RC 라멘조에 SMART Frame 적용 시 효용성 분석 (Performance Analysis of SMART Frame Applied to RC Column-Beam Structures)

  • SMART Frame is a composite precast concrete structure system to deliver the advantages of both steel frame and reinforced concrete. Many studies have established to date that SMART Frame is more advantageous than conventional frame-type structure in terms of structural stability, constructability, economic viability as well as reduction of construction schedule. However, such studies have focused primarily on wall-type or flat slab-type apartment housing structures, failing to include Rahmen structures in their scope. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the benefits of potential application of SMART Frame to RC Rahmen structures. As the structural stability and constructability of SMART Frame is already proven, this study reviews its benefits from the perspective of cost reduction. Conclusion of this study will be used subsequently in predicting the benefits of SMART Frame when it is adapted to RC Rahmen structures.

  • Concrete cracks due to hydration heat are a serious problem, particularly in mass concrete structures such as box rahmen, dam or footing of pier, etc.. As a result of the temperature rise and restriction condition of foundation, the thermal stress which may induce the cracks can occur. In this, study, ABAQUS program package was used to calculate the temperature distributions generated by hydration heat and the thermal stress in box rahmen structure which have thickness of 1.7~2.2m, and applied for various equations of adiabatic temperature rise such as korean code, japanese code, convection coefficient and low heat cement code.

  • In the present paper, the hydrodynamics properties of a Rahmen type flexible porous breakwater with dual fixed-pontoon system interacting with obliquely or normally incident small amplitude waves are numerically investigated. This system is composed of dual vertical porous membranes hinged a the side edges of dual fixed pontoons, and a submerged horizontal membrane that both ends are hinged at the steel frames mounted pontoons. The dual vertical membranes are extended downward and hinged at bottom steal frame fixed into seabed. The wave blocking and dissipation mechanism and its effects of permeability, Rahmen type membrane and pontoon geometry, pre-tensions on membranes, relative dimensionless wave number, and incident wave headings are thoroughly examined.

  • The designer has difficulty due to inadequacy of provisions in the domestic design code and lack of understanding for behavior of D-region. The reinforced concrete pi(${\pi}$)-shaped RC rahmen bridge consists of various failure mechanisms as the crushing or splitting from compression concrete, and shearing failure under the loading plate. However, predicting those failure mechanisms is very difficult. In this study, the pi(${\pi}$)-shaped RC rahmen bridge is analyzed and designed by using strut-tie model. Adequacy for the application of strut-tie model is verified by comparison with the way used in current design practice. As a result that designing the structures should be maked a comparison between strut-tie model and current conventional design method.

  • This aim of this study is is an experimental study to introduce the Reduction method of Floor Impact Sound in Apartment Houses by using Model Test, We are measured the floor impact sound in Rahamen and Apartment with Shear Wall and Post-tensioning. There is comparison between Rahmen Structure and Apartment with Shear Wall. The main results from this study are effective in reduction of heavt-weight The slab was constructed by rahamen structure. Heavy-weight can reduced by upgrading naturial frequency of floor impact sound in rahmen structure.

  • Stress concentration at haunches of Rahmen bridges was evaluated by means of FEM analysis. The selected haunches were of three different types; straight, skew and curved ones with$55^{\circ}$of angle respectively. The result showed that the effect of stress distribution was the lowest at the curved haunch and the highest at the straight one. Such a result could be used to provide some guidelines for revising related standard specifications.

  • Reliability analysis of the design of reinforced concrete rahmen bridge is performed. Statistical properties for loads and resistances are taken into account in the analysis and the reliability indices are calculated for strength limit state of the current bridge design specification. Results are presented and discussed for different span lengths and wall heights.

장수명 공동주택용 보-기둥 접합부 시공방법 개발 (Development of Beam-Column Connection for The New Apartment Structural System)

  • Bearing wall system was used extensively in most multi-residential apartment buildings in Korea. However, bearing wall apartments have the lack of architectural plan flexibility, remodelling-incompatible, causing serious economic losses in terms of construction waste. Recently, many researchers have studied the use of Rahmen structure as a potential alternative. The beam-column connection in the paper for long-life apartment housing forms connection of a Rahmen structure utilizing the advantages of steel and reinforced concrete. In addition, reduction of cast-in place concrete and construction schedule is expected by using precast concrete. Reduction effect of quantity decreased construction costs and $CO_2$ emission of key construction materials. However, verifying the feasibility of new construction method entails numerous challenges. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the construction feasibility of sleeve, coupler, and pressure welding connections for long-life apartment building structure. A 3D modeling software was used to perform the analysis, and a real scale model was created to verify the results of construction feasibility. By verifying the construction feasibility of beam-column connections, this study will contribute to the efficient application of these methods on construction sites.

토압분리형 교량과 라멘교의 거동분석 (Behavior Analysis of IPM Bridge and Rahmen Bridge)

  • IPM Birdge는 경간장 30.0m에서부터 최대 120.0m까지 적용이 가능한 일체식 교량으로, 이러한 교량의 형상 조건은 라멘교에서도 적용가능하다. 교량의 형상조건은 유사하나 거동이 다른 IPM Bridge와 라멘교를 현장에 적용하기 위해, 두 교량의 공학적 우수성을 비교분석하는 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 라멘교와 IPM Bridge의 구조해석을 수행하여, IPM Bridge와 라멘교의 하중, 모멘트, 및 변위 등의 분포 형태를 비교분석하였다. 입력조건의 차이가 두 교량 형식의 거동에 영향을 미치지 않도록 동일한 조건에서 구조해석을 수행하였다. 구조해석은 경간 30.0m를 기준으로 단경간 교량부터 4경간 120.0m까지로 각 4개의 모델로 구조해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구로부터 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 휨모멘트는 라멘교가 크게 산정되었고, 수평변위는 IPM Bridge가 크게 산정되었다. 2) 라멘교는 교량의 연장보다는 경간장에 의해 휨모멘트가 크게 도출되므로, 설계에서 경간장에 대한 허용 휨모멘트가 고려되어야 한다. 3) IPM Bridge의 파일벤트는 120.0m 경간에서도 강관말뚝의 소성모멘트를 초과하지 않았지만, 수축방향의 수평변위가 조인트 교량의 허용기준인 25mm에 근접하므로 설계 시 고려가 필요하다. 4) 실제 설계에서는 부재력에 대한 안정성을 확보하는 것이 중요하므로, 부 모멘트에 대한 검토가 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다.
