This paper attempted to explore the plausible reasons why change activities to build up organizational trust might be often short-lived, even though it can become the most valuable social capital for an organization. Based upon a reference data collected from a large company in various methods, retrospective rationalization, difficulties embedded in the processes of realizing the five bases of organizational trust (such as openness, consistence, fairness, consideration, and pride), and top management's negative conviction were identified and discussed as fundamental reasons for the distrust in the usefulness of organizational trust. In addition, middle managers' overcautiousness about their superiors' feeling and organizational cynicism as contributing factors for the distrust in the form of vicious circle were discussed.
This paper aims to examine the effects of perceived social fairness and upward social mobility on the individual emotional depression. Specifically, this study investigates the conditions under which the effects are more or less pronounced for the sake of shedding more light on the relationship between social-cognitive and psychological factors. The key proposition of this study is that as one holds more favorable beliefs about the fairness of the society to which (s)he belong, (s)he would have more optimistic expectations for the possibility of his or her own upward social mobility. Moreover, the decrease of this expectation could exacerbate his or her emotional depression with the expectation that (s)he might not get what (s)he deserves despite his or her time and effort put into achieving such goals. This study also adds further boundary conditions to these effects, such that the decrease of emotional depression is more pronounced when (1)social capital and (2)economic resources are scarce (versus abundant). To test these predictions, this study used the survey data on a total of 8000 people collected by Gallup Korea at the request of the Korea Institute of Public Administration. The analyses provided support for the proposed model of the present study. These results should contribute to laying the theoretical foundation for the establishment of policies and research models on the enhancement of fairness and prevention of depression in the future.
The main studying problem of this study is to develop the scale which examines awareness of singleness for Korean men and women. So, firstly, study 1 fulfilled open survey related to condition for solitary life, its strengths and weaknesses and factors disturbing it for 490 unmarried and married people (244 men and 246 women) who are living in Seoul and capital area. And then, content analysis and category analysis were analyzed for their responses. As the result, each questionnaire was divided into economic aspect, relative aspect, characteristic aspect, eco related aspect, family aspect and social system aspect. Study 2 organized questionnaires for condition for solitary life, its strengths and weaknesses based on the material obtained in study 1 and then, exploratory factor analysis was conducted for total 800 adults (400 men and 400 women) who are living in Seoul, capital area, Incheon and Chungnam. As the result, the condition for solitary life extracted 5 factors including ego-maturity factor (24 questionnaires, total explanation quantity: 61.7%), strengths of solitary life extracted 6 factors including self-growth factor(29 questionnaires, total explanation quantity: 61.4 %) and weaknesses of solitary life extracted 6 factors including solitary factor(31questionnaires, total explanation quantity: 64.75 %). For verifying the suitability of the factor structure, as the result of conducting confirmatory factor analysis for 400 people (200 men and 200 women), the suitability of awareness scale model of men and women on singleness was verified. Those results were discussed from the aspect of variables and phenomenon related to singleness and marriage of Korean society.

With rising concerns on downturn of global economy, college graduates are experiencing a serious unemployment crisis. In this reality, undergraduates preparing for employment face much stress from worries and conflicts. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of university student's belief of destiny on sub factors of employment stress such as environmental, physical, psychological and keen behaviors according to internal and external locus of control. 550 surveys were distributed to four-year university students in Seoul, capital area and rural area for 15 days from October 5 until October 20, 2011. 480 surveys were returned, among which 430 were effective as study subjects. As a result of this study, first, environmental influence on employment stress was high at 49% while physical influence was 7%. Second, as a result of performing correlation analysis on employment stress and locus of control, external locus of control showed positive influence in environmental, physical, psychological and keen behaviors. Internal locus of control showed negative influence in all behaviors, suggesting that more diverse career information must be provided. Since increase in career efficacy and reduction of employment stress in university students are directly linked to unemployment rate of youths, diverse and active methods are deemed necessary.
The purpose of this study are to analyze economic and psychological factors associated with the forest protection of the mountain people, and to explain the forms of the forest management by ownership classes, especially with forest in the production structure of the mountain villages, particulary from Aprial 1st to 20th in 1975. And the basis of the data for this study is to have been obtained by the sample of 462 households, in Jeonbuk province, which were selected by the method of Yandom sampling. In order to determine what relations there are between the forest ownership classes are independent and each of the selected economic and psychological factors, the chi-squre test was used. The findings may be summarized as follows; 1. The area per household forest land of the mountain villages farm families with forest was 1.4ha and are middle classes with the cultivated area, and manage their forest in favor of the forest fuel and the byproducts, which we call "Earn Ownership Management Form". As it is acomplished by the agricultural surplus labor, we can't expect the positive forest investments. 2. The expectation of the proceeds of forest investments seems to be high but 30% of them doubtful. And the mountain villages farm families with above 3ha forest area expect their forest investments to be positive and in future they have hope in the economic management from. 3. The mountainous mountain fram families reply to a small sums of capital and the control of after the fact on account of the negative factors of forest investment. But rural mountain villages farm famillies assist on spending too much money for the control and nexious insects damage. 4. The reason about illegal cut away was mainly their fuels problem and then most of moumtain farm villages was used to forest fuel in their fuel. But 57% of mountainous mountain villages farm families not having forest area, and 66% of them get their fual on the self-supply, and 66.9% of them get from public and nationat forest and other's forest. That is one of the big problems of the forest protection. 5. Above 66% of mountain people think that forest law is severe and 50% of mountainous mountain villages farm families think if usual. Especially ones not having forest area but taking advantage of forest among them think so. 6. Rural mountain villages farm families have comparatively positive attitude for protecting forest, but mountainous mountain villages farm families negative. Classes with above 3ha forest area have more outlook of forest protection. And the more such classes are, the better they can protect forest. 7. There are problem about operation and education of the forest law on the mountainous mountain villages farm families.
Purpose of this study analyzes deeply and examine closely effect that incident shock of private guards gets in job stress. Used participation observation and In-depth analytical method to 10 common people guards inhabiting in capital region in 2012 to achieve purpose of this study. Collected interview data encoded using computer and analyzed by incident shock, job effect, job stress, organizational life. Conclusion proved in this study is as following. First, private guards appeared that incident shock such as suicide, terror threat, irrationality of superior that is produced in business spot gives great psychological fear. Second, private guards appeared suffer important shock are influenced in fear about business from shock that suffered in the past, and sociophobia appeared by thing which exert important effect changing by other business territory. Third, most private guards appeared that oneself experienced job stress from experiencing incident shock in the past. That is, incident shock exerts direct influence on customer confrontation in the past. Fourth, private guards appeared by thing which individual's organization life reduces when do not overcome incident shock that occur in the past. That is, incident shock decreases trust development and teamwork between superior and subordinate in organizational culture of private security.
Game producers provide their products and service to users. But the need and desire of users change in many ways as time goes. But game Co. Ltd is difficult because of the capital and the technical identities for providing characteristic products and service etc. Specially, the FPS game which is popular among users is developed by game Co. Ltd as the maximum reflects desire of users, but is similarly developed in other companies FPS game by similar desire. This cannot accept from desire of a certain prospective customer furthermore, decrease of a loyalty customer and a new customer, and a company is difficult of market activity. Therefore, this research is to find of user's psychological needs by FPS game user after gaming on reusing intention and switching intention factors influencing. As the result, the intention of satisfaction and re-use for FPS game is 84.9%, the conversion intention to special force game is 9.6% and the conversion intention to the game of Sudden attack is 5.5%. It shows that desire of the user for certain games is changing.
The study empirically examines if transformational leadership and implementation of corporate training programs positively affect employees' affirmative psychology toward the organization, which has been actively studied in 2000s meeting the needs of the times. The study, further, examines if the employees' affirmative psychology toward organization has any significant relationship with perceived organizational support, The study finally examines if the perceived organizational support has any influence on organizational performance. Researchers have recently studied on these issues, but there have been few empirical studies. In addition to those causal relationships, the study also examines how the employees' affirmative psychology toward organization and perceived organizational support moderate those relationships, if any, among the variables, by which the study would contribute to building theoretical foundation of affirmative psychology. The results show that all the studied relationships be accepted as hypothesized, which may imply that leaders should exploit their own leadership capacity and organizations should improve their corporate training programs, which may consequently have positive impacts on organizational performance.
The purpose of this research is to study the visual characteristics of domestic national men's wear brand logos. For this purpose, 80 of national men's wear brands were selected from '2010/2011 Korea fashion brand Annual' For analysis, they were classified into three categories: logo types composed only with logomark or symbol and logomark together. Types of symbol were classified into word symbol, descriptive symbol, and abstractive symbol. And the used typefaces were classified into serif and san serif and acromatic and cromatic The results are as follows: The visual characteristics of domestic national men's wear brand logos, there were more brands that used logomark with symbol together than logomark only. And the type of symbols were appeared descriptive symbol(32% ) that meaned the men's power, nobleness and royalty. In domestic national men's wear brands, color of logos were more frequently used acromatic color as black and grey than cromatic color. Among the cromatic colors were more appeared to a kind of blue and green. And the used typefaces were the more frequently used to serif typeface of capital. As a result, the visual characteristics of domestic national men's wear brand logo were that they used the brand logos composed of descriptive logomark with symbol together, black serif typeface the most. From this results, we could find that visual stragety of domestic national men's wear brand logos had the tendency to emphasize the function of conveying information, brand concept that men's wear. The specific and continuous following research in which psychological factor of consumer reflected was requested as a measure to seek brand logo that aid to establish brand power and reinforce brand image.
In this study, the correlation between convergence factors including social, environmental, psychological and physical factors and the health-related quality of life was examined using a structural equation model to find a practical alternative for improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone. This study targeted 13,771 seniors from single households aged 65 and over, who were subject to the community health survey in 2014. Social capitals, stress, subjective health conditions and EQ-5D of the subjects were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis findings are as follows. The results of the model fit was good value with CFI=.906, GFI=.955, RMSEA=.074. In conclusion, these results demonstrate that for maintaining health and improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone, families and local communities need to increase social capitals by providing care service for the elderly people living alone and grounds that they can participate in.
