This study proposed a logistics plan for sending supply to be distributed to areas other than producing areas to wholesalers and allocating supply to be distributed to areas near producing areas to local distribution center in the vicinity instead of shipping the entire quantity to wholesalers for fruits auction to increase the competitive edge of the domestic fruits and vegetables logistics market in the ear of infinite competition. A video auction-based short distance division logistics operation model was developed to enhance competitiveness related to the circulation of fruits and vegetables, reduce logistics costs, and rationalize logistics by distributing the items sent to wholesalers through field auction and the shipments at local distribution center to neighboring areas through video auction connected to wholesalers real-time. The study especially came up with a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages and costs of transportation between producing areas and wholesalers on the circulation routes of fruits.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the approach of economic feasibility and political and technical feasibility in the construction of a new public library. The results show that the cost-benefit analysis using in economic feasibility have the problems of benefit counting and discount rate, and also political and technical feasibility have the problems of wrong use in the rationalization of construction project. The result of this study is expected to be useful in preparing the feasibility study.

The aims of automation efforts in libraries are the rationalization of interval work and improvement of user services. After a period of exclusive internal computer utilization, later voluntary contact with the computer (e.g., circulation control with self services), patrons of American libraries now have to go to a computer terminal if they want certain information. Online public access catalogs(OPAC) have been used in American libraries since the end of the seventies. But OP AC are accepted by patron only if they have a useful and flexible user interface. This paper briefly describes the use of online catalogs in different type of libraries, categories of user (user, non-user), aspect of catalog use in context with computer experience etc. The disscussion then focuses on the characteristics of the final report of online catalog use study of Council on Library Resources and user problems in searching, as reported in many other catalog use studies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the subjective experiences of female college students about how they accept, resist, and interpret their gender identities and roles. The research data were autobiographic essays reflecting research participants' gender identities internalization process. Thirty essays were chosen, and carried by qualitative content analysis. It turned out that most of these female students were not blessed their birth among their family members only because of their sexes. On the one hand, these female students were restricted their behaviors by their sexes in their daily lives such as responsibility on household work, not permitting drinking, late returning home, and sexual behavior before marriage. On the other hand, they sometimes took advantage of their sexes for self-rationalization. But they were proud of the fact that they will be mothers someday. It seemed that motherhood was center for their female identity.

According to the use of electric power increases, the fire which ignited by electrical causes increases too. In this thesis electrical fires which occurs in the country for the past ten years are analyzed and developed the technology to identify the electrical fire. The focus of study is method to identify the electrical fires. The causes of electrical fire, it is analyzed a short-circuit and a over current, which take the highest ratio compare with other causes. The rationalization of identification, an electrical operating status is continuous monitored and the status can be accessed, black-box for identification electrical fires. The results of the study are the causes of electrical fire are found out logically, and the developed black-box for identification fires.

Since 1950 there has been a dramatic progress in rationalization of the production of sweet potato and potato starch in Japan. This enabled dextrose industry by enzymatic process to develop rapidly due to the success of enzymatic liquefaction and saccharification. Isomerization of glucose to fructose has been studied, and the immobilization of isomerases prompted its products on industrial scale in 1970. Another advance is the development of effective methods of producing high purity maltose. A malto-hexaose forming amylase was discovered in 1971 and attempts are being made for its pharmaceutical utilization. Saccharification of cellulose by cellulase has been studied. Conversion of starch to other polysaccharides is another example for the numerous Japanese activities.

ICT(information and communication technology) has played a pivotal role in the world economy, and the out look for ICT has improved markedly. One of the noticeable characteristics in the ICT sector Is the global rationalization of its technology and service. Specialization on the specific ICT capability is a pressing problem for many countries. Along the line of classical innovation cluster and network studies, this paper suggests a way to find and analyze the role of core technologies on the ICT network First, technology network is constructed by using patent citation data from USPTO. Then, a couple of cluster is generated by K-means clustering technique. Finally, brokerage analysis is applied to manifest the role of principal technologies. The network visualization and some stylized facts on dynamics are briefly given altogether Based on the role and relationship of technologies across clusters, it is expected that this research could contribute to the ICT cluster formation and the vision-making for ICT specialization at the viewpoint of technology Policy.

Recently, self-compacting concrete is applied in order to achieve workability improvement and rationalization in construction. But self-compacting concrete using viscosity agent has a difficulty in practical use because viscosity agent is invested small quantity and by man-power. Therefore in this paper we have been focused on the development and practical use of self-compacting concrete by hydraulic composition containing the segregation-reducing agent. According to mix variable, we find out right quantity of water, binder and rate of admixture replacement, and also we find out the optimum mix proportion. In the result, self-compacting concrete by hydraulic composition containing the segregation reducing agent gave satisfaction with standard and its demand will increase in the future.

In a comparison the Logistics system for Agro-food of Korea and the Logistic system of Europe and Japan, the more developed countries of Europe have better systems. This well-formed rationalization of Logistics on Agro-food, and perfectly-equipped packaging system measurements for Agro-food make 100% pallet freight possible. Also, this means that a unit load system has been achieved. In Japan, the Logistic system is mainly accomplished by auction. However, it has been rapidly changing into the same type as the developed countries these days. Logistic system in Korea is also mainly accomplished by auction under the influence of Japan. However it also has been rapidly changing in to the same type as the developed countries these days. In the future, Korea has to build up international competitiveness in the face of FTA(Free Trade Agreement) era. This can happen by having better-organized Agro-food Logistics system and unit load system which results in accurate packaging system measurements.
