysis of status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) about precautions of safety accidents by employment type of industry foodservices in Jeonbuk area)

  • 본 연구는 전북지역 산업체급식소의 정규직과 비정규직 조리종사자 282명을 대상으로 급식소에서의 안전사고, 안전교육 실태 및 안전사고 예방관리의 중요도 및 수행도를 조사하여 산업체급식소의 안전사고 예방을 위한 효율적인 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 조사대상자는 정규직 42.2% (119명), 비정규직 57.8% (163명) 이며 96.5%는 여자이었다. 고용형태에 따라서는 연봉수준 (p < 0.001), 직급 (p < 0.001), 평균 연령 (p < 0.001), 급식횟수 (p < 0.001)에서 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 정규직의 66.4%, 비정규직의 53.4%가 안전사고의 경험이 있으며 (p < 0.05), 사고원인은 본인의 부주의 (53.5%)가 가장 큰 원인이었다. 사고처리는 정규직은 회사부담 (71.6%)이 높으며 비정규직은 산재처리 (44.6%)가 높았다. 안전사고는 정규직은 화상 (48.6%), 절단사고 (31.1%)가 높았으며 비정규직은 미끄러짐 (47.8%)과 화상 (44.6%)의 순으로 차이가 있었다. 사고부위는 주로 손과 팔 (63.3%) 이었다. 정규직의 98.3%, 비정규직의 95.1%가 안전사고 예방을 위한 안전교육을 받았으며, 교육은 주로 영양사 (93.4%)가 실시하나 정규직은 산업안전관리공단 (6.8%)과 협회(2.6%)의 교육도 받고 있었다. 교육 빈도는 정규직의 68.4%가 1회, 23.9%가 2회, 7.7%는 3회 이상의 교육을 받았으나 비정규직은 1회 50.3%, 2회 37.4%, 3회 이상 12,2%로 비정규직의 교육 빈도가 유의하게 높았다 (p < 0.05). 교육방법은 주로 강의 (77.2%)로 진행되며, 교육 후 정규직의 37.6%는 별도의 평가가 없으나, 비정규직의 33.5%는 시험, 25.2%는 면담, 12.3%는 실기평가를 실시하고 있었다 (p < 0.05). 교육만족도는 조사대상자의 81.6%가 만족하며 비정규직 (85.2%)이 정규직 (76.9%)보다 더 만족하는 경향을 보였다. 교육 후 정규직의 73.5%, 비정규직의 71.6%만이 실제 작업에 교육내용을 적용하고 있었다. 적용하지 못하는 이유는 업무과중으로 인한 시간부족과 습관적인 작업행태 때문이었다. 산업체급식소의 정규직과 비정규직 조리종사원의 안전사고 예방관리에 대한 정규직과 비정규직의 중요도는 각각 4.26점, 4.15점이며 수행도는 정규직 3.96점, 비정규직 3.94점이었다. 독립표본 t-test로 분석한 결과, 21개의 항목 중 '튀김요리 시 물이 튀지 않게 하며 화상에 주의한다'에서 정규직 (4.43점)이 비정규직 (4.24점)보다 중요도가 유의적으로 높았으나 (p < 0.05), 수행도는 모든 항목에서 정규직과 비정규직간 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 대응표본 t-test 분석결과, 정규직의 중요도와 수행도간의 유의적인 차이를 보였다 (p < 0.001). 전체 21개 항목의 중요도와 수행도간에 유의적인 차이를 보였다. IPA분석결과, 중요도와 수행도가 높은 A영역 (Doing great)에서 '작업장 바닥의 물, 기름을 청소', '작업장과 통로의 물건 정리', '작업 시 미끄럼방지 안전화 착용', '사용하지 않는 호스는 감아서 정리', '화재위험 있는 전열기 코드 뽑기', '튀김요리 시 화상에 주의하며 조리'는 정규직과 비정규직 모두 해당되었으며, 이외 '물기 있는 손으로 전기시설 관리하지 않기'는 정규직에만 해당되었으며 '야채절단기 사용 시전용방망이 사용', '안전하게 칼 관리'는 비정규직에만 포함되었다. 중요도가 높으나 수행도가 낮은 B영역 (Focus here)에서 '출근 후 환기와 가스누출 확인', '콘센트 안전관리'는 정규직과 비정규직 모두 해당되었으며 이외에 '영양사에게 건강상태 보고' 및 '중량물 취급 시 올바른 자세로 작업'은 정규직에만 '가스차단기 작동확인'은 비정규직에만 포함되었다. 중요도는 낮으나 수행도가 높은 C영역(Overdone)에서 '기계설비 잠금장치 확인'은 정규직과 비정규직 모두에 해당되었으며 이외에 '야채절단기 사용 시 전용방망이 사용', '안전하게 칼 관리'는 정규직에 포함되었으며 '물기 있는 손으로 전기시설 관리하지 않기', '전기기구 연결 확인', '영양사에게 건강상태 보고' 및 '중량물 취급 시 올바른 자세로 작업'은 비정규직에 포함되었다. 중요도와 수행도가 낮은 D영역 (Low priority)에 'MSDS관리', '화학물질 위험표시 인지', '화학물질 취급 전 보호 장갑 등의 장비 착용', '작업 전 스트레칭 실시' 및 '보조도구를 이용하여 안전하게 작업대 높이 조정'이 정규직과 비정규직에 포함되었으며 이외에 정규직에 '전기기구 연결 확인', '가스차단기 작동확인'이 추가되었다. 본 연구결과를 종합하면, 전북지역 산업체급식소에서의 안전교육 실시는 잘 진행되고 있으나 아직도 교육을 받지 못하는 비정규직이 있으므로 이에 대한 경영주 및 영양사의 인식전환이 필요하겠다. 또한 조리종사원들의 안전사고 예방관리에 대한 중요도 인식은 고용형태 간 유의적인 차이 없이 높은 수준이었으나 교육 후 업무과중의 이유로 실제 적용하는 어려움이 있는 점을 볼 때 효율적인 업무관리 및 안전사고 예방을 위한 철저한 감독이 요구된다. 특히, 화학물질에 대한 이해 및 MSDS관리에 대한 조리종사원들의 낮은 중요도 인식과 수행도는 향후 안전교육에서 중요하게 다루어야 하겠다. 향후 정규직과 비정규직 구분에 따른 지원의 차이를 줄이고 소속감을 높여 조리종사원의 책임감과 안전의식을 높여 보다 안전한 급식소환경이 될 수 있는 방안이 요구된다.
