r-LDPE 혼입율에 따른 생활계 복합 폐플라스틱 물질재활용 제품 특성 (Characteristics of Materials Recycling Product Using CPW from Households According to the Amount of r-LDPE)

  • 본 논문은 생활계 복합재질 폐플라스틱을 재활용한 물질재활용 제품의 물성을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로서 단일 재질 폐플라스틱인 r-LDPE(Recycled Low Density Polyethylene, r-LDPE) 사용량을 변화시켜 물질재활용 제품의 물성을 평가·분석하였다. 그 결과 r-LDPE 사용량이 증가할수록 생활계 복합재질 폐플라스틱 물질재활용 제품의 인장강도, 연신율은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었지만 회분은 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 생활계 복합재질 폐플라스틱 재생원료에 r-LDPE 사용량을 5% 이상 혼입 사용할 경우 생활계 복합재질 폐플라스틱의 물질재활용 제품인 인삼재배시설용 지주대의 품질기준인 GR M 3093-2021을 안정적으로 만족시키는 것으로 나타났다.

폐타이어 분말을 혼입한 몰탈의 단열특성 (An Adiabatic Characteristic on the Waste tyre Powders Mortar-Containing)

  • This is to find out that cement mortar mixed with waste tie particle can be applied for recycling it and enhanced to have shock absorption capacity. Therefore, architectural material specification and its related references for the disposal of it are based on for the study. Test has been performed with procedure, based on the Korea Standard insulation mortar and Compressive Strength Test has been done at K remicon factory approved by Korea Government in Korea, in order to decrease any possible error in mixing procedure. Test molds far insulation capacity and cohesive strength have been delivered to the expert agency for having more exact results. The result from the above test shows that waste tyre mixed with cement mortar has almost equal to the common concrete. This means that the recycling of the waste t)re will be demanded more and more in case of having continued development for this recycling area. And also waste t)to-using construction material can be more applied for construction area than existing material. Thus, this recycling method can be very usefully applied for solving environmental problem and for establishing economic aspect.

  • The treatment of technical consumer products after using is important for the conservation of our environment. In this paper the demanufacturing technology that is required to maximize the recycling rate of end-of-life products is introduced, The definitions including types of the recycling are described. The factors that have to regard in the design stage of products in order to maximize the recycling rate of the products are introduced. The objective assessment methods for the design for environment are described. Finally disassembly process and future prospect of the automations are discussed.

폐타이어 혼입률에 따른 콘크리트 강도 변화에 관한 실험적 연구 (Strength Properties of Waste-tyre Recycling Concrete)

  • There will be a big problem in disposing of waste tie coming from the cars. Because many of these have been thrown away to the field and environmentally polluted. New, We need to find out how to dispose or recycle these waste material. It is thought that recycling this material especially mixing with concrete will be a good idea. This study is focused how each material do its behavior due to the size of waste type particle and its amount into concrete material. 0.4mm-10mm range of particle has been applied to the material : Also, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0% range of tyre particle proportion has been applied to make cylinder molds. The concrete mold with waste-tyre particle has vibration-absorbing ability. It is found that 0.4 -0.6mm particle mixing concrete has been more solid organized. And this waste tyre material could be applied to the general concrete, it is found.

  • 이 연구에서는 국내의 경우 지금까지 그 사례를 찾아보기 힘들었던 새로운 용도에서의 대규모적인 비용 절감은 물론 환경부하의 저감까지도 고려한 저강도 콘크리트의 개발 및 실용화를 위한 기초적인 연구의 일환으로 각종 산업부산물을 재활용한 저강도 콘크리트의 합리적인 배합방법에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 모래 및 FA의 대체 재료로서 각종 산업부산물의 적용가능성을 제시함은 물론 다양한 용도와 사용재료별 요구성능에 대응할 수 있는 저강도 콘크리트의 개발 및 실용화를 위한 연구에 있어 기초적인 자료로 제시하고자 하였다. 각종 산업부산물을 재활용한 저강도 콘크리트의 합리적인 배합조건으로 재료분리방지는 물론 최소단위수량, 유동성 및 최대강도를 고려하여 종합적으로 분석 평가한 결과, 사용재료는 FSD + RSIA + SD의 배합에서 골재 중 f/a 값을 50을 합리적인 최적의 배합조건으로 제안한다.

ASR 소각재의 이화학적 물성 및 재활용(再活用)을 위한 기초연구(基礎硏究) (A Study on the Characteristics and Utilization of Ash from ASR Incinerator)

  • 폐자동차 ASR의 소각재를 대상으로 물리화학적 물성측정 및 리싸이클링을 위한 경량재료 제조실험을 수행하였다. 대상시료는 국내 ASR 소각장에서 채취한 바닥재 2종류와 비산재 4종류이었으며, 이들의 주요 성분 및 입도분석을 실시하고 공정시험법에 의한 중금속 용출량을 조사하였다. 또한, 비산재인 boiler ash를 원료로 하여 경량물질과 무기바인더를 첨가하여 성형 및 소성하는 방법으로 경량재료를 제조하였다. 바닥재에 Cu 함량이 3wt% 내외로 상당히 높은 것으로 나타나 Cu의 사전 분리가 필수적인 것으로 나타났다. 수용성물질을 많이 함유한 SDR(semi-dry reactor) ash와 Bag filter ash의 주성분은 각각 $CaCl_2{\cdot}Ca(OH)_2{\cdot}H_2O$$CaCl_2{\cdot}4H_2O$인 것으로 나타났다. boiler ash를 원료로 사용하여 제조한 경량재료 시편의 경우 중금속 용출이 크게 감소하였으며, 그 이유는 중금속 성분이 불용성 화합물천 안정화 또는 encapsulation 되었기 때문으로 판단되었다.

  • For the past 50 years, graphite has been widely used as a moderator, reflector and fuel matrix in different kinds of gas-cooled reactors. Resulting in approximately 250,000 metric tons of irradiated graphite waste. One of the most significant long-lived radioisotope from graphite reactors is carbon-14 ($^{14}C$) with a half-life of 5730 years, this makes it a huge concern for deep geologic disposal of nuclear graphite (NG). Considering the lifecycle of NG a number of waste management options have been developed, mainly focused on the achievement the radiological requirements for disposal. The existing approaches for recycling depend on the cost to be economically viable. In this new study, an affordable process to remove $^{14}C$ has been proposed using samples taken from the Nuclear Power Plant in Latina (Italy) which have been used to investigate the capability of organic and inorganic solvents in removing $^{14}C$ from exfoliated nuclear graphite, with the aim to design a practicable approach to obtain graphite for recycling or/and safety disposed as L& LLW.

Universal Plasma-chemical Module for Carbon-containing Raw Materials Treatment

  • A universal plasma-chemical module (PChM) for the industrial processing of different hydrocarbon raw material pyrolysis was designed and tested. Laboratory investigations for the plasma-chemical method of acetylene production from natural gas and different coals were made. Similar laboratory tests on the industrial production of acetylene as a raw material for organic syn-thesis were developed using the PChM. A comparison of the suggested plasma-chemical method with the traditional process of acetylene production were carried out. The outlook of the plasma-chemical method was shown.

  • 본 연구에서는 마찰하전형정전선별법을 적용하여 EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate)와 PET(polyethylene terephthalate) 혼합 폐플라스틱의 재활용을 위한 재질분리 연구를 수행하였다. 하전물질 선정을 위한 하전특성 연구결과, PP(polypropylene)재질이 EV4와 PET 폐플라스틱의 재질분리에 가장 효과적인 하전물질로 확인되어, PP재질의 pipe-type 하전장치를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 하전장치를 이용한 재질분리 실험결과, 최적 실험조건에서 PET의 품위와 회수율이 각각 98.7%와 89.7%인 결과를 얻었다.

리사이클링 횟수에 따른 일차미세섬유와 이차미세섬유의 폴리아크릴아미드 흡착특성 변화 (Effects of Recycling on Adsorption Characteristics of Cationic Polyacrylamide onto Primary and Secondary Fines)

  • Adsorption of cationic polyacrylamide dry strength resins onto the surface of papermaking fibers and fines is critical for their effective utilization. Since dry strength resins are frequently employed when recycled fibers containing a great deal of fines are used as a raw material, their adsorption characteristic onto the recycled fiber fines is of great importance. In this study, effects of recycling on adsorption characteristics of cationic polyacrylamide onto primary and secondary fines were examined. Never dried bleached hardwood kraft pulp was beaten and dried for recycling. In each recycling step the adsorption characteristic of a cationic PAM onto primary and secondary fines was evaluated by kjeldahl nitrogen analysis method. The influence of recycling on water retention value and carboxyl content along with the sheet density and tensile strength was examined. Secondary fines of never dried pulp adsorbed twice as much of C-PAM as the primary fines, however, the adsorption capacity of the secondary fines decreased rapidly during the course of recycling and showed lower adsorption capacily than primary fines.
