지방의료원 수술부 배치 및 규모에 관한 연구 - 순면적을 중심으로 (A Study on the Location and Area Composition of the Operation Department in Regional Public Hospitals - Focused on Net Floor Area)

  • Purpose: To establish the building guidelines and to analyze the function of Regional Public Hospitals, the survey was conducted primarily on the current status focusing on the location and relationship of the department, area composition ratio, area per bed, and area per operating room. Methods: The research methods of this paper are as follows. 1) A literature survey on the function of the operating and related departments, 2) A drawing analysis for spatial composition and net area calculation. Results: The area of the Operation Department in the Regional Public Hospitals with 200 to 300 beds are as follows. Area ratio: 3.35%, area per Bed: 2.53㎡/bed, the number of beds per operating room: 64.37bed, area per operating room: 146.46㎡/n, area per operating room by plan type: integration corridor 133.84㎡/n, separation corridor 184.82㎡/n. Implications: This paper analyzed data on the current state of Operation Departments for setting up the function and role for the Regional Public Hospital. In the future, it is also required to provide size that takes into account user behavior and the user's psychological aspect in order to suggest appropriate area.

공공도서관의 자료구입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Book Purchases in Public Libraries)

  • 공공도서관의 자료구입과정은 도서관 내부적으로 장서개발과정을 실현하는 역할을 수행함과 동시에, 이를 통해 도서관이 출판물에 대한 공적소비자로서의 역할을 수행하여 출판산업에 기여하는 효과를 창출한다. 이에 이 연구에서는 현재 국내 공공도서관의 자료구입과정을 면밀히 살펴보고 그 과정에서 드러나는 여러 가지 문제들을 조명하여 합리적인 자료구입이 이루어지기 위한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 이를 위해 자료구입정책, 자료구입을 위한 인력과 조직, 자료구입방법, 자료구입을 위한 계약, 자료구입 할인율과 도서정가제 등 다섯 가지 측면으로 나누어 자료구입의 과정과 방법 등 그 현황을 살펴보았다. 현황 분석을 위한 데이터 수집은 국내 공립 공공도서관 315개관을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통하여 이루어졌다.

보건소 인력의 보건교육 관련 인지도 조사연구 (A Survey on Awareness of Health Education in the Manpower of Public Health Center)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the level of awareness about health education in the manpower of public health center. in order to suggest a basis data for the development of a job-training program. Method: The subjects were 96 manpowers of public health centers. Data were collected from August 2nd. 2002 to September 20th using a self reported questionnaire survey. The data were analyzed using frequency. percentile and $x^2-test$. Results: The most necessary of health education according to health promotion service is 'quitting smoking' during the adolescent period. The most necessary of health education media according to health promotion service is 'reducing alcohol intake'. The most efficient media of health education is 'beam projector'. The most necessary capacity of health educator is 'planning capacity of health education'. The most necessary support implementing health education is 'manpower supply'. Conclusion: The level of awareness of health education in the manpower of the public health center are expected to provide basic data for developing job-training programs that might improve advanced knowledge and techniques of health education.

소득계층별 보건의료이용의 양적.질적 차이 분석 -광주.전남 지역주민을 대상으로- (Quantitative and Qualitative Difference in the Utilization of Health Care - Based on the Survey of Gwangju-Jeonnam Residents)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the equity of health care utilization by income groups in terms of both quantity and quality of care, which is measured by expenditure, type of care, and type of health care institutions. Equity in health care utilization is measured by HIwv index, based on the survey of 1,480 Gwangju-Jeonnam residents. Health care utilization in terms of the probability and quantity of outpatient and inpatient care show equitable or pro-poor inequitable distribution, whereas the distribution of health care expenditure, which can account for the quality of care, is pro-rich inequitable, implying that the better off tend to use more expensive medical care. In terms of the types of care, simple visits for basic care show equitable distribution, whereas the distribution of the utilization of traditional tonic medicine, comprehensive health examination, CT, MRI, and ultrasound is pro-rich inequitable. Utilization of general hospitals and traditional health institutions show pro-rich inequitable distribution, hospitals and dental care institutions equitable, and physician clinics and public health centers pro-poor inequitable.

인천지역 반려동물 판매업소의 병원체 오염 조사 (Survey on pathogen contamination in pet shops in Incheon, Korea)

  • To survey different pathogens contaminated in pet shops in Incheon Metropolitan city, a total of 124 samples (67 cage swabs and 57 feed bowl swabs) were collected from 20 pet shops located in Incheon area and tested 10 viruses, one parasite, and 13 food-poisoning causing bacteria by conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or real-time PCR assays in this study. Based on the PCR results for 67 cage swabs, the detection rates of canine herpesvirus, canine parvovirus and canine coronavirus were 13.4% (9/67), 7.5% (5/67), and 1.5% (1/67) respectively. Out of 57 feed bowl swab samples, 6 (10.5%), 3 (5.3%), and 2 (3.5%) were positive for Clostridium perfringens, Bacillus cereus, and enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC), respectively. These results showed that some pet shops in Incheon area were contaminated with different pathogenic viruses, bacteria. Therefore, more extensive efforts are needed to improve the biosecurity and disease prevention in pet animal shops.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시경관계획에서 주민참여 증진을 위해 인터넷 환경 하에 운용 가능한 공공참여 GIS의 한 형태인 경관진단모델(Diagnosis Model of Landscape, 이하 DML)을 개발하는 것이다. 공공참여의 특성상, DML은 전문가뿐만 아니라 일반인도 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 직관적인 인터페이스를 제공해 준다. 구체적으로 DML은 크게 세 개의 맵 모듈로 구성되어 있는데, 사전정보 전달을 위한 조사맵(survey map), 공공 참여형 진단맵(DML), 그리고 도시경관의 경년변화에 따른 경관 이미지 비교분석과 저장매체로서의 이미지베이스맵(image-base map)을 근간으로 하고 있다. DML은 다양한 의견 수집뿐만 아니라 경관문제에 공공의 참여를 적극적으로 유도토록 하고 있다. 이상에서 개발된 DML의 유용성을 검정하기 위해 실험적으로 경남의 의령읍과 함양읍에 적용하여 운용해 본 결과, 본 모델이 참여형 경관진단모델로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

U-민원 콜센터 상담원 조직 공정성이 조직몰입과 직무만족을 통해 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (U-complaints call center agents organization fairness impact on job performance through organizational commitment and job satisfaction)

  • As improving the life quality of citizen because of development of Urbanization and Information, civil application service of public institutions has been changed. The government provides a 24-hour civil service of e-government, public institutions operate U-complaints call center to pursue a personalized service to customers. As customer service are diversified, the inconvenience of service is increased. Therefore, public institutions instituted U-complaints call center to solve increased complaints. In early days, public institutions operated simple call center. However, it became intelligent U-complaints call center by SNS. The more increase the importance of agents' contact customer service, the more increase Job Performance considered by Organizational Commitment & Job Satisfaction of call center agents. This study analyzed that applied to Fairness Theory with Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and analyze U-complaints call center agents' role and job performance of public institutions. Proposed a research model applied to job satisfaction with key variables, organizational commitments, job satisfaction. It's expected to impact on job performance of U-complaints call center agents in public institutions. For empirical study of research model, conducted a survey of the U-complaints call center agents of public institutions. 170 samples were collected from the survey and analyze relationship between the factors. Procedural justice, distribution fairness, fairness interaction are significant influence on organizational commitment of parameters by analysis U-complaints call center agents. Procedural justice and fairness of interaction was found not to effect on parameters of job satisfaction. Also, parameter, organizational commitment have significant influence on job satisfaction. However, have no influence on job performance. Therefore, the parameters of job satisfaction have significant influence on job performance. Public institutions should adopt to improve the quality of citizen services through U-complaints call center agents.

공문서 리터러시와 기록정보 리터러시의 인식 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Official Document Literacy and Archival Literacy)

  • 이 연구는 기록정보 리터러시의 대상과 범주를 공문서 리터러시와 연결시키고 리터러시 구성요소 간의 관계를 증명하여 기록의 접근성과 활용성을 공공의 영역으로 확장하는 이론적 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 따라서 문헌연구 및 공문서 리터러시를 가진 공무원과 그렇지 않은 대학생을 대상으로 실증연구를 수행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공문서 리터러시를 가진 집단인 공무원이 그렇지 않은 대학생보다 대부분 인식값(현실 반영 정도) 및 기댓값(중요도)이 높았다. 둘째, 모든 요인에서 인식값(현실 반영 정도)보다 기댓값(중요도)이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 요인간 상관분석 결과 모든 상관값이 양의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 공무원 표본에서는 '공무원으로서의 소통'과 '분석적 개념'(0.626) 간의 상관관계가, 대학생 표본에서는 '시민으로서의 소통'과 '분석적 개념'(0.561) 간의 상관관계가, 응답자 전체로는 '시민으로서의 소통'과 '분석적 개념'(0.563) 간의 상관관계가 가장 높게 나타났다. 따라서 공문서 리터러시를 가진 집단일수록 공문서 리터러시와 기록정보 리터러시의 동질성을 보다 명확히 인식하고 있음을 확인하였다.

공용부문 구성형식 중 콘코스형 형식의 도시호텔에 나타난 공간 구성 요소의 특성 - 한국과 일본의 중규모 도시호텔을 중심으로 - (Spatial Elements Characteristics of Urban Hotels with Concours Composition Type in the Public Sector - Focusing on Medium-sized Urban Hotels of Korea and Japan -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine spatial composition elements of the public sector through medium-sized first class urban hotels of Korea and Japan, the two countries with geopolitical closeness and high cultural and economic correlation, and to provide data needed for devising future urban hotel plans. The scope of this study included case studies on medium-sized first class urban hotels (10 urban hotels with concours composition type in the public sector) located in downtowns of Korea (5 hotels) and Japan (5 hotels). The study was conducted by analysis of drawing based on review of preceding studies and literature, and on-site survey. The results of survey and analysis on physical spatial elements shown in medium-sized urban hotels of Korea and Japan with concours composition type among composition types in the public sector are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing spatial elements of medium-sized urban hotels in the public sector, an in-depth checklist must be prepared with consideration on intimate correlation between elements to devise a construction spatial plan for urban hotel in the future. Second, as a result of comparatively analyzing area ratio for each function (public sector, sales sector and service sector) through area analysis on the lower floors of medium-sized urban hotels, reference data for planning were found in regards to spatial composition ratio of the public sector. Third, as a result of analyzing spatial elements of lobby hall and traffic line of visitors on the lower floors of medium-sized urban hotels in the public sector, there was a substantial difference between hotels of Korea and Japan.
