이 연구에서는 부산광역시를 중심으로 공공도서관의 현황을 분석함으로써 부산지역 공공도서관의 현주소를 파악하고 공공도서관 확충과 발전을 위한 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 이 연구에서는 공공도서관 관련 계획과 법령 등을 검토하여 지역별 수요를 감안한 바람직한 공공도서관 공급방안을 제시하고, 부산시 공공도서관 기능과 역할의 정립을 통해 공공도서관 발전을 위한 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 도서관법에서 요구하는 지역별 시행계획 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공함으로써 지역도서관을 둘러싼 지식정보 환경의 변화에 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 중장기 발전전략 수립을 지원하고자 하였다.

국내 보안관리 시스템의 후진성은 선진기술을 가진 외국 보안업체에 의존하는 현상을 낳았고, 이는 국내 기업은 물론 공공기관의 기밀사항이 외국에 유출될 위험을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 국내 공공망의 안전성 유지를 위한 자동화 보안분석 시스템을 설계 구현함으로서 보안성 분석기술을 확보하고, 이를 이용 공공기관의 보안수준을 높이며 외국업체에 대한 의존도를 줄여 국가 보안 안전성 확보에 기여하고자 한다.

본 연구는 공·사연금 제도의 협력 활성화의 필요성, 이를 위한 국내외 제도의 사례를 살펴보고, 한국에 적합한 공사연금 협력의 정보인프라 구축방안을 제시하려 하였다. 선진국은 최근 노후소득보장제도의 다층화에 주력하고 있으며, 연금교육과 정보서비스는 공사연금 협력의 핵심 요소로 등장하고 있다. 현재 한국에서 다층노후소득보장 체계의 틀은 갖추어졌으나 내실화되지 못하고 있다. 특히 연금제도에 대한 잘못된 인식과 정보가 연금제도의 정착에 큰 지장을 초래하고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해 본 연구는 국가주도형인 아일랜드과 뉴질랜드, 민관협력형인 네덜란드, 민관분화형인 스웨덴의 사례를 분석하였다. 이 연구는 공사연금 협력의 기본인프라를 구축하기 위해 연금기관 간 정보교류와 협력의 촉진, 영세사업장 등의 공동실사체계 구축, 통합연금정보 서비스의 활성화를 제안하였다. 또한 네덜란드형의 민관협력형을 참고하여 '공사연금협회'의 구축을 제안하였다. 공사연금협회는 민간기관과 공적기관이 파트너로써 구축하고, 연금제도의 정보, 교육, 홍보와 관련된 모든 서비스를 통합, 관리한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 대두되고 있는 화상상의 시스템에 대하여 사용자 인증 및 암호화를 지원하는 공개키 기반 인증서기반의 영상회의 시스템을 설계, 구현하고 이에 대하여 기술한다. 공개키 기반 인증서를 사용함으로써 영상회의 참여자에 대한 인증을 강화하며, 대칭키 시스템을 이용하여 영상회의 정보를 보호함으로써 여러 가지 악의적인 접근을 차단할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 공인인증 규격에 따르는 인증서를 적용한 트랜스포트 계층 보안 프로토콜을 구현하고, 미디어 암호화를 위하여 대칭키 암호화 알고리즘인 DES, 3DES, AES등을 적용할 수 있도록 영상회의 시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 본 논문은 사용자 인증 및 영상회의에 대한 정보를 보호하기 위하여 대칭키로서 트랜스포트 계층을 보안하는 것과 사용자의 불법 인증을 방지하기 위하여 공개키 기반의 인증 시스템을 두어 사용자의 신원을 확보할 수 있다. 암호화를 위한 세션 키의 분배는 P2P일 경우 IKE 방식의 키 분배 프로토콜을 사용하며, 1 : N 등 다자간 사용자일 경우 공개키 기반의 암호화 키 분배 방식을 따라 보안 프로토콜에 의하여 안전하게 분배된다.

This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.

Interest about information infrastructure construction is decayed socially according to arrival of information age, and various information systems is constructed for efficient business processing, customer service improvement in public sector. According to subjective method of performance improvement for information system of public sector and engine that propel information system construction bemuse it is no definite hardware sizing guidelines for introduction or system caterer, is calculating resources scale of information system. Is situation that problem of excess of scale or reduction sizing is happening, and is causing various kinds problem that is waste of information budget and service decline thereby. So, We proposed hardware sizing framework for information system that is applied to information programs.

In the study, we suggest that the activation plan of the public nature burial in the capital area through funeral information system as follows. First, according to the report on the social survey announced by the National Statistical Office in December 2017, the Korean people's preference of nature burial was 43.6% while the actual utilization rate of national nature burial in 2017 was only 8.8%, which showed a huge gap between preference and utilization rate of nature burial. Therefore, through the activities to improve the awareness of nature burial by performing the national promotion and education, and also the investment for the expansion or improvement of nature burial facilities in the level of central government and local government, the preference of nature burial should be led to the actual demand. Second, during the period from 2011 to 2018, the utilization rate of public nature burial in the capital area was annually increased by average 26.9%, which showed the huge increase of demand for nature burial. Thus, each local government should carry forward the policies for expanding the supply of public nature burial focusing on the woodland burial showing the high preference of users of public nature burial. Third, even though the public cremation facilities are installed or operated by local governments in the capital area, Seongnam City without the public cremation facilities should install the public nature burial for the enhancement of users convenience by providing the One Stop Total Funeral Service.

The purpose of this study is to design and test a new way of public transportation route guidance system for persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users. The guidance system is smartphone app-based, using, routes that involve disabled-friendly facilities in the vicinity can be searched. A database that contains publicly available data on low-floor bus services, location and extent of disabled-friendly facilities, and suitable subways and stations, was developed for this purpose. The app uses the database to access and query the required information. A pilot study was conducted to test the effectiveness of the guidance system. It was found that the system was able to convey information about the disabled-friendly routes and related guidance information even inside subway stations, effectively. The performance of the system was compared with route guidance services that do not explicitly use data on disabled-friendly services. A notable difference was observed in the travel time estimated by this program and other guidance services. The difference was around 4 to 15 minutes. This is significant savings for persons with disabilities if they use the app and service. The study thus shows that exclusive use of disabled-friendly data in route guidance will bring more benefits for persons with disabilities.

A study was performed to identify current drug shortages, assess impact of drug shortages on public hospitals and patients, and investigate needs of pharmacists for a drug shortage list. An e-mail survey was sent to the pharmacists of 13 national public hospitals. Total 61.5% of public hospitals has 10 or fewer drugs a year in short supply. Shortages involved mood drugs, anti-tumor drugs, analgesics, antibiotics and etc. in 2012. Among them 75.0% was prescription drugs and the other 25.0% was non-prescription drugs. 79.2% was domestic products and 20.8% was imported drugs. Only 12.5% was injections. Less than 3 pharmacists usually spent within 3 hours managing one drug shortage. Since a single item for a certain medicine may raise risk of drug shortages, it's needed to consider developing manuals, laying up medicine stocks and holding plural medicines for drug shortages in public hospitals. Main information resources of drug shortages are wholesalers or manufacturers. But the information appeared to be not only inadequate but also too late for appropriate activities. A survey of pharmacists revealed that overall 84.6% of respondents were in need of the drug shortage list. They expected it to be conducted to take proper measures for the drug shortage and to improve patient healthcare outcome and convenience. This study will contribute to improving public health by promoting stable supply of drugs and repairing the information delivery system.

최근 대중교통을 이용하면서 스마트 기기를 이용하여 유투브, 넷플릭스, 왓챠 등과 같은 동영상이나 음악을 즐기는 사람들이 많아졌다. 그러나 이러한 현상으로 사람들은 자신이 하차해야 할 곳을 지나쳐 내리는 경우가 빈번히 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서 우리는 버스 내부의 스피커에서 발생하는 고주파 신호를 이용한 스마트 기기 기반 시내 공공 버스 하차 알림 서비스 시스템을 구축하였다. 고주파 신호는 버스의 정류장 안내 방송과 함께 발생하며, 스마트 기기는 내장 마이크를 통해 입력되는 신호를 분석하여 사용자가 설정한 하차 역에 도달할 경우 스마트 기기에서 하차 알림을 발생한다. 제안 애플리케이션과 서비스 시스템의 성능 검증을 위해 총 1,000 번의 실시간 알림을 측정하였으며, 그 결과 제안 시스템은 98.9%의 정확도를 나타냈으며, 기존 Open API만을 이용한 알림 서비스에 비해 우수한 성능을 보였다. 따라서 제안 시스템은 시내 공공 버스를 이용하는 사람들에게 목적지 도착 시 하차 지점을 정확히 알려줄 수 있는 유용한 기술이 될 것이다. 또한, 이 기술은 스피커로 도착지를 안내 방송하는 세계의 다양한 대중교통 서비스에 활용할 수 있는 우수한 기술이 될 것이다.
