  • The developments of small hydropower plants in korea have been delayed by rising construction cost/low feasibility, local people's disagreement even though the capacity of water resources are enough. However, the recent raising of electricity purchasing price, the government's enlarging plan of small hydropower plants caused the newly development to be accelerated. In this paper, the design of remote control of small hydropower plants are proposed for better economy and easy control. The operation and monitoring of power plants are planned based on One(1)-man control from the central control room of regional area water works/ operating station and engineering station multipurpose dam offices with the equipments of OS, RTU(PLC), KT leased lines, WMPS, CSU and etc.

농촌 어메니티자원을 활용한 그린투어리즘의 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis on Rural Amenity-Based Green Tourism)

  • This paper aimed at identifying rural amenities valuable in terms of marketed value and economic analysis of green tourism so as to develop policy instruments for new rural communities. We conducted the case study on Jik-Dong rural community in Taejeon city and estimated income effects of green tourism and internal rate of return of investment for rural amenity facilities. The research results are as followings; (1) green tourism participant will spend the worth of 50,392 won per person, (2) earnings from green tourism amounts to about 2,471 thousand won per household, (3) internal rate of return of green tourism investment is estimated as 7%. The strategies far green tourism is suggested as follows; (1) rural amenities should be well maintained for green tourism infrastructure (2) measures to internalize the value of rural amenities should be developed for market oriented peen tourism (3) effective program for inducing visitors with purchasing power should be designed.

Interactive Advertisement that Feels and Experiences

  • In this paper, we propose and implement VVVV base interactive advertisement. It has now expanded from the traditional marketing methods of television, radio, newspapers and magazines to become a digital marketing era. However, it is still in the form of infusion-type advertising, similar to traditional marketing techniques. For more innovative we put story and design elements into digital technology. Consumers will feel fresh excitement as they experience advertising. Emotional stories and image will also provide an element for customers to talk to each other. The propose advertisement is design to recognize the movement of people in the corridor by using Arduino and ultrasonic sensor installed in the passageway where many people pass. Arduino and VVVV takes people's movements for a values. This values change the advertising image. In this case, we applied the mask in VVVV so that the image to be reproduced and the image of the background role are displayed when the person passes the sensor. By realizing this interactive advertisement, the objective is to increase the buyer's purchasing power by approaching the buyer more effectively than the existing advertisement.

  • In this study, the main goal is conduct an empirical research for MNC's(multinational companies) contingency factors and entry modes. Through examining elements of success and limitations of foreign companies in the domestic market, a resulting purpose can be suggested such as developing attractive foreign investment policy. The results in this study are as below. The results from Logistic Regression Analysis there were indications for preference factors for WOS (Wholly Owned Subsidiary). The factors were 'Strategic Motivation', 'Intelligent Property', and 'Market Latent Purchasing Power'. For JV (Joint Venture) there were preferred factors such as 'Degree of Using Product Factors', 'Differential Products Development Ability', and 'Systematic Incentives'. However, this thesis is limited to identifying clear causal relationship between the 'Performance' of foreign investment enterprise which entered WOS or JV and various factors which were suggested in the contingency factors (independent variables).

PAV의 개발현황과 경제적 효율성 비교 (Development Status and Economic Efficiency of PAV)

  • PAV is considered to improve quality of life and standards of living, improvement of which was caused by automobile hundred years ago. Comparative economic efficiency of PAVs is measured to compare each PAV. Specification and sales price of the PAVs are open to the public. BlackFly, Transition and Aeromobil 3.0 have competitive power in flying range, purchasing cost, and operational cost. Lift & cruise configuration and vectored thrust configuration PAVs are designed by many companies nowadays, and BlackFly which can be considered to be lift & cruise configuration is one of the most efficient PAVs. High battery price does not help multi-copter shaped PAVs to have economic efficiency. Aerodynamic wing, eVTOL, and low sale price are needed for PAVs to ride a wave of public interest as a new personal mobility. Under the conditions, the PAV can fly at downtown and can be purchased by people at large. Popularization of PAV could follow in the 100 years old footsteps of automobile.

The Effect of Rating Dispersion on Purchase of Experience Goods based on the Korean Movie Box Office Data

  • Online platforms often provide rating information to customers to relieve the uncertainty they encounter when purchasing experience goods. Prior research has focused mostly on the roles of rating volume and the valence of an average rating among the various possibilities. However, less frequently investigated is the effect of rating dispersion, which may be associated with uncertainty regarding how well a product fits a customer's personal preference, on new trials of experience goods. In this study, we examine the effect of rating dispersion on new trials of experience goods and identify the conditions which intensify or reduce the effect. Empirical analyses of movie box office sales data and online rating data reveal three interesting findings. First, movie sales decrease as movie ratings become increasingly dispersed. Second, the negative effect of rating dispersion on movie sales is more pronounced with more rating volume. Third, this negative effect weakens when additional information about a movie is available (i.e., higher average rating, greater star power, and time since its release). We discuss the academic and practical implications of our findings.

소비자 추구혜택과 관심도 및 태도가 기능성건강식품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Consumer's Benefits and Attitudes on the Functional Health Food Purchasing Intention)

  • 본 연구는 소비자가 기능성건강식품을 구매하는데 있어서 소비자 추구혜택, 관심도 및 태도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였으며, 소비자의 구매의도 행동패턴을 조사하여 맞춤형 제품 개발을 위한 마케팅전략 수립 등, 경쟁력 제고의 기틀을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상인 기능성건강식품에 대한 범위는 생체조절 기능성식품인 건강기능식품은 물론, 기능기호성식품, 기능성영양식품까지 포함하여 기능성건강식품으로 조작 명명하고 분석에 적용하였다. 연구수행을 위하여 전국에 거주하는 20대~60대의 건강기능식품을 섭취한 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 2016년 9월에 353부의 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 인구사회학적 특성을 통제변수로 하는 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 심리적 추구혜택, 둘째, 기능성 건강관심도와 건강관심도, 셋째, 건강관리 태도와 건강식품 태도가 기능성건강식품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 소비자 전반의 요구를 파악하고 일반화시키는데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. 아울러 실증적인 소비자 행동관련 분석 결과를 제공하므로 기능성식품 소재개발 등 국내외 기능성건강식품 산업의 양적 질적인 성장에 기여할 것으로 사료되는 바이다.

원산지 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 기업의 사회적 책임이 중국 소비자의 지각된 품질과 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Country-of-Origin Image, Brand Attitude and Corporate Social Responsibility on Chinese Consumers' Perceived Quality and Purchase Intention)

  • 중국 소비자들의 구매력이 향상되고 구매경로가 다양해지면서, 자국 제품 외에도 해외 제품에 대한 관심 및 소비가 증가하고 있다. 또한 중국 시장에 대한 기업들의 기대감과 함께 각 국가의 기업들이 중국시장에 지속적으로 진출하고 있다. 중국 소비자들은 제품을 선택하고 구매하는데 있어 선택의 폭이 넓어지고 있으며, 제한된 시간 동안 최선의 대안을 선택하기 위해 여러 요인들을 고려하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 그 중 원산지 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 기업의 사회적 책임이 중국 소비자가 품질을 지각하고 구매하는데 있어서 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 그 결과, 원산지 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 기업의 사회적 책임 모두 소비자의 지각된 품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 그 중 브랜드 태도의 영향력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 그리고 지각된 품질도 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제품군에 따른 차이를 살펴본 결과, PC보다 유제품에서 기업의 사회적 책임이 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향과 지각된 품질이 구매의도에 미치는 영향이 크게 나타났다. 본 연구는 원산지 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 기업의 사회적 책임 요인이 함께 고려된 상황에서 소비자의 행동에 대해 조사했다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있으며, 향후 중국에 진출하는 기업의 마케팅 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시했다는 점에서 실무적 의의가 있다.

A SURVEY ON THE UTILIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY

  • This study was carried out in order to find out an effective machinery utilization strategy by conducting a survey on utilization and maintenance of agricultural machinery. The survey showed that the no. of utilization hours for power tiller in a year was 190.2hrs, 208.6hrs for tractor, 59.1hrs for rice transplanter, 74.0 hrs for combine, 44.6 cultivator and 254.4hrs for 4.4hrs for grain dryer. The period covered the time the machine was until it became unserviceable. The results are as follows: 10.0yrs for power tiller, 7.5yrs for tractor, 7.4yrs for rice transplanter and 5.4yrs for combine. This indicate that the actual period of use for power tiller and rice transplanter was longer than the expected period of duration years so there is a need for adjustment. The factors considered by the farmers for purchasing agricultural machine were: farm size(32%), machine operation (26.0%), performance(l4.0%) and post or after sales service(12.6%), according to the survey. It showed that repair cost rate in a year was classified into major agricultural machine; 4.8% for combine; 3.9% for tractor; 3.5% for rice transplanter; 2.0% for power tiller; 1.6% for grain dryer; and 1.2% for cultivator. The reasons for poor maintenance were insufficient after sales service(25%) and difficulty in buying parts(75%) because of the unavailability of parts in local shops(55%), imported models(30%) and outmoded model(15%).

우리나라 해운산업의 경쟁력 실태분석 (A Study on the Situation Analysis for Competitive Advantage Power of Korean Shipping Industry)

  • The development of Korean shipping industry is maybe defined into three development stages-industry fixing stage, industry coordinating stage, industry development stage-. The development of shipping industry has been depended on the geovernment/authority role such as shipping policy, system, law, rules and regulations. In 1983, Korean shipping industry reorganization and coordination by shipping authority have made our shipping industry on the stable condition together with each company's efforts. Today's world economic environment such WTO/UR negotiation results get this government role limited. According to the being reduced government role, each company's competitive advantage power becomes more important. Besides, korean shipping industry is exposed into the entire and bitter world competition. In order to win and prevent the world shipping competition, it is necessary to look out the competitive advantage power of Korean shipping industry. The first purpose of this study is the situation analysis for competitive advantage power of Korean shipping industry. The second is to compare with our shipping policies with foreign ones concerned with ship, cargo, crew, tax and others. But in order to compare with foreign shipping, this study need their shipping statistics data, this study has some limit of the foreign data. This study has been carried on the basis of the following items. 1. Shipping environment, 2. Ships and ship acquirement(shipbuilding/purchasing), 3. Oceangoing cargo and ship's stowage rate, 4. Human factor in shipping-crew, 5. The incomes and costs in finacial statements. We have some conclusions as following through the this study. First, Korean shipping industry environment-competitive disadvantage situation- has changed rapidly due to the shipping market opening, free market entering of foreign shipping. Second, Korean shipping is disadvantageous due to the high tax rate and financing conditions in connection with ship acquirement. In order to improve the competitive advantage power, the shipping tax system and ship financing conditions should be reviewed to profitable for owners. Third, but both world and Korean oceangoing cargoes quantity have been increased annualy, Korean ship's cargo stowage rate is being decreased. This is serious situation but Korean shipping take well use of foreign vessel with hire. It is recommended to take use of owner's vessel and hired ones in the long range view, considering the world shipping management. But the number of crew has been decreased by 2, 000~3, 000 annualy, it is desirable that the long sea-experienced crew have been increased. Almost of owners usauly complain the crew cost is the main obstacles to competitive advantage power. Human factor is the most important firm's asset. All owners should pay attention to this though, and invest the proper budget to training, education, welfare as much as possible. In the long run this effects could be feedback to owners. Fifth, We must improve the financial statements structure, that is, the first step is to increase income, the second is to decrease cost, the third is to increase income on the same cost, the fourth is to decrease cost on the same income. It is essential to find out what the urgent investment is and what unnecessary cost is. At last, in order to competite world shipping race, each shipping firm must try for himself to retain the power. The government/authority is no longer dependable. I believe that each firm's power will be the industry's power, the industry's power will be the nations's power.
