License system of radiologic technologists has been started since 1965 in Korea. This study is to explore directions on radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty. For this purpose, the authors surveyed on radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty, with the subject related to radiotechnologic societies. Additionally, data on qualification and license system associated with medical and health care field were collected. The results are as follows. 1. The main body for subspecialty system for radiologic technologists should be the Korea Radiologic Technologists Association and the Association should maintain a close cooperation with radiotechnologic societies. 2. A radiologic technologist should be a basic role once they pass the license examination. In addition, they can get a special qualification by subspecialty in radiologic technology. 3. Radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty will be keep priorities in order and done systematically. Execution order is as follows ; This study proposes that radiotechnologists responsible for ultrasonography, computed tomography(CT), magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and security management be started for the first stage. For the second stage, radiotechnologists for mammography, angio-cardiography, digital imaging, maxillo-facial and dental radiography, nuclear medicine, radio-therapeutic field should be in force. 4. Professional education course(basic and intensive) and clinical training program have to be made for the eligibility of radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty. 5. Eligibility system of radiotechnologists' license system classified by subspecialty(non-government or government) has to be made. Further more, inquiry commission to investigate eligibility for radiotechnologists' license system should be established.

본 논문에서는 SDAS(Signal Data Acquisition System)를 설계하여 정밀도와 응답특성을 향상시킨 새로운 정보취득장치를 제안한다. 원자력 발전소에 적용되는 계측제어 시스템은 안전에 직접 또는 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 장치이므로 이들 기기는 안전등급의 분류에 따라 기기 검증의 절차에 의하여 현장 적용 이전에 주요 제어 설비가 설계명수 기간동안에 의도된 기능을 수행할 수 있음이 검증되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국제 기준 규격인 IEEE 규격과 Nuclear Regulatory Guide의 규격에 명시되어 있는 성능시험방법과 절차에 의한 기기검증에서 필수적인 장비인 정보취득장치를 제안하였고, 기존에 사용되고 있는 정보취득장치와 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 이론과 실험적인 연구가 수행되었고, 그 결과는 제안된 정보취득장치의 정밀도 성능이 개선되었음을 입증한다. 따라서 제안된 시스템은 고성능 계측제어시스템에 적용될 수 있다.

In this paper, we present new application for the auction method which has been based on one-chip microprocessors. We develop the portable wired terminal for market blocker. And, using that, the recommended price of products is able to push into and show the information of action status. Through our research, using EAS(Electronic Auction System), we can prevent supplier from blocker's rigging the market, because anyone who have a qualification for the action blocker is able to participate in action.

In Korea, Green building certification system had been operated for more than 10 years and Expired certification buildings are ever-increasing. However, post management of building and qualification standard for re-certification(G-SEED) aren't exist, certificated green building don't have smoothly maintenance and management. Therefore, analysing the status and situation of similar system such as building maintenance and management, to suggest the direction of evaluation for green standard for energy and environmental design.

As one of the most popular outdoor leisure activities in the world, recreational fishing has a lof of significant meaning in terms of social, economic, and cultural views. However, both not considering an indiscreet fishing activity and environment and not thinking our next generation, fishing circumstance has been deteriorating more and more. Unlike Korea, most advanced countries enact various recreational fishing management and support policies in order to keep sustainable recreational fishing and develop eco-tourism through cooperation with government, fishing industries and civil organizations. This paper consist of the following contents. First, the study attempted to investigate how to operate management system of the recreational fishing dividing into in - land fishing and sea fishing respectively. And it exhibits issues and troubles of the realities of recreational fishing management and related fishing laws and ordinances in Korea. And then, it examines various fishing management schemes in representative advanced nations; U.S., Germany, and Japan. Also, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of respective recreational fishing management systems; market - based license system, qualification - based management system, and self- regulatory based management system. In addition, after these three systems are adopted to Korea's recreational fishing condition, we analyzes whether respective management systems fit or not. As a result of this, the optimal management for recreational fishing is the participatory self - management scheme in Korea. Finally, in order to support recreational fishing promotion and encouragement, issues and complementary policies with respect to recreational fishing are introduced.

본 논문에서는 대규모 국가기술자격 종합관리시스템 구축 및 운영에서 중요한 관리요소인 상설검정체계가 안정성과 시스템부하 측면에서 불안요소를 가지고 있는바, 최대 효율성과 안정성을 기반으로 WBT(Web-based test)와 CBT(Computer-based test)의 장점만을 혼용한 WCBT시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템의 성능평가를 위하여 기본적 시뮬레이션으로 파일럿시스템에서 제안 기술을 적용하여 검증 한 후 대한상공회의소 실시간 국가기술자격 시험에 적용한 결과 안정성이 입증되어 지방상공회의소까지 지속적으로 확대할 계획이다. 제안 시스템은 해외자격시험에서 자주 발생되는 통신장애 문제를 근본적으로 해결하였으며 시스템부하 측면에서 최대 효율성을 보여주었다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 WCBT 서버 및 클라이언트시스템은 운영자 및 시험 감독자의 관리체계와 편리성에서도 좋은 평가를 도출하였다.

For the introduction of the electricity of the special design and supervision system to Protect the faulty-workmanship of the electricity equipment and to reserve the electricity safety, last 1995 "Electricity Technology Management Act" were carried out enactment. March 2002, we introduced the pre-Qualification system that is selected the competent company about the electricity design and supervision service over so much capacity which is ordered by the Public institution such as the nation, local autonomous entity, government investment institute and so on. December 2005, the electricity equipment over so much capacity was taken the housing construction plan's approval by the housing act in case, the municipal or district governor with the authority to approve who selected the electricity supervision company according to the pre-Qualification system. Due to the introduction of the system, we could expect the rights and interests increase of the consumer by eradicating dumping of the close relationship between supervision company and the builder, reduction and concurrent position of the supervisor, according to confirm the quality of the electricity equipment and electricity safety. In spite of introducing of the system, the problems occured as reducing the electricity designer's task range compared with different field, modifing the supervisor's rank system rationally, because of researching about the electricity design and supervision technique lacks. Also, KEEA(Korea Electric Engineers Association) manage the caller of the electricity design and supervisor(company or people), but the problems occured as opening to the public about the curler management, introducing automatic bidding system and We need the solution plan about this. Consequently, we consider the present situation of the domestic and outside and problem about the electricity design and supervision system in this paper, try to present rational operation plan through this.

The results of analyzing the questionnaires with 119 emergency staffs working in Gwangju and Jeonnam region are as follows. 1. The whole stress score was mean 2.94 and the degree of stress from personal relationship was highest as 3.22. 2. There were significant differences in possession of qualification related to public health and medical treatment (F=3.090, p=.030) in service factors, total career of emergency staffs (F=2.979, p=.023) in working environment factors, age (F=2.835, p=.042) and sex (F=2.375, p=.019) in social position factors, possession of medical qualification (F=3.995, p=.010) and household account burden (F=2.777, p=.045) in personal relationship factors. 3. There were correlations (p=.475) between working environment factors and social position (p<0.01) and correlations (p=.508) between working environment factors and personal relationship factors (p<0.01). There was correlation (p=.415) between social position and personal relationship factors(p<0.01). More concrete research that examines whether current fire station operation system is desirable or not by comparing the degree of stress of the whole 119 emergency staffs in Korea is needed and it is considered that real allowance level should be secured to reduce their stresses and facility and guarantee system to satisfy their demands for welfare are required.

세계화의 변화에 유연하게 대처하기 위한 교육적 노력의 일환으로 공교육에서의 원어민 교사 수업의 활용이 높아지고 있다. 질 높은 의사소통 능력의 향상이 원어민 수업으로 가능한지 알아보고자 이 논문에서는 영어교육에서의 원어민영어교사 활용 종합 실태 분석을 실시하였다. 이 논문의 분석 연구에서 한국인 협력교사들의 원어민 교사에 대한 인식은 영어 원어민 교사의 투입이 반드시 필요한 것인지에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 한다.
