서비스품질 관리를 위한 프로세스 접점에 관한 연구 : 프랜차이즈 외식업을 중심으로 (A Study on the Process Encounter for Service Quality Control : Focusing on franchise restaurant)

  • Purpose - Foodservices have grown to over 60% of the franchise industry. However, despite reaching this high level, the foodservice franchise industry is experiencing severe ups and downs. While factors such as expansion by franchises and the entry of large multinational firms are causing this imbalance, the more serious problem faced by franchisees is the lack of know-how and correct operating procedures. Franchise headquarters should advise franchisees on important matters such as food ingredients, interior design, tableware, and fixtures. However, even though franchise headquarters have the ability to impart such management know-how, this is often a neglected area. Research design, data and methodology - This study was conducted in an industrial environment to present suitable competitive alternatives for foodservice franchises. Empirical analysis was conducted using a sample of 232 people with experience in targeting customers. The main purpose of this study is not to identify and analyze the factors affecting customer satisfaction. Customers of the Food Service Industry to invite contacts until departure for the service flow by identifying the expectations and allow this area by analyzing the resulting measures to enhance the competitiveness has presented. Results - Actual results contact factors affecting the quality of service on customer satisfaction was a significant influence. However, the end of this analysis, the actual customer satisfaction directly affects the quality of service that is only important factor can commit mistakes. Relatively large impact on customer satisfaction, which is relatively independent of the quality factor should be a review of zone of tolerance. This, of course, to distinguish between the actual per unit of activity appears to be more difficult to follow, for it seems to need a lot of future complementary. Next is the assessment of customer service quality. Customers remember the experience for the services of a real contact through the assessment and service evaluation clearly emerge as the expected level can be difficult. However, this situation is controlled by the test method cannot be avoided unless there is no limit to the number of leave. Despite these limitations, the next step to contact a service evaluation and analysis have to continue to refine and thereby franchisees for the operation of the store in terms of practical know-how required to provide to the office believe.

Model-based and wavelet-based fault detection and diagnosis for biomedical and manufacturing applications: Leading Towards Better Quality of Life

  • In this paper, the analytical fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) is presented using model-based and signal-based methodology with wavelet analysis on signals obtained from sensors and sensor networks. In the model-based FDD, we present the modeling of contact interface found in soft materials, including the biomedical contacts. Fingerprint analysis and signal-based FDD are also presented with an experimental framework consisting of a mechanical pneumatic system typically found in manufacturing automation. This diagnosis system focuses on the signal-based approach which employs multi-resolution wavelet decomposition of various sensor signals such as pressure, flow rate, etc., to determine leak configuration. Pattern recognition technique and analytical vectorized maps are developed to diagnose an unknown leakage based on the established FDD information using the affine mapping. Experimental studies and analysis are presented to illustrate the FDD methodology. Both model-based and wavelet-based FDD applied in contact interface and manufacturing automation have implication towards better quality of life by applying theory and practice to understand how effective diagnosis can be made using intelligent FDD. As an illustration, a model-based contact surface technology an benefit the diabetes with the detection of abnormal contact patterns that may result in ulceration if not detected and treated in time, thus, improving the quality of life of the patients. Ultimately, effective diagnosis using FDD with wavelet analysis, whether it is employed in biomedical applications or manufacturing automation, can have impacts on improving our quality of life.

특급호텔 서비스종사원의 조직적 시민행동과 역할외적 행위가 고객의 서비스품질에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors and Service Quality as External Effectiveness of Contact Employees for Deluxe Hotel in Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 특급호텔의 종사원의 조직적 시민행동과 역할외적 서비스가 고객이 느끼는 서비스품질과 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하고 분석하여 특급호텔 호텔경영자와 중견 간부들에게 새로운 대 고객서비스를 개발하는데 중요한 역할과 활용을 제시한다. 본 연구 구체적 결과는 고객과 접촉하는 종사원의 조직적 시민행동과 역할외적인 서비스가 고객에게 믿음과 신뢰에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다는 유의한 의미를 발견하였다. 제시된 가설에 유의미한 긍정적인 결과를 보여주었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 호텔이 대 고객서비스의 고객관계 형성에 종업원의 역할을 이해하는데 기대하며 올바른 서비스 활동을 지원하는데 긍정적인 효과를 가져 오기를 기대한다.

고속카메라를 이용한 전차선 마모 검측 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 (Development of a Technique for Detection of Contact Wire Wear using High-Speed Camera)

  • The measurement of contact wire wear in electric railways is one of the key test parameters to increase speed and maintain safety in electric railways. Wear caused by continuous interaction between pantographs and contact wires has a negative effect on current collection quality and severely damaged contact wires might cause hazardous accidents. This paper introduces a non-contact optical-based contact wire wear measuring system that will replace conventional wear detecting methods conducted by maintenance vehicles or workers. The system is implemented by high-speed cameras that can collect images of contact wires during vehicle operation, a laser used to create images profile of the contact wire surface, and a computer used to process the collected images. The proposed system is designed to assist maintenance of overhead contact lines by creating geometrically plotted images of contact wires to detect contact wire wear during operation on conventional lines or high-speed lines.

  • To increase speed up of train, in the field of catenary system, it is necessary to develop of new monitoring methods for dynamic interaction between pantograph and contact wire. Also, there is a need to develop technologies that constantly measure are from various railway structure such as uplift of contact wire, vibration of catenary, dynamic strain of contact line in tunnel. In this paper condition monitoring systems for dynamic performance of catenary systems in tunnel were proposed. An advanced method and results of field tests using high speed camera for monitoring of vertical upward movement of the grooved contact wire due to the force produced from the pantograph were presented. The proposed uplift measurement system of contact wire is expected to enhance precision of current collection quality performance assessment methods at high-speed lines.

재가 치매노인 배우자의 건강 관련 삶의 질 예측요인 (Predictors of Health-related Quality of Life among Spouses of Older Adults with Dementia in the Community-dwelling)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing health-related quality of life among spouses of older adults with dementia based on an ecological model. Methods: This study used data from the 2015 Korean Community Health Survey with the subjects of 541 spouses of older adults with dementia. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: In this study, 26.5% of quality of life was explained by employment status, physical activity, perception of stress, perception of depressive symptom, self-rated health status, self-rated oral health status, and contact with neighbors. Conclusion: To develop more effective nursing intervention for improvement of quality of life, it needs to consider not only the individual system related factors but also community system related factors including contact with neighbors.

  • This paper is concerned with improvement of surface quality of a sheet metal member in the stamping process. The CAE procedure of the stamping process is utilized in order to investigate cause of surface troubles and to improve surface quality. A complicated shape of the sheet metal member can induce surface troubles such as wrinkles because of insufficient tensions force and non-uniform contact of a blank sheet with tools. This paper proposes two guidelines such as a change of tool shape and added draw-beads on the tool surface in order to increase tension forces and to induce uniform contact. The proposed guidelines are verified with the CAE of the stamping process. The CAE results show that the changed shape of tools and added draw-beads can reduce the amount of wrinkles and improve surface quality.

플럭스 코어드 와이어에 따른 용접 중 콘택트 팁 내마모성 평가 (Wear Resistance Evaluation of Contact Tip according to Flux Cored Wire)

  • The contact tip for flux cored arc welding has important functions to transmit the welding current to the wire and to guide the wire to molten pool. A damaged contact tip causes a productivity reduction and a welding quality problem. In this study, the welding experiments for the wear resistance of contact tip regarding flux cored wire types were performed. With two fold type and a seamless type flux cored wires, the wear rates of contact tips were compared. In addition, the wear rate was checked according to the contact tip position.

통신서비스 경로상에서의 서비스질의 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • The objective of this study is to test Parasurman, Zeithaml & Berry(1985)'s service quality gap analysis model, and to confirm reliability and to confirm reliability and validity of the model. The reliability of the model is adopted, but the validity must be retested in the further study. In the results of the gap analysis model, the correlation between consumer expectations and management perceptions of consumer expectations(gap1) was not accepted. The correlation between management perceptions of consumer expectations and service quality specifications(gap2), the correlation between service quality specifications and the service actually delivered(gap3), and the correlation between services delivered and services promised to consumers(gap4) were accepted. To improve domestic telecommunication service quality, practical guides such as standardization of job roles, cooperation among customer-contact persons, communication between managers and employees, evaluation programs for employee's improvement of service quality, appropriate supports for customer-contact persons were suggested. For generalizing the gap model, additional studies under the different contexts and industries will be needed.

  • 본 연구는 배합사료업체와 고객기업(축산농가) 간의 거래관계에서 고객만족과 계속 재구매 의도(충성도)에 영향을 미치는 공급서비스 관행을 규명하였다. 공급서비스 관행들을 선행연구 고찰결과에 따라 기술적 품질의 공급서비스와 기능적 품질의 공급서비스로 분류하고 이들 각각이 고객만족과 계속 재구매 의도(충성도)에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 실증분석을 하였다. 실증 분석한 결과 한국의 배합사료공급에 있어서 기술적 품질의 공급서비스는 고객충성도에 긍정적 영향을 주고 기능적 품질의 공급서비스는 고객만족과 고객충성도 모두에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
