This paper is an effort to critique the heteronormative interpretations of Kate Chopin's The Awakening and to examine the relationships of three women-Edna Pontellier, Adele Ratignolle, Mademoiselle Reisz-in the homosocial climate of the Grand Isle. Through the disclosure of erotic encounters between these women and their deferred gratification, Chopin reveals the social imperative which suppresses and fixates female desire on a male object choice. Chopin also sheds light upon the masculine language appropriating romance and chivalry that renders it impossible for Edna to articulate her sexuality within the matrix of the phallocentric society. The Awakening is not a conventionalized plot which ends in Edna's subordination to the patriarchal order; rather, the story demonstrates the "process" of how her sexual awakening becomes negotiated under the patriarchal system and exposes the excess of desire that fails to be subsumed under the hegemonic discourse.

본고의 목적은 동성애에 관한 사회복지(학) 지식생산 양식을 비판적으로 검토하고 이론적·실천적 확장을 시도하고자 하는 것이다. 사회복지(학)의 성적 소수자에 관한 연구 경향들은 병리와 결함으로 개념화했던 초기의 의료적 담론을 넘어 인권과 다양성이라는 인권담론으로 이동해왔다. 이러한 변화는 상당한 진전임에도 불구하고 이미 '다수' 를 정상화하고 규범화하는 이분법을 전제하고 '타자화되는' 사회구조적인 맥락을 간과하면서 다양성을 단순히 병렬적으로 나열하는 한계를 드러낸다. 무엇보다 두 가지 담론 모두 섹슈얼리티에 관한 본질론적 입장에 근거한다는 공통점을 지닌다. 이에 반해 페미니스트들은 섹슈얼리티를 사회적인 구성물이자 역사적으로 의미 부여된 사회적 장치라는 인식하에 섹슈얼리티와 동성애에 관한 새로운 이론화를 진행해 왔다. 예를 들어, 레즈비언 페미니즘은 남성중심사회에서 사회적 억압에 대한 변혁의 주체로서 레즈비언 정체성을 강조하며, 페미니스트 퀴어이론은 섹스와 젠더와 섹슈얼리티에 관한 분류 그 자체를 문제시하고 해체하고자 한다. 이 이론들은 주체에 대한 새로운 이해방식을 제안하며, 섹스와 젠더, 섹슈얼리티에 관한 통념에 도전하게 하고, 이성애/동성애의 이분법이 사회적으로 구성되고 의미화된 권력의 효과라는 분석을 가능하게 한다. 본 연구자들은 페미니스트 섹슈얼리티 이론의 통찰력을 빌어 사회복지(학)에서의 '성적 소수자' 에 대한 논의가 '새롭게' 구성될 것을 주장하면서 궁극적으로 보다 진보적 사회복지학의 지평을 지향하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to comprehend western style in fashion and to contemplate the hybrid tendency reflected on western style, thereby to analyze the aesthetic characteristics of the hybrid tendency of western style. For such purposes, this study first examines western style historically, in order to analyze hybrid tendency reflected on western style, and conduct a case study by analyzing photographic materials of pr t- -porter collection since 1980s. The result of this study is as follows: the hybrid tendency reflected on western style are modification and fusion of regional culture, adaptation and composition of subcultures, and appropriation of sexual minority culture. (1) Modification and fusion of regional culture is expressed in ethnic items and patterns of embroidery, mixing Mexican and Spanish, American Indian and American cultural references. (2) Adaptation and composition of subcultures emphasize traditional or vintage western style by mixing characteristics of western and other subcultures. (3) Appropriation of sexual minority culture is expressed in rhinestone chaps and fetish corset, glitter rodeo suit, reminiscent of drag or queer cultural references. The result of this study will provide basis which can be utilized in the development and educational background of fashion design.

The purpose of this study is to first examine the relationship between appearance-enhancing beauty practices and feminism, and secondly, to analyze public images of contemporary women using this paradigm. Through the lens of this relationship, we present a literature review and empirical research focusing on the evolution of public image trends among girl groups, with special attention to the Refund Sisters, a South Korean supergroup currently drawing mainstream attention as female icons. The scope of analysis includes girl groups dating from the 1990's to the year 2020 and photos of the Refund Sisters. Our results indicate that firstly, free sexual expression is evident based on active use of sexuality; images contain bold demonstrations of females desire, expressions previously considered taboo. Secondly, we note deviations from more standardized female images, unique adornment of outward appearance, and rejection of normative female images through freer forms of self-presentation. Lastly, there is greater cultural and racial diversity, rejection of modern race and gender binaries, and increased representation of queer identities. However, the relationship between appearance-enhancing beauty practices and feminism is sometimes considered paradoxical, with some arguing that beautifying one's outward appearance is a compulsory strategy and that it should be rejected in order to resist aesthetic pressure.

Near / Miss, Charles Bernstein's poetry collection, is replete with poems of distinctive styles and pluralistic forms in his idiosyncratic and artistic cosmos. With poetic antics, queerness, sarcasm, irony, and humor, the book showcases the motif of loss, chaos and trauma in postmodern America and the world. The multiplicity and multi-dimensional $M{\ddot{o}}bius$ effect in Near / Miss echo earlier Bernstein's poems, as well as poems by ancient and contemporary poets, with visual artists and musicians, and rabbis and Jewish philosophers. I argue that Near / Miss offers an apotheosis of echopoetics, which has been launched in his previous book Pitch of Poetry. Poems in the book reveal the dark and thick "pitch," namely the queer, the uncanny, the invisible, the disabled, the dispossessed, and the silenced poetic Other and make it explicit. The estrangement and alienation of $clich{\acute{e}}$ through diverse malaprops, mondegreens, non-sequiturs and fragmentations in Near / Miss aim at deconstructing the fixation of language so as to display the poetic Other. The motif of "nothingness" in echopoetics significantly multiplies its meanings. Nothingness mainly refers to the loss of origin, the defiance of tyranny, and the sublimity of the universe and the poetic Other. Melding his personal loss and misfortune, the current political discontent and the postmodern chaos in America and the world, nothingness in echopoetics resonates with American literary tradition and Zen with a healing and transforming power.

본 연구는 이성애규범주의를 기반으로 하는 사회문화적 맥락 내에서 이성애여성이 남성동성애만화를 수용하는 현상을 여성심리학 관점에서 고찰하였다. 먼저, 남성동성애만화의 국내 전개 과정과 확산 현황을 탐색하였다. 다음으로는 남성동성애만화의 장르적 특성에 대한 쟁점, 남성동성애만화 독해의 심리적 기제와 과정, 그리고 남성동성애만화 수용의 기능과 효과를 논의하였다. 이론적 분석틀로서 고전적 정신분석학을 출발점으로 하여 주요 페미니즘 이론, 퀴어이론, 그리고 Huizinga의 호모루덴스 개념을 비판적으로 채택하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 남성동성애만화는 이성애여성을 위한 로맨스로서 영원한 사랑과 평등한 애정관계라는 소망을 성취해주는 판타지로 장르화 된다. 이성애여성은 남성동성애만화를 통해 이성애가부장제로부터 심리적 탈맥락화를 실현하며, 텍스트 속 캐릭터와 분리되어 관음적 욕구를 채우기도 하고, 또는 젠더전복적 동일시를 통해 이분법적 성별 체계를 교란시키는 시도를 하기도 한다. 이러한 심리적 과정은 성 엄숙주의에 도전하는 유희로 간주될 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 여성의 성적 주체성에 대한 자각을 강화시킨다고 하겠다.

본 연구의 목적은 LGBTQ의 인권을 기저로 LGBTQ Friendly Library 정책의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 이 글에서는 세계인권선언서(UDHR)와 미국도서관협회(ALA) 및 국제도서관연맹(IFLA)의 활동과 기존의 학술기사를 귀납적으로 분석하여, 그 결과로 우리나라 도서관의 LGBTQ 서비스 정책 수립에 필요한 7가지의 방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다: 1) LGBTQ의 인권 향상과 도서관의 의무 선언, 2) 도서관인의 교육 강화, 3) 다양한 정보요구의 수집과 장서의 확대, 4) 정보검색 및 접근 도구의 개발, 5) 도서관 환경의 안전성과 시설사용의 평등성의 보장, 6) NGO와의 협력 네트워크의 구축, 마지막으로 7) LGBTQ 어린이 및 청소년의 지원.

The purpose of this research was intended to investigate drag queens' and drag kings' gender identity not only as a comic and desexualized drag borrowing external characteristics of the opposite sex but also as the subject visualizing and performing' the third sex'. It also aimed to examine formative aesthetic characteristics and aesthetical value of drag queen's and drag king's fashion and to confirm the functions of drag queen's and drag kins's fashion to establish, visualize and Perform the discordant sex. For this process, research steps were as follows : 1. Understanding drag, drag queen and drag king in social, psychological context as well as in gender context. 2. Finding visualized forms which drag performance interchange with mass media 3. Analyzing similarities and differences between drag queen's fashion and drag king's fashion. 4. Examining the aesthetical characteristics and the value of drag queen's and drag king's fashion. The results of characteristics of drag queen's fashion could be categorized into stereotype, mimicry, kitch, inconsistency and commercialism. And the characteristics of drag king's fashion could be divided into reality, self-consciousness, mimicry, inconsistency, subversion and multiplicity. Drag queens create plausible impressions of feminity through the use of wigs, dresses, jewelry, makeup, hormones and through &role Playing&. Similarly drag kings produce a plausible masculinity taking gay male aesthetic using suits, crotch stuffers, facial hair, and greased hair. Male and female impersonation produce very different notions of gender performance for male and female embodiment. Drag kings' performance of masculinity demands authentic property of bodies so rather nonperformative, while drag queens' performance of femininity depends on more visible and theatrical fashion.

UNGI(運氣) theory is one of the most important theory in Oriental medicine. But it's so difficult to adapt to real medic. Long time ago many Oriental Physicians disscussed this with other physicians, UNGI to Oriental Medicine, and so still now. Remarkably, it is important as a basic theory itself, UNGI exist as a special medic. We can see that in the book of ‘五運六氣韓醫學寶鑑’, ‘運氣演繹方藥篇’ and other such kind of books. The special thing is we can predict each man's disease through the date of his birth. And more, we can make out prescription for each person's health. In addition, by knowing his date of birth, we can calculate his date of pregnancy, and with the same way, we can also predict and prescript that he can be protected from his fateful disease. But, the way like this can make Oriental medic an astrology and a superstition. So I studied on this and concluded as follow, 1. UNGI theory is important in the Oriental Medicine not only in basic but on diagnosis and attendance. 2. Mechanical abuse in the past, make UNGI theory unbelievable. But Liu Ha-gan(劉河間) studied so deeply, and knew the right way to applicate UNGI theory on Oriental medic. 3. It is not logical the pregnant day counted thru birthday, so we have to percept this an abstract idea. And it founded detail way to count the pregnant day. 'UNGI' as a medical system, by knowing his birthday we can predict and prevent his fateful disease. Of course, I cannot find such substances in Neijing, and classic books on Oriental medicine. So queer at a glance, but clinically it has some valuable meanings. However, There's little to prove its foundation. It is similar to astrology, we cannot define its base. The problems we have to trace and find out.

본 연구는 민간 영역 디지털 아카이브의 수집정책에 관한 상황과 문제점 분석을 통해 최적의 수집정책 운영 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구를 살피고 민간 디지털 아카이브의 특징과 역할, 그리고 수집정책의 중요성에 대한 이론적 논의를 전개한다. 사례 연구 대상으로 성문화된 수집정책을 보유한 민간 디지털 아카이브, 퀴어 아카이브, 서태지 아카이브, 아이쿱 아카이브, 소리 아카이브, 4곳을 선정하여, 각각의 일반 현황과 수집정책 요소를 분석한다. 이론 연구와 사례 연구를 바탕으로 실시된 면담 연구에서는 민간 디지털 아카이브 9곳을 대상으로 수집정책 수립과 운용, 활용, 수집정책의 저작권 규정, 타 기관과의 협력 등을 주제로 구조화된 면담을 실시한다. 결론에 갈음하여, 본 연구는 민간 영역 디지털 아카이브의 효율적 수집정책 운영을 위해, 수집정책 필요성의 인식 제고, 독립적 수집정책의 성문화, 필수 요소, 정기적 점검, 공개 및 홍보 방안 등을 제안한다.
