In the past, purchasing limited products was nothing more than purchasing expensive luxury goods. However, the current 'Limited product purchase' is not just pay to ability, but the information to purchase the product are important factors. Therefore, this study aims to find out 1) the motivation to purchase limited edition products and 2) the effect of the motivation on the consumer's experience(price, intention to purchase). As a result, five major purchase motives(Conformity, Interest, Scarcity, Finance technology, Desire to concede) were found. Among them 'Interest' had a positive effect on the product purchase price, and 'Conformity' had a negative effect on the product price. Next, 'Interest' and 'Scarcity' had a positively significant effect on intention to purchase. Through this study, we were able to reveal in depth the actual purchase motives of consumers who are currently emerging as the main age group of the new consumption culture, and expect these purchase motives to be actively used in the new market such as resell markets.

Biliary adenofibromas are rare biliary epithelial tumors that are classified as benign. Nevertheless, some cases have been reported to show malignant transformations. The radiologic findings of biliary adenofibromas and their malignant transformation are not well-established because of their rarity. We present a case of a cholangiocarcinoma arising from a biliary adenofibroma assessed using ultrasonography, CT, and MRI. The differential diagnoses include other hepatic tumors.

Basaloid squamous cell carcinoma of the lung is now considered a subtype of squamous cell carcinoma as per the 2015 WHO classification and remains a relatively unknown type of lung cancer due to its rarity. Here we report two cases of basaloid squamous cell carcinoma of the lung and their CT findings to clarify some of the radiologic features of this type of cancer. Two patients aged 85 and 68 years with lung basaloid squamous cell carcinoma visited our institution and underwent surgical resection. On CT, the lesions were 3.1 and 2.8 cm in size, respectively, well-defined, round in shape with lobulated margins and prominent intratumoral necrosis. The latter case was followed after operation for 20 months, and there was no recurrence of the disease on CT. Although very rare, basaloid squamous cell carcinoma should be considered a subtype of lung cancer in tumors sharing these CT findings.

We present a rare case demonstrating successful endovascular management of an arterioureteral fistula involving the abdominal aorta. Arterioureteral fistulas are rare but life-threatening, with mortality rates ranging from 7% to 23%. Early recognition and prompt management are essential for preventing catastrophic consequences, including hypovolemic shock. However, recognition of an arterioureteral fistula requires a high index of clinical suspicion due to its rarity and the lack of a sensitive diagnostic method. Arterioureteral fistulas could be induced by traumatic events in patients who have a history of pelvic surgery, radiation, and prolonged placement of a ureteral stent. Endovascular stent graft placement could be a valid treatment option for arterioureteral fistulas involving the abdominal aorta.

Hibernoma is a rare benign tumor that arises from vestiges of brown fat. Spinal intraosseous hibernoma has only recently been described in the literature, and only 12 cases have been reported to date due to its extreme rarity. Here, we report the case of a patient who was incidentally diagnosed with an intraosseous hibernoma in the thoracic spine, following a diverse imaging work-up and pathologic confirmation. We correlate the clinical presentation and imaging features of our case with those of previously reported cases during our review of the literature.

Blunt breast trauma occurs in 2% of blunt chest injuries. This study aimed to evaluate the evidence on breast reconstruction after blunt trauma associated with the use of a seat belt. Also, we describe the first case of breast reconstruction using the Ribeiro technique. In November 2022, a systematic search of MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Google Scholar databases was conducted. The literature was screened independently by two reviewers, and the data was extracted. Our search terms included breast, mammoplasty, blunt injury, and seat belts. In addition, we present the case of a woman with a left breast deformity and her reconstruction using the inferior Ribeiro flap technique. Six articles were included. All included studies were published between 2010 and 2021. The studies recruited seven patients. According to the Teo and Song classification, seven class 2b cases were reported. In five cases a breast reduction was performed in the deformed breast with different types of pedicles (three superomedial flaps, one lower flap, one superior flap). Only one case presented complications. The case here presented was a type 2b breast deformity in which the lower Ribeiro pedicle was used successfully without complications during follow-up. Until now there has been no consensus on reconstructive treatment due to the rarity of this entity. However, we must consider surgical treatment individually for each patient. We believe that the Ribeiro technique is a feasible and safe alternative in the treatment of posttraumatic breast deformities, offering very good long-term results.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a fatal hereditary disorder that primarily affects Caucasians and is rare in Asian populations, including Koreans. Diagnosing CF is often challenging and delayed owing to its rarity and its overlapping features with non-CF diseases, ultimately affecting the patient prognosis. Radiologists can provide initial clues for clinically unsuspected cases and play a crucial role in establishing an early childhood diagnosis. This pictorial essay reviews the clinical and imaging features of genetically confirmed CF in Korean children and increases awareness of this rare disease, thereby facilitating early diagnosis.

According to the 2020 World Health Organization classification, mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma (MLA) is newly categorized as a subtype of endometrial carcinoma and remains a relatively unknown disease owing to its rarity. To the best of our knowledge, radiological findings of MLA have not been reported in the English literature. The uterine MLAs show a worse clinical prognosis and a more aggressive biological behavior than the usual endometrial carcinoma. Herein, we present the imaging findings of a 65-year-old female with a MLA in the uterine corpus. The tumor was a solid endometrial mass with deep myometrial invasion, poor contrast enhancement, and moderate diffusion restriction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between consumption value, advertisement acceptance attitude, and purchase intention according to the MBTI personality type. The results of a survey and analysis targeting the MZ generation with experience in purchasing digital products are as follows. 1.There was no difference between consumption value and advertisement acceptance attitude according to the MBTI personality type. 2. Among the consumption values, Factors of rarity value and emotional value had an effect on purchase intention. 3. Among the attitude of accepting advertisements, advertising favors, information trust and negative cognition had a positive effect on purchase intention. Accordingly, providing advertising content including information and interest about digital products is considered effective in marketing of the MZ generation, which represents flex consumption and minus-out consumption.

In an estuary, ecological dynamic is modified for a long time and memorized in soils and landscapes. As landscape memory, ecological motif is defined with dominance and rarity of vegetation. The purpose of the study is to investigate the existing vegetation character and to propose the ecological motif of this area. The present salt-water plants, community species composition and constancy degree around the estuary in Buandam watershed Buan-gun, Jeollabuk-do were analyzed. The results are as follows. The flora of the salt-water plants was listed as 16 taxa; 6 families,13 genera,14 species and 2 varieties. 5 taxa were Gramineae, 4 taxa Chenopodiaceae, and 4 taxa Comrositae. The salt-water plant communities are a total of 10 communities as listed; Zoysia sinica-Artemisia scoparia community, Phacelurus latifolius community, Artemisia scoparia Cnidium japonicum community, Limonium tetragonum -Artemisia scoparia community, Artemisia scoparia community, Suaeda japonica community, Elymus dahuricus community, Suaeda asparagoides community, Zoysia sinica community, and Zoysia sinica-Suaeda japonica community. Analyzed by the community classification species class of constancy degree, Phacelurus latifolius, Cnidium japonicum, Limonium tetragonum, Suaeda japonica, Elymus dahuricus and Suaeda asparagoides belong to I, Zoysia sinica and Artemisia scoparia to II. Elymus dahuricus, Setaria viridis var. pachystachys, Echinochloa crusgalli var. oryzicola, Phacelurus latifolius, Atriplex gmelini, Salicornia herbacea, Calystegia soldanella and Aster tripolium belong to the accompaniment species to I: Zoysia sinica, Suaeda asparagoides, Artemisia capillaris to II; Suaeda japonica, Artemisia scoparia to III ; Cnidium japonicum to IV: Limonium tetragonum, Artemisia fukudo to V. And the ecological motif is the Phacelurus latifolius community.
