가공 송전선 형상변화에 따른 지표면 자계저감율 계산 (Calculations on the Reduction Rate of Ground Level Magnetic Fields due to Varying Configurations of Overhead Transmission Line)

  • There are concerns on possible health effects from exposure to electromagnetic fields. One reflection of this concerns is the considerable controversy, delay, and cost increases involved in the construction of power lines and facilities. To cope with such challenges, in this paper we investigated magnetic fields reduction techniques such as general compaction, in' span compaction, cruciform, vertical, 3 way splits phase, and 4way splits phase. As results, we found general compaction and 4 way splits phase could reduce magnetic fields up to 90%, while cruciform, vertical, and 3 way splits phase gave lower reduction rates of 30% because these configurations were similar to a current type of low reactance arrangement. We also knew 1 spacer in span compaction was appropriate in Korea in view of effectiveness and economy.

  • Automation facilities of greenhouses have been continuously developed. However, the conventional two-stage worm gear reducer reveals some problems, including low transmission efficiency. The worm gear reducer also have some difficulties in manufacturing and short life. Therefore, this study was performed to develop a planetary gear reducer, having a high Sear reduction ratio and high torque transmission efficiency. The planetary gear system consisted of a fixed ring gear and a 2-teeth differential ring gear turning slow, as the planetary pinion orbits fast around the fixed ring gear. The developed gear system can achieve a high speed reduction rate at one stage. The reducing system was employed to the greenhouse ventilation system. The reducer has the transmission efficiency of 70.5%, 2∼3 times longer life time, and twofold roll-up torque at an affordable price, comparing with conventional reducers. This reducer can be also applied to many industrial equipments, such as industrial crane, hoist, elevator and gondola etc.

신재생에너지의 온실가스감축 기여도에 따른 지역별 보급전략 (Regional Supply Strategies for Renewable Energy Sources based on Contribution Level of GHG Emission Reduction)

  • This study examines the contribution level of greenhouse gas(GHG) emission reduction and installation costs of renewable energy facilities. The GHG emission forecasts and industrial structures in the 16 regions of Korea are then analyzed to identify the proper supply of renewable energy sources for each region. The results show that water power is the most effective and efficient renewable energy source to reduce GHG emissions, followed by sunlight, wind power, geothermal heat, and solar heat, respectively. The 16 regions are then categorized into 4 groups based on their GHG emission forecast and industrial structure: high emission and manufacturing group, low emission and manufacturing group, low emission and service group, and high emission and service group. The proper supply of renewable energy sources for each group is then determined based on the contribution level and cost efficiency of GHG emission reduction.

  • In the limitless competition era of the 21st century, cost reduction is being highlighted as one of survival strategies of businesses. The first item for cost reduction of businesses is logistical costs. The most keenly required thing for this is to remove unnecessary elements, and the best way to realize it to cut down processes using automatic facilities. Packing container in logistics is like a facility. This study is intended to analyze reduction of costs, improvement of business process and reduction of working force through standardization of standardization, and logistics effects through improvement of environmental images in enterprises.

생하수의 퍼클로레이트 생분해 특성 (Bioreduction Characteristics of Perchlorate in Raw Sewage)

  • This research was done to investigate the bioreduction characteristics of perchlorate in raw sewage because sewage contains biodegradable organics and various microorganisms for biological perchlorate reduction. Two different types of sewage were tested for biological perchlorate reduction in the flasks. Sewage A was collected from the screening equipment and sewage B was collected from the primary settlement in the municipal wastewater treatment facilities. Perchlorate was completely reduced within 72hours from 8.2 and 10.4 mg/L in the sewage A and sewage B flask tests. When perchlorate and nitrate were added in sewage A, both perchlorate and nitrate were reduced. However, perchlorate and nitrate removal rates were 9.3% and 64.0% at 72hours in sewage B. Perchlorate reduction was significantly inhibited by high salinity(0.5% NaCl) in the sewage A and B. These results showed the sewage has potential for the biological perchlorate reduction in the sewage pipe.

배연탈질을 위한 저온 SCR 기술 도입에 따른 시나리오별 경제성 분석 (A Study on the Economic Analysis of Low-Temperature SCR Technology for NOx Reduction by Scenarios)

  • 미세먼지 문제 해결에 대한 국민적 요구가 높아짐에 따라 정부에서는 강도 높은 미세먼지 관련 대책을 발표하고 있다. 그래서 최근에 미세먼지의 전구체 중에서 질소산화물을 제거하기 위한 배연탈질기술로서 선택적 촉매환원법(SCR)이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미세먼지 관련 정부정책과 시장 및 기술개발 현황을 조사하고, SCR 기술이 산업체에 적용되는 경우를 Case별로 구분하여 시나리오별 경제성 분석을 실시하였다. 시나리오별 경제성 분석의 결과는 NPV로 산출하였으며, 탈질설비가 구축되어 있지 않은 기업(Case 1)이 일반 SCR 기술을 신규로 도입하는 경우(Scenario 1-1)와 저온 SCR 기술을 신규로 도입하는 경우(Scenario 1-2)를 분석하였다. 그리고 탈질설비가 이미 구축되어 있는 기업(Case 2)이 일반 SCR 기술을 그대로 사용하는 경우(Scenario 2-1)와 저온 SCR 기술로 대체하는 경우(Scenario 2-2)로 구분하여 분석하였으며, 모든 시나리오별 NPV 결과를 바탕으로 비교 분석을 실시하였다.

Analysis of detected anomalies in VOC reduction facilities using deep learning

  • 본 논문에서는 데이터의 이상을 탐지하고 예측하는 모델을 통해 VOC 저감 설비에서 실측한 데이터를 분석했다. 이상 탐지 분야에서 안정적인 성능을 보이는 USAD 모델을 이용하여 실시간 데이터의 이상을 탐지하고 이상 원인이 되는 센서를 탐색한다. 또한 자기 회귀 모델을 통해 미래의 이상치를 예측하여 이상이 발생할 시점을 예측하고 경고하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험은 VOC 저감 설비에서 실측한 데이터를 이용하여 시스템의 이상을 탐지할 수 있는지 검증하는 실험을 진행했으며 이상 탐지 실험 결과는 정밀도, 재현율, F1-점수가 각각 98.54%, 89.08%, 93.57%로 높은 성능의 탐지율을 보였다. 센서 별 학습된 모델의 성능은 8개 센서의 정밀도, 재현율, F1-점수를 평균한 결과 각각 99.64%, 99.37%, 99.63%로 높은 성능의 탐지율을 보였다. 또한, 센서 별 탐지 실험에 대한 타당성을 확인하기 위해 구한 해밍 손실은 0.0058로 안정적인 성능을 보였다. 그리고 이상 예측 실험 결과는 평균절대오차 0.0902로 안정적인 성능을 보였다.

치매요양시설에서의 치료를 위한 빛·색채의 시설적 적용 특성에 관한 고찰 - 정성적 및 정량적 적용 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on the Characteristics of Application for Therapeutic Light and Color in Dementia Care Facilities - Focused on Qualitative and Quantitative Application Characteristics)

  • Purpose: This study has been started with the awareness that light and color are the main visual sensors of the multi-sensory stimulation environment to achieve the therapeutic environment for demented elderly. The purpose of this study therefore is for clarifying the application characteristics of therapeutic light and color for dementia care facilities. Methods: Internal and external literature reviews have been conducted for the investigation into a)disorders and visual system in demented elderly, b)therapeutic effects of light and color, c)heliotherapy, light therapy and color therapy to deduce the therapeutic characteristics of light and color for demented elderly, and finally into d)the application characteristics of it for dementia care facilities. Results: The application characteristics of the therapeutic light and color for dementia care facilities are classified into both qualitative and quantitative characteristics. Qualitative application characteristics of light represented using of daylight, using of lighting approximate to daylight, expansion of iluminance level, equality in iluminance Level, reduction of shadow, and as well as exclusion of blare. Quantitative application characteristics of it represented iluminance level, color temperature and color rendering index prescribed in international lighting standards. Qualitative application characteristics of color represented non-monochromatic color, color contrast, long wavelength of yellow-red colors, exclusion of short wavelength of blue colors and patterns, and as well as different colors for idenfication. Quantitative application characteristics of it represented kontrast(K) prescribed in DIN32975:2009 and light reflectance value(LRV) prescribed in BS8300:2009. Implications: To form dementia care facilities as therapeutic environment both qualitative and quantitative application characteristics of therapeutic light and color in dementia care facilities are needed.

돈사용 스크러버 및 바이오커튼의 축산악취 저감효과 분석 (Evaluation of Livestock Odor Reduction Efficiency for Odor Reduction Systems in Domestic Pig Farms)

  • Various odor reduction systems are being operated at pig houses to improve livestock odor issues. However, the quantitative evaluation of odor reduction efficiency is not sufficiently conducted. The analysis of factors that affect the reduction efficiency also has not been sufficiently conducted. Therefore, in this study, the reduction efficiency of representative odor reduction facilities (bio-curtain, scrubber) operated by domestic pig houses was evaluated. The odor reduction efficiency was evaluated by sampling the air before and after the odor reduction facility in 6 pig houses. Livestock odors were evaluated for complex odors, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and VOC. To find factors for reduction efficiency, temperature, humidity, pH of washing resolution, type of washing water, and ventilation rate was measured. As a result, it was found that the scrubber system had the highest reduction efficiency. The reduction efficiency was found to be affected by the scrubber's washing resolution, filler, operating conditions, and size. Bio-curtains may have problems such as deterioration of fan performance due to ventilation fan load, groundwater pollution, and excessive use of groundwater.
