The purpose of this study is to investigate what fields of library cooperation system should be resolved and to find out a resolution. A survey are used for research method. The contents of survey is about operating performance and main obstacles of cooperation among other libraries. The results show that most of respondents estimated need of cooperation among libraries and operating performance of cooperation was poor. The system needs to be changed. The problems are insufficiency of budget and personnel. two different types of operating body, insufficiency of standard and committee for cooperation system, delayed speed of integrated retrieval system, limitation of sharing of information about users, insufficiency of user's and librarian's recognition of cooperation system. This study proposes improving method through developed model on cooperation system.

The purpose of this study is to explorer some strategies for implementing successfully the qualify management for public policy (PPQM) in local government. Researchers for reaching at the purpose reviewed a literature on QM (or TQM) and PPQM in chapter II and suggested implementing strategies of local government's PPQM in chapter III. Implement strategies of local government's PPQM have to build a framework, establish an operating system, develop a customized PPQM's manual, and develop a capacity of local government's civil servant for implementing the PPQM and then build an evaluating system on the result of the PPQM's implementation in local government.

This study is about current operating system and development process of remote island route. 14 companies are providing safe transportation service for remote island residents with total 30 boots on 27 routes. Each route transit analysis shows that the number of passenger tends to increase every year. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, more constructive improvement is demanded, such as implementing operation evaluation on each charter service provider.1he result obtained from this study is to be utilized as basic document for remote island route development process in semi-long run basis.

This study is related with support system plans of public-private convergence for emergency recovery services to fire victims. The current issues are analysed from the condition and problem analysis results of emergency recovery activities for fire victims. And building plans of an integrated support system based on the government and private sector cooperation are proposed. Overall, the system shows that the government is responsible for the functionality of management and supervision for the system operation, and the private is responsible for the functionality of specialized agencies for practical emergency recovery. Consequently, support system plans include with infrastructure maintenance of laws and regulations, contracting-out of the support system, stable supply of operating budget and function strengthening of public-private convergence for emergency recovery. Especially, plan for stable supply of operating budget in detail including with establishment of the fund and self-financing composition of private corporations for emergency recovery services is proposed. The results of this study will lead strengthening of fire safety welfare and social safety nets at future.

Currently most domestic passenger railway transportation companies are operating citizen monitor system. The citizen monitor is the system to grasp the passengers' inconvenience and proposals in depth and to collect improvement methods based on those. But the present citizen monitor system has little difference from general complaint processing system, so it is necessary to improve to correspond its original purpose. Therefore in this paper, based on my citizen monitor experience of many years and literature investigation, I will summarize present condition of the operation of citizen monitor system, grasp its problems and propose improvement point of citizen monitor system. By these improvement, the effectiveness of citizen monitor system per expense will increase, and ultimately it can be contributed to public relations and service advancement of railway operating companies.

This study recognized public social welfare delivery system will be more important in the future according to the developing trend of social welfare that and intended to find overcome factors by analyzing actual status of operating organization. The study results showed that characteristics of delivery system, ineffectiveness of task, delivery system and inconcinnity of personnel are the overcome factors of social welfare. Consequently, this study revealed that public social welfare delivery system will go on smoothly at last when the problems of the overcome factors get solved.

Bimodal tram is able to run both general and special road. It has also the advantages of both public bus and subway which have the charateristics of easiness to approach and punctuality respectively. These advantages are accomplished by the cooperative communication between the control center and bimodal tram which is running with the fleet. This paper have investigated the requirement analysis and designing of the car operating computer system which have the functions of communication, broadcasting and display. car operating computer system communicates between bimodal tram and control center with wireless antenna. It can also transmit the location and status information of bimodal tram to control center for managing the bimodal tram fleet on road efficiently and economically.

Promote competition in local government and the construction of a subway construction in the vicious cycle of debt due to the operating deficit as a greater burden on local finances was leave. This government policy of public transport in the center of the metro construction costs affordable and to respond appropriately to public transport demand new transit LRT(Light rail Transit) by introducing the current Busan was the opening of Line 4, yongin line, Busan - Gimhae line, parliamentary and barge construction or ready for the opening. What is light rail, compared to the existing subway and cheaper construction cost, the existing road or bridge that runs along the track is installed, etc. Manless system construction cost and operating expenses as a possible new railway transportation has been a leading state-of-the-art mad. However, the domestic business system engineering of light rail-related companies in the developed countries are doing to advance to the national to the local engineering skills of the self-free, hurry will have to be secured. Therefore, this paper applies local light rail project on the status of the systems engineering analysis and based on this source of the latest engineering technology-intensive systems engineering to provide direction to the development of technology.

In the IEEE 802.15.3 Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol, Simultaneously Operating Piconets (SOPs) are linked by the parent/child (P/C) or parent/neighbor (P/N) configuration, which work on a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) basis. This provides interference mitigation but the overall throughput is limited because the SOPs share the channel time exclusively. The protocol is not efficient for SOPs if we focus on the combination of interference mitigation and high throughput maintenance. In this paper Public Channel Time Allocation (Public CTA) is proposed, which is able to greatly reduce the inter-piconet interference (IPI) and achieve greater throughput without much loss of link success probability (LSP) in the SOPs. The simulation results based on the SOPs of Direct Sequence Ultra Wideband (DS-UWB) system demonstrate that the proposed scheme effectively supports the coexistence of SOPs, and it can not only significantly improve the overall throughput of SOPs but also maintain high LSP.

In this paper, we can confirm the result of intuitive interface software implementation for operating a digital PA(Public Address) controller and the performance of audio mixer control part. Developed user interface software provides the maintaining management and control function of digital hybrid mixer. This SW loaded in the integrated control server controls an sound status of the audio mixer TAD-168M and checks the device status for Public Address integrated system. Also, this SW enables the integrated control and the continuous upgrade. Developed SW is connected to TAD-168M with Ethernet and linked to PC Lan port and the 4-port switch, located in the backside of TAD-168M, by LAN cable for communicating with operating PC. Integrated control including system management, audio control and uplink broadcasting control for broadcasting system will be made available with this novel developed system.
