Purpose: The objective of this study was to provide an understanding of the difficulties for facing parents of children with terminal cancer. Method: The design of this study was an inductive and descriptive study. Thirty???]one parents of children with terminal cancer participated in???]depth were interviewed s. C in depth and content analysis was used for analyzing the data. Results: The main categories in the findings were 'difficulties in coping', 'physical and psychological suffering of children', 'suffering of family', 'bereavement with children', 'economic problems', 'incurable situation', 'preparation of death', 'social isolation', 'coping after a child dies', 'spiritual problems', receiving active treatment', 'informing children of their condition', 'a sense of meaninglessness', 'emotional iunstability', and 'giving up hope'. Conclusion: The main point identified from this result in this study was that parents who have a child with terminal cancer don't never give up the hope of recovery for their child even when the child is in by the terminal stage of their children, even though and they are unwillingly to prepare for their child's death. This is a unique characteristic in the attitude of the families' attitude in child hospice care and differs from that found in adult hospice care. This result can be used as an important guide for nurses to in assessing the parents' needs in the terminal care setting.

This study examined the mediation effect of life satisfaction between social support and loneliness. The subjects were two hundred and eighty fifth grade elementary school and second grade middle school adolescents in Seoul. The instruments used were questionnaires about loneliness and other factors relevant to loneliness. Social support factors existing in an adolescent's external environment include the support of parents, peers, and teachers. And life satisfaction as a psychological characteristic was concerned with the adolescent's sense of self, school life, home environment, and family relations. Data were analyzed by using the t-test, Pearson's correlation and regression. Major findings were as follows: (1) There were significant differences in parent and teacher support, satisfaction with school life, home environment, and family relations between early adolescents and mid adolescents. (2) Parental, peer, and teacher support, contentment with oneself, school life, home environment, and family relations were negatively related to the fifth-grade early adolescent's loneliness. Peer support and contentment with oneself, school life, and home environment were negatively related to the second-grade middle adolescent's loneliness. (3) Life satisfaction had a mediation effect between peer, parental, and teacher support and loneliness in fifth grade early adolescence. Whole life satisfaction had a mediation effect between only peer support and loneliness.

This study aims to find gender differences in inpatients' privacy and stress concerns in multi-bed hospital room. In the literature review, we consider the characteristics of multi-bed hospital room and patients' privacy as a psychological environment factor. In the survey research, the questionnaires were used to understand the inpatients' general characteristics and privacy requirements. A total of 109 copies were analyzed through a cross-tabulations and T-test using the SPSS 18.0. Results and conclusions are as follows: (1) In the case of multi-bed room patients, there were some gender differences in privacy and stress, but the differences were limited. (2) There is a difference in the patient 's preference of the hospital room according to gender, and this is related to the privacy characteristic. (3) The social communication and strolling are commonly effective stress relief methods for both men and women, so space is needed to do this methods. The meaning of this study is to specify the privacy and stress of the inpatients in multi-bed patients' room.

The purpose of this paper is to present the history of the research in mathematics education, its characteristic and some theories as its results in France. The french research in mathematics education really began with the inauguration of IREM in the institutional aspect, referring to Bachelard in the epistemological aspect and to Piaget in the psychological aspect. It aimed at appreciating the mathematics education as a independent science and focused on the theoretical research through its own object(didactic system) and its own method(didactic engineering). Therefore, it can be characterized by the dense and elaborate theoretical arguments. Consequently, it is known that four major theories in french mathematics education were developed: the theory of didactic situations by trousseau, the theory of didactic transposition by Chevallard, the theory of conceptual fields by Vergnaud, the theory of tool-object dialectic by Douady. Among them, this paper is focused on the situation of institutionalization and the structurization of milieu in the theory of Brousseau and the motive of didactic transposition and the didactic time in the theory of Chevallard. In that the french research in mathematics education has been founded on its own theoretical models, it may contribute to us who envy the basic theories of mathematics education.

Lately in many cases, Spaces are designed by stimulating user's sensibility, emotion, psychological software over based on the user behavior and purpose of space. Because space is not only practical using and use purpose but also the place for expressing ourselves by experiences. But space is a physical thing. so we need to arrange a structure of abstract and formless source of design by sophisticated grammaticalization. Especially storytelling of that abstract thing have characteristics of relation, process among users and space. because storytelling is focused on the discourse of stories and relationship record of that discourses. So this is used by expression device for user's emotion things and subjects in numerous cases. And storytelling is the basic, important element for user's experience in a space. By the way, Overlapping is also basic element for being possible to make experiences by concrete thing. that is because, Overlapping is layering phenomenon of some objects. Overlapping is made distance, distance make depth, and this relations take us an experience. Finally storytelling, Overlapping and space of experience are relation of cause and effect. So in this thesis, researcher looks for the relation characteristics between storytelling and overlapping by experience. and makes the abstract source into concrete and sophisticated formular.

When an insurance company receives an application for life or health insurance, the company must evaluate the degree of risk the individual for insurance coverage presents before the company agrees to issue the policy. A medical factor is a physical or psychological characteristic that may increases a hazard. A financial factor is financial information that is taken into account by underwriter to determine if a person is applying for more than he/she reasonably needs or can afford. A personal factor is a lifestyle choice. There are several medical risk selection systems in Korean life insurance market. They are attending physician's statement, direct examination by insurance doctors, and paramedic examination. However there is some dissatisfaction of current system. It is possible that cooperation of part-time insurance doctors system may be one of useful system of medical risk selection. Improvement of medical risk selection system will be an important matter of profitability of insurance company and it will contribute to sound life insurance system.

Recently, Internet addiction problem has arised due to increasing negative effects about excessive internet use among youth. In this study, by utilizing the '11th youth health behaviors online survey data', we discuss the countermeasures for excessive internet usage of adolescence based on various analysis. we examined the effects of demographic characteristic factors, psychological factors, behavioral factors on internet usage of adolescence. As a result, it was confirmed that there were various variables that influenced adolescent internet usage which were not approached in previous researches. And through these results, we can confirm these variables. In addition, we can also provide countermeasures on excessive internet usages by that of adolescents.

With the recent development of sleep medicine, insomnia has been perceived as a disease from a simple symptom. As there are various causes in a disease, proper treatment according to each cause is necessary for a more effective treatment In general, insomnia is classified into five categrories of physical, physiological, psychological, psychiatric and pharmacological aspects. However, such categorizations are often insufficient in treating insomnia. Furthermore understanding of the developmental mechanisms of insomnia is required. The function of sleep is developed and maintained through the balance of the reciprocal forces of sleep and arousal. These forces are contantly regulated by what is called a circadian rhythm. Sleep is induced by this rhythm which is affected by factors such as awakening time in the morning, amount of intellectual function, amount and time length of physical exercise and sunlight Insomnia could develop when this rhythm is delayed and leads to a "forbidden zone" which is a very difficult period for inducing sleep about two to four hours before the routine bedtime. Whereas sleep gradually develops in line with the circardian rhythm, arousal can occur very abruptly by any cause triggered by emotional discomfort or anxiety. Such characteristic and emotional factors as perfectionism, separation anxiety, secondary gain, insecurity, and negative cognition may provoke the inner anxiety and fear for insomnia, which can lead acute insomnia to a chronic one. As chronic insomnia is developed by multiple causes and factors, integrated approaches through analysis of above mentioned factors will be more effective in the treatment of insomnia than a simple administration of hypnotics.

This article attempts to analyze story of computer game by structuralistic storytelling model. The storytelling model is mainly used in traditional media. But the model is made not only by analyzing the text of story but also chasing the human psychological instinct, so I thought that it is applicable to computer games. Tetris, one of classical game was the object of analysis in this article. As a result, the 7 archetype and 12 journey of hero storytelling model were also available in tetris. The characteristic that the game user becomes protagonist itself must have been taken into account while analyzing game.

Future luxury car must satisfy the improvement of the luxury sound quality on the vehicle interior noise. Previously, we have analyzed vehicle interior noise by dB(A) based analysis. However, dB(A) has very little to do with the psychological satisfaction of the consumers. People want a sound that is characteristic and refined not a sound that is quiet and common. Subjective test were conducted to determine the relationship between subject' s responses and calculated metric values. People choose the most luxury sound among the various vehicle interior noise. And the purpose of this study is that we understand the metrics which constitute the luxury vehicle sound. We have analyzed vehicle interior noise by using the statistical analysis such as multiple regression method and correlation method. And we organized the index of the luxury sound quality.
