강력한 대통령중심제를 채택하고 있는 대한민국에서 대통령이 인사권을 가진 직위에 대하여 업무 능력, 평판, 비위 여부 등을 종합적으로 인사검증하는 것은 국가운영의 기본일 뿐만 아니라 민주주의 체계의 유지를 위해서도 매우 중요하다. 그 과정에서 생산된 인사검증 관련 기록물 또한 국가의 중요 인물들에 대한 광범위한 자료를 담고 있어, 그 자체로 매우 중요한 국가적 차원의 정보이며, 후세에 현재의 국가운영을 연구하는 데 유용한 사료로 활용될 가능성이 매우 높다. 그렇기 때문에 2007년 「대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률」 제정 이후, 인사검증 업무를 담당한 대통령비서실 민정수석비서관실은 광범위한 인사검증기록물을 대통령지정기록물로 지정하여 대통령기록관으로 이관하였을 것으로 추정된다. 그런데 제20대 정부가 출범하면서 2022년 6월부터 인사검증 담당기관이 대통령비서실 민정수석비서관실에서 법무부 '인사정보관리단'으로 변경됨에 따라 그간 유지된 인사검증 프로세스와 관련된 기록물의 보존에 커다란 변화가 생겼다. 이에 이 연구에서는 우선 인사검증기록물이 무엇이며 그간 어떻게 보존되고 관리되어 왔는지를 살펴 보았다. 그리고 이번 인사검증 담당기관의 변화로 인해 기록관리 차원에서 어떠한 쟁점이 생겨났는지, 그 쟁점들을 어떤 방식으로 해결해야 하는지에 대하여 실무적· 제도적 차원에서 개선 방안을 제안하였다.

기록의 다양성은 많은 분야에서 중요하게 강조되고 있다. 스포츠 분야에서도 기록관리의 중요성을 강조하여 종목의 역사를 남기는 데 많은 노력을 기울여 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 젊은 층에게 인기가 높은 농구 종목을 중심으로 하여, 기록정보서비스를 개발하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기록정보서비스 개발 방안은 기술을 개발하는 관점도 있지만, 최근 수요가 많아지고 있는 기록관리학의 관점으로 기술하였다. 이를 위하여 정보서비스 이용 예정자들에게 FGI를 통하여 요구 분석을 하였고, 기록 분석의 절차 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 시스템 구조와 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계하였고, 기록을 관리하고 열람할 수 있는 화면을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기록관리 분야에서 스포츠 분야 기록관리에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

국가의 재정지원은 대학의 구성원인 교수 학생 연구원에게 양질의 교육 및 연구가 이루어 질 수 있도록 기회를 제공한다. 국가적 예산의 유입과 한시적인 성격이라는 특수하게 조직된 대학특별사업단의 기록물은 또한 특별하게 바라볼 필요가 있다. 이러한 배경으로 조직된 대학특별사업단에서 생산되는 기록물은 사업의 평가와 투명한 예산 집행의 증거로써 관리되어야 하고 연구의 결과물로써 활용 될 수 있음에도 불구하고 타 대학기록물에 비해 관리가 취약하다. 이유는 사업단이 기록물을 생산하고 있음에도 불구하고 처리과로 인정되지 않고 한시적 기관의 특성으로 인해 생겨나는 문제점들로 기록물관리가 미흡할 수밖에 없기 때문이다. 본 연구는 전북지역 J대학에서 수행되고 있는 대학특별사업단(이하 사업단)의 기록관리 현황을 분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 교육부가 지원하는 5대 사업단을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 문헌조사를 통한 선행연구조사를 시작으로 사업단 담당자 및 전문가 등 총 12명을 대상으로 면담을 진행하였다. 현황분석과 도출한 문제점을 바탕으로 사업단 기록물관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 개선방안을 제도적 인식적 관리적 시스템적 측면에서 제안하였다. 제도적 측면과 인식적 측면을 통해 관련 제도 및 규정을 정립하여 기록물관리가 정당성을 가질 수 있는 근본적인 틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 관리적 측면에서 각 요소들이 체계적인 기록물관리를 위하여 이루어진 관계와 주어진 역할은 무엇인지 정의하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시스템적 측면에서 통합아카이브시스템의 구축을 위한 방안과 현재 사용되고 있는 시스템 및 2017년 도입될 "코러스"와 연계방향을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 운동부 지도자들이 운동선수들의 기량을 향상시키기 위하여 효율적으로 기록관리 할 수 있는 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한 것이다. 운동선수들이 기량을 향상시키기 위해서는 실전과 같은 훈련을 하여야 하며 그에 대한 방안으로 기구, 시설, 장비, 상황 등에 맞추어 훈련하는 방법도 있겠지만, 훈련 시 달성한 기록을 체크하여 운동선수에게 기록에 대한 동기부여를 하는 방안도 생각할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유소년 농구클럽을 대상으로 사전 조사를 통하여 실제 농구경기에서 쓰이는 기록관리 시스템으로 운동을 하였을 때와, 그렇지 않았을 때 경기 기록 활용이 동기 부여가 되는 것을 확인하였다. 그리하여 스마트폰 기반 기록관리 어플리케이션을 설계하고 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 이용한 후 지도자들의 설문조사를 통하여 훈련 효율성을 측정한 결과 실력향상을 위한 동기부여가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

In this research, we employed various data mining techniques to build predictive models for win-loss prediction in Korean professional baseball games. The historical data containing information about players and teams was obtained from the official materials that are provided by the KBO website. Using the collected raw data, we additionally prepared two more types of dataset, which are in ratio and binary format respectively. Dividing away-team's records by the records of the corresponding home-team generated the ratio dataset, while the binary dataset was obtained by comparing the record values. We applied seven classification techniques to three (raw, ratio, and binary) datasets. The employed data mining techniques are decision tree, random forest, logistic regression, neural network, support vector machine, linear discriminant analysis, and quadratic discriminant analysis. Among 21(= 3 datasets${\times}$7 techniques) prediction scenarios, the most accurate model was obtained from the random forest technique based on the binary dataset, which prediction accuracy was 84.14%. It was also observed that using the ratio and the binary dataset helped to build better prediction models than using the raw data. From the capability of variable selection in decision tree, random forest, and stepwise logistic regression, we found that annual salary, earned run, strikeout, pitcher's winning percentage, and four balls are important winning factors of a game. This research is distinct from existing studies in that we used three different types of data and various data mining techniques for win-loss prediction in Korean professional baseball games.

본 연구의 목적은 LP 산업의 구조를 분석하여 해당 산업의 매력도를 이해하고 시사점을 도출하는 것에 있다. 선행연구는 급증한 LP 수요에 주목하며 소비자 관점에서 해당 소비와 LP 산업을 이해하였으나, 본 연구는 LP의 생산 및 유통의 주체에 초점을 맞추어 진행하였다. 본 논문은 LP 산업 내 현업종사자들과 심층면접 및 다양한 이차자료를 통해 자료를 수집하고, 이를 포터(1980/2008)의 5요인 이론(Five Forces model)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, LP 산업의 매력도는 산업 내 경쟁 강도가 적정하고 구매자의 교섭력이 약하다는 측면에서는 긍정적이지만, 신규 진입자와 대체재의 위협 및 공급자의 교섭력이 강하다는 측면에서 부정적이다. 이는 LP 산업에 신규 진입하려는 기업들의 전략적 판단을 위한 기초자료로서의 의의가 있다.

기록관은 이용자의 다양한 요구에 따라 변화하여 왔다. 초창기 기록관에서의 업무 수행은 자료의 수집 및 보존에 치중되었지만, 지금은 자료의 보존 뿐 아니라 활용에 대하여 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 따라서 기록관들은 이용자 중심의 적극적 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중앙기록물 관리기관인 국가기록원에서 2005년 서비스혁신팀을 신설하여 지난 2년간 수행한 각종 서비스 프로그램을 소개하고 이와 병행하여 선진기록국인 미국립기록관리청, 영국 기록관리청에서 수행하는 기록정보 서비스 내용을 소개하여 향후 벤치마킹을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 아울러 새로운 이용자를 창출하기 위한 서비스 프로그램 영역의 확대와 기록홍보의 중요성을 제언하면서 선진기록관의 기록정보 서비스 표준지침을 수록하여 국내 기록관련 유관기관의 향후 기록정보 서비스 정책을 수립하는데 기초 자료로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance-performance of clinical nutrition management in convalescent hospitals. The research was carried out based on questionnaires administered from March to April, 2015 to 73 dietitians at 40 convalescent hospitals in the Gyeongnam area. There was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores for importance (4.01/5.00) and performance (2.95/5.00) of clinical nutrition management. The importance and performance grid analysis showed that participation in a nutritional management committee, administration of patients using a cooperation program among hospital departments, cooperation with a medical team on patient's nutrition status, nutrition initial assessment, nutrition care process for patients showing malnutrition, nutrition care process for tube feeding patients, management of a therapeutic diet, meal management using dietary slip instructions including a therapeutic diet, and explication of a therapeutic diet for patients scored high regarding importance and performance (doing great area). Medical records on patient's nutrition management, and nutrition counseling for requested patient scored low regarding the importance and high regarding performance (overdone area). Participation in medical rounds, personal nutrition education for patients, group nutrition education for patients, nutrition education for medical teams, development of a menu for therapeutic diet and standardized recipes, and provision of information on diet therapy for patients after discharge scored low regarding importance and performance (low priority area). Accreditation of convalescent hospitals and interest of medical professionals in clinical nutrition management were effective variables for the importance-performance gap of clinical nutrition management. In conclusion, the accreditation process and positive awareness of medical professionals with regard to clinical nutrition management had positive effects on reduction of the importance-performance gap in clinical nutrition management at convalescent hospitals. The strength of clinical nutrition management in the accreditation and development of an education program for increasing medical team or administrator interest in clinical nutrition management could lead to improvement of clinical nutrition management for elderly patients in convalescent hospitals.

Background : A critical path defines an optimal sequencing and timing of interventions by physicians, nurses, and other staff for a particular diagnosis or procedure, designed to better utilize resources, maximize quality of care, and minimize delays. It can be thought of as a visualization of the patient care process. In this study, a review of appendectomy patient records was undertaken to identify a critical path for the management of this treatment. Methods: For this study, records of patients under 15 or over 65 years of age were excluded ; cases where the patient was pregnant, or where complications developed were also excluded. The remaining 21 cases were divided into two categories according to the indication for appendectomy : for acute appendicitis, and for perforated appendix or drainage of periappendical abscess. The time frame for the review was from patient examination immediately prior to operation, through discharge. The study team was composed of a surgeon, research head nurse, education head nurse, surgical part head nurse, and medical recorder. Following their review of the 21 charts, the team determined an appropriate progression and schedule for an appendectomy. Result : Through the chart and literature review, the following aspects of the care process were identified as typical and tracked : monitoring/assessment, treatment, lines/drains, medication, activity, diet, tests and patient education. Conclusion : From this study, the design team determined two separate critical paths : one for appendectomy only, and one for appendectomy plus drainage. Next, these paths must be validated and fine-tuned through clinical implementation. In addition, a comparison of our design with the critical paths determined at other hospitals would be extremely valuable for advancing research in this area. Lastly, the critical path approach to improving patient care and maximizing hospital resources should be applied to other procedures.

비공개 세부 기준은 기관에서 비공개해야 하는 대상 정보와 그에 대한 근거를 포함하는 것으로 정보공개법에 따라 업무성격을 고려하여 수립 및 공개하여야 하며, 지속적인 현행화가 요구된다. 실무적으로 반드시 필요한 도구이자 국민의 알권리를 보호하는 주요 장치임에도 불구하고 '비공개 세부 기준'의 취지와 역할을 돌아보거나 공공기관의 개발, 운영 현황을 살펴 본 연구는 부족했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비공개 세부 기준을 개발하기 위한 발주기관과 연구사업 수행팀의 전략을 A기관 사례를 통해 소개하고자 한다. 특히 두 기관 간의 의사소통 및 사업 과정 중의 세부사항을 공유함으로서 향후 비공개 세부 기준을 개발 하려는 공공기관에 실무적 도움이 되기를 기대한다.
