A Study on the Attitudes and Awareness on Medical Public Relations by Employee of Hospitals (의료기관 홍보에 대한 의료기관 종사자의 태도 및 인식)

  • The aim of this study is to provide basic data in establishing marketing strategies for hospital by analyzing effective public relations of hospital through attitude and awareness on medical public relations by employee of hospital. The awareness on medical public relations by employee of hospitals were highest among aged 50s or above and above university graduates from the level of education, and from hospital management from types of duties and from those who have worked for more than 10 years. The methods medical public relations positively regarded by employee of hospitals were 'Appearing at health programs' followed by 'Periodicals like magazines and books', 'Issuing of hospital bulletins to homes of patients visiting hospitals'.

The Systematization of the Concept on Apparel Store Service and Relationship with the Shopping Type of Consumer (의류점포의 서비스 개념 체계와 쇼핑유형과의 관련성)

  • The purpose of this study are to systematize the concept on apparel store service and to provide the importance of each service according to the shopping types as well as demographic characteristics of consumers. The data was collected from 628 females and analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, mean, percentage, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, paired t-test, and t-test. The results are as follows: 1) All apparel stores consist of two categories, Products and Services. The products obviously entail whatever the store is selling. The services, on the other hand, can be broken down into three different factors of responsibility: public relations service, store environmental service, and promotional service. 2) Consumers can be classified into one of four categories: conventional type, practical type, recreational type, and casual type. 3) A recreational type and a practical type shoppers take into consideration all three service factors. The conventional and casual type shoppers, as compared to the recreational or practical type shoppers, arent really concerned with much of anything, least of the promotional service factor. 4) It has been found that the typical Korean consumer is more concerned with the public relations service factor, rather than the store environmental service factor or promotional service factor. 5) It has been found that the importance of services are significantly different in relation to the demographic characteristics, whether that be age, marital status, or the age of the youngest child.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the current usage and Satisfaction Levels of modern literature services provided by the National Library of Korea, and explore the strategies to promote the use of the modern literature service. The result show that the usage rate of users for the modern literature service is very low, and the Satisfaction Level of the experienced users are found to be normal. Therefore, in order to increase the utilization rate and the Satisfaction Level, first, it is required for active promotion of current modern literature services. Second, the public relations of exhibitions and viewing information are provided direct access to users of the modern literary materials, so various types of exhibitions and events are necessary. Third, although respondents said that library homepage, portal site, and SNS are effective public relations methods, in the case of less-educated and seniors, they prefer public relations through offline media. Therefore, deeper theoretical considerations are necessary in order to select affordable public relations media.

  • To complement the limitations of the public relations method performed currently in archives and serve various users, a new approach to public relations are needed. Recently, as the size of the webtoon market has expanded, public relations using webtoons continues to heighten in enterprises and public institutions. Therefore, this study proposed a method for public relations using brand webtoon as a means of promoting the archives. This study was focused on the National Archives of Korea. Thus, based on the analysis of roles, service, contents, and users of the National Archives of Korea, this study suggested production plans to increase the promotional effect in brand webtoons and strategies such as viral marketing, the brand story strategy, and the one-source, multi-use (OSMU) strategy.

Development Policy of Korea and China Public Service Advertising: Focusing on Comparison of KOBACO and CCTV Operating System (한국과 중국의 공익광고 발전정책: KOBACO와 CCTV 운영체제 비교를 중심으로)

  • As several kinds of social public affairs come into the fore, public service advertising gets more important. In addition, the theme of the public service advertising differs depending on a country's political, economic, social and cultural characteristics, and there are unique public service advertising operating systems. This study assumed that the operating systems of the public service advertising might differ in Korea and China because of political, social, and cultural differences. Thus, the public service advertising operating system carried out by KOBACO and CCTV, the subjects of the public service advertising operation of Korea and China were classified into three categories (public service advertising operation status, public service advertising theme and public service advertising management and supervision) for a comparison. Through literature review and expert in-depth interview, data were collected and analyzed. Based on the data, 5 public service advertising development policies were proposed. The results of this study will contribute to the public service advertising production strategy and institutional development of Korea and China in the future.

  • The article considers some issues of criminal law protection of information relations. With the emergence of new types of threats to Ukraine's national security in the field of protection and defense of the state border, the issues of development and strengthening of information protection become especially important. Proper compliance with information legislation also depends on the established responsibility for its violation, which rests on certain provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It is stated that these norms are placed in different sections and do not have a proper systematization. The article singles out the subjects of information relations in the border area, which are subject to criminal law protection: persons who are not bound by stable relations with the SBGS (who cross the state border of Ukraine, etc.); persons who are members of the SBGS (servicemen and employees); SBGS as a public authority (official and secret information, information about the activities of the agency, its officials, etc.).

  • The objective of this study is to identify key dimensions of e-service quality and explore their relations to user satisfaction at Public libraries. This research used a modified e-service quality model and surveyed Internet service users for measuring and assessing Internet users' service satisfaction at 'A' public library in Seoul region. Using an exploratory factor analysis. the study identified three factors, named Service Affect, Information Access, and Tangibles as key dimensions for public library e-service quality. Also it was found that users' satisfaction was strongly positively correlated to their intention to refer others to the service.

An Analysis of the Economic Effects of the Project which Constructs the Platfonn for Broadcasting and Communications Convergence Public Service (방통융합 공공서비스 플랫폼 구축사업의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • This paper is to analyze the economic effects of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up. For the economic effect analysis, we reclassified the Broadcasting & Communications Convergence Industry Classification System and re-drew up 2009 Inter-industry Relations Table by using the 2003 Inter-industry Relations Table issued by the Bank of Korea and the RAS techniques. And we analyzed the economic effects that can be drawn from the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment. As a result, the gross production inductive effect which appears with the economic effect of the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform establishment project from 2009 to 2014 came out to be about 3trillion 325.1 billion KW, added value inductive effect of 2trillion 976.5billion KW and the employment inductive effect of the job creation of about 13,806 people. Afterward, it is anticipated that the broadcasting & communications convergence public service platform build-up project to contribute to the improvement of Koreans' daily life. Moreover, this research will be used as a valued basic material in the pursuit of the future broadcasting & communications convergence projects.

A Study on the Improvement of Compulsory Arbitration System in Labor Dispute of Korea (한국노동쟁의에 있어서 직권중재제도의 개선에 관한 연구)

  • This article deals with the Improvement of Compulsory Arbitration System on Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act in Korea. If a labor dispute occcur, the settlement of labor dispute must be reached for the parties' own accord. The autonomy of the parties concerned is the fundamental principle in the settlement of labor dispute. If the Rights Which are guaranteed by art. 33 Constitutional Law belong to civil liberties, we should consider Trade Union Act as the restriction of basic rights. Arbitration is a procedure which permits the most positive intervention by the arbitrator. It is carried out by an arbitration committe which is composed of three arbitrators appointed by the chairman of the Labor Relations Commission. Compulsory arbitration system of the labor for parties should be improved. In case of necessary public enterprises, more strict requirements on assembly for labor disputes should be prepared and the government should support institutions to prevent labor-management disputes by educating experts on labor-management relations and improving the quality of arbitration.

A Study on the Casual Relations between Job Competence and Service Quality (공무원의 직무역량과 서비스질의 인과관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.
