By employing primarily the Kendall's Concordance Test, the paper attempted to conduct an experts' evaluation on the interaction among the agents in Busan marine tourism cluster and recommend some measures for policy consideration for the cluster's activation. For this purpose, a conceptual framework was developed to guide the assessment by using inter-agent cooperation and network approaches regarding the nature of the marine tourism cluster. Such factors as cooperation, competition, relationship marketing, and networking were identified as critical. Findings of the study imply that Busan marine tourism cluster is at its embryonic stage and needs desperate measures for improvement in the inter-organizational cooperation and networking, the major regional characteristics that determine the competitiveness of marine tourism.

Seafarers from 21 APEC economies, are not only an indispensable source of human capital for the global maritime industry, covering at least 56% of the world's seafaring population (BIMCO, 2015), but also pivotal in providing support to their economies as a major industrial pillar, specifically in developing economies where the development of skills and enhancement of labor mobility of human resources is essential in creating sustainable and inclusive regional growth. This paper examines challenges and barriers in seafarer mobility in relation to policies in APEC economies and investigates mutual collaborative actions that can be taken to address the issues identified in a coordinated and harmonised manner.

초기의 선박들은 선회시 킥현상 등을 설명하고 대응하는 선박의 전복예방을 위한 정확한 방정식이 제공되지 못했다. 육상에서는 차량의 정상상태 선회방정식을 이용한 전복예방 기술이 많이 개발되었고 이는 해상에서의 기존의 방법들 보다 더 좋은 성능을 보였다. 이 논문에서는 더 정확한 선박의 선회시 전복방지를 위해 애커만 기하학 모델 기반 선회방정식을 이용하여 선박선회시 복원을 하는 방법을 제안하여 선박안전관리 방안을 향상시킨다.

2023년 8월 등대문화유산으로 지정된 어룡도등대의 역사성을 알리고 친수공간으로 활용하기 위해, 등대의 기능의 원활히 유지하기 위해 시설물을 개량하고 친수공간으로 활용하기 위해 건축물 등을 보강하여 어룡도등대의 역사적 가치를 국민에게 알리고, 등대의 본연의 역할인 해상교통안전에 만전을 기하고자 한다.

대한제국 융회 3년인 1909년 12월 25일에 초점등하여 현재 100주년을 맞이하는 가덕도등대에 '가덕도등대 100주년 기념관'을 건립하여 등대 및 가덕도 섬의 역사와 문화를 해양유물로서 보존하고 가덕도등대를 통하여 주변역사와 해양문화를 국민들이 체험 및 교육할 수 있는 장소로 조성하고자 한다.

항로표지 당국의 핵심 목표는 교통량과 위험도에 적합한 항로표지를 종합적으로 융합하여 제공함으로써 해상교통 안전 및 해양환경보호에 필요한 요건을 충족시키는데 있다. e-Navigation은 해상 항법 및 통신 신뢰도 개선에 필요한 현대화되고 검증된 장비를 통해 안전하게 항해하고자 하는 항해자의 필요에 의해 개발되었다, 위치결정에는 GNSS가 폭넓게 이용되고 있지만, 안전하고 완전하며 환경적으로 깨끗한 항해를 위해서는 기존 항로표지 계속해서 이용할 수 있도록 유지 및 진화시킬 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 항로표지의 최신 현황을 비롯하여 기존 항로표지에 대한 기술적 관점과 항해자의 관점으로 e-Navigation 환경에서 전통적 항로표지의 역할을 검토하고, 진화 및 미래상을 제시하고자 한다.

Incheon port is located near the Seoul metropolitan area and it is gateway port to Korea. It has the efficient location conditions in geography and economics. Many logistics industry had been developed taking the advantage of above conditions. Since Incheon International Airport opened in 2001, the function in logistics had been grown gradually. But most of logistics companies in Incheon are lack of basic usage of logistic information. To identify the status for logistic industry in Incheon we analysed various statistical data and literature in this study. From the survey results, we found that logistic industry has higher weight than other industries. It is sure that logistics industry is the specific industry in Incheon.

The purpose of this study is that investigated the characteristics of integral planning related factors using the history and culture of Mojiko. It is a small city that has been urbanized after the opening of the port for logistics transportation in the modern period of Japan. As the function of the logistics city, which is the factor of the expansion of the town, declined, Mojiko applied the retro concept to the harbor which has lost its popularity due to the regional characteristics of the city to increase and revitalize local visits. Mojiko has steadily promoted the retro style of landscape and town development over 30 years, focusing on 18 Historical buildings and modern infrastructure. We analyzed characteristics of integrated urban planning include the regulation, landscape institution. Moreover, we suggest the result of the designation process of a core scenery maintenance district and the components of the plan after the designation analysis and provide essential data for revitalizing the field based on the historic city for the cultural establishment and beautiful town in the future. And deliver vital data to reviving the area based on the historical city culture establishment and beautiful town in the future.

The most change in this century is supposed to be declination of ideology, and block of world economy. Addition to down full of cold war atmosphere around Northeast Asia, not only economic and social mood in this region is dramatically changed, but also it gave birth to the block of Northeast economy that accerlated new hub of world economy. According to dramatic change of economic surroundings the dynamic potential of growth in this region will be guided to enlarge inter-regional trade and increase volume of trade, thus suggests to grow steadily transportation. cargos in this region will have to arrange the system of delivery and inner transportation, accessary facilities, inter-regional harbors if North America and EC has connected easily. As have accerlated GATT and UR represented multilateralism and regionalism, it has regulated to increase trades of region due to relief of the trade barrier through specific areas has agreed with separately. The flow of regionalism of world economy has appeared to realize EC and NAFTA centered U.S.A, and also has presented to free trade region or one-size market agreement in Asia as APEC, EAEG in Malaysia, and etc. In defense to this block and internationalism of world economy, Pusan has to come forward to the hub of Northeast others has proposed a project to dominate the Northeast, Economy Association Agreement as Far East comprehensive development project in USSR, Hunchun development project in NK, and East Sea development project in PRC, Niigate regional development in Japan, Duman River development project in NK, and East Sea development project in Korea. As this exercise has proceed, Pusan also have arranged development strategy definitely and prepared provisions systematically. Engaging to participate center of delivery system is meant to be completed complex functions, namely the transfer storage processing & assembly function of international commodity. Pusan has ability to be terminal point of TSR. it had been connected to EC as the biggest economy block and TKR as complex transportation root to Far East, it would be the center of inground and seabase delivery terminal to Rotterdom as the biggest container pier and major piers to North-East and South East Asia. In order to provide a Role of 21 century's internationalization, Pusan has appealed to participate in management information research and development connected to Pohang-Ulsan-Changwon-Masan, and has utilized efficiently the resources such as man, material, money and information.

본 연구는 글로벌 물류환경의 변화에 따른 군산항만의 향후 대응방안을 제시하는데 있어 군산 항만의 항세와 시설의 현황 및 그 한계를 분석하고 향후 발전 전략을 모색하여 보았다. 연구결과 군산항의 물류인푸라 확충을 위해서는 배후지인 자유무역지대와 새만금군산자유구역 등의 장점을 최대한 활용하여 군산항을 수출입 거점 전략항으로 육성하여야 할 것이다. 특히 중국과의 지경학적 우위를 확보하고 환황해권역의 대중국 역내분업과 경쟁 가능한 업종을 배후지에 유치하여 지역경제의 획기적인 혁신을 꾀하는 것도 중요하다. 따라서 투자의 활성화와 배후 산업의 신기술 도입을 위해 외자유치가 선행되어야 할 것이다. 군산항의 경쟁력확보를 위해서는 물류비를 낮추는 즉, 규모의 경제를 실현 시키는 방안도 강구되어야만 한다. 본 연구에서 물류환경에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해서는 첫째, 기술, 마케팅, 무역정보 활용과 전문기술의 공유 등을 통한 항만간 협력체제 구축을 모색할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 토사로 인한 수심의 피해를 최소화하기 위한 방책을 강구하고, 셋째, 중국의 성장 에너지를 군산항으로 유인하기 위해서는 환황해권의 항만 간 대중국 물류네트워크를 구축하는 일이 시급하다. 넷째, 글로벌 물류기업의 고부가가치 화물유치를 위해 기반시설 확충과 공동물류센터 건립하는 방안도 강구해 보는 것도 바람직하다. 따라서 군산항이 동북아 물류허브항 으로서 역할을 다하려면 군산을 유비쿼터 시티와 첨단물류시스템이 결합된 유-물류 군산시티로 탈바꿈하는 것도 바람직하다.
