Su, pp.ier quality plays a major role in the evaluation of su, pp.iers, making it very necessary to develop a proper quality measure useful in selecting su, pp.iers that is able to meet quality specification of the customer. In this paper, we present a measure of the overall quality performance which is a weighted geometric mean of the process capability indices of the quality characteristics of a su, pp.ier. This measure can be used both as a measure of su, pp.ier selection for the customer and as a measure for the self-analysis of the quality performance for the su, pp.ier.

The PESQ is an objective speech quality evaluation measure that is known to have a high correlation with a subjective speech quality measure such as MOS. To examine whether it could be useful as an objective quality measure of synthetic speech, we carried out both subjective evaluation tests with MOS and DMOS and an objective evaluation test with PESQ for HMM-based Korean synthetic speech signals and analyzed the correlation between them. Experimental results have shown that the PESQ has correlations of 0.87 with MOS and 0.92 with DMOS. It means that the PESQ holds much promise for evaluating the quality of synthetic Korean speech.

본 연구에서는 모자이크 영상에 대하여 정량적인 품질평가지수에 대한 적용 가능성을 제시하였다. 우선, 영상 품질평가를 위해 접합영상의 접합선을 이용한 연속성 평가와 색상을 이용한 유사성(similarity) 및 대비(contrast)를 이용하여 품질평가지수를 산정하였다. 선정된 품질평가 항목을 기반으로 최종적인 품질평가지수를 산정하여 실험자에 의한 주관적 평가와의 비교, 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결과 정량적 품질평가지수가 주관적 평가지수와 유사한 결과를 나타냄으로써 제시한 영상 품질평가지수를 이용하여 제작된 모자이크 영상에 대한 정량적이고 객관적인 모자이크 영상의 품질평가가 가능하다는 것을 보여주었다.

As the Internet service is expanding rapidly, portal sites, a gateway tn the net, are attracting increasing attention these days. As the Internet service has expanded rapidly, so has the interest for portal sites,, which serve as a gateway to the net. Despite the tendency, however, research on a measure by which to evaluate the quality of portal sites or development of such measures has not been fully pursued. As online services, faced with profitability, are considering 'charge per view', the development of a set of quality evaluation measures for portal services will prove to become a valuable instrument in constructing competitive strategies that are vital for survival and growth of a firm. In that regard, this study aims to develop a set of evaluation measures for Internet portal sites by empirically investigating the most common offline measures for quality of services, SERVQUAL, retail SERVQUAL and other evaluation measures for IT-related online services. Moreover, the study offers the strategic implications of the defined measures.

본 연구에서는 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 최근 문헌을 전반적으로 고찰함으로써 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구동향 및 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 디지털도서관의 e-서비스 품질 평가 관련 국내 외 최신 연구동향을 전반적으로 살펴보고, 국내 선행연구 문헌을 대상으로 비판적 비교 분석을 시도하였다. 비교 분석의 관점은 서비스 품질 평가모형과 측정방법을 중심으로 이루어졌으며 이를 통해 국내 실정에 적합한 표준화된 디지털도서관의 서비스 품질 평가모형 개발의 필요성과 개발 지침의 수립이라는 두 가지 시사점을 도출하였다.

The goal of this research was to develop a portable system that could be used to evaluate the quality of milk in real time at a raw milk production site. A real-time portable quality evaluation system for raw milk was developed to enable non-destructive quality evaluation of somatic cell count (SCC), fat, protein, lactose, and total solid (TS) in milk samples. A prediction model of SCC, fat, protein, lactose, and TS was constructed using partial least squares (PLS) and 200 milk samples were used to evaluate the prediction performance of the portable quality evaluation system and high performance spectroscopy. Through prediction model development and verification, it was found that the accuracy of high performance spectroscopy was 90% for SSC, 96% for fat, 96% for protein, 91% for lactose, and 97% for TS. In comparison, the accuracy of the portable quality evaluation system was relatively low, at 90% for SSC, 95% for fat, 92% for protein, 89% for lactose, 92% for TS. However, the measurement time for high performance spectroscopy was 10 minutes for 1 sample, while for the portable quality evaluation system it was 6 minutes. This means that the high performance spectroscopy system can measure 48 samples per day (8 hours), while the portable quality evaluation system can measure 80 (8 hours). Therefore, it was found that the portable quality evaluation system enables quick on-site quality evaluation of milk samples.

Up to recently, information service have emphasized mainly on efficiencies of information collection, storage, process. But, now, many people take interest in criteria and evaluation on quality of information itself and its services because of growth of electronic materials and development of telecommunication. Especially, since the greater part of infomation is made gradually digital format, quality of information service regards as of great importance. This study attempts to investigate the quality problem in information services and its a n.0, pplication. Also, to su n.0, pport high quality, it is needed criteria of information services to evaluate and measure. To understand quality of information services, This articles deal with concept of quality on information related sector, quality management, the reason of importance of information quality, quality work of information services. There is little method to measure and evaluate quality of internet services. So it is necessary to study on internet quality, user's selection on its quality, and development on high quality site.

DRM 소프트웨어가 디지털 저작권을 적절히 보호해 주기 위해서는 필요한 기능에 대한 성숙도(completeness), 정확성(correctness), 타당성(appropriateness) 등이 준수되어야 한다. 따라서 관련 표준에 입각한 DRM 소프트웨어의 기능성 평가 방법의 체계화가 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 국제표준의 소프트웨어 품질평가 표준을 기반으로 DRM 소프트웨어의 성숙도, 정확성, 타당성을 포괄하는 기능적합성(Functional Suitability)에 관한 품질을 측정하는 모델을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 DRM 소프트웨어의 기반 기술과 기능적합성에 관한 품질 요구사항을 분석하여 국제표준을 기반으로 한 기능적합성 평가모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 DRM 소프트웨어의 품질수준을 높이기 위한 기능적합성 평가 기준을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 향후 평가사례의 축적을 통해 본 DRM 소프트웨어 기능적합성 평가모델의 적합성과 타당성을 제고할 필요가 있다.

The user increases around the WiBro and in which the mobile broad band service is the wireless internet base technology HSDPA, that is the cellular phone foundation technique, and moreover the issue about the user effective quality guarantee emerges but the quality control of the wireless network is the incomplete actual condition. Therefore, the reliability verification according to the development of the system for the performance measure for the continued wireless data service and it and evaluation are needed for the quality control. In this paper, the wireless data service quality measurement system was implemented with the design. The same test environment as the existing network performance measurement program was built for the reliability verification of the embodied device for measuring quality and evaluation and the cost performance was performed. It could confirm that design and embodied wireless data service quality measurement system operated accurately in this paper through the quality measure result value analysis.

It has been regarded as important in both academic and practical issues how to evaluate service quality. In addition international traveling will be growing due to increasing income and globalization. Thus, it is very important to measure the international airport's service quality properly. This study was conducted to identify the service quality factors which are utilized to measure international airport's service quality. According to the statistical analyses' results of this study, seven service quality factors and thirty two measurement items were found to evaluate international airport's service quality. They are some different from those which PZB(1988b) identified to measure service quality. This result implies that it is necessary to find the service quality factors reflecting the unique characters of the service organization when measuring service quality of a service organization.
