지각된 인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰 특성이 긍정적 쇼핑 감정과 관계의 질에 미치는 영향 (The effects of perceived internet fashion shopping mall characteristics on positive shopping emotion and relationship quality)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate whether customer perception on internet fashion shopping mall characteristics influences positive emotion on internet shopping and relationship formation. For data collection, a questionnaire was administrated from February 20th to March 3th in 2012 to 362 adults who have purchased the products from internet fashion shopping mall. The analysis explores the effect of internet shopping mall characteristics on positive shopping emotion and relationship quality. It also tests the mediation effect of positive shopping emotion for the influence of internet fashion shopping mall characteristics on relationship quality. The results are as follows. First, the perceived internet fashion shopping mall characteristics had positive effects on relationship quality. Second, the perceived internet fashion shopping mall characteristics had positively effects on positive shopping emotion. Third, the effect of positive shopping emotion had positive effects on relationship quality. Fourth, the effect of perceived internet fashion shopping mall characteristics on relationship quality, mediated by positive shopping emotion, was shown to be none.

백화점의 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Structural Relationship of Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions for Service Quality of Department Stores)

  • This study analysed the structural relationship of customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions for service quality. Service quality factors were defined as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Behavioral intentions were defined as loyalty and brand switch. A LISREL model was used to develop dimensions of service quality and to investigate the structural relationship between overall service quality, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions on department stores. The results and implications are that there is a significant relationship between service quality and overall satisfaction. Furthermore, a significant relationship exists between overall satisfaction and behavioral intentions. This study also shows that overall service quality affects customer satisfaction and behavioral intention.

서비스 브랜드경험이 소비자-브랜드 관계의 질 및 관계강도에 미치는 영향 (Customer-Brand Relationship Quality and Relationship Strength)

  • 브랜드 경험에 관한 주요 척도의 개발이나 일부 제품에의 적용은 국내외의 연구에서 이루어 졌으나, 서비스 분야에의 적용은 아직 미진한 실정이다. 본 연구는 의류소매 서비스 분야에서 고객과 브랜드의 관계의 질과 강도에 브랜드 경험의 구성요소인 감각적, 감정적, 행동적, 지적 경험이 미치는 영향을 조사하고 있다. 연구 결과, 브랜드의 관계의 질에 미치는 브랜드 경험 하위차원들의 영향은 모두 유의하였다. 상대적으로 감각적 경험이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 본 연구에서 의류 소매매장 브랜드를 다루고 있기에 나타난 결과인 것으로 추정된다. 연구의 결과는 기존의 개별 제품 브랜드에서 적용되던 브랜드 경험효과 연구를 소매 서비스업에 확장할 수 있었다는 점에서 의의를 가지며, 향후 다양한 서비스 브랜드들의 고객경험 및 체험 관리에 대한 지표를 마련하는 데에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the structural relationships among suitability of entertainer advertising model, relationship quality and brand loyalty in coffee shop. Methods: This study collected data from those who visited two reputed franchised coffee shops. A variety of statistical methods were used; descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling analysis. Results: The research results from this study are as follows: First, only credibility factor has a positive impact on relationship quality; second credibility and expertness factors positively influence brand loyalty; and third, there is a positive relationship between relationship quality and brand loyalty. Conclusion: The results of this research are useful for identifying the role of advertising models's suitability in estimating relationship quality and brand loyalty and strategies for strengthening brand loyalty for coffee shops.

  • In franchisee industry, it is essential for franchisors to share knowhow and also specialized knowledge in order to realize favorable relationship and performance between franchisors and franchisees. Particularly, in mature food service industry, companies' specialized knowledge and knowhow are the core competence to obtain competitive advantage. Therefore, to create performance, it is absolutely necessary to share information and knowledge among all the franchisees. The purpose of this study is to verify relationship between franchisors' information sharing perceived by food service franchise owners, relationship quality, and relationship performance. A survey was done to food service franchisees, and total 297 samples were used to analyze the structural equation model. According to the analysis results, food service franchise companies' information sharing is significantly correlated with quality of relationship with franchise owners in a positive way. Also, franchisors' knowledge sharing has significant influence on performance of relationship with franchisees in a positive way. The components of relationship quality, trust and immersion, all influence relationship performance. Based on the results, this author suggests several implications about food service franchise management and information sharing.

  • To cope with the rapid emergence of competition, communication service providers are assigning marketers for the purpose of relationship marketing. However, the efficiency of relationship marketing has yet to be examined. This paper investigates the service quality determinants In relationship marketing through the telecommunication service marketers. By considering the specificity of the marketer´s role, the quality dimensions in SERVQUAL research have been modified. A survey has been conducted for the hypothesized seven quality dimensions. The results of the factor analysis show that the service quality determinants of relationship marketing are in fact four dimensions : empathy, reliability, image and tangibles. Here, the empathy dimension entails cost factor, and the reliability dimension includes responsiveness and assurance. The results also support the proposition, reported in SIRVPIRF research, that the quality of service should be measured only by the perceived achievement of the customer. This study provides useful insights into developing the strategy for effective relationship marketing.

Antecedents of Student Loyalty Within Universities in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the antecedents of student loyalty which included Servicescape University, relationship quality, university image, and student satisfaction. The research was conducted in three universities with Islamic atmosphere under Al Washliyah Foundation in Medan, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. Data analysis in this study includes descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that: (1) Servicescape university influences university image, student satisfaction, but does not influence student loyalty; (2) Servicescape university through university image influences student loyalty, (3) Servicescape university through student satisfaction influences student loyalty, (4) Relationship quality influences university image, satisfaction Students, but does not influence student loyalty, (5) Relationship quality through university image influences student loyalty, (6) Relationship quality through student satisfaction influences student loyalty, (7) University image influences student loyalty, and (8). Student satisfaction influences student royalty. The findings of this study suggest that the antecedent of student loyalty in universities with Islamic atmosphere which was examined in this research includes four factors: Servicescape university, quality relationship, university image, and students' satisfaction.

  • According to the previous studies about relationship marketing, customers who have relationship with preferable brand or company take spontaneous word of mouth(WOM) and make more purchases than those who don't. Recently, as e-commerce has been combined with social media, many companies that are looking for solution which can promote customer relationship quality using social media. This study aims to investigate the role of customer's perceived value on brand relationship quality in social media. Although perceived value has been defined from many perspectives, we only consider "perceived social value" and "perceived emotional value" in this paper. According to social capital theory, self-esteem is an important variable when we explain the relationships. Thus this paper considers "self-esteem" as a moderating variable between relationship quality and relationship retention. To serve the research purpose, we collect 226 valid questionnaires from social media users. And we analyze data set and test research hypotheses by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20. We expect that the result contain a lot of implication for both researchers and practitioners. Major findings from analyzing 226 valid questionnaires are as follows. First, when customer recognizes social value about brand or company, relationship quality with the brand or company has been improved. Second, when customer recognizes emotional value about brand or company, relationship retain intention with the brand or company has been improved. Third, self-esteem doesn't have moderating effect between relationship quality and relationship retention in social media.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of attributes of salespersons working at apparel store on relationship with consumers, to gather information what kind of attributes of salespersons get preference to consumer, and to conclude a certain relationship in the result coming from both attributes of salespersons and degree of relationship quality. The questionnaire survey was carried out 571 20's & 30's men and women living around Seoul and Kyong-gi province areas during July in 200l. SAS and AMOS program were used to analyze gathered data. The results of this study were as follows. First, in the case of apparel product, construction and long-term maintenance of relationship with consumers were very essential to gain profit in the future. Second, attributes of salespersons seemed to play an important role on constructing and maintaining long-term relationship with consumers. Third, external attributes like outward appearance do not affect to degree of relationship quality with consumer. rather, internal attributes - expertise, similarity, customer orientation, ethics and likeability, influence on the degree of relationship quality.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of logistics service quality and relationship orientation factors on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the electronic commerce context. Based on extensive review of relevant literature, nine components of logistics service quality(i.e. information quality, ordering procedures, ordering release quantities, timeliness, order accuracy, order quality, order condition, order discrepancy handling and personnel contact quality) and six components of relationship orientation(i.e. trust, bonding, communication, shared value, empathy and reciprocity) are introduced in this study. And a conceptual model is developed and five research hypotheses are empirically examined using structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that logistics service quality and relationship orientation are positively and significantly associated with customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction is the antecedent variable of customer loyalty in the Internet Shopping Mall. In addition, a significant impact of logistics service quality on relationship orientation of the customer is revealed. Implications of these findings are discussed, and limitations of the study as well as further research directions are addressed.
