실시간 비디오 스타일 전이 기법에 관한 연구 (Real-time Style Transfer for Video)

  • 텍스처전이(Texture Transfer) 기법은 타겟영상의 고주파 성분인 텍스쳐를 소스영상에 적용시키는 영상처리 방법이다. 이 텍스쳐 전이기법은 입력 영상에 표현되고 있는 질감 등의 스타일을 대상 영상에 전이시키는데 사용 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 텍스쳐 전이기법을 비디오에 적용시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 특히 동영상에 적용시키기 위한 실시간 병렬 처리 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 기존 텍스쳐 전이기법에 사용되는 커널의 모양을 변경하여 병렬화가 가능하도록 하였으며, 동영상 적용 시 발생하는 시간적 일관성문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 비디오 프레임 영상의 다중해상도를 사용한 광류측정법을 제안하여 적용함으로써 실시간 비디오 처리를 가능하게 하였다.

  • In the Internet, multimedia data transfer is hard to guarantee the characteristics of the Real-Time because of the Best-Effort of the nature of IP, then additional mechanism is applied to multimedia application for real-time data. In this paper, we introduce the nature of multimedia and the necessary facility for real-time protocol. We propose protocol layer, which has necessary function above mentioned and offer the end-to-end transfer far real-time data. Also, the proposed protocol perform a next low operation: 1) a required information for QoS control by using Feedback mechanism is obtained from sender, 2) divided a transferred packet by delay and loss priority. 3) recognized the low service models, and 4) decided a bandwidth and QoS according to a network state

  • Nowadays, Internet users are widespread internationally. Fallowing the users requirements, server has to transfer real-time multimedia data to many clients. Multicast can significantly reduce the system overhead and the network resource waste, so it supports efficient mechanism when server has to transfer same data to many clients. We can deliver multimedia data transfer in real-time using Patching Algorithm which has no delay for service request. And multicast algorithm can support different network bandwidth using Receiver driven Layered Multicast under heterogeneous environment network. The purpose of this paper is to suggest an algorithm that can create new multicast group adequately and transfer real-time multimedia data efficiently under heterogeneous environment.

실시간 기상상태를 고려한 가용송전용량 산정 (Assessment of Available Transfer Capability (ATC) considering Real-time Weather Conditions)

  • Total Transfer Capability (TTC) should be pre-determined in order to estimate Available Transfer Capability (ATC). Typically, TTC is determined by considering three categories; voltage, stability and thermal limits. Among these, thermal limits are treated mainly in this paper on the evaluation of TTC due to the relatively short transmission line length of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) system. This paper presents a new approach to evaluate the TTC using the Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) for the thermal limit. Since the approach includes not only traditional electrical constraints but also real-time environmental constraints, this paper obtains more cost-effective and exact results. A case study using KEPCO system confirms that the proposed method is useful for real-time operation and the planning of the electricity market.

  • Real-time hybrid simulation (RTHS) is a promising cyber-physical technique used in the experimental evaluation of civil infrastructure systems subject to dynamic loading. In RTHS, the response of a structural system is simulated by partitioning it into physical and numerical substructures, and coupling at the interface is achieved by enforcing equilibrium and compatibility in real-time. The choice of partitioning parameters will influence the overall success of the experiment. In addition, due to the dynamics of the transfer system, communication and computation delays, the feedback force signals are dependent on the system state subject to delay. Thus, the transfer system dynamics must be accommodated by appropriate actuator controllers. In light of this, guidelines should be established to facilitate successful RTHS and clearly specify: (i) the minimum requirements of the transfer system control, (ii) the minimum required sampling frequency, and (iii) the most effective ways to stabilize an unstable simulation due to the limitations of the available transfer system. The objective of this paper is to establish a stability switch criterion due to systematic experimental errors. The RTHS stability switch criterion will provide a basis for the partitioning and design of successful RTHS.

도로환경 정온화의 실시간 적용을 위한 Co-LMS 알고리즘의 특성 고찰 (A Study on the Co-LMS Algorithm Characteristics of Real-time Applicants for Road Environment Calming)

  • The active noise control(ANC) method for noise problems solution generally uses filtered-X LMS algorithms. However, Filtered-X LMS algorithms were mainly used but these had a limitation that had to measure a transfer function of secondary noise path. However, newly proposed correlation-LMS algorithms have slightly much calculation and are minutely behind performance, these have a advantage not in measuring transfer function onerously so that we can easily adapt these in real time. Thus Co-LMS algorithm was developed to improve the real-time implementation performance under the variable input noise such as road noise environment. In this paper, the performance of the Co-LMS is presented in comparison with that of the Filtered-X LMS algorithm. Simulation results show that active noise control using Co-LMS have slightly much calculation and are minutely behind performance, these have a advantage not in measuring transfer function onerously so that we can easily adapt these in real time.

  • In case of performing resin transfer molding (RTM), race track effects and non-uniform fiber volume fraction may cause undesirable resin flow pattern and thus result in dry spots, which affect the mechanical properties of the finished parts. In this study, a real time RTM control strategy to reduce these unfavorable effects is proposed. Through numerical simulations and experiments, the validity of the proposed scheme is demonstrated.

무선 센서 네트워크에서 링크 에러율을 고려한 실시간 데이터 전달 기법 (A Real-Time Data Transfer Mechanism Considering Link Error Rates in Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크에서 지연시간에 민감한 데이터를 실시간으로 전달하는 기법을 제안하였다. 실시간 전송을 위한 기존의 방식들은 단순히 전달 지연이 짧은 경로 혹은 홉 수가 작은 경로를 선택한다. 하지만, 이러한 방식들은 링크 에러율을 고려하지 않았으므로, 전송 오류가 발생하는 경우에는 재전송으로 인하여 실시간 전송을 보장하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 링크 에러율을 고려하여 실시간 전송 경로를 선정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안하는 기법은 이웃 노드들 간의 링크 에러율에 기반하여 홉 간의 전송 지연시간을 추정함으로써 종단 간 기대되는 지연시간을 계산한다. 소스 노드는 가장 짧은 전달 지연시간을 가진 경로를 실시간 경로로 선택하고 데이터를 전송한다. 링크의 에러율에 따른 다양한 실험을 통하여 제안 방식이 데이터 전달 속도를 향상시키고 지연 지터를 감소시킨다는 사실을 확인하였다. 또한, 전송 오류와 재전송의 상대적 인 감소로 인하여 에너지 소비가 줄어들고 네트워크 수명이 연장된다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

HILS를 이용한 함정의 관성항법장치 전달정렬 환경 모의 기법 (A Simulation Technique of the Shipboard INS Transfer Alignment Environments using Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation)

  • A simulation technique, which simulate dynamic motion and communication environments of ship in the lab, is needed in order to reduce the testing cost when we evaluate the transfer alignment performance of shipboard INS. Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation(HILS) can be used as an effective test method for those system because it can provide flexible and realistic simulation environments, various test scenario, and repeated test environment in the lab without additional cost and person. This paper presents the methods for implementing the real time HILS environment for testing transfer alignment performance of shipboard INS. It includes real time executive for controlling realtime simulation and calculating the ship motion, communication method for interfacing between the systems, and coordinate transformation method for converting real ship coordinate attitude data to lab coordinate attitude data.

도로소음 입력의 ANC시스템에서 실시간 적용의 CLMS 알고리즘의 성능 (Performance of CLMS Algorithm for Real-time Application in ANC Systems of Road Noise Input)

  • Recently, many active noise control (ANC) systems, which employ the adaptive filter controlling method, have been reported for eliminating unwanted noise. ANC systems based on the filtered-X least mean square (FXLMS) algorithm have a problem with compensating the acoustic feedback of secondary route. It is difficult to apply the real time, because transfer function of secondary route must be measured by off-line method to solve this problem. In this paper, we propose the ANC system that applies a correlation LMS(CLMS) algorithm for improving a problem of transfer function measurement. The proposed algorithm is based on input of road noise. The proposed ANC systems have an advantage of real-time process without degradation of performance, although there are many calculation compared with FXLMS algorithm.
