본 논문은 최근 실시간 기업(RTE: Real-Time Enterprise)의 구현도구로 각광을 받고 있는 BPM(Business Process Management)이 신속하고 다양한 모니터링 및 분석을 제공할 수 있는 새로운 모니터링 기법을 소개한다. 본 논문의 방법론은 기존의 프로세스 모니터링 서비스의 한계를 극복하고 개인에 따라 차별화된 모니터링 환경을 제공한다. 제시된 모형은 모니터링 객체(monitoring objects), 분석 기법(analysis methods), 표현 양식(presentation styles), 모니터링 이벤트(audit events)의 네 가지 축에 따라 모니터링 구정 요소들을 분해하고, 분해된 개별 단위들을 사용자가 자유롭게 조합하여 모니터링 서비스를 구성할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 기업의 경영자가 실시간으로 경영성과를 확인하도록 하고 추후의 경영활동에 반영하도록 하는 실시간 기업의 환경을 구축하도록 한다.

Ground troops as part of the implementation of the real-time visualization of battlefield tactics to ensure the exchange of information sharing and situational awareness for the ground tactical data link system development is underway. However, with the existing inorganic KVMFbased weapon systems and tactics Quarterly problem occurs because the information has not been in development or in the development of future weapons systems based KVMF share battlefield information to enable interoperability building measures is presented.

This parer proposes application of quality costing system in quality improvement area. Cost of quality in quality improvement area provides a valuable of both providing the need for improvement and giving a starting point for project. WQCMS(Web-based Q-Cost Management System) have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. Web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. This paper proposes standard model for quality cost process in quality improvement area.

본 논문에서는 해군 전투체계 시스템과 같이 다중 노드 네트워크 환경에서의 인터페이스 설계도구에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 해군 전투체계 시스템에서 사용되는 Real-time Middleware protocol인 DDS(Data Distribution System)에 대해 설명하였고 이를 이용하여 데이터 통신을 할 경우, 메시지를 정의하고 송수신할 수 있는 노드를 정의하는 설계도구의 요구사항을 정리하였다. 이러한 요구사항을 바탕으로 개발한 인터페이스 설계 도구인 ATHENA(Advanced Topic management Host for ENterprise Application)를 소개하고 마지막으로는 향후 발전 방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to implement web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. Developed WQCMS(Web-based Q-Cost Management System) have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. The proposed system was developed using Microsoft's .Net technology, ASP.NET and MS-SQL Server 2000. By web-enabling Q-cost management system, the effectiveness of the system management and utilization was realized by easiness of information integration and economical efficiency.

네트워크의 효율적인 관리를 위해서는 네트워크의 각 호스트에서 발생하는 트래픽을 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이러한 모니터링의 효율적인 방법 중 하나가 네트워크 장비에서 제공하는 flow 정보를 이용하는 방법이다. 하지만 이는 네트워크 장비의 과부하 발생, 운용비용 상승, 유연성 및 확장성 부족의 단점을 가진다. 이를 극복하기위하여 본 논문에서는 Enterprise 네트워크에 적합한 Flow 기반 실시간 트래픽 모니터링 시스템의 구조를 제안하고, 검증을 위해 구현한 내용을 기술한다. 본 시스템은 패킷을 수집하여 실시간으로 flow 정보를 생성하고 저장하는 Flow Generator 시스템, 저장된 flow 정보를 Analysis 시스템으로 전송하는 Flow Exporter 시스템, Traffic Analysis 시스템, 그리고 분석된 내용을 보여주는 Traffic Reporter 시스템으로 구성된다. 본 시스템은 다양한 분석 목적에 맞게 Flow 정보를 조절할 수 있는 유연성과 다양한 분석시스템을 구축할 수 있는 확장성을 가진다. 본 논문에서 기술한 시스템은 학교 Campus 네트워크를 대상으로 구축되었다.

기업의 전사적 비즈니스와 IT 환경의 통합 청사진을 보여주는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처의 효율적인 시스템 적용을 위하여는 조직의 비즈니스, 정보, 응용시스템, 기술 기반구조의 연관관계와 미래모델을 시각적으로 사용자에게 보여주어야 한다. 기존 ITAMS 혹은 EAMS 라고 불리는 시스템에 아키텍처 툴을 이용하여 EA 의 모델정보를 퍼블리싱하여 시각화하였는데 시스템과 아키텍처 툴간의 플랫폼의 이질성으로 인하여 아키텍처정보를 그래픽화하여 변환하고 해당정보를 시스템에서 보여주는데 실시간 적용이 불가능 했을 뿐 아니라 사용자의 편의성이 원활하지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 XML 기반의 SVG 그래픽 도구를 이용하여 아키텍처 작업을 가능하게 하고 SVG 정보의 자동 생성 및 웹기반 모델링 툴을 구현하여 시스템과 모델링 툴의 단일 레파지토리화를 통하여 데이터의 이원화를 해소하고 사용자 편의성을 증대하는 패턴을 구현한다.

We propose a mobile point-of-sale system, which consists of only mobile information terminals and personal computers. The proposed system provides most of functionalities related with resource planning, adminstration and management, provided by medium-scale or large-scale POS systems, with additional functionalities, such as automatic information gathering and management through mobile interconnection, while eliminating the necessity of additional special-purpose devices, such as bar-code systems. The proposed system transmits order information through wireless and wired communication lines, thus allowing real-time sharing of order information among diverse information devices, such as mobile order receiving terminals, main server within stores, monitors and printers located in production lines. Also, the system is able to transfer such detail information produced within stores in real-time to the enterprise-level accounting, sales, logistics, personnel management system, which facilitate enterprise-wide management and administrative decision-making. No additional programs are required for mobile terminals. Order information received by such terminals are entered into databases through web server of main server and that information is again transferred to main server and production line printers. The proposed system can handle all the point-of-sale information and can provide almost of the POS functionalities by simply utilizing wireless internet, personal computers, and mobile terminals without installing specific-purpose peripheral devices. The proposed system can be widely applied to the small-scale stores and will contribute in reducing construction and maintenance cost required for point-of-sale management.

The competence of enterprise for managing information is evaluated not by the amount of information but by the quality of information such as response time, data consistency, and data correctness. The degradation of data quality is usually caused by the inappropriate process of managing the structure and value of stored data. According to the recent survey on the actual condition of data quality management, the correctness and consistency of data appeared to be the most problematic area among the six criteria of data quality management such as correctness, consistency, availability, timeliness, accessibility, and security. Moreover, the problem was more serious in case of small and medium-sized companies than large enterprises. In this paper, therefore, we attempt to propose a new data quality control methodology for small and medium-sized companies that can improve the correctness and consistency of data without consuming too much time and cost. To adopt the proposed methodology to real application immediately, we provided some scripts for as-is analysis and devised automation tools for managing naming rules of vocabulary, terminology, and data code. Additionally, we performed case study on the distribution service of a small-sized company to estimate the applicability of our tool and methodology.

Enterprise which has a core technology or organization which manages a core information will be walking into a critical situation like a ruins when organization's confidential information is outflowed. In the past confidential information that was leaked to the off-line, recently the outflow made possible through a variety of equipment at any time via the network based on the ubiquitous communication environment. In this paper, we propose to authenticate and block all packets transmitted via the network at real-time in order to prevent confidentials outflow. Especially in or der to differentiate between users who attempt to disclose confidentials, we propose to insert user's biometric informaion transparently at per-packet basis, and also verify a performance by simulation.
