남성의 패션관여상황에 따라 추구하는 자기이미지와 선호 패션스타일 (Preferred Fashion Style based on the Men's Self-image Including Fashion Involved Circumstances)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the self-image of men and the characteristics of their fashion styles, as they are fast becoming an influential consumer group. Men in the thirties and forties who had a higher-than-average interest in fashion were surveyed online and the results from this study are as follows. In terms of variations of self-image connected to situations, we found that there were strong relationships between the preference of the "charming & romantic" image to private meet-ups with acquaintances, "intelligent & classy" to official events, "rational & realistic" to everyday work in an official setting, and "modest & ordinary" to complex situations including family occasions and customary events. Those who aimed for "urban refinement - sensitive" appeal also preferred a "charming & romantic" self-image, while pursuing a "classic & modern" fashion style for official settings and a "gentle & charming" style in private settings. Those who aimed for "stable elegance - intelligent" youth" image preferred the "intelligent & classy" image, while pursuing a "stable & intelligent" fashion style in official settings, and an "intelligent yet active & young" style in private settings. Those who aimed for "rational practicality - comfortable activity" image preferred a "rational & realistic" self-image, while pursuing a "rational & practical" fashion style in official settings, and a "comfortable & active" style in private settings. Those who aimed for "ordinary modesty - plain simplicity"preferred a modest and ordinary self-image, while pursuing an ordinary fashion style, and a simple style in private settings. The various situational assessments used in this study to analyze the fashion-related circumstances for male consumers can be utilized in upcoming studies, and can be an effective indicator of situational consumer preferences in terms of men's fashion marketing and product planning strategies.

국외 임상술기센터의 임상교육 현황과 시사점 (A review on clinical education in clinical skills centers worldwide and its implications)

  • Purpose : The establishment of clinical skills centers(CSCs) to facilitate the teaching and assessment of clinical skills is one of the more recent developments occurring in medical schools worldwide. The aim of this study is to review experiences of CSCs in other medical schools and learn how to design a CSC in our school. Methods : This study was undertaken in two steps. In the first step, educational activities of CSCs in 6 medical schools were reviewed. In the second step, a search for articles of journals regarding clinical skills education in CSCs was conducted. Results : The review of CSCs programs reveals variations among centers in teaching and assessment activities. However there are increasing trends of utilizing CSCs in teaching and learning in CSCs. The delivery of clinical skills is expanded by an increasing use of simulated patients and realistic simulators. Through an audio/video technology, availability of more detailed monitoring and feedback. CSCs also provide greater opportunity for assessment of communications skills, physical examination and practical procedures. Conclusions: CSCs contribute to the effectiveness in clinical teaching and assessment. Educational benefits of a CSC can be maximized by utilizing new delivery methods, implementing educational strategies and staff development programmes.

3D 가상현실기반의 발표훈련시스템 (Presentation Training System based on 3D Virtual Reality)

  • 본 연구에서는 실제와 같은 가상발표환경을 구현하여 실전에서 자신감 있게 발표할 수 있도록 도와주기 위한 3D 가상현실기반의 발표훈련시스템을 제안한다. 제안시스템은 발표자의 음성과 행동을 실시간으로 분석하여 가상공간의 청중들에게 반영되게 함으로서 사실감 있고 몰입도 높은 발표 및 면접 환경을 제공하였다. 발표자는 6DOF Tracking이 되는 HMD와 VR Controller를 착용하고 Kinect를 이용하여 가상공간 속에서의 시점 변화 및 인터랙션을 줄 수 있으며 가상공간은 사용자가 설정한 다양한 환경으로 변경이 가능하도록 하였다. 발표자는 가상공간 속에 별도로 제공되는 뷰에 표시된 프리젠테이션 파일 및 스크립트를 보며 내용 숙지 및 발표 숙달 연습을 하게 된다.

다목적 시뮬레이션 통합 하이브리드 유전자 알고리즘을 사용한 수동 조립라인의 동기 작업 모델 (A Synchronized Job Assignment Model for Manual Assembly Lines Using Multi-Objective Simulation Integrated Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (MO-SHGA))

  • The application of the theoretical model to real assembly lines has been one of the biggest challenges for researchers and industrial engineers. There should be some realistic approach to achieve the conflicting objectives on real systems. Therefore, in this paper, a model is developed to synchronize a real system (A discrete event simulation model) with a theoretical model (An optimization model). This synchronization will enable the realistic optimization of systems. A job assignment model of the assembly line is formulated for the evaluation of proposed realistic optimization to achieve multiple conflicting objectives. The objectives, fluctuation in cycle time, throughput, labor cost, energy cost, teamwork and deviation in the skill level of operators have been modeled mathematically. To solve the formulated mathematical model, a multi-objective simulation integrated hybrid genetic algorithm (MO-SHGA) is proposed. In MO-SHGA each individual in each population acts as an input scenario of simulation. Also, it is very difficult to assign weights to the objective function in the traditional multi-objective GA because of pareto fronts. Therefore, we have proposed a probabilistic based linearization and multi-objective to single objective conversion method at population evolution phase. The performance of MO-SHGA is evaluated with the standard multi-objective genetic algorithm (MO-GA) with both deterministic and stochastic data settings. A case study of the goalkeeping gloves assembly line is also presented as a numerical example which is solved using MO-SHGA and MO-GA. The proposed research is useful for the development of synchronized human based assembly lines for real time monitoring, optimization, and control.

  • 필자는 팬터지 문학작품을 이용하는 것이 학생들의 창의력 함양에 도움이 되는 이유를 밝히고 있다. 창의성이란 정보를 통합하는 두뇌활동 중에 생산되는 것인데 팬터지 작품은 등장인물이나 배경을 통하여 이질적인 현실세계와 비현실의 있을 수 없는 정보들을 하나의 이야기로 엮음으로써 이질적인 정보를 하나의 시스템에 통합시킨다. 팬터지를 읽는 독자의 두뇌는 매우 이질적 정보들이 시스템(이야기)화 하는 즉 정보 통합의 예를 경험하게 된다. 그러므로 독서지도에서 팬터지 작품을 많이 이용하면 학생들의 두뇌활동 중에 정보를 통합하는 기회가 많아 질 것이고 학생들은 자연히 창의성 함양의 기회를 많이 가질 수 있다.

Reynolds stress correction by data assimilation methods with physical constraints

  • Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) models are extensively employed in industrial settings for the purpose of simulating intricate fluid flows. However, these models are subject to certain limitations. Notably, disparities persist in the Reynolds stresses when comparing the RANS model with high-fidelity data obtained from Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) or experimental measurements. In this work we propose an approach to mitigate these discrepancies while retaining the favorable attributes of the Menter Shear Stress Transport (SST) model, such as its significantly lower computational expense compared to DNS simulations. This strategy entails incorporating an explicit algebraic model and employing a neural network to correct the turbulent characteristic time. The imposition of realizability constraints is investigated through the introduction of penalization terms. The assimilated Reynolds stress model demonstrates good predictive performance in both in-sample and out-of-sample flow configurations. This suggests that the model can effectively capture the turbulent characteristics of the flow and produce physically realistic predictions.

일본 TV 심야 애니메이션의 스토리 경향:전일 애니메이션과의 비교 (Trends Found in Japanese Late Night Animations : -Comparative to Pre-Late Night Animations-)

  • 일본에서 2000년대부터 증가하기 시작한 심야 애니메이션은 2010년대에 이르러서 작품 수에 있어서 전일 애니메이션을 능가하였다. 주된 시청자가 청소년층 이상인 심야 애니메이션은 다양한 소재를 다루고 있지만, 종래의 전일 작품들의 스케일과는 적지 않는 차이가 있다. 본고에서는 그 원인을 전일 애니메이션과 비교해 보았다. 분석을 위해 전일, 심야의 각 시청율이 높은 상위 작품들을 대상으로 하여, 1)주인공의 목적과 목적을 이루는 방법, 2)주인공의 행동 무대와 경로, 3)주인공의 교류의 폭을 비교했다. 그 결과, 심야 애니메이션은 주인공의 목적관이 상당히 일상적이고 현실적인 방법으로 그 목적을 이루려고 하는 것으로 파악되었다. 또, 주인공은 작고 친숙한 커뮤니티를 중심으로 행동하며 그들의 교류 범위는 전일 작품보다 편협하고, 주로 커뮤니티 안의 공감을 통해서 이뤄지고 있었다. 즉, 심야 애니메이션과 종래 전일 애니메이션의 스케일 차이는 심야 작품의 '현실', '커뮤니티', '커뮤니티 속의 동지'를 주된 요소로 하는 것에 기인하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

Analysis of University Cafeteria Safety Based on Pathfinder Simulation

  • Recent years have seen a notable increase in fire incidents in university cafeterias, yet the social attention to these occurrences remains limited. Despite quick responses to these incidents preventing loss of life, the need for large-scale evacuation in such high foot traffic areas can cause significant disruptions, economic losses, and panic among students. The potential for stampedes and unpredictable damage during inadequate evacuations underscores the importance of fire safety and evacuation research in these settings. Previous studies have explored evacuation models in various university environments, emphasizing the influence of environmental conditions, personal characteristics, and behavioral patterns on evacuation efficiency. However, research specifically focusing on university cafeterias is scarce. This paper addresses this gap by employing Pathfinder software to analyze fire spread and evacuation safety in a university cafeteria. Pathfinder, an advanced emergency evacuation assessment system, offers realistic 3D simulations, crucial for intuitive and scientific evacuation analysis. The studied cafeteria, encompassing three floors and various functional areas, often exceeds a capacity of 1500 people, primarily students, during peak times. The study includes constructing a model of the cafeteria in Pathfinder and analyzing evacuation scenarios under different fire outbreak conditions on each floor. The paper sets standard safe evacuation criteria (ASET > RSET) and formulates three distinct evacuation scenarios, considering different fire outbreak locations and initial evacuation times on each floor. The simulation results reveal the impact of the fire's location and the evacuation preparation time on the overall evacuation process, highlighting that fires on higher floors or longer evacuation preparation times tend to reduce overall evacuation time.In conclusion, the study emphasizes a multifaceted approach to improve evacuation safety and efficiency in educational settings. Recommendations include expanding staircase widths, optimizing evacuation routes, conducting regular drills, strengthening command during evacuations, and upgrading emergency facilities. The use of information and communication technology for managing emergencies is also suggested. These measures collectively form a comprehensive framework for ensuring safety in educational institutions during fire emergencies.

  • 방송 드라마의 발전 과정에서 나타나는 남녀주인공의 직업은 다양해지고 있으며, 점차 전문직이나 전문경영인, 그리고 경찰 등의 특수 직업의 비중이 높아지고 있다. 또한 이성 간의 사랑 중심 스토리에서 남자주인공의 직업 중심 스토리가 핵심이 되는 경향으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 결과는 과거 드라마에서 직업이 드라마 스토리의 단순 배경으로 기능한 반면, 최근에는 세세하게 묘사되는 직업의 세계에서 자연스럽게 갈등이 구축되고 있음을 의미한다. 이는 멜로 장르의 드라마가 주류를 이루던 방송드라마 환경이 점차로 전문직업을 소재로 한 장르적 특성이 부각되는 방향으로 발전하고 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 향후 드라마의 품질향상을 위해서는 특정 직업 세계에 대한 작가의 전문성과 이를 토대로 한 논리적 내러티브 구성과 치밀한 영상처리가 수반되어야 한다. 이는 시청자들에게 현실감을 제공하는 필요하고도 충분한 조건이기 때문이다.

  • The practical learning experience is the heart of nursing's professional program of study, have been the most widely disscussed and yet the least studied of all nursing education activities. The major goal of practical learning experience is to provide opportunities in realistic work settings that permit the nursing student to develop the knowledge, skill It attitudes of a beginning practitioner. The purpose of this study is to identify the experience of practical learning in the children's rehabilitation center by nursing students, to provide basic information for developing practical learning in pediatric nursing education. The study design was a descriptive study. Data were collected 74 cases of journaling which came from senior nursing students who cared for the handicapped children in P rehabilitation center from 24, August, 1997 to 29, Decmber, 29, 1998. The collected data were analyzed using the content analysis by Kim & Lee(1986), Kim(1987).
