Purpose: This study was conducted to meta-analyze the effects of hardiness on health-related variables. Method: After review of 19 studies performed by Korean nurses, research variables, statistical data(r or F), and other methodological data were extracted and coded. Research variables were categorized under 5 groups such as health-related behavior, well-being, adaptation, stress, and support according to conceptual similarity. Using SAS program, 20 research variables and 34 effect sizes were calculated after eliminating heterogeneous data by Q-test, Results: Effects of hardiness on whole research variables was .512 and ranged from .322 to .643 by categories. The greatest effect was obtained from well-being category, whereas the smallest effect from stress category. All effect sizes were statistically significant. But fail-safe numbers were small and failed to achieve reasonable tolerance level. Conclusion: Results of meta-analysis indicated that hardiness has a moderate effect on health-related variables. But for improving the reliability of the results by minimizing publication bias, the more hardiness studies should be done.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder intervention programs on firefighters through a meta-analysis. Methods: Seven studies were selected for meta-analysis. The overall average effect size, effect sizes for each intervention variables, and publication bias were analyzed using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis(CMA) version 2.0 (Biostat, Englewood, NJ, USA). Results: Post-traumatic stress disorder intervention programs were found to have a very low, not statistically significant effect (effect size=-.171, confidence interval=-0.361~0.019, Z=-1.768, p>.05). However, these programs was less than 50 (effect size=-.622). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that further research on the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder intervention among firefighters is needed in order to develop more effective programs.

이 연구에서는 미국국회도서관의 CIP (Cataloging in Publication) 프로그램을 중심으로 서지 유틸리티를 통한 CIP 데이터 접근, 배포, 개선 및 활용의 관계를 고찰하였다. LC CIP 프로그램은 많은 출판사의 참여와 지속적 성장, CIP 서지정보의 품질에 대한 신뢰와 즉각적 접근을 위한 서지 유틸리티 종합목록 데이터베이스의 활용, 출판 후 서지정보의 완전성과 정확성 개선을 위한 품질제어 노력 등의 특성을 갖는다. LC와 OCLC와 같은 서지 유틸리티 사이의 협력은 국립중앙도서관의 '출판시 도서목록' 프로그램의 제한점에 대해 시사하는 바가 크다. 국립중앙도서관이 국가의 대표 서지기관으로서 출판예정 단행본에 제한된 CIP 데이터 뿐 아니라 모든 유형의 국내간행 신구간 자료에 대한 정확하고 완전한 서지 및 전거 레코드에 대한 국내 도서관의 요구를 충족시켜야 할 필요성이 지적되었다.

Objectives: The purpose of this systematic review was to collect and discuss the technique of adhesive systems application on dentin substrate under electric current. Materials and Methods: The first search strategy was based on data available at PubMed, LILACS, Scielo, Scopus, and Cochrane Library, using a combination of descriptors such as "dentin bond agents OR adhesive system AND electric current OR electrobond" or "dentin bonding agents OR dentin bonding agent application OR adhesive system AND electric current OR electrobond", with no limit regarding the publication year. The second search strategy was based on the articles' references found previously. An additional search strategy was applied that concerned the proposed theme in the SBU-UNICAMP (Unicamp's Library System Institutional Repository). Results: Twelve studies published between 2006 and 2020 were found. The analyses of the selected studies showed that the use of electric current during adhesive systems application on dentin, whether conventional or self-conditioning, increases resinous monomer infiltration in the dentin substrate, which improves the hybridization processes and the bond strength of the restorative material to dentin. Conclusions: Despite the favorable results related to the use of this technique, there is still no specific protocol for the application of adhesive systems under electric current.

Objectives: While several food assistance programs in the United States tackle food insecurity, a relatively new program, "Food is Medicine," (FIM) initiated in some cities not only addresses food insecurity but also targets chronic diseases by customizing the food delivered to its recipients. This review describes federal programs providing food assistance and evaluates the various sub-programs categorized under the FIM initiative. Methods: A literature search was conducted from July 7, 2023 to November 9, 2023 using the search term, "Food is Medicine", to identify articles indexed within three major electronic databases, PubMed, Medline, and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL). Eligibility criteria for inclusion were: focus on any aspect of the FIM initiative within the United States, and publication as a peer-reviewed journal article in the English language. A total of 180 articles were retrieved; publications outside the eligibility criteria and duplicates were excluded for a final list of 72 publications. Supporting publications related to food insecurity, governmental and organizational websites related to FIM and other programs discussed in this review were also included. Results: The FIM program includes medically tailored meals, medically tailored groceries, and produce prescriptions. Data suggest that it has lowered food insecurity, promoted better management of health, improved health outcomes, and has, therefore, lowered healthcare costs. Conclusions: Overall, this umbrella program is having a positive impact on communities that have been offered and participate in this program. Limitations and challenges that need to be overcome to ensure its success are discussed.

본 연구는 임부의 산전우울에 대한 인지행동치료 중재의 효과를 검증하기 위해 수행된 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석 연구이다. 데이터베이스는 CINAHL, PubMed, EMBASE 및 Koreamed, 국회도서관, 한국학술정보(Korean studies Information Service System, KISS), 한국의학논문데이터베이스 등 국내외 domain을 활용하였다. 검색은 ((Perinatal OR Antenatal OR Antepartum OR Pregnant) AND Depression) AND Women AND (CBT OR (Cognitive behavioral AND (Therapy OR Treatment)))와 '산전우울', '임부', '인지행동치료' 등의 검색어로 2016년 5월까지 출판된 문헌을 검토하였다. 분석은 R을 이용한 임의효과모형을 적용하여 산전우울과 불안의 효과크기를 각각 산출하였으며, 효과크기의 이질성을 검증하기위해 메타 ANOVA를 활용하여 조절효과분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 funnel plot, Egger's regression test, fail-safe N, trim-and-fill 분석을 활용한 출간오류분석과 민감성 분석을 실시하여 전체 연구 결과의 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 총 180편의 문헌이 검색되었으며, 선택배제기준에 따라 최종적으로는 clinical trials 16편을 분석하였다. 분석에 포함된 개별문헌은 Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network (SIGN)의 checklist를 통해 비뚤림 위험을 평가하였으며, 대체로 비뚤림 위험은 낮았다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 중재의 산전우울에 대한 효과크기는 Hedges' g=-0.55(95% CI: -0.76~-0.33)로 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았으며, 불안에 대한 효과크기는 Hedges' g=-0.20(95% CI: -0.48~-0.08)이었으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 문헌의 이질성, 출판오류의 위험성 등은 낮았다. 본 메타분석결과에 의하면 인지행동치료는 임신부의 산전우울 증세 완화에 보통 정도의 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다.

공공기관의 정부간행물은 그 기관의 목적이나 업무수행의 내용을 기관 내부나 일반인에게 전달하기 위해 발간하는 자료이다. 법과 제도의 틀에서 정부간행물 관리의 중요성이 커지게 되었지만 기록관리 현장에서는 여전히 정부간행물의 특성과 가치를 고려한 업무들이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 6대 광역자치단체의 기록관을 중심으로 효율적인 정부간행물 관리제도에 대해서 살펴보고 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, 정부간행물 납본제도를 일관성 있게 정비하여야 한다. 정부간행물의 납본에 있어 납본 방법과 납본 자료가 법마다 다르게 제시하고 있어 통합적으로 관리하는 시스템을 구축하여 간략한 정보 및 원문 정보를 제공해야한다. 둘째, 기록관 환경에 맞는 행정적 제도를 마련해야 한다. 정부간행물 지침에서 제시하는 발간등록 및 납본 제도는 국가기록원의 중심제도이므로 기관 기록관에서는 효율적인 제도가 되지 못하고 있다. 셋째, 정부간행물이 가지는 가치를 인식하여 장기적으로 보관하고 관리될 수 있도록 지원이 이루어져야 한다. 정부간행물 정리를 위해서는 현실성 있는 분류 방법과 통합 관리되는 프로그램 제시, 서비스를 이용하는 이용자에 대한 기준을 제시해야 한다. 넷째, 정부간행물 통합관리시스템의 구축이다. 국가기록원을 비롯하여 국립중앙도서관, 국회도서관에서는 정보의 요약본과 원문 정보를 동시 구축하여 체계적, 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

Objectives : A bibliometric approach using network analysis was applied to explore the global trends of research on herbal medicine for atopic treatment. Methods : Articles related to herbal medicine on atopic treatment from 2003 to 2022 were retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection. Extracted records were analyzed according to the publication year, research area, journal title, country, organization, author and keyword. The VOSviewer program was used to visualize the trends and the research hotspots in herbal medicine for atopy. Results : Analysis of 406 articles indicated the consistent increase of using herbal medicine for atopic treatment over the last 20 years. The most productive country and research organization in issuing articles were South Korea and Kyunghee university. Many articles have been published in research areas such as 'integrative complementary medicine' and 'pharmacology pharmacy'. By evaluating the total link strength, the average publication year and the average citations of countries and authors, the influential countries and authors were identified. A network analysis based on the co-occurrence and the publication year of keywords revealed the relevant characteristics and trends of herbal medicine for atopy. The most up-to-date keywords were 'topical application', 'skin barrier' and 'care'. Conclusions : This bibliometric study examined the overall trends and the time-based development of herbal medicine for atopic treatment. The current study would be useful not only for grasping the global network hub of research on herbal medicine for atopic treatment, but also to explore the new directions for future research.

An effective method for produce munitions effectiveness data is to calculate weapon effectiveness indices in the US military's Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manuals (JMEM) and take advantage of the damage evaluation model (GFSM) and weapon Effectiveness Evaluation Model (Matrix Evaluator). However, a study about the Range Safety that can be applied in the live firing exercises is very insufficient in the case of ROK military. The Range Safety program is an element of the US Army Safety Program, and is the program responsible for developing policies and guidance to ensure the safe operation of live-fire ranges. The methodology of Weapon Danger Zone (WDZ) program is based on a combination of weapon modeling/simulation data and actual impact data. Also, each WDZ incorporates a probability distribution function which provides the information necessary to perform a quantitative risk assessment to evaluate the relative risk of an identified profile. A study of method to establish for K-Range Safety data is to develop manuals (pamphlet) will be a standard to ensure the effective and safe fire training at the ROK military education and training and environmental conditions. For example, WDZs are generated with the WDZ tool as part of the RMTK (Range Managers Tool Kit) package. The WDZ tool is a Geographic Information System-based application that is available to operational planners and range safety manager of Army and Marine Corps in both desktop and web-based versions. K-Range Safety Program based on US data is reflected in the Korean terrain by operating environments and training doctrine etc, and the range safety data are made. Thus, verification process on modified variables data is required. K-Range Safety rather than being produced by a single program, is an package safety activities and measures through weapon danger zone tool, SRP (The Sustainable Range Program), manuals, doctrine, terrain, climate, military defence M&S, weapon system development/operational test evaluation and analysis to continuously improving range safety zone. Distribution of this K-range safety pamphlet is available to Army users in electronic media only and is intended for the standing army and army reserve. Also publication and distribution to authorized users for marine corps commands are indicated in the table of allowances for publications. Therefore, this study proposes an efficient K-Range Safety Manual producing to calculate the danger zones that can be applied to the ROK military's live fire training by introducing of US Army weapons danger zone program and Range Safety Manual
