  • In this paper, the validity for the application of the diffuse sound field theoty to the real sound field, especially on the bounding surfaces of the rooms, was reconsidered. The analytical result for directivity pattern on the bounding surfaces of the room was compared with the result of numerical simulations using ray tracing technique. Comparison results show that the distribution of the incident sound energy vs incident angles is approximated to Gaussian distribution, not to the uniform distribution.

  • In the paper, I selected the research topic, methods to commercialize traditional tea as a way to spread our tea culture recognizing the meaning of traditional tea. In other words, the research suggests that it should be significant that we learn some basic characters as well as reconsideration on traditional tea to commercialize our traditional tea as a tourism product. Consequently, it needs to develop various programs so as to provide chances to learn traditional tea manner along with the commercialization of traditional tea as a tourism product.

  • FRBR, as is new conceptual model of bibliography based on entity-relation model, direct to revision of AACR. OCLC and other bibliographic utility develop algorithm that cluster relative bibliographic records automatically, which were derived from one original work, and web-based prototype for FRBR browsing. But the state of domestic research level stay at conceptual reconsideration of FRBR model.7his study focused on analyzing FRBR algorithm and application of KORMARC database.

  • The domestic concrete standard specification(l999) reports roughly about heat transfer analysis and thermal stress analysis for mass concrete. Engineers cannot but choice after all numerical method such FEM, FDM to escape review. It seems to us that the specification is room for reconsideration because above methods are vary expensive and without popularity. This study suggests thermal distributed function in mass concrete. The function consists of two independent variables, curing time and depth. It's results have been tested a sensitivity for unit cement content, form condition, curing condition, and shape(depth, width). Results of the function are made a comparison with analytical values of MIDAS/CIVIL and a few measurement values. The researchers could meet with coherent and good results for variable cases.

  • In contemporary architecture, "Function" should be required reconsideration and overall observation in architectural design. Especially, the architecture of the enterprise purely based on the increment of productivity and profits need to concern new implication of function in contemporary architectural design. The architectural strategy of three major European enterprise SNCF present its crucial role of architecture concernmg the presentation and enhancement of the company images. In the process of the numerous construction of the super fast train (T.G.Y) station, SNCF emphasis the technology of the company through the expression of High Tech in the building design. This study clearly explains new implication of function required in relations between the contemporary architecture and the enterprise. the enterprise.

  • Steel reinforced concrete is perhaps the most versatile and widely used construction material. The versatility is attributed to mouldability of concrete to any conceivable shape. The inherent property of cracking of concrete is the reason for its low tensile strength and hence the design approach of RCC sections in flexure adopts the cracked section theory where in concrete in tension zone is ignored. Means, modes and methods of exploitation of concrete strength by conceiving shapes other than rectangular whereby ineffective concrete in tension zone is reduced and incorporated in compression zone where it is effective needs consideration. Shape optimization of beams is attempted in this analytical investigation employing Sequential Unconstrained Minimization Technique (SUMT). The results clearly show that trapezoidal beams happen to be less costlier than their rectangular counterparts, their usage needs serious reconsideration by the designers.

  • The Aid-India Consortium was organized in 1958 as an international scheme to support the economic development of India, and led by the World Bank. This article reconsiders the economic diplomacy of the Indian Government in the 1950s and 1960s, by paying attention to the interactions between the Indian authorities and the donor countries and institutions, in the context of the Cold War regime, decolonization and economic aid to the newly independent countries. First, it deals with the development of the Aid-India Consortium by considering debates at its annual meetings and the skillful negotiations of the Indian Government and financial authorities. It focuses especially on the leading role of an Indian diplomat and financial expert, B. K. Nehru. The article then tries to reveal an Indian initiative in solving the 'food crises' of 1965-67 through intimate collaboration with the US government and the World Bank, using the framework of the Aid-India Consortium. These attempts lead to a reconsideration of the economic order of Asia in the 1950s and 1960s.

  • The majority of important structures are made of concrete. Recently earth canals have increasingly been changed to concrete-based irrigation structures every year for higher efficiency of water conveyance and easier maintenance. Unfortunately these concrete structures for agricultural purpose have serviced to only $15{\sim}20$ years, which amounts to only about one third of target service life and will finally result in natural resources waste and weakening of competitive power of agriculture and farmers. Moreover, recently increased concerns of phil-environment have required reconsideration of the roles, shapes, service lives of the irrigation structures. Hereby, this study is presented to find out suggestions or comments on the solutions to the problems of shorter service life and the resultant environmental impact encountered recently in the hydraulic structures for the prosperity of farmers, agriculture and this country.

  • Dualized program for building Public Administration scholarship in Korea has been, in a sense, a result of theoretical tension between the two positions, politics/administration dualism vs. politics/administration monism. The program has maintained its integrity by its dependence on a foundational question, "Is administration a different field of action from politics?" Korean community for the study of public administration has maintained its oneness by internally asking this question even though the two external philosophical positions were relatively indubitable. Strating from the well-known changes in the community, this brief outline for the future full exegesis tries to read carefully one point shown in the second chapter of one of the most seminal proposals for foundation of modern Public Administration, one paragrahp in the second chapter of "The Study of Administration" by Woodrow Wilson. What was the contemporary meaning of Wilson's classic distinction made in 1887? Keeping this research question in our mind, we will attempt to prepare for the full understanding of a kind of internal distinction Wilson explicitly draws between the constitutional and the administrative.

  • Two marine gastrotrich species of the genus Acanthodasys, A. ericinus Lee, 2012 and A. comtus Lee, 2012, are taxonomically reconsidered. Both of them were originally described based on the specimens from intertidal or sublittoral sandy bottom of the Yellow Sea and Jeju Island, South Korea, and included in a monographical publication of in 2012. However, the description of them was quite insufficient, and designations of type specimens were entirely lacking. In this study, we make a subsequent designation of type specimens for the two Acanthodasys species, and carry out a full redescription of them with additional remarks on their morphological micro-characteristics by scanning electronic microscopy. Some brief nomenclatural notes on Korean marine gastrotrichs are also provided.
