패션상품 온라인 구매경험자의 서비스 실패와 회복에 관한 연구 (Service Failure and Service Recovery Experienced by Online Apparel Shoppers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived justice associated with service recovery on perceived service quality, and the relationships among perceived service quality, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions in online apparel shopping contexts. Justice theory provided the theoretical framework for this study. The research strategy employed an online survey methodology. Online shoppers (N=669) who had experiences in service failure and dissatisfactions completed a questionnaire. The model of the study was tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) and the results of SEM revealed positive effect of perceived justice regarding service recovery on perceived service quality, positive effect of perceived service quality on customer satisfaction, and positive effect of customer satisfaction on behavioral intention. The results of this study have implications for online retailers. Online retailers need to understand the importance of service recovery by which service failures are managed.

  • Reduction of labor hour for cleaning up of the used abrasives after blasting. is attempted by improving the efficiency of abrasive recovery process in the protective coating of ship's block, For this purpose, the theoretical background for pneumatic transport technology in the abrasive recovery system as well as experimental evaluation on the effect of design parameters such as flow pattern, saltation velocity and pressure drop on the efficiency of the abrasive recovery system are employed . By optimizing the operating parameters such as the length and diameter of the suction hose, specification of recovery device and recovery mouth, a new method which can dramatically increase the efficiency of abrasive recovery system, is proposed.

Hydrothermal liquefaction of Chlorella vulgaris: Effect of reaction temperature and time on energy recovery and nutrient recovery

  • Hydrothermal liquefaction of Chlorella vulgaris feedstock containing 80% (w/w) water was conducted in a batch reactor as a function of temperature (300, 325 and $350^{\circ}C$) and reaction times (5, 10 and 30 min). The biocrude yield, elemental composition and higher heating value obtained for various reaction conditions helped to predict the optimum conditions for maximizing energy recovery. To optimize the recovery of inorganic nutrients, we further investigated the effect of reaction conditions on the ammonium ($NH_4{^+}$), phosphate ($PO_4{^{3-}}$), nitrate ($NO_3{^-}$) and nitrite ($NO_2{^-}$) concentrations in the aqueous phase. A maximum energy recovery of 78% was obtained at $350^{\circ}C$ and 5 min, with a high energy density of 34.3 MJ/kg and lower contents of oxygen. For the recovery of inorganic nutrients, shorter reaction times achieved higher phosphorus recovery, with maximum recovery being 53% at $350^{\circ}C$ and 5 min. Our results indicate that the reaction condition of $350^{\circ}C$ for 5 min was optimal for maximizing energy recovery with improved quality, at the same time achieving a high phosphorus recovery.

Effect of different underwater recovery methods on heart rate after circuit weight training

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in heart rate according to recovery methods after circuit weight training exercise. Fourteen men in their twenties were selected as subjects, and three sets of circuit weight training were performed by cycling six sports, and two recovery conditions (dynamic and static) were performed immediately after exercise. Changes in heart rate did not have an interactive effect according to recovery method and time, and both conditions showed significant changes between sets 1 and 2, and between sets 3 and after recovery. In this study, the high heart rate of 2 sets and 3 sets was seen as a result of exercise stimulation, and the low heart rate of 1 set was thought to be due to the decrease in vagus nerve activity rather than the role of catecholamines. On the other hand, the heart rate after 20 minutes of exercise did not show any difference according to the recovery method, which could mean that the recovery process due to the aquatic environment can act more strongly than the process of dynamic recovery and static recovery. It is thought that the characteristics affected the sensory and circulation of the body, and thus the change of the afferent signal and the level of metabolic products generated in the active muscle.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 스마트폰 과의존과 피로회복 간의 관계에서 불안의 매개효과를 검증하여, 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존 중재의 근거자료를 확보하는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 '제16차 청소년 건강행태 온라인조사'를 이용한 청소년 54,948명이다. 연구변수 간의 관계는 상관분석, 요인분석, 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존은 피로회복에 영향을 미치는 직접효과와, 불안을 경유하여 피로회복에 영향을 주는 간접효과가 나타났다. 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존이 매개변인인 불안에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 피로회복에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 또한 또한 불안은 스마트폰 과의존과 피로회복 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 스마트폰 과의존 청소년을 대상으로 피로회복을 향상하기 위해 불안을 관리할 필요가 있다.

회복효과에 기반한 배터리 사용 시간 연장 기법 (Battery Lifetime Enhancement Based on Recovery Effect)

  • 본 논문에서는 배터리의 비선형적 방전 특성인 회복효과를 사용하여 배터리의 사용 시간을 연장하는 기법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 배터리의 사용 시간을 예측할 때에는 배터리 내부에 저장된 에너지가 일정하다고 가정하지만, 실제로는 배터리 내부의 화학 반응 때문에 배터리를 계속 방전시키지 않고 중간에 쉬는 시간을 만들어주면 더 많은 에너지를 끌어낼 수 있는데 이를 회복효과라 한다. 제안하는 기법에서는 다수의 배터리 셀을 교대로 방전시킴으로서 기기의 전력 공급은 그대로 유지하면서 배터리 셀 일부를 쉬게 하여 회복효과를 발생시키고, 이에 따라 배터리의 사용 시간을 연장시킬 수 있다. 실험 결과, 2개의 배터리 셀을 기존처럼 병렬 연결하여 방전시키는 것에 비해 배터리 셀을 교대로 방전시키면 배터리 사용시간이 약 7% 증가하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the customer dissatisfaction types by demographic characteristics, and examine the effort of service recovery justice on the customers' satisfaction, in order to construct the efficient recovery system fer the restaurant service failure. Also, another purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on the word of mouth and the repurchase, and so devise the information measures for the positive relationship between the customers and the domestic restaurants. According to the results of this study, the customer evaluation on service recovery could be explained by the concept of justice. Also, this justice influenced the overall satisfaction on service recovery, and further the satisfaction on service recovery influenced the subsequent positive word of mouth or repurchase intention.

  • Purpose: Based on the theory of "Stimulus-Organism-Response" (S-O-R), this thesis takes customer forgiveness as a medium variable to explore the impact of merchant service remedy on customer behavior intention in the context of online shopping service failure. This thesis divides the merchant service remedy into two dimensions: spiritual recovery and material recovery, and reveals the influence difference of different merchant service remedy methods on customer behavior intention and the mediating role of customer forgiveness. Methods : 325 questionnaires were distributed and 307 valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis. The relationship between potential variables is proposed by using Structural Equations Modeling. Results : The two dimensions of service recovery have significant positive impact on customer forgiveness, and physical recovery has greater impact on customer forgiveness. In the influence of physical recovery on customer behavior intention, customer forgiveness is a partial mediating effect. However, in the influence of spiritual recovery on customer behavior intention, customer forgiveness is a complete mediating effect. Conclusion : In case of service faults, merchants should take the initiative to provide appropriate physical recovery and provide spiritual recovery sincerely and patiently. Only in this way can they regain good impression in the hearts of consumers and promote them to improve the quality of service recovery, so as to increase their willingness to repurchase Intention and positive word of mouth.

서비스 복구를 통한 패션고객의 충성 형성과정과 설명의 효과 (Building Fashion Customer Loyalty by Service Recovery and the Effect of Explanations on It)

  • This study examines the structured model of building fashion customer loyalty by service recovery and scrutinizes the effect of explanations on perceived justice and the proposed model. The data of a total of 300 women were collected through an online survey. Employing structural equation modeling, this study demonstrated that both distributive and interactional justice had a positive impact on customers' satisfaction with service encounter that subsequently led to overall satisfaction with the brand. Overall satisfaction influenced the attitudinal loyalty of customers that induced their behavioral loyalty. To examine the effect of explanations on perceived justice and the process of building fashion customer loyalty by service recovery, t-test and multi-group SEM were employed. The result displayed that the group who received explanations after service failure perceived higher level of justice than the one who did not. There was a significant difference between two groups on the direct path from interactional justice to overall satisfaction with the brand. This study clarifies how perceived justice influences fashion customer loyalty mediating by satisfaction in and confirms the critical role of explanations in service recovery context. By implying the understanding of the important role of explanations in service recovery context, this study provides fashion marketers with insight for delivering more successful service recovery strategies that enhance customer loyalty.

외식업체 e-서비스회복에 대한 긍정성 지각이 고객행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of Justice Perception of Restaurant e-Service Recovery on Customer Behavioral Intentions)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of justice (distributive, interactional, and procedural) perception of e-service recovery in restaurant businesses on e-service recovery satisfaction, negative word of mouth, trust, and commitment. We designed a quasi-experimental study using eight different scenarios of justice application. One of the eight scenarios was distributed to each respondent to read, and the respondent then answered regarding feelings and subsequent action. Data analysis was based on 232 usable responses. The results imply that interactional justice is more important than other forms of justices in e-service recovery of restaurant businesses, indicating that restaurants must approve the service failure, make an apology to the customer, and maintain a courteous attitude at all times. In addison, the restaurant has to consider an e-service recovery program as a long-term strategy because the effect of e-service recovery in restaurant businesses grows slowly and takes time-consuming effort.
