글로벌 건설시장에서의 요구기술과 건설재교육 공급현황 간 차이분석을 통한 개선방안 도출 (Gap Analysis between Required Technology in the Global Market and Supply of Construction Re-education)

  • Demand for construction technology is expected to change due to changes in domestic and foreign construction markets and the fourth industrial revolution. In particular, demand for project management strategy and project management capability is even more increasing rather than existing production technology capability. However, the current re-education program for engineers and technicians in construction industry is not matching the need of improving capacity required to reflect the demand of construction technology from construction industry. Therefore, in this study, as a part of efforts in innovating the current global construction talent re-education system to cope with the change in the construction industry, we analyzed the difference between the demand of construction technology and the present condition of construction re-education program. In order to investigate the current status of re-education of construction, questionnaires were prepared to gather opinions from construction engineers who attended construction re-education program and also from industrial partners that are jointly doing business. This study can be an example to improve the construction re-education program as a system for substantially reinforcing the competence of engineers rather than those programs that are merely verifying and/or extending engineers' certification.

  • 본 연구는 과학기술인력에 대한 재교육 계속교육 요구를 분석하여, 과학기술인력에 대한 기존 교육의 체계화 및 신규 프로그램을 발굴하고, 더 나아가 과학기술 인력 재교육 계속교육에 대한 정책 추진에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 과학기술인력 재교육 계속교육의 필요성 및 기존 산업현장의 요구를 분석하고 시사점을 도출한 후, 대학 및 출연(연), 그리고 민간기업 연구소의 연구 인력을 대상으로 재교육 계속교육의 시행 현황 조사 및 시행 프로그램에 대한 중요도 만족도 조사를 통해 기존의 교육 프로그램에 대한 교육 대상자의 요구를 분석하고, 교육 활성화 장애 요인 및 개선요인을 조사하여 체계적이고 효율적인 재교육 계속교육 프로그램을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한, 과학기술인력의 재교육 계속교육에 대한 정부 지원의 필요성 및 지원내용의 중요성에 대한 조사를 통해 과학기술인력에 대한 정부 지원 정책에 대한 요구를 분석하였다.

소매유통전문인 양성을 위한 교육프로그램의 평가 - 소규모 자영업자의 경쟁력강화 방안의 일환으로 - (Evaluation of Re-education program for retailers' with self-employed to enhance their market competition)

  • This study examines changes in economy status of retailers with self-employed and introduce a re-education program for enhancing their market competition supported by KeiMyung University and the city of Daeku. There are more than 80 participants for this program, mostly employed in small business in such as supermarket, apparel industry, conventional type of market and so on. The questionnaires were administered to all participants and analyzed the level of satisfaction for categories included in survey to evaluate the program. The results of study leads us to suggest the ways how those small business families can survive in furture and give the motives to develop new marketing strategies.

경력단절 간호사의 재취업교육 프로그램 개발과 운영 (The Development and Management of a Re-entry Program for Inactive Registered Nurses)

  • Purpose: The study was aimed to suggest a model re-entry program into the job market for inactive registered nurses, based on the development and management of a program and the evaluation of its efficiency. Method: The participants in the program were 82 inactive nurses and the development and evaluation of the program followed ADDIE. To develop the program, general characteristics and demand on re-entry into the job market were investigated. Satisfaction level of the program and confidence in nursing practice were measured to evaluate it. Result: Participants were 45 years old, had 6 years' clinical experience, and had 14 inactive career years on average. The program included basic and core education courses, and a clinical course. The participants were satisfied with its management, and 80.3 percent of them agreed with the need for the program. Also, clinical sites and instructors in the clinical course were satisfactory. Participants gained high confidence in nursing practice skills. Conclusion: The study showed the goal of the program was accomplished by motivating inactive nurses for re-entry to the work force and enhancing capability in duty. The program needs standardizing, and field adaptability should be strengthened through clinical practice. An evaluation tool for the program has to be developed.

신경근 재교육이 뇌졸중 환자의 신체구성, 혈액점도 및 신체운동기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Neuromuscular Re-education on Physical Composition, Blood Lipid Levels and Physical Motor Function in Stroke Patients)

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of Neuromuscular Re-education Program and Traditional Intervention Program and is focusing on the difference between changes of experimental before and after on 30 stroke patient's body composition, blood lipid levels, physical motor function. The obtained results are as follows; 1. Change in body composition 1) The change due to the Neuromuscular Re-education Program and Traditional Intervention Program before and after, the Fat Mass and Soft Lean Mass were changed but not significantly. 2) In the comparison of change according to duration, Significant differences were not shown in Fat Mass and Soft Lean Masss between The experimental group and control group. 2. Change in blood lipid levels 1) The change due to the Neuromuscular Re-education Program and Traditional intervention Program before and after, the Cholesterol, Glucose and TG were changed but not significantly. 2) In the comparison of change according to duration, Significant differences were not shown in the Cholesterol, Glucose and TG between the Experimental group and Control group. 3. Change in physical motor function 1) The change due to Neuromuscular Reeducation Program before and after. The physical motor function was significantly changed(p<0.01; p<0.05). but Traditional Intervention Program was changed but not significantly. 2) In the comparison of change according to duration, Signicant differences between the Experimental group and Control group was significantly changed in only the Neuromuscular Reeducation Program(p<0.05). In conclusion, The Neuromuscular Reeducation Program were not changed significantly but it can be said that the Neuromuscular Reeducation Program was more suitable for intervention to improve physical motor function of stroke patients than Traditional Intervention Program. Therefore if further studies increase the experimental duration of Reeducation Program and make the patient's reeducation continuously for improvement of physical motor function in stroke patient are needed.

편마비 환자의 운동조절 능력 향상을 위한 중재 프로그램의 효과 (The Effect of Intervention Program for Motor Control Ability in Hemiplegic Patients)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of neuromuscular re-education program and general intervention program. It is focused on difference between changes of experimental before and after on 20 stroke patient's motor control ability. The obtained results are as follows; In change in motor control ability, neuromuscular re-education program group about the motor control ability was a significant difference(p<.01). And traditional intervention program group, the motor control ability was a significant difference in all of items (p<.01; p<.05) but, were not a significant difference in bladder management, social interaction, problem solving and memory. And also comparison of change in motor control ability between the experimental group and control group, the between-subjects factors were a significant difference. Most of the functional items on the functional items on the functional measurement and neuromuscular function measurement are concerned with the physical autonomy of the hemiplegic patients. More in depth knowledge may be acquired about the distribution of physical and motor control patterns with respect to the degree of neurologic deficit for the enhencement of residual motor control function in hemiplegia. In conclusion, the neuromuscular re-education program was more effect then traditional intervention program in motor control ability.

기업가의 창업 실패 경험과 재교육이 재창업에 미치는 영향: 창업 동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Entrepreneurs' Failure Experience and Re-education on Subsequent Venture: Moderating Effect of Entrepreneurial Motivation)

  • 사회적으로 창업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있지만 사실 창업은 실패할 가능성이 높게 내포되어 있는 위험한 도전이기도 하다. 창업 연구에 있어 실패는 필연적으로 연구되어야 할 부분이지만, 기본적으로 실패를 회피하고 싶고 선호하지 않는 경향 때문에 상대적으로 폭넓게 연구되어 오지 못했다. 실패는 기업가에게 있어 고통스럽고 큰 비용을 수반하는 경험이지만 긍정적으로 연결시킬 수만 있다면 성공으로 나아가기 위한 하나의 관문이자 촉매제로 작용할 수 있는 값진 경험이기도 하다. 창업 실패를 경험한 기업가에게 사회적 차원의 도움이 필요하다는 주장이 제기되며 최근 재창업 지원제도의 일환으로 재창업 교육 등을 통해 재기하고자 하는 창업가들에게 도움을 주고자 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실패를 경험한 기업가에 주목하여, 실패 경험을 통한 학습과 사회적 지원책으로의 재창업 교육이 재창업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 더불어 기업가의 개인적 요인으로 기업가의 행동에 큰 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있는 창업 동기에 주목하여, 실패 경험이 재창업에 미치는 영향 및 교육이 재창업에 미치는 영향에 기업가의 창업 동기가 어떠한 효과를 주는지 고찰해보고자 하였다. 분석을 위하여 재기중소기업개발원의 실패 후 재창업을 계획한 연속 창업가들을 대상으로 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석 결과, 이전 창업 경험으로부터 학습효과가 큰 기업가일수록 재창업 할 확률이 높았으며 재창업 교육으로부터 학습효과가 큰 기업가일수록 재창업할 확률 역시 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업의 외재적 동기가 클수록 이러한 이전 경험과 재창업 교육의 학습효과가 재창업에 미치는 긍정적 영향은 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다.

국내 건설 재교육 현황 분석을 통한 개선방안 (Improvement of Domestic Construction Re-Education through Status Analysis)

  • 과거 국내 건설산업은 인력의 양적인 투자가 주를 이루었지만, 최근 들어 건설시장에서 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 실무자를 대상으로 질적인 투자가 필요 하다는 의견이 제기되고 있다. 이를 위하여 다수의 건설업 실무자를 대상으로 재교육을 실시하고 있지만, 단기교육, 경력관리 부재 등의 문제로 인하여 현행 재교육의 효율성에 대한 부정적인 인식이 높은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 건설 재교육의 질적인 향상을 위하여, 현재 수행되고 있는 재교육의 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 2개의 핵심 문제점을 도출하였다. AHP 분석을 통해 도출된 문제점들에 대한 개선방안으로 'NCS/CDP 기반 통합교육프로그램 운영'을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 개선방안 및 예시를 통하여 건설 재교육의 질적향상과 실무자들의 역량을 지속적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계를 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다

RE-AIM 프레임워크를 이용한 프로그램 평가: 체계적 고찰과 어린이 대상 건강증진 프로그램 평가 (Program Evaluation using the RE-AIM Framework: A Systematic Review and Application to a Pilot Health Promotion Program for Children)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop evaluation criteria for the elementary-school-based health promotion program using the RE-AIM framework and to examine their feasibility. Methods: Previous evaluation studies on health interventions for elementary-school students using the RE-AIM framework were reviewed systematically to identify appropriate evaluation criteria. A diet and physical activity intervention based on the transtheoretical model was implemented in a pilot study using the "Happy Me" application. The feasibility of using the RE-AIM framework to evaluate it was examined. Results: The review yielded the following evaluation criteria: "reach," the ratio of participants out of the total target population; "efficacy/effectiveness," the difference in outcomes between the intervention and control groups, or between a pre- and post-test; "adoption," the rate of use of the program and participation in the next stage of the program; "implementation," the progress on the program components; "maintenance," the participants' and teachers' intention to continue using the program. The pilot study reached 76.6% of the targeted population. The intake of sugar-sweetened beverages decreased (P < 0.0001), and the duration of walking increased (P < 0.0001). Other indicators could not be evaluated; therefore, potential indicators were suggested. Conclusions: This study produced feasible evaluation criteria for elementary-school-based health promotion using the RE-AIM framework. Nevertheless, the feasibility needs to be validated with a broader range of studies and long-term interventions.

직장인의 은퇴기대가 은퇴준비교육요구에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Retirement Expectation on Pre-retirement Planning Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to elicit the multi-dimensions of retirement expectations, and explore sub-factors of retirement expectations which predict the possibility of worker's participation to each pre-retirement planning programs. The major findings were as follows: first, this study shows that there are four sub-factors; Imposed frustration, New beginning, Transition to rest, Continuing. And there was a significant difference in retirement expectation according to sex, age, income, and health status. Second, the major affecting factors on participation in pre-retirement planning programs were sex, age, job, educational attainment, and health status. Third, those who have retirement expectations of 'Imposed frustration' tend to attend re-employment, leisure, and health education. Those who have retirement expectations of 'Transition to rest' tend to attend re-employment, inauguration education. And those who have retirement of 'Continuing' tend to attend leisure education.
