When we conduct environmental impact assessment, main contents consist of summary, project outline, environmental conditions, environmental impacts due to the project, mitigation devices, and alternative measures of harmful impact on environment. In this Paper, to understand how they really conduct air quality impact assessment and prediction and examine their effectiveness, we considered the provisions and actual case of environmental impact assessment in Korea with that in Japan. As a result, we propose a method of improving air quality impact assessment and Prediction, such as reflection of the result in environmental impact assessment, detailed assessment focused on relatively important environmental impact elements, field measurement investigation over four season and seven sucessive days, the uniformity of units, the proper model development to predict environmental concentration and a biennial environmental impact assessment for ex post management.

1993년도 ISO에서 \"Guide to Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement\"를 발표함으로써 측정과학에 있어 측정결과의 오차분석 방법을 폐기하기로 사실상 선언하였다. 그리하여 측정의 소급성과 신뢰성을 확보한다는 전제 하에 오차의 개념을 버리고 측정시의 측정불확도를 분석하는 것이 측정과학에 있어서 세계적인 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 전달표준인 열 전압변환기를 사용하여 고주파전압계의 정밀 교정에서 불확도를 산출하기 위하여 수학적 모델을 설정하고 측정에 관계되는 모든 불확도 요인을 분석하였다. 케이블의 영향과 열전대감지기와 직류전압계의 상관관계, 직류소스, RF소스, 감쇠기, 반사계수와 DUT 등 측정에 있어서 관계되는 모든 불확도요인을 분석하여 확장불확도를 산출하였다.확도를 산출하였다.

This study developed and implemented a teaching · learning process plan for Home Economics in middle school by converging Habermas's three systems of action. It also examined the effect of the class through the evaluation of students and teachers who participated in the class. This study developed 10 sessions for a teaching and learning process plan by converging three systems of action and reconstructing learning elements related to 'balanced meal plan' and 'food choice' according to the practical action teaching model. After class, we surveyed the degree of help for students, analyzed the learning activity sheets, and analyzed the reflection journals of teachers to evaluate the effects of the class. This class was found to be the most helpful in practicing the healthy dietary life of students, expanding their thoughts, understanding learning contents, and helping them change their lives. As a result of analyzing the learning activity sheet, students gained enlightenment by reflecting and evaluating their action through the class; in addition, changes in interest, awareness, and action appeared. Through the convergence of three systems of action, teachers who practiced the class criticized and realized the act that students were unconsciously accepted. In addition, it confirmed the possibility that students could change their lives, family and society by promoting optimal nutrition and health for a good life that pursues the best good.

This paper represents modeling and optimization techniques for solar cell process on single-crystalline float zone (FZ) wafers with high efficiency; There were the four significant processes : i)emitter formation by diffusion, anti-reflection-coating (ARC) with silicon nitride using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD); iii)screen-printing for front and back metallization; and iv)contact formation by firing. In order to increase the performance of solar cells, the contact formation process is modeled and optimized. This paper utilizes the design of experiments (DOE) in contact formation to reduce process time, fabrication costs. The experiments were designed by using central composite design which is composed of $2^4$ factorial design augmented by 8 axial points with three center points. After contact formation process, the efficiency of the solar cell is modeled using neural networks. This model is used to analyse the characteristics of the process, and to optimize the process condition using genetic algorithms (GA). Finally, find optimal recipe for solar cell efficiency.

본 논문은 사용자로부터 신고된 트래픽 파라메터를 이용하여 연결요구 및 연결해제가 일어나는 시점마다 실시간 계산이 가능한 재귀 연산 방법에 의해 트래픽을 예측하고 접속된 호의 갯수가 없는 동안에 측정 반영 주기마다 도착되는 셀 흐름을 측정하여 트래픽을 예측하는 새로운 연결 수락 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 동질 및 이질 버스트 트래픽의 경우에 대해 여러 가지 측면에서 성능을 평가 하였고 버스트모델에 기반한 기존의 방법에 비해 이용률 및 서비스 품질의 측면에서 기존 방식보다 더 개선되었음을 확인하였다.

이 연구는 대학 강의 상황에서 두 예비 과학 교사들의 코티칭을 활용한 수업이 계획 준비되고, 실행되며, 평가 반성되는 과정을 자세히 기술하고 설명하며 이해하려는 목적을 가진다. 예비 과학 교사들은 수업에 대한 관점을 교환하며 코티칭 수업 모형과 내용을 선정하고 수업 자료를 공동으로 준비하였다. 강의실의 공간을 두 예비 과학 교사들이 효율적으로 활용하고, 수업을 이끌어가는 역할을 주고받으면서 코티칭 수업을 함께 진행하였다. 코티칭 수업에 직접적 간접적으로 참여하는 지도교수와 다른 예비 과학 교사들은 학생 또는 수업 비평가의 역할을 맡아 코티칭 수업을 도왔으며, 수업 후 평가와 반성을 공유하였다. 코티칭 수업이 중등 교육 현장, 과학 교사 교육, 과학 교육 등에서 가지는 의미와 시사점을 논의하였다.

For dismantling heavy structure under special environment in radioactivity, there are many problems which should be tele-operated and feedback a cutting force for cutting a thick structure such as concrete. When operator dismantles a thick heavy concrete structure, it is in sufficient to judge whether robot is contacting or not with environment by using only vision information. To overcome this problem, force feedback and impedance model based bilateral control are introduced. The sliding mode control with sliding perturbation observer (SMCSPO) based bilateral control is applied and surveyed to a single rod hydraulic cylinder in this paper. The sliding mode control is used for robustness against a disturbance. The sliding perturbation observer is used for estimation of a reaction force such as cutting force. The bilateral control is executed using the information of reaction force estimated by SMCSPO. The contribution of this paper is that the estimation method and bilateral control of the single rod hydraulic cylinder are introduced and discussed by experiment.

본 연구에서는 원전어항에서 채용하고 있는 강제 부방파제에 비해 소요재료량의 변화가 크지 않은 범위에서 전후연직판의 위치와 형식의 변화 및 수평판의 부착 유무에 따른 여러 형식의 부방파제에 의한 투과율과 반사율을 Green 함수법으로부터 계산한 결과에 기초하여, 원전어항의 강제 부방파제보다 단주기파 및 장주기파를 보다 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 새로운 형식의 부방파제를 검토하였다. 이로부터 연직커튼판 하부에 수평판을 부착한 형태의 부방파제가 파랑제어기능이 우수한 것으로 판명되었고, 이는 원전어항 부방파제보다 파랑제어기능이 탁월하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 본체에 부착된 전후연직판 및 수평판의 크기와 간격을 조절함으로써 적합한 투과파를 얻을 수 있다는 것도 알 수 있었다.

Currently, various optical fiber tips are used to deliver laser beam for endoscopic surgery. In this paper, we demonstrated multidirectional (forward and side) firing optical fiber tip using a femtosecond micromachining and $CO_2$ laser polishing technology. We controlled the edge width of optical fiber tip, by modulating the condition of $CO_2$ laser, to regulate the amount of side and forward emission. The distal end of the optical fiber with core/clad diameter of $400/440{\mu}m$ was microstructured with cone shape by using a femtosecond laser. And then the microstructured optical fiber tip was polished by $CO_2$ laser beam result in smoothing and specular reflection at the surface of the cone structure. Finally, we operated the LightTools simulation and good agreement was generally found between the proposed model and experimental simulation.

Objectives : This study explores perspectives, reasons, functions of dreams in order to develop a treatment model. Methods : We searched CNKI, KISS, NDSL. Papers published since 2002, which are classified in categories. Results : 1. The Recognitions about the dream of Oriental Medicine is based on "Hwangjenaegyeong Eumsabalmong(黃帝內經 淫邪發夢)". 2. By each era, There are a variety of etiological causes, stages. 3. Dreams are generated by the internal stimuli Physiological activities of the Jangbu(臟腑),Deficiencies of yin and yang(陰陽), Pathological changes in the Jangbu(臟腑), Pathology products, external stimuli Yukeum(六淫), Eumsiksang(飮食傷), and unusual feelings. 4. Spirit(神) comes from brain(腦), not heart(心). So what we call brain spirit(腦神) is right. Dreams are the mental activity related to the brain. 5. Dreams are the reflection of the pathological changes of the human body. And it shows the development, changes and prognosis of disease. Dreams sometimes illustrate the incidence of the disease Conclusions : We organized perspectives, Causes and Functions of dreams mentioned in Oriental Medicine Literatures. Health is closely related to the dream. Therefore, we propose that the dream is worth for the diagnosis and treatment in oriental medicine.
